How to get The World (TW) in AUT (A Universal Time)
There’s a variety of different powerful Stands in the world of Roblox A Universal Time. While you will start out stabbing yourself with arrows to get them, you will eventually need to complete quests to evolve them to become more powerful. The World is one of these Stands, and you will need to complete a fairly simple quest to get it! We’ll show you how in this guide.

The World Stand
To get The World in A Universal Time, you will need to obtain the Shadow Dio Stand by obtaining it from a Stand Arrow or trading for it. Once you have Shadow Dio, you need to talk to Him in the Forest while using the Shadow Dio Stand to obtain the Shadow’s Demands quest. Complete all the tasks in that quest to receive a Vial of Joestar’s Blood. Use this on your Shadow Dio Stand to get The World Stand!
The first step on your way to The World is getting the Shadow Dio Stand. This can be obtained at random by stabbing yourself with Stand Arrows. You can get these from Meteors that fall out of the sky onto the mountains and beach parts of the map. You will also find them in chests that spawn around the town randomly. You can also trade for it with another player. If you stab yourself with an arrow and it isn’t Shadow Dio then you need to either save it or reset it using the NPCs in the park.
Once you have the Shadow Dio Stand, you need to head to the Forest part of the map and look for Him. He is a dark and brooding figure who will be leaning up against a tree. You won’t always find them there, because he only has a 69% chance to spawn every 10 minutes. Once you do find Him, talk to them while using the Shadow Dio Stand to get the Shadow’s Demand quest.
Once you have the quest, you can view it by hitting the M key and then clicking on Quests. It has four requirements, which are the following:
Time Stop can be done by hitting the F key. It doesn’t seem to always work, so try transitioning out of your Stand with the Q key if you can’t use it for some reason. It has a long cooldown, so just do it when it comes up.
To Drain Blood, you will need to use the Blood Suck ability which is the Y key. You lunge forward when you use this move, so make sure you target something that is in front of you.
Taking and inflicting damage are pretty obvious, however, they will take quite a while. You’ll just need to go and fight other players. If you’ve finished the taking damage portion, you can just beat up some dummies to complete the inflicting damage part!
Once you’ve done all the steps, you will be rewarded with the Vial of Joestar’s Blood! Use this item while you are using the Shadow Dio Stand and you will receive The World Stand!

How to get The World in A Universal Time (AUT)
Shadow Dio is one of the most sought-after Stands in A Universal Time (AUT). It is very strong, and not all that difficult to get. If you end up getting Shadow Dio from a basic arrow, you can refer to our guide below. Here’s how to get The World in A Universal Time (AUT).
How to get The World in A Universal Time
To get The World in AUT, follow these steps:
To get Shadow Dio, you will need to get a bunch of Arrows. You have a chance to get Shadow Dio from any normal Arrow that comes from the meteors in the mountains. Another option is getting Arrows from chests.
Next, head to the forest and look for a black orb. The orb is actually an NPC known as Him, and he will show up randomly somewhere in the forest next to a tree. Speak with Him in the forest, and you will obtain the Shadow’s Demands. Make sure to press “Alright” when the dialog option pops up. He will tell you that you have a unique ability that has yet to reach its potential. You must turn to the path of Shadows to attain greater heights.
The Shadow’s Demands quest requires you to complete the following objectives:
To Time Stop with Shadow Dio, you’ll need to press “F” on your keyboard. It has a long cooldown but you only need to do it five times. The toughest part of this quest is to take 17,500 damage because that equates to about 40 deaths. It helps if you have some friends that are willing to assist you in this. Finally, to drain blood and deal damage, you can press the “Y” key to do the Blood Suck ability. As an added tip, you drain more blood if you are damaged.
After you finish all the quest objectives, you will receive an item called Blood of Joseph. Press the key in which the Blood of Joseph is on, and then drink it to get The World. After drinking the Blood of Joseph, you will be able to press Q to summon The World.
The World Controls in AUT
Here are The World’s controls in AUT:
Standless
Joseph Knife does damage and slows the enemy. Blood Suck heals you for around 60 HP on each usage. The Stop Sign move does 25 damage and is a good finishing move for your combos.
Stand
A good way to use The World is by doing a couple of normal attacks and following it up with a barrage. You can then combo into a Road Roller or a few more normal attacks. Make sure to use Dagger Throw to deal damage from range. If things take a turn for the worse, just use Time Stop to fix the problem! He is a very versatile character for PvP.

Star Platinum: The World is the stand of Jotaro Kujo, an ally of Josuke Higashikata in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable.
Appearance
Star Platinum / Star Platinum: The World (Often shortened to SP:TW) is a humanoid Stand, resembling a tall, well-built man of similar proportions to Jotaro, if not more muscular. In colored art, its skin is often a hue between purple, blue, green, and small bits of gold. Its face and body have varying colors.
It has long, flowing hair with a darker shade above its eyes and on the bridge of its nose, blurring the distinction between its hair and head. The spaces under its eyes and on its cheeks and chin are a darker color and divided clearly from the space around its nose and mouth. It wears a cap on its chin, and a metallic headband in three pieces, the central piece of which is shaped as a vertical ellipse. Initially, its facial features were very similar to Jotaro’s.
In the anime and film adaptations of Part 4, all of Star Platinum’s clothing, such as its red scarf and black gloves, become white, reflecting Jotaro’s own transition from black to white apparel. Its darker purple highlights, such as those under its eyes, also become lighter.
Attainability
Step 1: Star Platinum: The World is obtained by speaking to Jotaro Kujo (P6), you’ll need to obtain Star Platinum and you have to find a Mysterious Hat.
Step 2: Return to Jotaro Kujo (P6) with a stand like his and the lost item in your inventory; he’ll give you a quest to train your stand.

The barrage can be cancelled at any time if the player lets go of the E key.

If your mouse cursor is on a dummy, Boss NPC, or another player while pressing T, you will Time Stop and teleport behind them, and Star Platinum: The World will perform a clapping animation, crushing the opponent’s arms. This move is very fast to come out, so blocking it is only possible with luck or extreme reflexes. However, if the opponent is at a sprinting speed, they sometimes will not get hit, but you will still teleport behind them.

Both the player and the Stand will perform a pointing pose, and after the iconic quote: «STAR PLATINUM: THE WORLD!» The Stand will stop time. During Time Stop, all opponents are frozen, meaning they cannot block, attack, or move. Some stands such as this one, Star Platinum, The World: Over Heaven and more will have a short period of movement due to canon reasons. Any combat moves used by the player will stack into the end of the Time Stop, as long as it hits. Be aware however, if a player holds block before Time Stop, they can block the moves and damage you dealt. Although, any guardbreak moves will guard break, leaving them open for more damage. This move CAN be cancelled, so be careful, and use it when the enemy is out of range for melee attacks.

Star Platinum: The World will leap in front of the user and deliver a heavy smash to the ground, creating a small crater. Anyone within the range of the crater’s creation will take a high amount of damage and will be knocked back. This move can be blocked, but cannot be cancelled.

