Доброго времени суток, товарищи подписчики. Команда перевода мода Cold War Iron Curtain время зря не теряло. В обещанный срок команда смогла русифицировать весь интерфейс ( в этом моде немало всяких окон меню и
т.п.).

Welcome to a new era of struggle, determination and conflict, as nations struggle to achieve independence and power. Superpowers rise from the ashes of old, with ideologies that shall determine the fate of the human race permanently. As the superpowers jockey militarily and economically for supremacy, many nations are freed from the yokes of colonial oppression, and finally the people of entire continents, have a say in determining their destiny.

War brews in East Asia yet again, and the African continent will no longer bear the immoral oppression of their people. Eastern Europe is encompassed by the Soviet sphere, and the West seeks to salvage its crumbling throne.

Will you spread your ideas across the globe peacefully, or will you tighten your bootstraps?

The mod is very stable, and if you are facing some grave issues, it is probably due to Steam creating issues with mod installation, which is very common.
Do not run any other mods with this mod, as it will most likely create instability.
The solution to most issues, is to simply reinstall the mod.

Due to the length of the mod, focus trees change either roughly at the start of a new decade, or when an election takes place. But most countries have unique conditions to trigger their focuses. If there is any confusion simply ask on the Discord Server.

If you stumbled across this mod, you probably made a good choice. I have to say, it’s great! Any I’m not only saying that because I worked on it a lot.

But this description is a lot different than others.
I will now explain, why there is a new workshop page and what the story behind Cold War – The Iron Curtain is. What I explain below is the truth I know and have been told. If you view is different, well you could have told me, right?

Why he decided to host a new page is not entirely clear to me, probably to push out updates faster (which he failed to do in the past) and to put up his middle finger to my face. What does this mean? Good Question, let me explain:

This mod was created by «Riprap», with the idea to recreate the whole Cold War in Hearts of Iron IV. Problem was, he couldn’t code, so he needed coders. He stumbled across «Hans» who hosted to mod originally on the Workshop, when it was first released. But the mod was extremely buggy, not because of any bad coding skill but just a lack of experience and a project too big to be completed by just one person. By the summer of 2017, the mod had become unplayable and Hans didn’t want to work on the mod anymore. A new coder had to be found. This is when «swf541» stepped in, but not as a regular coder. He had lots of experience in the past with modding other Paradox games like CK2. He made an agreement with Riprap: They both own the mod in a same manner. This means, if their ideas would step too far away from each other, one could take the decision and ‘take’ the mod to him and put his name on it, and so, creating a new mod with all the content of the other. This is called a «fork».

Everything was going well and there were no big problems until September 2017, somebody told swf, I was spying on his CK2 project (publically available on GitHub I’d like to point out), and he took the decision to leave, deleting the workshop mod and leaving everyone with just questions and no answers. I took the initiative with Riprap to reupload the mod (and I still was in charge of updating it until this 29th July 2018) and we managed to reconcile with swf after he leaked all our files to the other Cold War project and told them they could use everything they wanted (which they didn’t do, as confirmed later). This although left me in charge of the Workshop page. As you were able to see here before, I tried to make it always look great. I tried to improve it as best as I could with images and html coding (compared to the new page). We then thought everything was over.

Now sadly, the fork happened in Februrary 2018. Riprap was leading the mod, but swf was doing most of the work (I stepped in as a regular developer shortly after swf started hosting the workshop when Hans left) and it was going well. But some people weren’t happy the way Riprap asked them to work on this and that, so a coup was organized (I was part of it, but only at the very beginning, as time zone differences forced me to go to sleep). When I came back the day later, the whole coup chat had exploded. Riprap didn’t want to give leadership away and was blown away by the coup attempt. I won’t bother everyone with the details, but it was just a huge mess. But, to my surprise, no ranks changed on the Discord server. I expected swf to be in charge, but this wasn’t the case. What I didn’t know: Somebody (I still don’t know who it was as of today) told swf and others that I was trying to coup the mod, which I never had any intention for.

