On March 7 at midnight KST, Stray Kids Twitter account posted their official announcement for the dates and locations of the boys’ 2 nd World Tour 2022, “MANIAC,” and its complete schedule.

Omg! Stray kids was amazing! We got really nice seats for a reasonable price and has a blast all night. It was actually a surprise for me. My mom and sister planed it. We drove past the Watsco center and of corse being the hard core stab that I am I knew stray kids was performing there. I started screaming and then they turned around and handed me the tickets. It was such a great experience and the group was absolutely amazing. The concert was so great and I am looking forward to attending more.
Stray Kids is one of my top three kpop groups so finally being able to see them was a dream come true. The performance being in an actual theatre means that everything echos, even the screams which got annoying but other than that it was an amazing experience. They are so loving and caring towards their fans and they love having fun with us. I love them so so much, if you have a chance to see them please do.
Absolute best concert I’ve ever been too. Stray Kids are my bias group so it was more than amazing to see them, and my friend bought us really close P2 seats so we could see all of the members clearly. It was an amazing show, they performed a lot of my favorite songs and it was super hype. Definitely worth getting closer up tickets and I highly recommend stanning Stray Kids and going to their concert.

They don’t even lip sync but i legit though they were because they were dancing really difficult moves, singing perfectly on key, and didn’t miss a single beat. AMAZING CONCERT. It was really really fun I’m sure I lost a few pounds during that time. It was very interesting to see the performances and all the little things put together for us during the show. everyone was respectful and there was even a random dance play before it started. No one fought over seats if they weren’t sitting in the right one and it all went very smooth. Best night of my life!
They sound amazing live! Also, there was a ton of interaction with fans and they even played some games with us. It made everyone in the stadium feel involved. They kept telling us how much they appreciated us. Felix lifted up his shirt and did a belly roll. Bang Chan went sleeveless. What more can you ask for? The sound quality was awesome. It was perfect.
It was super great. The energy was amazing from the artists and the fans. Everyone was really friendly. It was so wonderful I loved it. The only thing is that I wish there was more merch being sold because it sold out fast. Still though, best concert I’ve been to so far. Can’t wait to see them again.

Really enjoyed the concert!! They didn’t take many breaks like usual groups do so it was packed full of performances! This is a really talented group and you will be blown away with their live vocals. I really liked how they treated the back up dancers, too! So kind and energetic.