THIS MOVE CAN ONLY BE USED IF THE USER IS 1/3 HEALTH (150 HP) OR BELOW.
Star Platinum: The World will perform a grab in front of the user. If the grab successfully lands, both the user and the opponent’s POV will be forced into a beatdown cutscene, where the user catches the collapsing opponent by their wrist. The user then speaks, «Upon closer inspection. Good grief. What an ugly watch. But you won’t have to worry about that anymore. Because your face is going end up. Even uglier.» Star Platinum: The World will toss the opponent into the air, and perform a heavy barrage of punches while yelling «ORAORAORA!», then deliver a final punch, ending the beatdown. This is a reference to Jotaro beating up Kira Yoshikage.

There are also other fanbases in the game, and each fanbase has been molded into a JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure game. AUT is somewhat of a PVP simulator and a trading and grinding simulator. Shadow The World Requiem is a medium-ranged stand based on Shadow DIO, a non-canon stand from Heritage for the Future, a JoJo game for Arcade. In A Universal Time, Shadow The World reveals its full potential and becomes Shadow The World Requiem.
Shadow The World Requiem, also known as STWR to the majority of the player base, was first the mascot for AUT. Because of this, it has abilities that deal a lot of damage. It is considered to be the one of the most, if not the most powerful stand in A Universal Time. In addition, it also has the ability to stop time, which can easily destroy foes that cannot evade with TS Resistance or a Stand Jump before the move can activate. This stand also has a special shiny counterpart called Hallow Shadow The World Requiem, which was only obtainable during the Halloween Event.
Shadow The World Requiem’s theme: DIO’s Amendment
This stand is an S+ Tier stand in the Stand Tier List (not confirmed for the new tier list) making it not just powerful, but also a super rare stand.
The thematic counterpart of Shadow The World Requiem is Star Platinum Requiem.
Appearance
It looks completely different from Shadow DIO. It has menacing neon purple eyes, a purple torso and purple armor with a neon purple Requiem Arrow on the center of the armor, purple wings, a Requiem Arrow on the helmet, phantom legs with tentacles on its belt, and two horns on its helmet.
How To Obtain (Attainability)
You must have Shadow DIO equipped, and then use the rarest item in game, the cursed orb. Upon usage you will obtain Shadow The World Requiem.

Spawn Location
Him (Kur_Dev) is an NPC that appears Leaning against a tree. Him (Kur_Dev), can be spoken to in order to get a quest to obtain The World. However, you must obtain Shadow DIO first. Him has a 69% chance of spawning every six minutes.
Appearance
Him appears as Kur with a black aura around himself. He has no eyes. Side note: recently due to a glitch Kur lost his hair, horns and shoulder pads.

Drain 2,500 blood. (350 if you do all of the quest in the same server or in a priv server)
Take 17,500 damage. (25k if you do all of the quest in the same server or in a priv server)

Time Stop 5 times. (15 if you do all of the quest in the same server or in a priv server )
Completing Him’s (Kur’s) quest will give you the ‘Blood of Joseph’ item that can turn Shadow DIO into The World.

In JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Part 3 Stardust Crusaders, Shadow The World is The World before DIO knew about its powers. It’s also Shadow Dio’s stand from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Heritage For The Future (JJBA: HFTF) Video game.
Description:
This stand is interesting. This opens up a lot of combo potential, especially if you are good at the game. If used right, this stand and its variants (FSTW, SW) can deal devastating damage. However, this stand possesses many weaknesses as well. Shadow Dio is a «glass cannon» which can deal immense damage but can’t take a hit itself, and it’s R move has low knockback meaning it can be punished on hit. his crouch moves are also more situational than his standing moves because of his low speed when crouching.

Shadow The World + Cursed Orb = STWR.
Shadow The World + Cosmic Orb = Dio’s The World.
Shadow The World + Dank Diary = Shadow Weeaboo.

Shadow The World Requiem deals True Damage and has 50% life steal on almost all moves, this allows him to negate all types of counters and remain unkillable.
As the user loses health, the damage of Shadow The World Requiem increases, doing more damage in proportion to how low the user’s health is.
STWR takes Lightning out of each attack hitting the closest people
Summon 3 arrows that will fly towards your mouse cursor
STWR throws 4 punches and a kick at the enemy
STWR does a quickly uppercut
STWR Makes Appears Cursed Requiem Arrows near him
Shadow The World Requiem and its’ user wind up for about 1 second and stops time for 7 seconds.
Shadow The World Requiem stops time very briefly and thrusts its fist into the target with superior force, sending the target flying in the direction in which they were facing.
Shadow The World Requiem and its’ user go into a counter like pose, where they are shown to be reading a book and to be drinking ‘cherry juice’. If the user is hit during this counter state, the user will automatically teleport behind the attacker and Shadow The World Requiem will promptly deal a good amount of damage to the enemy through unknown means.
STWR makes a cursed orb appears attacking everyone near
You automatically teleport to where your mouse cursor is aimed, although this move has a limited range, it is great for getting closer to your enemies. Or running away.

Yone is the older-half brother of Yasuo (Yasuo was a original spec in AUT Old Universe (Yasuo in old universe was called Samurai/PROJECT Samurai). Both Yone and Yasuo are from League of Legends. Yone can transverse the spirit and return to his mortal form.
In life, he was Yone—half-brother of Yasuo, and renowned student of his village’s sword school. But upon his death at the hands of his brother, he found himself hunted by a malevolent entity of the spirit realm, and was forced to slay it with its own sword.
Appearance
Yone is a dual-wielding swordsman which wears a red demon mask/helmet. Yone wears white bandages on his lower arms and half his torso, covering his hands with the bandages.

Talk to the Umbra NPC and complete the quest.

Upon killing the boss you will get one of two items. The Ancient Sword (For Yasuo) and Azakana Mask (For Yone).

To get Tusk Act 1 you need a left arm, use the saint’s left arm on Standless/Kiryu
For Tusk Act 2 you need to talk to Johnny Joestar in the Desert next to the house closest to the dio boss spawn, after that complete his quest by nail gliding for 5 minutes in total.
For Tusk Act 3 you need to use Dark Determination (H move) until it spawns Jesus with a very small chance of spawning. (chances stack up to 15%)
For Act 4 you need to dig in Devils Palm for «Eye of the Saint», which has a very very small chance of being obtained (2% Chance). After obtaining The Saint’s Eye give the eye to Gyro and then you wil have Tusk Act 4.
Nocturnus Quest
Talk to DIO, located next to dio boss spawn next to the Dawn Sword. You can accept to do your «Training.» When you complete it, you will obtain the Evil Fragments in which are used on TheWorld to get Nocturnus.
Sol Quest
Kill Dio with Star Platinum located at the Dio Boss Spawn. Upon killing Dio, Jesus will give you a quest (answer with yes), after doing all of the quests objectives you must kill Dio with star platinum(again) while having a Tales of the Universe (Can be found in chests with a 9% chance) in your inventory and after killing Dio for the second time, Jesus will appear and say to you that «do you want to learn the cosmos?» and hold the Tales of Universe in your hand and click yes. (Reason why you should hold the Tales of Universe while killing Dio is because the «do you want to learn the cosmos?» sign disappears quickly)
Quest: Inflict 5000 damage, Block 1500 dmg, Get 5 time stop kills, and Kill Dio.