The Mod then split in 2: On camp, led by swf, with others he recruited shortly after. Their main bonus was swf himself, as he was in charge of creating the focus trees. He also had a lot more time than me, as I had to focus on university.
On the other side were me, “Generalis” and Riprap with the remains of those who didn’t want to join over. Instead of having one in charge, we formed the “Council” with 3 people taking decisions together (something that I really missed later on). Our bonus was the workshop page, but our negative was the lack of a focus tree coder. Coding wise in general, swf and I were on the same level so this wasn’t a real issue.

I realized that we shouldn’t stay divided, for the sake of the community at least. I messaged swf and a long discussion began, resulting in both sides joining together again under the lead of swf (which was all he wanted from the start?).
Then, leaving out some issues every big team sometimes has, we grew bigger and everything was going well, although some people (me included) weren’t happy with recent decisions taken by the lead, but soon silenced again.

Today, I realized that this mod has bothered me way more than it should have in the past year. I was often stressed and couldn’t concentrate on what was important because this mod made up a big piece of my free time. This is why I write this, my letter of resignation.

I thank everyone who supported me, who asked me not to leave and who were always friendly to me. Thank you very much guys!

The Road to 56

Данный мод расширяет ванильную версию игры. Новые фокусы, страны, ивенты, решения, технологии и т.д.

Это по праву считается лучшей и популярной модификацией в среде Hearts of Iron. Поскольку является таким мостом между ванильной версией, которая к определённому моменту времени надоедает, и более глобальными модами, которые иногда полностью переписывают всю историю.

Road to 56 RP включает в себя ещё несколько внутренних модификаций и лучше всего подходит для мультиплеерных игр.

New Ways

Если Road to 56 это мод заменяющий ванильную игру, то New Ways это мод заменяющий Road to 56. Фокусов больше, техов больше, всего больше, и весит сам мод на 200МБ больше.

Peace Deals (Beta)

Позволяет заключать мирные договоры. В зависимости от накопленных боевых очков вы сможете забирать провинции. Ваше предложение о мире так-же может быть отклонено, если игроку не понравятся условия мира. (Боту как правило нравится всё, если стоит зелёная галочка)

State Transfer Tool & MP

В этой строчке не сразу два мода, но сразу две разновидности одного мода. Этот мод позволяет передавать территории без войн. State Transfer Tool MP больше подходит для мультиплеера, где вы сможете отыгрывать RP ситуации с ультиматумом и в случае чего передавать территории. Или просто, если в мирном договоре случайно забрали не оговоренный регион. Внимание! Вы также можете забрать все территории своего субъекта без необходимости ждать его аннексии через панель «Субъекты». State Transfer Tool больше подходит для сингл плеера, ведь мы же знаем как бот заключает мирные договора, очень справедливые границы.

Toolpack

Данный мод это инструмент редактирования карт. Он конечно и для «побаловаться» подходит, но предназначен для редактирования карт с дальнейшей игрой в мультиплеере. Инструмент может всё: помимо передачи провинций кому угодно, вы можете добавлять в регионы количество заводов, фабрик, ресурсов (нефти, алюминия и т.д.), редактировать субъекты, создавать дивизии странам с определёнными шаблонами, редактировать флот и авиацию. Короче, полноценный инструмент. Можете делать всё и создавать свои сценарии для игры.

ModifierGUI

Последний на сегодня мод-инструмент. Также позволяет множество возможностей. Но больше направлен на страну за которую вы сидите. Вы можете увеличивать количество получаемой полит. власти, усиливать свою армию при помощи специальных опций и уничтожать 40-е шаблоны своей одной каской. В общем классный мод для тех кто хочет побаловаться.

Cores & Claims GUI

Мод позволяет национализировать аннексированные провинции. Вы также можете фабриковать претензии на территории соперников.

Player-Led Peace Conferences

Теперь вы не увидите справедливые границы от ботов. Мод позволяет только игрокам получать боевые очки, соответственно, только игроки могут теперь заседать на мирной конференции.
Кстати, даже сам автор мода не знает каким образом боты распределяют очки между игроками, главное что они их распределяют.

Demand It!

Данный мод позволяет вам предъявлять ультиматумы (или принимать их). С ботами лучше не играть с этим модом, или отключать в настройках мода возможность использования его ботами.
Для мультиплееров самое то. Работает хорошо.