STRAY KIDS провели концерт в Москве в рамках тура «UNVEIL TOUR «I AM …»
Stray Kids успешно завершили свой первый тур по Европе, продемонстрировав появление «значимой к-поп группы следующего поколения».
Stray Kids начали свой европейский тур на сцене 02Acadamy Brixton в Лондоне 28-ого числа прошлого месяца. В общей сложности группа провела четыре сольных концерта в четырех европейских городах, таких как Лондон, Париж, Берлин и Москва, и которые смогли посетить более 20 000 поклонников.
Стоит отметить, что билеты на все четыре концерта были полностью распроданы в первые же дни старта продаж, что демонстрирует поразительный глобальный рост Stray Kids с момента их дебюта в 2018 году под управлением JYP Entertainmen.
UNVEIL TOUR «I AM …» IN MOSCOW
4 августа парни провели свой завершающий европейскую часть тура концерт, который состоялся в стенах концертного клуба «Adrenaline Stadium» — одной из самых больших площадок Москвы, вместимостью до 7 000 гостей, и он стал возможен благодаря невероятной силе и любви поклонников, а также организаторской работе MyMusicTaste и Brightside Concerts.
В рамках концерта парни хотели рассказать свою историю, начав с самого начала. Они хотели рассказать слушателю, как начали свой путь в качестве артистов, а также о тех трудностях, с которыми они сталкивались будучи простыми молодыми людьми.
Они сделали это благодаря своей музыке, исполнив такие треки, как «Hellevator», «Awaken», « NOT! «, «District 9», «Mirror», «WHO?», а также «Voices» и « My Pace «.
Стоит отметить, что основной акцент был сделан на треках из альбомов «Hellevator», «District 9», «My Pace», «I am YOU» и «MIROH».
Во время разговорных сегментов парни продемонстрировали свои навыки владения не только английским языком, но и русским, ведь каждый из участников подготовил небольшое обращение к фанатам. Стоит отметить, что многие поклонники отметили очень хорошее произношение у Бан Чана, который говорил практически без акцента.
Ребята также сказали, что удивлены тем, насколько много людей поддерживают их даже не смотря на то, что мы находимся так далеко друг от друга и по сути это наша первая личная встреча с ними.
Во второй части концерта, которая уже знаменовала приближающее расставание, участники решили поднять настроение, исполнив такие зажигательные треки, как «Awkward Silence»,»Get Cool» и «YAYAYA», которые в буквальном смысле зарядили всех позитивной энергией.
Поскольку их новый альбом «Clé 2: Yellow Wood» был выпущен в самый разгар тура, парни не включили их новые песни в концертный сетлист. Однако, поскольку Москва была их последней остановкой в рамках европейской части тура, они захотели это отметить, впервые исполнив «Side Effects».
Несмотря на то, что русские поклонники очень просили ребят исполнить «Matryoshka», парни решили оставить это на следующий раз (за исключением пары отрывков), пообещав, что обязательно вернутся с новым концертом.
Что касается сюрпризов от фанатов, то тут тоже не обошлось. Русские поклонники действительно растрогали Чанбина, когда все присутствующие в зале одновременно подняли баннеры, на которых был изображен его шарж и написано пожелание с днем рождения (прим.: Чанбин родился 11 августа).
Если подвести итог московского концерта, то атмосфера в зале была действительно очень теплой и чувствовался невероятный обмен энергией между артистами и фанатами. Участники были очень внимательны ко всей аудитории, приветствуя абсолютно все сектора.
Фанаты также очень тепло приветствовали парней, встречая каждую песню громкими криками восторга, а также подпевая и размахивая лайтстиками в такт, создавая очень красивый океан из огней.
На протяжении всего концерта, поклонники смогли насладиться не только красотой и харизмой парней, но и прекрасным живым исполнением, идеальной хореографией и прекрасным оформлением сцены и световыми эффектами.
Тем не менее, в какой-то момент автору статьи начало казаться, что он оказался на одном из концернов Майкла Джексона, ведь обморочных девушек выносили буквально одну за другой. Только в своем секторе он насчитал 13 человек. Возможно, что это было из-за усталости и давки, а возможно, что и из-за переполняющих их эмоций. Тем не менее, отдельной спасибо сотруднику службы безопасности, который кидался к каждой из них, как спасатель Малибу.

They sound amazing live! Also, there was a ton of interaction with fans and they even played some games with us. It made everyone in the stadium feel involved. They kept telling us how much they appreciated us. Felix lifted up his shirt and did a belly roll. Bang Chan went sleeveless. What more can you ask for? The sound quality was awesome. It was perfect.
It was super great. The energy was amazing from the artists and the fans. Everyone was really friendly. It was so wonderful I loved it. The only thing is that I wish there was more merch being sold because it sold out fast. Still though, best concert I’ve been to so far. Can’t wait to see them again.

Really enjoyed the concert!! They didn’t take many breaks like usual groups do so it was packed full of performances! This is a really talented group and you will be blown away with their live vocals. I really liked how they treated the back up dancers, too! So kind and energetic.

Stray Kids Announces Dates And Cities For 2022 World Tour “MANIAC”
Stray Kids is heading abroad on a world tour!
On March 7 at midnight KST, Stray Kids officially announced their plans for their long-awaited second world tour “MANIAC.”
After kicking things off with two nights of concerts in Seoul on April 30 and May 1, Stray Kids will head to Japan, where they will perform in Kobe from June 11 to 12 and Tokyo from June 18 to 19. The group will then travel to the United States to perform in Newark on June 29, Chicago on July 1, Atlanta on July 3, Fort Worth on July 6, Los Angeles on July 9, Oakland on July 12, and Seattle on July 14—before returning to Japan for two nights of concerts in Tokyo on July 26 and 27.
However, fans outside Japan and the United States need not be discouraged: according to Stray Kids, the group will soon reveal more dates and cities for the upcoming tour.

Stray Kids announce second world tour ‘Maniac’
The tour will be in support of the group’s upcoming EP ‘ODDINARY’
Stray Kids have announced their second world tour, ‘Maniac’, which will kick off in South Korea this spring.
The JYP Entertainment boy band will hit the road in support of their upcoming EP ‘ODDINARY’, which will be released later this month.
Although venues for the tour have yet to be revealed, Stray Kids unveiled the first dates and cities they will perform in on the ‘Maniac’ tour earlier today (March 6). Following an opening performance in Seoul, the group will then visit Japan and the US, before returning to Tokyo at the end of the run.
An official tour poster shared on the band’s social media accounts hinted that other cities would be added to the itinerary soon, with “and more” written at the bottom of the flyer.