The World Quest
Talk to Him/Kur located in the Forest, always under a tree. You will need to have Shadow Dio/STW to get the quest, otherwise he tells you to go away. If you have Shadow Dio, you get the quest. Upon completing the quest, you will be rewarded with the Joseph’s Blood item. Using it on Shadow Dio evolves it to The World. Quest: Inflict 25000 damage, Suck 350 blood, Stop time 15 times, Take 17500 damage from other players/Reflecting Dummy/Attacking Dummy
Tips: Use stands such as crystallized or stands that can do group damage. use high durability stands/specs and walk into the attacking dummy for take 17500 damage objective.
The World: Over Heaven Quest
Talk to Pucci with The World, and select «The Way to Heaven» Option. When you complete the quest, you will simply be awarded with a dio diary, use it on The World to get The World Over Heaven.
Quest: Obtain DIO Bone and use it on The World to become powerful, Kill DIO with The World, Kill 40 Sinners (Players) using The World, doing this will give you a dio diary so you can get The World Over Heaven.
Alternative: Use a DIO’s Diary while using The World. You can find diaries within Treasure Chests or with a chance by defeating DIO.

The world a universal time
Every now and then, most of us post or publish an email out to a group of people that are in differing time zones. Sometimes that time is important, and you need to know that everyone will be on the same page with the time you intend them to know about. Sending that group a Universal Time Link (UTL) is the easiest way known today to express a time. But the great part of it is that you will be certain that they all have the correct time*.
If you want to post a time to a bunch of people in different time zones, you would normally send them a local time along with your time zone. Time formats differ & daylight savings gets tricky, & in short, some people will get the time conversion wrong for your posted time, especially if they do it manually. These time zone things are kinda confusing, & that’s why we’re here.
Alternatively, you can post everyone a Universal Time Link. And that is easier then drinking coffee! To do this, go to the Timulator, enter the time that you want to post, choose your social network, add a message & click send. Is UTTP Time the same as normal time – give me the tech stuff?
No. A UTTP time token is completely unambiguous, and cannot be mistaken, from any time zone. the UTTP token is actually encoded UTC time, encoded in the form of a proprietary base-30 number system. Overall, a time token cannot be compared to normal time, however it does represent normal UTC time. UTTP is a token in the form of a character string that means the same spacial moment in time. However, the geographic time of a UTTP time token is determined by where the token is activated (clicked), and is interpreted by the backagent: ETZI – Enhanced Time Zone Intelligence.

Will UTTP Time save my company money?
This depends on what your company does. If your company has international communication, online meetings, international branches, international clientele then yes. Where there is a need for times to be furnished to a global audience for things, then Universal Time Links will be the quickest, easiest and surest way to get everyone the right times for things.
What is the format of UTTP Time?
An UTTP Time is made of a 4-digit integer year + 4 digit base-30 date and time, and a 2 digit base-30 control code.
Do I need to understand what a UTTP Time means?
No, ust use it. A UTTP Time is a time & protocol code, & is used by UTTP servers to decode time & interpret other signifiers within the code. If someone online were to send you a GMT or UTC time, you would still need to interpret the format, & then to convert the UTC time to your own time zone. But the UTTP time code does everything for you after you click the Universal Time Link (UTL).
Is UTTP Time a free service?
Yes. It is an endeavor to provide global unambiguous time. A universal world time solution needed to be initiated by a private organization as a courtesy technology, because to co-ordinate this with world governments would be logistically & politically impossible.
Does UTTP Time allow for Daylight Savings?
Yes. Daylight Savings Time (DST) is always a problem with time software, & it was a challenge during the building of Enhanced Time Zone Intelligence (ETZI). Most software handles DST perfectly, except when it comes to the scourge for all developers: the DST transitional hour problem. When DST begins for a given time zone, the clocks are moved forward one hour, causing one hour to not exist, & to never have existed for that time zone. When DST ends for that time zone, the clocks are moved back one hour, meaning that on that day, one hour is duplicated. There is no easy software solution for a duplicate hour, but UTTP has found the solution.
Do I need to worry about Time Zone conversions now?
If you receive local time from people in other time zones, yes. If they send you a Universal Time Link, then you have to click the link. Encourage others with the new system by always using it yourself.
What is a Universal Time Link?
UTTP Time is tokenized time, which is different to having it linkable. By linkable, we mean that UTTP Time can be sent, delivered & handled as an ordinary web link, making it very powerful. The general public, when using the Timulator, will only ever see & use a Universal Time Link. Only companies & agencies will ever have a need to store raw UTTP time tokens.