Colorize Your Country

Мод даёт возможность покрасить свою страну в иной цвет от стандартного.

Formable Nations In Setup Options

Теперь вы в настройках игровой сессии можете выбрать формируемые нации. Ушедшие Австро-Венгрия, Германская Империя или Российская теперь не проблема, просто тыкните в кнопку.

Puppet Manager

Мод позволяет контролировать марионеток. Вы можете забирать у них территории или даже дислоцировать заводы и фабрики. В общем творите, что хотите.
Внимание! Мод не обновляется уже год.

Adiya’s Historical Flag Pack

Собственно, теперь вы можете увидеть реальный нацистский флаг.

Expert AI 4.0

Мод улучшает ИИ. Вы также можете редактировать настройки искусственного интеллекта, как вам захочется.

Magna Europa

Позволяет увеличивать карту в размерах в нужной вам области. При помощи данного мода и Toolpack вы можете создавать детальные сценарии для отыгрывания в онлайне.

Random Country Placement 1.10

Рандомно распологает страны. Очень неплохой и весёлый мод для Battle Royale.

Endsieg: Ultimate Victory

Русская локализация Endsieg: Ultimate Victory Общее: Актуальная версия 0.8.2 Необходимая версия HOI4 (1.10+) Чтобы помочь нам улучшить качество перевода, отправляйте скриншоты с найденными ошибками.

Очень старый и глобальный мод. До сих пор обновляется. Позволяет играть разные сценарии начиная с начала первой мировой (1914) до окончания второй (1945). Мод проработан, хотя и годится больше всего для отыгрывания одного выбранного сценария.

Millennium Dawn: Modern Day Mod

Данный мод переносит нас в начало 00-х. Мод отлично проработан, имеются система денег, налоговая система, инвестиционная система, партийная система и т.д. Хотя моду ещё развиваться и улучшаться, всё равно данный мод уже подходит для онлайн рп похождений.

Hearts of Iron IV: Economic Crisis

Недалеко отходя. Экономик кризис это гигантский мод. Он хоть и не такой старый, как MIllenium Dawn (с 2016 г.), но весит на 1ГБ больше. Мод позволяет играть с 2013 года. В нём просто нереально гигантские ветки технологий, супер гигантские шаблоны армий, есть система бюджета, множество новых моделей и решений. В общем отдельная HOI4.

Novum Vexillum

Ещё один мод на современность. Он уступает и Millenium Dawn и Economic Crisis, но тоже имеет место в данном руководстве, поскольку постоянно обновляется (с 2019). В целом как Lite версия обоих гигантов сверху очень даже ничего. Это не значит, что фокусов и стран новых нет, всё в целом проработано, естественно в рамках данной модификации.

Hearts of Iron IV: The Great War Redux [Beta]

Мод переносит вас в первую мировую войну. Новые фокусы, страны, техи, решения. В общем отличный и готовый мод для игры, если хотите почувствовать бесконечно стоячие фронты без танковых дивизий.
Данный мод является независимым от оригинального The Great War (который с недавнего времени стали редко обновлять).

Hearts of Iron IV: The Great War

Это оригинальный TGW. Здесь больше наворочек, нежели в версии которая выше. Больше сценариев и в целом этот мод старее. Можно рекомендовать его, но с недавнего времени обновлений практически не выходит, поскольку команда разработки мода начала работу над своей собственной игрой.

Kaiserreich

Cold War Iron Curtain: A World Divided

Данный мод весит 3ГБ. Это просто гигантский мод на холодную войну. Вы можете играть с 1949, 1960 и 1970 годов. Проработано от слова всё. Добавлено куча новых механик. В общем здесь объяснять нечего. Ещё один гигантский мод который вам придётся изучать ещё долгое время.

Cold War Mod

Этот конечно не сравним с тем модом, что выше. Но всё-таки тоже рекомендую его к установке. Он также регулярно получает обновления. И если вам кажется сложным прошлый мод, то можете попробовать этот, он с такой же тематикой, хоть и в разы меньше.