Last month, Stray Kids shared a thrilling trailer for ‘ODDINARY’, which featured member Felix entering a building called ‘Ordinary’ before being transported to a different dimension. In the new realm, he encounters his bandmates who try to corner him.
In the “outside” world, each of them is also seen on missing persons advertisements and posters. “Do you want to be Oddinary?” reads an accompanying caption.
‘ODDINARY’ will be released on March 18 and will see the group “solidify its presence and continue its surge in popularity through the extraordinary music, concept and performance of the new well-made release”, according to JYP.

As Stray Kids begin their latest tour, the K-pop group reveals their favorite songs to perform and why it’s important for them to have creative control.
When it comes to band mottos, Stray Kids’ couldn’t be more fitting: «Stray kids Everywhere All Around The World.» The K-pop group’s first 2022 EP, В ODDINARY, sold over 1.6 million copies and toppedВ album charts in the US, South Korea, Finland and Poland (and charted in the top 10 in several more countries).
Now, they’re taking their mantra literally with the 2nd World Tour «MANIAC.» Following three shows in their native Seoul April 29 through May 1 and four in Japan earlier this month, the tour resumes June 28 at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. The latest leg of the tour will see Stray Kids hit eight cities in the United States before returning to Tokyo’s Yoyogi National Stadium 1st Gymnasium for a pair of shows on July 26 and 27.
Beyond their impressive accomplishments, the group’s eight members — Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, HAN, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N — have taken initiative with their careers in a way many of their peers haven’t. With in-house producing group 3RACHA (consisting of members Bang Chan, Changbin, and HAN) and songwriting involvement from the rest of the group, Stray Kids are largely responsible for their own sound.
The appeal doesn’t end there. Between EDM and trap-laced beats, fiery performances and the rawness they exhibit to their fandom, there’s something truly unique and refreshing about the group. In an era of music where fans crave authenticity and relatability, it’s no wonder their fans — known as STAY — well, stay.
Ahead of Stray Kids’ first show in Newark, GRAMMY.com checked in with the guys to discuss the show, their creative process, team bonding, and more.
You’re gearing up for your U.S. tour after performing in Seoul and Japan. How does it feel to finally be able to perform live for your international fans again? Is there anything you’re particularly looking forward to or that you’ve improved on since last tour?
Lee Know: We made so many great memories the last time we visited the States. I’m sure we’ll be able to make great memories this time as well!
Hyunjin: Because this is our first tour in a while, we really put a lot of effort in to show our more matured performances. We’re so happy that we can meet so many STAY.
Felix: It’s been a long two and a half years since we’ve seen our STAY from overseas. As much as we’ve all waited, we’ve prepared our MANIAC tour to the best we can. Now we can’t wait to meet and show everyone the next level of Stray Kids.
Changbin: I don’t think the difference in language results in a difference in the creation process. The only difference is that there’s a translation process that’s added, but everything else is basically the same as when we work on a Korean language album. While ODDINARY definitely had this maniac vibe, our Japanese album this time feels more unrestrained.
Your sound has evolved so much over the years. ODDINARY shows so much diversity genre-wise, with EDM, rock, and even trap influences. What inspires your music the most? Do you ever feel nervous about releasing songs that may differ from the trends in the industry?
Bang Chan: First off, I think inspiration comes from a variety of things. Sometimes from the members, STAY or just random daily things. It’s always different. Secondly, as people who write music however we want, we just enjoy making music that we enjoy whether it be trending or not.
Seungmin: I have to say that our endless interest and exploration of music, as well as our love for trying out different things, gives us the most inspiration. While testing out new waters can feel a bit awkward and new, we don’t fear this change — especially because we might even be able to influence the fast-changing modern day trends.
You guys are very involved in songwriting and producing. Why is it important to you to have creative control over what you release? How has your creation process changed or evolved, if at all, over the years?
Bang Chan: Lyric writing and producing has always been a very important process to us. Because if we’re going to be the ones recording and performing our songs, we should be the ones who make them. Putting in more emotion and sincerity into the whole production. Especially because we want to express certain messages to not only STAY, but to everyone out there.
Changbin: Ever since a certain point, we’ve been able to find our unique musical color and apply this to the production process. I believe we’re quite lucky that we’re able to create the tracks we sing and perform along to, and because we’re the ones who know our strengths the best, we’re able to shed light onto our team’s color.
Do you have a favorite song or B-side that you’ve released in the last year?
Lee Know: All of the tracks are great, which makes it hard to choose just one. But if I have to choose, I like «к±°лЇём¤„(VENOM)» because of the mood and beat.
Felix: Although this wasn’t released last year, I’d have to say that my favorite title track is still «зҐћл©”뉴(God’s Menu)» because it’s the first title song that really gave a heads up to everyone who we are and what we’re capable of. The beginning of our long journey.
I.N: I like «м†Њл¦¬кѕј(Thunderous),» because it’s the song that well contains Stray Kids’ unique colors.
What do you hope fans gain when they listen to your music? Is there any message of appreciation you’ve received from a fan that resonated with you?
HAN: We mainly focus on unraveling our stories and thoughts into the lyric writing and song ideation process, but whatever song we may be working on, our goal is to provide strength and radiate positivity to those who listen. STAY always mention that they can feel our genuineness when listening to our songs. Words like these are what allow us to approach our music in a more truthful way, pushing us to deliver only our most genuine, authentic hearts.
Seungmin: I hope we’re able to have a positive effect on all of those who listen to our music. Like, when people listen to our music in the far future, they’ll be able to vividly remember all of the memories from the past. I want to show everyone the awesome power of music! Personally, I feel the happiest whenever I hear from STAY that our music has been a part of their daily lives ever since they’ve encountered us.
So many songs from your discography are high-energy and have intricate choreography, like «MANIAC.» What do you hope the energy is like when you’re performing your songs live? Do you have a favorite song to perform live?
Hyunjin: My favorite song is «Charmer.» I enjoy performing on stage because I’m the type to really pour my everything in, including all of the explosive energy onto stage.
I.N: I hope that whenever we’re on stage, the energy that we radiate gives strength to the people watching our stage, allowing them to enjoy our performances with us. Among our tracks, I think performances for «м†Њл¦¬кѕј(Thunderous),» «DOMINO» and «зҐћл©”뉴(God’s Menu)» deliver our energy the best, which is why I especially love performing these three songs during our concert.