A Universal Time: Lore
(note: some things are subjected to change and gameplay wont affect the lore)
Timeline:
A HISTORY OF “THE ISLAND”
After the death of a man known as “The Saint”, his corpse is split by an earthquake and distributed across North America. Locations known as Devil’s Palms begin to appear throughout North America at the same time. In the same year, a meteoriteーlater known as Forsythーcrash lands near Miami, Florida.
YEAR: 16XX
A boat containing The Heart of The Saint capsizes, causing the heart to drift its way to Forsyth’s location. There, through grains of sand, a Devil’s Palm begins to form. The Devil’s Palm begins to form underground, burying Forsyth in the ground. In the same year, deep fissures from continuous earthquakes begin to form around the Devil’s Palm.
YEAR: 18XX
Funny Valentine finds the Saint’s Heart, destroying the Devil’s Palm above Forsyth. This causes the area around Forsyth to break and disappear. Forsyth begins to drift further into the sea and settles on an area 926 KM from Miami, Florida.
YEAR: 1901
A man steals the Saint’s Corpse and travels to Japan, shortly dying afterward. The corpse of The Saint is recovered, except for the arm and heart of The Saint. The boat carrying the corpse capsizes. The Heart and the Left Arm of The Saint are lost, eventually drifting to Forsyth. The Devil’s Palm of Forsyth reappears and establishes itself as an island.
YEAR: 1902
In the summer, two brothers and their cousinーdescendants of people that participated in the Steel Ball Run raceーwash up on an island in the middle of what is later known as the Bermuda Triangle. They learn that the island is “protected” by some force unknown to them, as it is hidden from the outside world and cannot be seen unless entered. They also learn that they cannot leave, as they are thrown back onto the island by the sea when they try to escape. In December of that year, three more people arrive on the island, all descendants of people that participated in the Steel Ball Run race as well. Their names are changed to Aþyll, Aime, and Camellia respectively later on.
YEAR: 1903
The six of them begin to adjust to life on the island by using materials found on the island and metal scraps found from washed up ships. In July, the brothers and their cousin venture into the Devil’s Palm and unearth Forsyth. The older brother ventures into it during the night, while the younger brother goes in the morning. At noon, the week after the brothers venture into the Devil’s Palm, the brothers experience difficulty breathing. Something ominous happens to them that goes unseen by the cousin, and moments later, they recover. Upon returning, they discover that the other three had also suffered difficulty breathing. In the following days, strange phenomena begin to occur around the island. Meteorites begin to fall much more frequently and strange objects begin to pour from the sky. The falling of the meteorites being more frequent causes dust and ore to be sent flying across the island. The “meteor dust” is unknowingly inhaled by all of them as days continue to pass.
December 25, 1904
The brothers and the other trio experience internal pain at identical times. The cousin, being the only one to have not experienced this, is forced to act as their doctor. Though painful, all of them miraculously recover. Upon doing so, they awaken abilities. This is discovered to be a result of continuous inhalation of the meteor dust. The dust, containing a special virus, had integrated itself into their body. They decide to name these abilities “Stands”. The brothers name their abilities “Space Overlord (SOL)” and “Nocturnus” respectively. It is unknown what the other trio had named theirs.
January 26, 1905
Construction on “The Forge” begins. The Cousin uses the fallen meteorite around the island to construct it. The island population reaches 300. The brothers are established as the leaders of the island as they are the first to have arrived. The cousin declines the offer for leadership and settles for peacefully working on The Forge as “The Blacksmith”. They also take Aþyll, Aime, and Camellia as apprentices during this time.
June 12, 1905
The second stage of The Forge is completed. Using it, they create tools that can evolve, improve, or grant abilities without having to enter the Devil’s Palm. Forsyth sinks into the Devil’s Palm and stays there due to lack of use from humans. Aþyll, Aime, and Camellia are the first to use these tools. The experiments are a success, and their abilities are now comparable to the brothers’, if not even better. Seeing this, the brothers begin to grow jealous and spiral into madness.
YEAR: 1910
The Forge is completed. It is moved to a base built in space by Aime in order to use the heat of the sun, and in addition, is hooked up to a multi-dimensional panel that can bend it to however needed. An internal conflict brews within the brothers as they both begin to struggle for power over one-another.
January 26, 1912
The older brother grows mad with power and declares war. The younger brother escapes and goes into hiding for a while. He raids The Forge of supplies and materials in order to amass more power. His stand, Nocturnus, is completed and he becomes the strongest person on the island. He uses it to turn the side of the war in his favour, only to have it pushed back later by the older brother. The older brother strikes a deal with Camellia in order to grant him power as well, which allows his Sol to lock the war into a stalemate. Fearing that the both of them may very well destroy the island, the cousin begins Project D-4WN.
YEAR: 1913
Project D-4WN is finished and given the official name of “Dawn”. In a planned coup, both sides are taken out swiftly and effectively. Dawn is used to kill both brothers, sealing away the power granted to them inside of Dawn. Fearing that The Forge and Dawn may be seized by loyalists from both sides, the cousin destroys the forge and hides Dawn on a mountain. They disappear shortly afterwards, supposedly having off’d themselves. Aþyll, Aime, and Camellia seize power on the island, ushering in an era of peace, even if forced. Aþyll erases any proof that the brothers or cousin ever existed, essentially rewriting the entire history of the island. In order to prevent any events like the war from happening again in the future, they make a pact to swiftly kill each other if the worst is to happen.
YEAR: 20XX

How to get World Over Heaven (TWOH) in AUT
There’s a variety of unique and interesting Stands, items, and Forms that you can obtain in Roblox A Universal Time. While some are easy to get, a lot of the others have quests you’ll need to complete, or will only occur under rare circumstances. If you’re looking to get the TWOH aka The World Over Heaven, then we will take a look at what you will need to do to get it in this guide.

We also have a list of some servers you can join that are private in AUT that will make it easier to grind some of the required items.
The World Over Heaven Stand Guide
To get TWOH in AUT, you will first need to get The World Stand! The first step on your way to The World is getting the Shadow Dio Stand. This can be obtained at random by stabbing yourself with Stand Arrows. You can get these from Meteors that fall out of the sky onto the mountains and beach parts of the map. You will also find them in treasure chests that spawn around the town. You can also trade for it with another player. If you stab yourself with an arrow and it isn’t Shadow Dio then you need to either save it or reset it using the NPCs in the park.
If you find Dio’s Diary while searching through chests, make sure to save it because we will need it later!
Once you have the Shadow Dio Stand, you need to head to the Forest part of the map and look for Him. He is a dark and brooding figure who will be leaning up against a tree. You won’t always find them there, because he only has a 69% chance to spawn every 10 minutes. Once you do find Him, talk to them while using the Shadow Dio Stand to get the Shadow’s Demand quest.
Once you have the quest, you can view it by hitting the M key and then clicking on Quests. It has four requirements, which are the following:
Time Stop can be done by hitting the F key. It doesn’t seem to always work, so try transitioning out of your Stand with the Q key if you can’t use it for some reason. It has a long cooldown, so just do it when it comes up.
To Drain Blood, you will need to use the Blood Suck ability which is the Y key. You lunge forward when you use this move, so make sure you target something that is in front of you.
Taking and inflicting damage are pretty obvious, however, they will take quite a while. You’ll just need to go and fight other players. If you’ve finished the taking damage portion, you can just beat up some dummies to complete the inflicting damage part!
Once you’ve done all the steps, you will be rewarded with the Vial of Joestar’s Blood! Use this item while you are using the Shadow Dio Stand and you will receive The World Stand!
Now that you have The World Stand, you will need to locate the Dio’s Diary item. You can get this from a treasure chest, it has a 9% drop rate so it isn’t extremely rare and you should be opening a lot of chests anyway. You can also talk to Pucci the Ability Resetter at the park and ask for The Way to Heaven. This will give you a quest that once finished will give you Dio’s Diary. It’s a pretty long quest, so you’re better off going through chests. Here’s the requirements:
Dio’s Bone can be found in treasure chests, a Dio NPC that you can fight spawns in the Forest, and then you need to kill 40 players which will take quite a while.
However you get Dio’s Diary, once you have it, use it while you have The World Stand equipped and you will obtain The World: Over Heaven Stand!

The Cursed Orb is currently the rarest obtainable item in the game. It has 2 uses other than trade. It can be used to get the cursed stands such as STWR/SPR and to summon bosses such as Umbra and Hollow. Hollow can no longer be summoned as it was a limited Halloween boss.
Appearance
The Cursed Orb resembles a black orb with black chains in an infinite loop around it, amidst a mysterious purple galaxy-like aura, resembling darkness.
Attainability
The Cursed Orb is obtained by finding and opening a Treasure Chest. There’s a 1% chance of getting a Cursed Orb from one. Alternatively, you can do Goku’s quest to obtain it by choosing «Destruction» (Not Recommended).

Cursed Orbs have a 1% chance to be found in any treasure chest or spawn on the ground.

There are multiple ways to get the Cursed Orb:
The Orb itself is often considered to be worth more than the stands it makes, so if you do get the orb, refrain from using it on either of the stands that it evolves. If you do, it is recommended you fuse the Orb with Shadow Dio for STWR.

