Но на деле, lovescanner.ru является крайне не эффективным, но при этом дорогим сервисом. По началу, вам предложат активировать пробную подписку на два дня за 10 рублей. К сожалению, многие люди активируют подписку, не зная, что по истечению двух дней, с банковской карточки снимут полную сумму за месяц — 1499 рублей. По итогу, в интернете можно найти следующие отзывы:
Мошенники! При регистрации попросили оплатить 99 рублей. Я, как дура, оплатила. Никакой обещанной информации сайт не выдает) А через 2 дня с меня списали еще 1500 руб, по «подписке», которую я не оформляла.
Просто мошенники! Не предупреждают об оферте, о двух днях, что и произошло со мной — посмотрел сайт, цену 99р, купил, забыл, а через два дня сняли 1500р. Не попадайтесь, полный бред!
Под видом подтверждения политики, через два дня БЕЗ ВАШЕГО ВЕДОМА спишут 1500₽. Разводилово. И кстати, никаких результатов не даёт. Возврат денег не осуществляется ни сайтом, ни банком. Будьте аккуратны.
К сожалению, вернуть деньги будет практически невозможно. Единственным верным решением, будет срочно позвонить в банк и потребовать отменить подписку. Также отменить подписку можно в личном кабинете lovescanner.ru, или заполнить отдельную форму на их сайте.
Будьте осторожны с подписками на различные сайты. И старайтесь не передавать банковские данные кому попало.

На сайте есть онлайн-чат, но можете даже и не пытаться связаться с менеджерами через него. Сделан он «для галочки» и обладает больше декоративной, нежели прикладной функцией. После того, как я выбрала тему обращения и описала суть проблемы, система предложила мне еще раз ознакомится с F.A.Q (часто задаваемыми вопросами) или написать письмо на электронную почту.