What do you guys do to unwind when you’re not making music or performing? How do you balance your busy schedules?
Lee Know: I’m able to relieve my stress by working out.
Changbin: I try to find something repetitive to do so that I can balance out my irregular daily life. For example, I keep myself healthy by constantly working out.
HAN: Especially these days, I try to take the time off to look up inspirational quotes that will positively influence our music. Of course, I also spend time by resting and laying down in bed, doing basic workouts, going shopping and stuff. But because nowadays is such an important time in which we can step up, I try to spend my time doing things that will help us grow and mature.
What do you think makes your bond as a group stronger? Have you learned anything from another member of Stray Kids that was important to you?
Bang Chan: For me personally, I feel like I learn something new from the Kids everyday. I mean we’re all different human beings, so for us to stay together we always talk things through, chill together and just have fun. So naturally, I feel like the bond can only get stronger and stronger.
Seungmin: I definitely believe in the importance of conversation. No matter what makes us happy, sad or even mad, once we start talking with each other and going towards the right direction together, we’ll notice that this has led us to having a greater understanding of each other, further strengthening our relationship! I’m able to be open with all Stray Kids members, which is something I’m quite thankful for.
You guys have accomplished so much as a group, and Billboard even listed ODDINARY as one of the best 50 albums released so far in 2022. How does this sort of recognition make you feel? Outside of these accolades, are there any goals you haven’t reached yet or any new ones you’ve recently set for yourself?
Felix: To be honest, accomplishing the Billboard achievements still makes me wonder if I’m dreaming or if I’m still just not in my reality. Every time I think about it I’m still so surprised that I have to look at the amount of comments our STAY have left just to believe it. Truly it’s a huge gift from STAY everywhere all around the world.
I.N: There are still so many countries we haven’t been to before. I hope that in the near future, we’ll be able to meet and give positive energy to STAY from many different countries.
Hyunjin: I want to create even grander stages with even more STAY. I hope that the eight of us can continue to safely, happily perform together — just like how we are now.