A Universal Time is a Roblox game made by Kur(kurapika). This game is based off the manga JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, but there are many non canon stands/specs that make the game so unique, including Gaster and Sans from Undertale, Mastered Ultra Instinct from Dragon Ball, and Sakuya from the Embodiment of Scarlet Evil. If you don’t have discord you can go to A Universal Time Trading. and make some profits. A Universal Time is based off of parent game A Bizarre Day.

7)Will XSans and XChara make it to the game? Well we are not becoming an undertale game and thats not Confirmed yet as of their moves are really confusing and could take a while to fix/create
8)Is there gonna be bosses in the game? They sure will, we planning to make DIO/Diavolo/Pucci Bosses as of now they are currently in Development.

Gold Experience (or simply «GE«) is the Stand of Giorno Giovanna, the main Protagonist of Vento Aureo/Golden Wind. It is a fast close-ranged Stand that possesses the ability to give life to a non-living thing. Gold Experience also possesses the ability to create flesh or organs, and detect life with its life giving ability. In-game, Gold Experience is a fairly quick stand with average damage. It also has a reflecting move and a move that creates a scorpion that independently attacks the closes player/NPC. It also has a strong healing move, which heals the most HP out of all healing moves (excluding KQ’s BTD). Gold Experience can evolve into Gold Experience Requiem, by using the Requiem Arrow and pressing J, you are able to temporarily transform into Gold Experience Requiem.
Appearance
Gold Experience is a humanoid Stand, mainly colored gold (as shown by its name), that has some brown areas on the upper hand, as well as purple on both knees and both sides of its chest.
Golden Experience is a humanoid Stand of slender build and average height, similar to Giorno’s body type. The top of its head is similar to that of a typical helmet of a soldier, with curved markings similar to the letter J coming down from the eyes on both sides. There are stylized wings on its shoulders and large ladybugs all over its body, which seem to parallel the ladybug emblems present on Giorno’s design.
Its design is based on the scarab beetle, as a symbol of creation in ancient Egypt, and on ladybugs, symbolizing regeneration, with its angel wings as a symbol of peace.
It wears slings, similar to the suspenders on DIO’s pants.
Befitting its name, Gold Experience is portrayed in most media featuring it in a shade of yellow, but changing colors for some of its details, most notably its ladybugs ornaments.

Made in Heaven’s value is an A tier stand. This stand has low combo potential due to it’s attacks being hard to aim and the amount of moves with knockback.
This stand doesn’t have any passives.
Made In Heaven is the final evolution of Enrico Pucci’s Stand, Whitesnake and C-Moon, featured in Stone Ocean. Made In Heaven is a canon stand that is one of the strongest stands in the JJBA Universe.
Analysis
Made In Heaven is a medium-ranged and close-ranged stand, a stand that has the ability to accelerate time extremely quick, reset the universe, control the gravitational forces on Earth, Moon, and seemingly the entire universe.
Made In Heaven is a powerful close-range time controlling Stand. Although its physical abilities may not be the best of the best, its control over time grants it an overwhelming speed advantage and even counters abilities that function with a time limit like Star Platinum’s time stop due to time stop being actually just slowing down time MIH counters this by speeding it up.
Most Made in Heaven players are serious when they use Made in Heaven. If you can’t do anything about their combos, you’ll be finished in seconds.
Made in Heaven is obtained by interacting with Pucci, and selecting the «The Way To Heaven» option with C-Moon, you’ll receive a quest from Pucci. The quest you get from him is: The Way To Heaven.
These methods will not work as the New Universe update changed how Made In heaven was obtained

How to get Sol in A Universal Time (AUT)
There are many upgradeable stands available in A Universal Time. A fan-favorite is Sol, or Jataro’s Star Platinum (JSP for short), and it’s a bit of a process to unlock. Not to worry, though, because we’re here to guide you through the process one step at a time. Here’s our guide on how to get Sol in A Universal Time (AUT), the popular JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure-inspired Roblox game.
How to get Sol in A Universal Time
To get Sol in AUT, follow these steps:
Obtain the Star Platinum Stand from an Arrow
The first step in obtaining Sol is to ensure you have the Star Platinum Stand available in your Ability Storage or active to summon. The next part of this quest requires Star Platinum. You can find arrows in chests, meteors, or by purchasing one from the shop. Refer to our guide on how to get a Stand if you need more help.
Defeat Dio and wish to know the cosmos
Next, you will need to locate or summon Dio. You can either summon him for 500 Robux or find him in the forest. He randomly spawns every thirty minutes in the forest and sometimes can be up in the trees. It will help if you are on a private server so that nobody steals the kill, and you won’t have any competition for it.
After slaying Dio, he will say, “do you wish to know the cosmos?” Be sure to reply with “Yes.” Otherwise, you’ll need to kill Dio again, and that’s a big waste of time. As a side note, don’t worry about dying when fighting Dio. You can respawn and run back, and he will not regenerate his health.
Complete the Creation of the Cosmos quest
You will now have a quest called Creation of the Cosmos, with the following objectives:
All of these are fairly straightforward, except for Timestop kills. For this requirement, you must kill a player in Timestop. Timestop kills reportedly work on the Dummy NPCs in the park, but I have not tested to confirm that. You can enter Timestop by pressing the “J” key, and you should do this when an enemy has very low HP to ensure you kill them before it runs out.
When you kill Dio the second time, wait for the dialog to disappear. Do not press “yes” for the cosmos question. Remember, all of these tasks must be completed using the Star Platinum Stand.
Get the Tales of the Universe Book and kill Dio again
The Tales of the Universe Book is a random drop in AUT, and you can find it in chests. It reportedly has about a 9% spawn rate, so it may take you quite a few chests to find, depending on your luck.
Once you have the Tales of the Universe Book, locate and kill Dio one more time. This time, you can say “Yes,” when asked if you wish to know the cosmos. You will now respawn with Sol Star Platinum in A Universal Time (AUT)!

The moveset is based off from Kazuma Kiryu, a main protagonist from the game Yakuza. One of the interesting factors is that Standless is one of the only specs that can damage the user. Gold Experience Requiem is a strong canon stand like most other stand’s in-game. It is the evolved version of Gold Experience, its original form, and is also known as the Requiem Version. Gold Experience Requiem (ゴールド・エクスペリエンス・レクイエム Gōrudo Ekusuperiensu Rekuiemu) is the Requiem Stand of Giorno Giovanna, The main protagonist featured in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind. Gold Experience Requiem is a Stand of sheer power and is stated to be the most powerful canon Stand in JJBA. It has one of the most high destruction power from any Stand in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure.
It has almost the same abilities as its original form, Gold Experience, with the addition of Lightspeed Scorpion Beam and Diavolo Beatdown.
Despite canonically having the ability known as «Return to Zero». Gold Experience Requiem does not have that ability at the moment.
How To Obtain (Attainability)
New Universe Obtainment Method
To obtain Gold Experience Requiem, the user must stab themself with a Requiem Arrow while having Gold Experience equipped. To turn your Gold Experience to it’s requiem form, you must press the J key, and after that your Gold Experience will turn into Gold Experience Requiem that has it’s own Requiem moveset.
Old Obtainment Method
Golden Experience Requiem is obtained by using a Requiem Arrow on Gold Experience with a 1/10 Chance. If you succeed, then a «Korega, Requiem. Da.» Sound Effect plays From GER.
True Requiem Arrow increases the chance to 1/5, this is the arrow that’ll most likely give you GER.
Cranberry Experience Requiem was possibly obtained by using Requiem Arrow on Cranberry Experience.
Unlike todays Golden Experience Requiem, there was no chances in getting it, using the Requiem Arrow on Cranberry Experience immediately turns the stand into Cranberry Experience Requiem.