Hearts of Iron IV: Empire Alpha 0.4.2: Plus Ultra

Мод начинается с 1699 года. Это конечно не EU4, но тоже ничего. Очень много новых механик больше нацеленных на колонизацию. Много новых стран, фокусов и прочего. Собственно мод очень молодой и регулярно обновляется. Поэтому можете его попробовать, но на долго его не хватит, т.к. стран для игры ещё не так много. Но рекомендую, таких модов в среде HOI4 ОЧЕНЬ МАЛО.

Old Europe 1300

Один из немногочисленных модов на старейшие века. Мод начинается с 1300 года. Множество механик, фокусов, технологий, решений, ивентов, изменены все страны. Есть возможность колонизации, есть возможность скупать регионы, развиваться только экономически и так далее. Мод полностью русифицирован. Рекомендую.

Total War Mod

Total War это большая модификация нацеленная исключительно на вторую мировую, т.е. на ванильную HOI и является её очень классной заменой. В целом можно сказать он также является и заменой Road to 56 и New Ways. Здесь новые войска, технологии, решения, страны и прочее. Много новых механик. Рекомендую, мод очень проработан и уже готов к использованию. Обновляется регулярно.

Thousand Week Reich

Что, если Третий Рейх победил во второй мировой. Сразу скажу, играть смысл имеется. Гитлер умирает и начинается полный хаос. Вы конечно можете спасти Германию, но скажу вам сразу, спасти её сможет только хороший игрок. А можете сыграть за куски бывшего СССР и восстановить союз. Мод проработан.

The New Order: Last Days of Europe

Этот мод хоть и более проработан, нежели тот, что выше. Но он всё-таки моложе. Также позволяет поиграть в сценарии, где Гитлер победил. Хаос также начинается со смертью Гитлера. Более сложен и проработан, больше стран и прочего. Вы понимаете. Весит он в разы больше.

BlackICE Historical Immersion Mod

Если вы желаете реалистичности, то данный мод для вас. Он добавляет множество новых механик, фокусов, технологий и прочего.

Модификация рассчитана на длительные партии. Есть возможность сыграть начиная с 1857 по 2050 года. Изменён интерфейс, опять же множество новых механик, решений, фокусов, стран и прочего. Рекомендую.

Доброго времени суток, дорогие подписчики. На связи НГПМ. После «небольшого» перерыва, русификатор для мода Führerreich обновлен. Обновление выходит в версии 4.0. Работа была переделана с нуля. Да, потребовалась много сил и времени, что бы довести все до ума, но впереди предстоит сделать еще большее. поддержать русификатор на всем протяжении обновления мода, исправить ошибки и баги, найти оптимальный подход к решению возникших проблем (надеюсь, их не будет) и порадовать вас стабильным и качественным переводом русификатора. Представьте себе мир, в котором Германия выиграла Первую Мировую. Как он бы выглядел? Авторы Кайзеррейха поразмышляли на эту тему и сделали проработанный мир Вильгельма II с множеством новых механик и геймплейных фишек. Свое фокусное дерево есть даже у банановых республик, ей богу ребята заморочились. Игра будет ощущаться совершенно иначе. Да и мир уже не тот, что прежде.

На данный момент «Рассвет тысячелетия» — самый крупный мод на современный мир. Был «Экономический кризис», да сплыл. Хотя, вроде, над ним еще работают. А этот мод будет очень интересен всем желающим поучаствовать вершении судьбы мира 21 века.

Некоторое время назад произошло слияние с Modern Day 4. Суть все та же, только силы моддеров объединились. Сейчас разработка если и движется, то очень медленно.

И снова вы можете поменять ход истории. Не дать гражданской войне в России привести к власти красных. Не дать Антанте помешать немецким и австро-венгерским войскам. Раздробить Штаты и собрать их поновой. Решение вновь остается за игроком

EQUESTRIA AT WAR

На контрасте с Великой войной выложить пони и их чудо-мир Эквестрию я посчитал довольно интересной иронией. Ценителей My Little Pony довольно много, как и ценителей этого мода. На этой абсолютно новой карте очень много государств, многие из которых обладают фокусными деревьями, способными изменить ход истории и жизни многих милых созданий. Вы можете погрузить их розовый мирок в кровавое месиво, хе-хе.