To keep international fans up to date, a Twitter user who translates business and related K-pop agencies’ financial records summarised the report. They highlighted the most important components of the information, one of which being JYP’s self-producing group Stray Kids’ highly awaited world tour.

According to the report, which was translated by Twitter user @im jammed, the «big four» K-pop organisations, JYP, SM, YG, and HYBE, are expected to release various profitable elements in the near future. The study reveals four new debut groups in 2021-2022, including TWICE and Japanese group NiziU’s dome tour and Stray Kids’ global tour in 2022, all under the JYP label.

18 марта Stray Kids приняли участие в пресс-конференции, посвященной выходу их 6-го мини-альбома «ODDINARY».

Больше недели назад американский этап мирового турне Stray Kids «MANIAC» резко прервался всего через пару дней после его начала, когда у Ли Ноу, Феликса и I.N обнаружился COVID-19. 3-го июля JYP Entertainment объявили, что Stray Kids вынуждены отложить свои концерты в Атланте и Форт-Уэрте (концерты были запланированы на 3 и 6 июля, соответственно).
8 июля по местному времени JYP Entertainment официально объявили, что последний экспресс-тест на COVID-19 после выхода из карантина у Ли Ноу, Феликса и I.N оказался отрицательным.
Как результат — все трое присоединятся к остальной группе, чтобы выступить на оставшихся концертах, начиная с 9 июля, когда у Stray Kids был запланирован первый из двух концертов в Лос-Анджелесе в прошедшие выходные.

The nine-date leg is set to start at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, on June 28, 2022, and end at the Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, Washington, on July 14, 2022. The tour—which follows Unveil Tour “I am…” in 2019—supports Stray Kids’ sixth EP, Oddinary, which was released in March 2022 and hit number one on the Billboard 200 chart. The EP features seven tracks, including single “Maniac” and unit songs “Waiting for Us” with Bang Chan, Lee Know, Seungmin and I.N; and “Muddy Water” with Changbin, Hyunjin, Han and Felix.
In an interview with Billboard in 2022, Stray Kids opened up about what it was like to have Oddinary reach number one on the Billboard 200 chart. “Woah, so exciting!” Bang Chan said at the time., “We heard the news a few moments ago and are like, ‘Is this real? Is this actually happening?’ We were really surprised too.” In the same interview, Felix also hinted at the “concept” of the tour. “The concept that we’re going to showcase is ‘Out of the Ordinary,’” he said. Bang Chan also explained what the title of the album means. “Like our album says, being odd is ordinary. If you have anything you think is odd about yourself, we don’t think there’s any reason to hide it or be anxious or nervous about it. It’s still a part of you. you being an individual, human being on Earth is special […] Stay Oddinary!” he said.

What is Stray Kids’ 2nd World Tour Maniac set list?

Who are the Stray Kids members?
Stray Kids—abbreviated as SKZ—were formed by JYP Entertainment on the 2017 reality show of the same name, Stray Kids. The group was originally composed of nine members: Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, I.N. and Woojin. Stray Kids Felix, Lee Know, I.N Tested Positive for COVID-19, How’s Their ‘MANIAC’ World Tour?
One of the most extensive Kpop World Tour happening in 2022 is Stray Kids 2nd World Tour ‘MANIAC.’ STAYs all over the world have been waiting for Stray Kids World Tour ‘MANIAC’ enthusiastically. But unfortunately, the World Tour experienced a hiccup as three members – Felix, Lee Know, and I.N – tested positive for COVID-19.

On July 3, JYP Entertainment and Live Nation announced that three members of Stray Kids – Felix, Lee Know, and I.N tested positive for COVID-19. After the self-testing kit showed a positive result for the three members, they underwent PCR tests at the hospital, which confirmed the result.
Felix, Lee Know, and I.N are now under quarantine as per the US CDC guidelines. Luckily, none of the three show any symptoms.
Meanwhile, the other Stray Kids members – Bang Chan, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, and Seungmin – and other staff tested negative.
In the announcement, JYP Entertainment and Live Nation also confirmed that all members had received the complete three doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.
Stray Kids World Tour ‘MANIAC’ Atlanta and Fort Worth is postponed
Stray Kids 2nd World Tour ‘MANIAC’ US’ leg began in Newark. Unfortunately, they should postpone the other two closest schedules only after two concerts. It will take a bit longer for fans in Atlanta and Fort Worth to experience the Thunderous group live performance.
As per this article, no announcement has yet been made regarding the other Stray Kids World Tour ‘MANIAC’ stops in Los Angeles, Oakland, and Seattle.