Sans is the brother of Papyrus and a major character in Undertale. He first appears in the forest after the protagonist exits the Ruins. He serves as a supporting character in the Neutral and True Pacifist routes and as the final boss and heroic antagonist in a Genocide Route. Sans is A Tier in Tier List. Sans is also a Universal Ability, just like every spec in-game
There are other variants of sans in other UNDERTALE AU’s, or alternate universes, he has different personalities, attributes, emotions, etc, one example is Cross sans, who is an AU that is fused with X-Chara. Sans is obtainable, but he got nerfed. (Rework Done for New Universe.)
Sans is especially good against stands/abilities that have an opening strike* before a more powerful series of strikes, such as beatdowns or Nocturnus’s Crash and Gnash Slashes, as he can dodge the opening strike and avoid the move altogether.
Sans is currently banned from the 1v1’s gamemode. It is unknown whether this is due to the End move being bugged in 1v1s, the Bad Time collision glitch or some other reason. Sans was unbanned recently, but was banned after about 2 days. It was said that Sans will be unbanned when he gets fixed, but the recent poll states that Sans will stay banned. It is not known if this is saying that Sans would be fixed but banned or Sans is getting a nerf or Sans will just stay the same and be unbanned.
*An opening strike is an attack that if hit, will lead to a series/continuation of other attacks. If an opening strike misses or fails to attack the target, the pre-mentioned follow up of hits will not occur, for Sans doesn’t actually get hit when dodging an attack (Obviously).
Sans is obtained by using a Bone on Standless.
This method does not work due to the new Universe replacing how things were obtained

Quest
When you talk to Gojo with 100k UCoins, click the “I want to learn about Infinity” option button, and he’ll give you a misc quest called “Ascension To Infinity”.
Ascension To Infinity quest:
Once you have finished this, talk to Gojo again, say I want to learn infinity and after this you will get a dialogue saying you got Gojo. You should be resetted and then have Gojo.
This quest is typically long and you don’t need to damage with a specific spec or stand.

This spec is based on one of the characters in the popular anime Jujutsu Kaisen.
Gojo Satoru (五条悟 Gojō Satoru), also known as Gojo for short, is a major protagonist in the anime Jujutsu Kaisen and the strongest known Jujutsu Sorcerer as of now in the JJK (Jujutsu Kaisen) Anime. Gojo is a universal speculation which released in The New Universe, the largest update in A Universal Time, as it became a whole entire rework. Gojo is currently S Tier, right behind Planet // Shaper.
Gojo has two different appearances/replica’s, and one of them are Gojo wearing his Blindfold and Gojo with No Blindfold.

Immense Cursed Energy: Satoru Gojo is known within the Jujutsu Society as the strongest jujutsu sorcerer. He has excellent control over his cursed energy, capable of activating his Domain in a split second, use reverse cursed techniques, and even combine positive and negative cursed energy.
Attainability
First off, you need to find the Gojo NPC. He’s at a mountain near the small hut leaning against a tree. You need 100,000 UCoins to get the quest. UCoins are obtained by opening Treasure Chest or thugs
Appearance
Gojo is a extremely tall man that is 190 Centimeters tall («6′ 3»). He has White Hair that spikes up only when he has his Blindfold on, and his Hair goes down when he has his Blindfold off or not wearing it, and also wears the TMCTC (Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical College) Uniform.

If it hits one enemy, then Gojo will teleport behind that person. If it hits a lot of people around you, then Gojo will teleport behind one of the enemies.
This move also guard breaks.

Domain Expansion: Infinite Void
Once move is used, Gojo removes his headband, grabs the enemy, and the sky turns black, Gojo will teleport behind the enemy, with a glitchy aura and pushes the enemy, then Gojo grabs the head of the enemy. When this happens, Gojo will say «Ironic, isnt it? When granted everything, you cant do anything.»
Then pulles the enemy’s head out with force and the entire screen becomes white except the enemy and Gojo.
This move is currently disabled, we dont have to say more, as you already know why its disabled.
NOTE: You can only use this skill if your HP Bar is below 250 Health.
Once this move is successfully landed, a medium-sized bubble barrier that is from the outside of Gojo’s Domain. Due to this, people cannot break in even with teleportation glitches, as you will be teleported out of the bubble barrier.

If you are confused about how to read the table, the spawn time is in seconds. A spawn rate of 600 seconds translates to 10 minutes. As for the spawn rate or spawn chance, it is out of 100. That means a 100 spawn chance is guaranteed to spawn at the time interval specified in the spawn time column.
Not every item is listed here, as some items from the old game have been removed entirely. Quest items are also unlisted since they are guaranteed to spawn after completing a quest chain.

Jesus is the NPC that grants the player Tusk Act 3 upon using Tusk Act 2’s Awakening while at low health. He has an entirely blue body with eyes covered by a crown of thorns. He has a small chance of spawning.

When killing DIO while having Star Platinum equipped, a window saying «Do you wish to know the cosmos?» will appear, along with Jesus behind you. Pressing «Yes» will give you the quest «Creation of the cosmos». Alternatively, if you have completed the quest already and have Tales Of The Universe in your inventory (not necessary in hand), then press «Yes», you will gain Sol.
Attainability:
While using Tusk Act 2, get to low health (usually by losing health from other players, the Punching Akira_DEV dummy, or Devil’s Palm). Your health must be below at least 150 then use H. With a LOT of luck, Jesus will appear behind you and give you Tusk Act 3.
When you finish off DIO with Star Platinum he’ll appear behind you.

Son Goku (孫そん悟ご空くう Son Gokū), born Kakarot (カカロット Kakarotto), is the main protagonist of the Dragon Ball metaseries. Goku is a Saiyan originally sent to destroy Earth as an infant. Goku is a S+ Tier spec, along with Reaper and Broly. Goku is known as one of the strongest specs in-game and in the Dragon Ball series, as he can switch forms up to Mastered Ultra Instinct.
Goku is one of the Two Saiyan/Dragon Ball specs in AUT, the other one being Broly, as he can go Legendary Super Saiyan/LSSJ.
He was released and announced on December 25, 2020, but was delayed. He is now released in The New Universe.