«Во имя царя» — это мир, в котором Российская Империя выигрывает Первую Мировую войну. История здесь акцентирует внимание на другом результате Брусиловского прорыва, в результате которого Россия выводит из игры одного из важнейших союзников Германии — Австро-Венгрию. Побоявшись полного разрушения империи, Вильгельм II просит мира в начале 1917 года. Ну, в итоге мир выглядит совершенно иначе. По-царски.

If you stumbled across this mod, you probably made a good choice. I have to say, it’s great! Any I’m not only saying that because I worked on it a lot.

swf541, starwarsfan541, or just «swf» like everybody calls him is the current project leader of Cold War: The Iron Curtain – A World Divided. As of the 29th July 2018, he decided to host the mod himself, thus not caring about losing the over 100.000 subscribers who subbed to this mod. This is fine, sure, though he could have asked me, which he didn’t do. I wouldn’t be writing this message if it was different.

I thank everyone who supported me, who asked me not to leave and who were always friendly to me. Thank you very much guys!

This is a test build for a planned submod for the Iron Curtain mod which aims to expand the content for the Republic of China.

As of now the features include:

-Changes to the Chinese Civil War
-General and Leader Biographies
-A new starting Focus Tree for the Kuomintang during the Chinese Civil War
-A 60s tree for the Kuomintang under Chiang Kai-shek on the mainland
-A 70s tree for the Kuomintang under Chiang Kai-shek on the mainland
-Various Events
-Localisation and Tooltip fixes

Cold War Iron Curtain: A Kuomintang Expansion 0.2 has just released!

-Removed 60s Tree for Li Zongren and Sun Li-jen as it caused too many bugs and has been serving as a placeholder in the first place
-Added Chen Cheng as a potential candidate for the 1950s (Mainland) tree
-Added 1970s (Mainland) tree, which includes:
— Debate on the political state of the Republican Army
— Chinese Modernisation Path for the entire 1970s
— Foreign Relations Path for the 1970s, including Reforming the Nanjing Treaty, the Treaty Ports and Border disputes with the USSR and Mongolia
— Chiang Kai-sheks last years and the early phase of Chiang Ching-kuo as Prime Minister
-Fixed a bug regarding Mao not starting as the leader of the PLA
-Transformation of (almost) all leaders and generals to the new NSB Character System
-Fixed various localisation errors

Cold War: The Iron Curtain adds in a ton of great custom aircraft GFX for many countries throughout the Cold War. However, there are still a lot of countries with playable content that lack fitting aircraft GFX for their air forces.

This mod is intended to be a solution for that problem. It takes aircraft GFX already in the CWIC mod and adds them to countries that are currently lacking custom aircraft GFX of their own in order to deepen gameplay immersion.

To be clar: I am not a 3D modeller, so I will not be adding in new models of my own. However, I do have some very mild 2d graphical skills. To that end, when able, I will add in generic (blank with no national insignia) or custom GFX for countries so they’re not simply using planes with the flags and roundels of other countries in them.

As the CWIC team continues to develop their mod, I will remove content from this one as it becomes redundant. Eventually, this mod will probably become redundent in and of itself. But until then: I hope it adds to your CWIC experience. Enjoy!

Админ, Русик еще не видно, или в игру без русика сыграть можно?

Играть безусловно можно и на английском (если его знаешь). А вообще, НГПМ вроде взялись за перевод, но сомневаюсь, что русификатор будет готов в ближайшее время.

Уже и добавлен на наш сайт

без русификатора трудно, там даже не английские буквы а загагулины

Чтобы не было «загогулин», необходимо переключиться на английский язык в настройках игры.

Скачал мод и не понял только 1: Куда блин делись агенства!?

Объясните мне пожалуйста: где на версии 1.9.3 в этом моде вкладки агенства? У меня их просто нет.Хотя они должны ведь быть!

У тебя должен быть включено DLC «La Resistance», если он у тебя не включён, то тогда понятно почему не работает, если же ты включил DLC, но всё ещё нет агенств, то тогда попробуй скачать DLC с группы эмбро, просто вбей в поисковике «Скачать DLC для Hearts of Iron 4» и там будет эта группа и все инструкции с включением DLC, они работают и на пиратке и на лицензии

А как установить русификатор, а то я вообще не понимаю как что делать?!

Так же как и сам мод.