Stray Kids’ STAYs have been super excited since the group began their World Tour this year. However, the COVID-19 incident has made STAYs worried. As soon as the announcement was made, they filled Twitter with wishes for the three members to get well soon.

Stray Kids’ “MANIAC” Tour Sells Out, But STAYs Claim Barely Any Fans Got Tickets
Tickets for Stray Kids‘ second world tour dropped Friday, and fans quickly tried to snag tickets before they sold out. Organizers of the event even added new dates due to popular demand. But, not all fans are happy.

US based fans were excited when Stray Kids announced the North American stops for their world tour, Stray Kids 2nd World Tour ‘MANIAC’. They were anticipating the sale for the original dates on April 22.
The shows quickly sold out, and due to the demand, organizers released additional dates for Newark and Los Angeles which will be on sale April 25, 3 PM local time.
But, fans are saying the initial ticket sales weren’t fair.
Everybody who has used Ticketmaster to purchase tickets is probably familiar with the dreaded queue. This system is Ticketmaster’s way of beating bots.
The idea is that the system acts as a virtual line. A purchaser will join the waiting room ten minutes before the sale and then gets placed in the queue randomly, in order for every fan to get a fair chance at tickets.
However, Ticketmaster states that the queue is not a guarantee.
Just like before, tickets are always based on availability, demand, and are not guaranteed.
When tickets finally did go on sale though, fans noticed that they sold out very quickly. Some never even had a chance to make it through the queue.
However, those that did have the opportunity to try to purchase tickets, noticed that not all of the tickets were listed at the previously stated prices.
Instead, they were listed under Ticketmaster’s Official Platinum label. These “premium tickets” are said to give fans fair access “to some of the best seats in the house.”
Official Platinum Seats are premium tickets to concerts and other events made available by artists and Event Organizers through Ticketmaster. They give fans fair and safe access to some of the best seats in the house.
Though they’re meant to give fans fair access, some fans claim selling these tickets is unfair.
Other fans were confused when they spotted these ticket prices and assumed they were being resold, however this was not the case. Instead, Ticketmaster utilizes “market-based pricing” for popular events. They are not resale tickets.
No. Official Platinum Seats were not purchased initially and then posted for resale; they are being sold for the first time through Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster’s Official Platinum seat program enables market-based pricing (adjusting according to supply and demand) for live event tickets, similar to how airline tickets and hotel rooms are sold. The goal is to give the most passionate fans fair and safe access to the best tickets, while enabling artists and other people involved in staging live events to price tickets closer to the true market value.
Some fans have a problem with the language used to describe these seats. Ticketmaster says that these tickets are a chance to give “the most passionate fans” a chance at the best tickets, but with such an outrageous price mark-up, fans are wondering why passion has to be linked to the amount of money one has to spend on tickets.
However the issue with fans getting tickets to the tour doesn’t end with Ticketmaster. Just hours after the initial sale, resale tickets became available.

The blue dots are what’s left of Ticketmaster’s Official Platinum seats, but the pink dots are all tickets that are being resold. Some venues have more of these tickets than others.

Upset fans are wondering if a pre-sale code could have prevented this.
they should have done fanclub presales or presale in general bc it was listed on the skz shop website originally and then they took it off. istg if there are empty seats bc scalpers bought the tickets i’m gonna be so pissed.
The majority of the tickets being resold, it seems, are from people that only bought the tickets with the purpose to resell and make a profit.

What’s more unfair are the VIP benefits that might be lost. Usually the original purchaser needs to be present with a valid ID to claim these benefits.

According to Ticketmaster Fan Support, anyone buying these tickets would need the purchaser’s order number, the last 4 digits of the purchasing card, and a copy of their photo ID to receive benefits. Soundcheck could potentially have less people than intended, which would be unfortunate.
Many fans are urging fellow STAYs to reconsider before purchasing high priced tickets from resellers.
Instead they have a few strategies in mind. Since Official Platinum pricing is dynamic, the prices should eventually lower.
every “official platinum” ticket you see is ticketmaster themselves selling the tickets for a higher price due to demand 😭 do NOT buy ANY platinum tickets and the price will lower when they see that no one is buying them
The same goes for reseller tickets. Theoretically, if no one buys the high priced tickets, resellers will be forced to lower the price.
It looks like prices for some shows are decreasing but please hold off on buying any resales for now.
The less people that are buying the lower resellers will be forced to go. We know you all really want tickets but let’s just wait for now🥺❤️
Additionally, some desperate STAYs are urging fans to contact JYP Entertainment and Republic Records to try to resolve the issue.