The History and Purpose of the Time Standard
The idea of Coordinated Universal Time is something called a “time standard.” This term refers to a specific rate at which time passes or specific points in time. There are various types of time standards used throughout history, today the UTC is the main standard by which time is measured around the world.
In this case, we’re discussing a constructed time standard. This modern solution does not observe Daylight Saving Time and in terms of coordinates and time zones, it is located within one second of zero degrees longitude. An Overview of Time Standards
When we consider a time standard a lot of things come to mind. Clocks, calendars, astronomical observations, these are all tools that have been used to establish a time standard in various parts of the world throughout history. Time standards were originally based on the rotation of the Earth. The problem with this method was the assumption leading up to the end of the 19th century that Earth’s rate of rotation was constant.
After examining astronomical evidence, astronomers were able to discover that this rate wasn’t constant. A major step forward was the invention of the caesium atomic block in 1955. This replaced many of the astronomical time standards. This brings us to three major categories of time standards:
Various types of time standards fall into this category, but perhaps the most recognized one is Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). This time standard was measured based on calculations from the Royal Greenwich Observatory. The International Meridian Conference in 1884 decided that the observatory’s location would be the Prime Meridian. This method was replaced by UTC.
The most common standard utilizing this method is Ephemeris Time (ET) which is based on the time it takes for the Earth to orbit the sun, with seconds being a fraction of the tropical year. This standard was used from 1952 to 1976 as the standard for the International Astronomical Union. It is known as a dynamical time scale. Several other variations of this category include Terrestrial Time which is at Earth’s surface, Geocentric Coordinate time which is at Earth’s center, and Barycentric Coordinate Time which is at the center mass of the solar system, known as the barycenter.
This final category is where UTC falls. These are standards that have been calculated and constructed based on various agreed choices. This includes International Atomic Time, which is the standard by which all other time standards are calculated, including UTC. It is calculated from the input of various atomic clocks around the world.
The Uses and Functions of Coordinated Universal Time
Since the world is divided into time zones based on how and when the day and night cycles occur, each of the zones represents a positive or negative offset from the central UTC time. The farthest western time zone is UTC-12 for example, and the farther eastern zone theoretically is UTC+12. This isn’t exactly how things are used though.
For example, Kirbati decided they were going to use UTC+14 to keep their date in alignment with Australia instead of America. They start their day several hours before Australia instead of 22 hours before. This universal time standard is used by the internet and the World Wide Web as well. The Network Time Protocol, the method by which clocks of computers are synchronized around the world, uses the UTC system as well.
Computers, servers, and online companies prefer UTC over GMT because the former is more precise. UTC is used in aviation as well for both air traffic control and for flight planning. Weather forests use UTC worldwide to avoid the confusion that arises from time zones and DST. Even the International Space Station uses it as a standard.
UTC divides time into days, hours, minutes, and seconds. The days are measured primarily using the Gregorian calendar, although the Julian calendar is sometimes used as well. Each day contains 24 hours and each hour 60 minutes. Leap seconds are used when it comes to smaller measurements of time. Therefore UTC identifies these smaller intervals with variable durations, while the larger intervals are known as constant durations.
Almost every UTC day has a total of 86,400 seconds, with 60 per minute, but the mean solar day is longer than this, therefore the last minute of certain days is changed to have 61 seconds. The extra second is known as a “leap second.” There is also a plan in place to change the last minute to 59 seconds in the event that the Earth rotates faster, but this hasn’t been used.
Since 1972, UTC has been calculated through a method of subtracting the leap seconds from International Atomic Time. This standard does not change during season, but it is altered during Daylight Saving Time for countries that participate in the practice.
The History of UTC
It all began with the 1884 International Meridian Conference in Washington D.C. Here it was decided that the local mean solar time would be located at the Royal Observatory in Greenwich, England. This made it line up with Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) which had already been in use since 1847.
The next quantum leap came in 1955 when the first caesium atomic clock was created. To understand how profoundly this affected the way we tell time, let’s explore how such a device functions:
Interlude: What’s An Atomic Clock?
An atomic clock is a device that utilizes something called electronic transition frequency in various levels of the light spectrum to measure time more accurately than any other device in existence. They function by measure the microwave signal that electronics give off when they change energy levels.
To measure such miniscule changes, the atoms are lowered in temperature until they are almost at absolute zero. At this temperature the atoms move much more slowly. There are various atomic clocks around the world that work in tandem to maintain the accuracy of UTC. In terms of the device’s invention, it was first produced in an accurate form by Louis Essen in 1955 using a standard based on the caesium-133 atom. Ephemeris time was used to calibrate the clock.

Now back to our regularly scheduled article. Once the caesium atomic clock was brought forth, it was clear that astronomical methods of telling time were not going to work going forward. In 1956, the National Bureau of Standards and the U.S Naval Observatory started using atomic frequency time scales.

The Royal Greenwich Observatory and the UK National Physical Laboratory coordinated their radio broadcasts to account for time steps and frequency changes. This time scale they used was referred to as “Coordinated Universal Time.”
New information came to light in 1958 when data was presented showing a link between the caesium transition and the ephemeris second. The latter term refers to a second measured based on the laws of motion that govern the movement of planets and moons in our solar system. These seconds are always a constant length, as are atomic seconds. This data helped establish the length of an atomic second.
UTC was first used in 1961 and in 1967 the standard for the length of a second was redefined to use measurements from a caesium atomic clock. The first leap second was implemented on June 30, 1972 and since that date there have been leap seconds every 19 months on average. As of June 2014, there are a total 25 leap seconds which puts UTC 35 seconds behind TAI.
The Future of UTC as a Time Standard
Earth’s rotation speed is gradually slowing, this results in a need for positive leap seconds more and more often as time goes on. This is a gradual change of course, usually no more than 1.7 additional milliseconds per century. By the end of the 21st century, the Length of Day (LOD) will be 84,400.004 seconds which means a leap second will be needed every 250 days.
After several centuries go by, the amount of leap seconds will be too much to handle. In the 22nd century, there will be two leap seconds per year. The 25th century will require four leap seconds, and in two thousand years there will be a leap second each month, and yet it will still fall behind. If we’re looking even further into the future, UTC will break down in a few tens of thousands of years as there will need to be a leap second every single day.
There is a proposal in place to abolish the leap second, or to provide more freedom in when they are placed into the year. Certain decisions are being weighted to see if civil time could be regulated with atomic time. If leap seconds are abandoned, then the calendar will no longer be connected to the Earth’s rotation.
This means that days won’t be defined by sunrise, or sunset. Instead they will be regulated entirely by the measurements of cesium atoms. Essentially, these are the options:

Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) is the primary time standard by which the world regulates clocks and time. It is one of several closely related successors to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). For most common purposes, UTC is synonymous with GMT, but GMT is no longer precisely defined by the scientific community.

The UTC standard was officially standardised in 1961 by the International Radio Consultative Committee, having been initiated by several national time laboratories.
Computer servers, online services and other entities that rely on having a universally accepted time use UTC as it is more specific than GMT. For sub-microsecond precision, clients can obtain the time from satellite signals.