Though it’s unclear the best route to take, hopefully this issue will be resolved and deserving fans will be able to see Stray Kids perform. Both STAYs and Stray Kids deserve it.

There is no end to the reign of the Ticketmaster tyranny in ticket-selling, especially in North America. Ticketmaster has once again allegedly deceived fans with an unprecedented NFT purchase deception issue for Stray Kids “MANIAC” World Tour Tickets 2022.

It is a bizarre week in the STAYville!
After their previous collision with BTS’ ARMY fans, American largest ticketing company, Ticketmaster has once again invited another one of Kpop’s most powerful fandom, Stray Kids’ STAY, into their ring fight. STAY fans claimed that Ticketmaster had deceived them into an unprecedented NFT purchase deception issue for Stray Kids “MANIAC” World Tour 2022.
On April 29, Stray Kids STAY fans claimed that Ticketmaster has apparently deceived them into buying NFT while selling tickets for Stray Kids “MANIAC” World Tour 2022 for the North American region.

What REALLY Happened?
The issue started getting viral on the internet and social media after fans realized that once they finalized the ticket purchasing process for Stray Kids “MANIAC” World Tour 2022, they got a notice from Ticketmaster stating they had purchased a “Virtual Commemorative Ticket” in the form of NFT.

According to some STAY fans, they didn’t realize that Ticketmaster embedded an NFT product into the tickets they bought for Stray Kids “MANIAC” World Tour 2022 because it hadn’t been there originally. The involvement issue of NFT within Stray Kids world tour tickets happened the next day.
@Ticketmaster notice how the first screenshot from Saturday doesn’t have anything listed about an NFT in it. But the second screenshot which is from today does.
What is an NFT?
NFT stands for Non-Fungible Token, which is basically a digital souvenir you can own virtually with all its unique signature. The term “non-fungible” means “irreplaceable” and “unique” because NFT items can only have one official owner with a piece of exclusive ownership evidence, while others can only copy without its original value. For some people, the exclusiveness of NFT is worth a lot of money.

When you own an NFT, your ownership of the particular NFT will be recorded digitally via blockchain, a digital ledger recording all the digital currency exchanges. Everyone can access this ledger, allowing them to know who’s the owner of which NFT, and track the ownership record of the NFT.
However, most Kpop fans—especially STAY and ARMY—frowned upon the rising NFT business in the Kpop industry. That is because they fully understand that it takes so much power from tons of computers in every NFT transaction. Some people even compare that one NFT transaction is equal to months to a year worth of resident’s energy.
And since this power comes from the power plants that emit CO2 into the atmosphere, it is a massive contribution to climate change and destroying the environment.

I can imagine thousands of computers being discarted after a year totally useless by the heavy use when they could be with a real person for 5-10 years. And that is another enviromental harm that i don’t see often in NFT discussions.

JYP Entertainment of Stray Kids Previously Terminated Their NFT Business
Since they know how much damage NFT is putting into the environment and how the fans are completely against the Kpop x NFT idea, JYP terminated their plan to integrate NFT business into their artists’ products.
In fact, on April 4, a digital asset company and JYPE’s former NFT partner, Dunamu, stated that both parties had canceled their agreement.

Ticketmaster NFT Issue Does NOT Happen to Stray Kids World Tour Tickets Only
Apparently, Stray Kids “MANIAC” World Tour 2022 is NOT the first time Ticketmaster deceived their artists’ fans of the NFT issue in the tickets. Previously, the same thing also happened to MONSTA X, My Chemical Romance, and Slipknot.

Knowing that the Ticketmaster NFT tickets issue did not only happen to Stray Kids and JYP Entertainment had decided to terminate their NFT program, fans believe that the Stray Kids home agency, JYP Entertainment, is not responsible for the deception.