Mechanism
Since 1972 UTC is calculated by subtracting the accumulated leap seconds from International Atomic Time (TAI), which is a coordinate time scale tracking notional proper time on the rotating surface of the Earth (the geoid ). In order to maintain a close approximation to UT1 (equivalent to GMT before 1960), UTC occasionally has discontinuities where it changes from one linear function of TAI to another. These discontinuities take the form of leap seconds implemented by a UTC day of irregular length. Discontinuities in UTC have occurred only at the end of a Gregorian month. Time zones
Time zones are usually defined to differ from UTC by an integer number of hours, Template:Sfn although the laws of each jurisdiction would have to be consulted if sub-second accuracy was required. Daylight saving
UTC does not change with a change of seasons, but local time or civil time may change if a time zone jurisdiction observes daylight saving time (summer time). For example, UTC is five hours ahead of (that is, later in the day than) local time on the east coast of the United States during winter, but four hours ahead while daylight saving is observed there. History
In 1955 the caesium atomic clock was invented. This provided a form of timekeeping that was both more stable and more convenient than astronomical observations. In 1956 the U.S. National Bureau of Standards and U.S. Naval Observatory started to develop atomic frequency time scales; by 1959 these time scales were used in generating the WWV time signals, named for the shortwave radio station that broadcasts them. In 1960 the U.S. Naval Observatory, the Royal Greenwich Observatory, and the UK National Physical Laboratory coordinated their radio broadcasts so time steps and frequency changes were coordinated, and the resulting time scale was informally referred to as «Coordinated Universal Time». In a controversial decision, the frequency of the signals was initially set to match the rate of UT, but then kept at the same frequency by the use of atomic clocks and deliberately allowed to drift away from UT. When the divergence grew significantly, the signal was phase shifted (stepped) by 20 ms to bring it back into agreement with UT. Twenty-nine such steps were used before 1960. Template:Sfn
UTC was officially initiated at the start of 1961 (but the name Coordinated Universal Time was not adopted by the International Astronomical Union until 1967). Time steps occurred every few months thereafter, and frequency changes at the end of each year. The jumps increased in size to 100 ms, with only one 50 ms jump having ever occurred. This UTC was intended to permit a very close approximation of UT2, within around 0.1 s.
The first leap second occurred on 30 June 1972. Since then, leap seconds have occurred on average about once every 19 months, always on 30 June or 31 December. As of 1 July 2012, 00:00:00 UTC, there have been 25 leap seconds in total, all positive, putting UTC 35 seconds behind TAI.

The excess of the LOD over the nominal 86,400 s accumulates over time, causing the UTC day, initially synchronised with the mean sun, to become desynchronised and run ahead of it. Near the end of the 20th century, with the LOD at 1.3 ms above the nominal value, UTC ran faster than UT by 1.3 ms per day, getting a second ahead roughly every 800 days. Thus, leap seconds were inserted at approximately this interval, retarding UTC to keep it synchronised in the long term. [3] Note that the actual rotational period varies on unpredictable factors such as tectonic motion and has to be observed, rather than computed.
Just as adding a leap day every four years does not mean the year is getting longer by one day every four years, the insertion of a leap second every 800 days does not indicate that the mean solar day is getting longer by a second every 800 days. Rather, it will take approximately 50,000 years for a mean solar day to lengthen by one second (at a rate of 2 ms/cy). This rate fluctuates within the range of 1.7–2.3 ms/cy. While the rate due to tidal friction alone is about 2.3 ms/cy, the uplift of Canada and Scandinavia by several metres since the last Ice Age has temporarily reduced this to 1.7 ms/cy over the last 2,700 years. Template:Sfn The correct reason for leap seconds, then, is not the current difference between actual and nominal LOD, but rather the accumulation of this difference over a period of time: Near the end of the 20th century, this difference was about 1/800 of a second per day; therefore, after about 800 days, it accumulated to 1 second (and a leap second was then added).
For example, assume you start counting the seconds from the Unix epoch of 1970-01-01T00:00:00 UTC with an atomic clock. At midnight on that day (as measured on UTC), your counter registers 0 s. After Earth has made one full rotation with respect to the mean Sun, your counter will register approximately 86,400.002 s (the precise value will vary depending on plate tectonic conditions). Based on your counter, you can calculate that the date is 1970-01-02T00:00:00 UT1. After 500 rotations, your counter will register 43,200,001 s. Since 86,400 s × 500 is 43,200,000 s, you will calculate that the date is 1971-05-16T00:00:01 UTC, while it is only 1971-05-16T00:00:00 UT1. If you had added a leap second on December 31, 1970, retarding your counter by 1 s, then the counter would have a value of 43,200,000 s at 1971-05-16T00:00:00 UT1, and allow you to calculate the correct date.
In the graph of DUT1 above, the excess of LOD above the nominal 86,400 s corresponds to the downward slope of the graph between vertical segments. (Note that the slope became shallower in the 2000s, due to a slight acceleration of the Earth’s crust temporarily shortening the day.) Vertical position on the graph corresponds to the accumulation of this difference over time, and the vertical segments correspond to leap seconds introduced to match this accumulated difference. Leap seconds are timed to keep DUT1 within the vertical range depicted by this graph. The frequency of leap seconds therefore corresponds to the slope of the diagonal graph segments, and thus to the excess LOD.
Future
As the Earth’s rotation continues to slow, positive leap seconds will be required more frequently. The long-term rate of change of LOD is approximately +1.7 ms per century. At the end of the 21st century LOD will be roughly 86,400.004 s, requiring leap seconds every 250 days. Over several centuries, the frequency of leap seconds will become problematic.
Some time in the 22nd century, two leap seconds will be required every year. The current use of only the leap second opportunities in June and December will be insufficient, and the March and September options will have to be used. In the 25th century, four leap seconds will be required every year, so the current quarterly options will be insufficient. Thereafter there will need to be the possibility of leap seconds at the end of any month. In about two thousand years even that will become insufficient, and there will have to be leap seconds that are not at the end of a month.
In a few tens of thousands of years (the timing is uncertain) LOD will exceed 86,401 s, causing the current form of UTC to break down due to requiring more than one leap second per day. It would be possible to then continue with double leaps, but this becomes increasingly untenable.
Both the one-leap-second-per-month and one-leap-second-per-day milestones are considered (by different theorists) to mark the theoretical limit of the applicability of UTC. The actual number of leap seconds to keep track of time would become unwieldy by current standards well before these, but presumably if UTC were to continue then horological systems would be redesigned to cope with regular leap seconds much better than current systems do.
There is also a proposal that the present form of UTC could be improved to track UT1 more closely, by allowing greater freedom in scheduling leap seconds.

A Universal Time’s September 6 update adds a few new voice lines, and lots of balance changes to Tusk, Killua, and The World over Heaven. Players can now also earn U-Coins and Wins when the enemy leaves or disconnects. As always, there were also some minor bug fixes, as well.

It’s a Close-Ranged and Range-Irrelevant Stand, that first appears in Chapter 61 and 62 of SBR’s Manga.
It’s not an advanced form of any other stand, but it later has a strong ability named «Love Train». In game, Love Train has only been added to the URF gamemode and can only use Love Train, a shield that covers the user entirely and acts like the Reflecting Dummy.
In terms of rarity, this stand is A tier on the discord tier list, but is on the lowest point of A tier.