Ticketmaster NFT Issue Only Occurs for Stray Kids “MANIAC” World Tour 2022 Tickets in North America
Furthermore, the Ticketmaster NFT tickets issue only occurs in the North American legs of Stray Kids “MANIAC” World Tour 2022. Fans who bought the tickets for other regions do not seem to encounter such a problem.
And this is why they believe that Ticketmaster and their bizarre tyranny are responsible for the deception.

lots of other stays are finding this now so i just want to say: this is 100% real, at least for the north america leg of the tour! i originally only looked at kia forum bc it’s my show, but i’ve since checked the ticketing pages for each of them and they all have it!
WHY Didn’t Stray Kids and Other Kpop Artists Use Other Ticketing Platforms?
Along with the NFT issue, many fans wonder why Stray Kids still insisted on using Ticketmaster to sell their “MANIAC” World Tour 2022 tickets.
The answer is that because they have NO other choice.
According to an investigation report by American talk show host John Oliver, after their gigantic merger with LIVE NATION, Ticketmaster has reportedly forced almost ALL major live entertainment venues in the United States into using Ticketmaster as their primary ticketing platform. Besides, the American Department of Justice also mentioned that, apparently, Ticketmaster has done it repeatedly.
That is why, if you want to hold a big concert in a respected entertainment venue in the United States, no matter who you are and how famous you’ve been, you MUST use Ticketmaster.
As a result, there is no way Stray Kids can escape from the Ticketmaster issue for their upcoming “MANIAC” World Tour 2022 unless they want to perform in weird places like what the manager of famous American artist Pearl Jam once mentioned.
What’s Next? – Other Kpop Fans Started Getting Cautious
Unfortunately, there’s not much fans can really do at the moment.
Ticketmaster is by far the largest ticketing platform in the United States. With its merger with LIVE NATION, which organizes almost all major live entertainment venues, it means that Ticketmaster holds an exclusive position and access to all the venues despite its NFT and any other appalling issue.
It is a tyranny, indeed. However, there’s not much the artists or the company can do by themselves as today. Every individual who wants to hold a big concert in a prominent venue will most likely have to abide by the contract with Ticketmaster. That is why other Kpop fans started getting anxious and cautious, especially regarding the Ticketmaster NFT issue.

Stray Kids (KR: 스트레이 키즈; JP: ストレイキッズ) is an eight-member boy group under JYP Entertainment. They were formed through the competition reality show of the same name and debuted on March 25, 2018 with the mini album ‘I Am Not.’
Prior to their debut, they released a mini album, Mixtape, on January 8, 2018.
Stray Kids debuted on March 25, 2018 with I Am Not and its title track «District 9». The group announced its fandom name, STAY, on August 1st. That was a few days before their first comeback on August 6 with the title track «My Pace» and the mini album I Am Who. Finally, they released I Am You on October 22. The three mini albums, the I Am series, were all released in less than a year and are all part of the same narrative cycle revolving around the theme of identity and self-discovery.
On October 28, 2019 JYPE announced that Woojin had left the group due to personal circumstances. On November 13, the group released the music video for «Astronaut,» their first single as an eight-member group.
At the 2020 Mnet Asian Music Awards, it was announced that Stray Kids would be participating in the Mnet survival show Kingdom: Legendary War. On May 28, 2021, the group released a song for the final round of the competition titled «Wolfgang», which marked the group’s first appearance on the main Gaon Digital Chart at number 138. They won the program on June 3, earning them their own reality show and a Kingdom Week special show for their comeback.
On February 10, 2022, it was announced that Stray Kids signed with Republic Records for promotions in the United States as part of JYP Entertainment’s strategic partnership with the label.

Currently, Stray Kids are on their 2nd World Tour “MANIAC.” They are touring the United States and have already performed two successful concerts at Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.

Since the first Newark concert, rumors have circulated that Lee Know fainted.
According to STAYs in attendance, he left during the middle of the concert to fix his in-ear or mic. He ended up being gone longer than expected.

Not only that, but he was absent from the members’ ending speeches, and STAYs reported that when he had returned, “he looked down” and barely spoke.
In one clip, shortly before he left to go backstage, he can be seen losing his balance while handling the confetti guns. For others, the confetti guns were being handled like they were extremely lightweight.

While others found issues with the claims that Lee Know was unwell, many more agreed that something seemed wrong. They, too, noticed that he appeared “exhausted,” “dizzy,” and perhaps even “shaking” at times.
STAYs noted that the tour dates are one right after another, giving the members little to no time to rest. And, it’s concerning that it’s near the start of the tour, and a member already has shown signs of exhaustion.
