About Us

A new world is being born, a multipolar world where Western domination will become a thing of the past as new political power hubs emerge around the globe. Political positions, economic relations and cultural interactions are undergoing an incredible metamorphosis which is begging to be discussed and documented.

Humanity is already trying to make sense and describe these developments– but this has proven to be no easy task. It is clear that the mindsets and strategies developed to describe the world we are leaving behind will not be sufficient.

To properly understand these radical shifts, thinkers and intellectuals from the emerging political hubs need to be engaged in serious and regular dialogue with one another, in order to share experiences and strategies.

It’s time for geopolitical neighbors who have been intellectually and politically separated for centuries to finally begin to talk to one another and strategize toward reaching their common goals. Working together implies:

-respect for different mindsets and cultures

-fighting against social hegemony

-objecting to the current unipolar world order

-supporting the desire of states and nations to obtain sovereignty and independence

In order to realize this admittedly lofty goal, a place where intellectuals from around the world can come together under such principles has become a fervent need. At the same time, the sequence of events which harken the new world’s emergence require an alternative, independent and polyphonic news source to catalogue and interpret them.

In response to these needs, we have founded United World International project (UWIDATA).

At UWIDATA, distinguished intellectuals from all over the world are coming together to understand and describe the multipolar world as it unfolds with cutting edge analyses of the most critical geopolitical developments of the day.

On the basis of independence and truth, UWIDATA seeks to break away from the patterns of cliches and develop a method of analysis befitting the exciting transition taking place in the world at large.

At UWIDATA, we aim to foster a space where ideas freely and productively clash in order to bring about new and different ways of thinking together.

The global crisis of truth

Perhaps it is a commonplace to say that in the face of the obvious inability of the Ukrainian and NATO governments to achieve success in the war arena, the main war effort has increasingly begun to be waged in the media. Here, the United States and the West still retain a great advantage given the control they maintain over the media cultural apparatus that sets the guidelines regarding truth and lies, on what is and is not, what happens and does not happen.

It was “natural” for these instruments to resort to information subjugation to construct false “truths”. But it was also normal for them to resort to pretense and subtlety in language, trying to keep a composure that would support their hackneyed speech of “freedom of the press”, the “equal rights of citizens before the law”, the “respect for the physical and moral integrity of citizens”, the “innocence of people before the contrary is proven” and other lies that have been constructed through the centuries to sustain the prevailing scheme of domination.

The war in the Ukraine has thrown away all these deceptions. Now, lies are shamelessly resorted to, even over legal impediments that the capitalist system itself has created to guarantee its control of society. The seriousness of the matter is that such a situation has become real in the United Nations Organization (UN) itself, which has assumed itself as an interested party in the European conflict. This is natural if one considers that the Secretary General comes from a member country of NATO and that, as prime minister of his country, he supported all the terrorist actions of said organization.

The UN’s role in Ukraine

In the entire conflict in Ukraine, the UN has played a leading role only three times: first trying to save the Nazis, which were hiding in the Azov factory in Mariupol and who have been the only people subject to the highest world body’s concern. Second, “mediating” so that Ukraine’s grain production could be exported. And now expressing concern about the attacks on the Zaporizhia Nuclear Power Plant in southern Ukraine.

In the first case, UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres even traveled to Moscow and Kyiv, worrying about the lives of the Nazis who at that time, using civilians as shields, were occupying the plant and who – given the course of foreseeable events that occurred – would be captured and tried as criminals. Guterres has said nothing, much less the despicable Michelle Bachelet, about the attacks by the Ukrainian armed forces against the civilian population, causing innumerable casualties, including children and the elderly. These “military operations” against schools, hospitals and cultural centers are transformed by the disinformation transnationals into “counter-attacks and counter-offensives” that do not exist on the battlefield.

Ukrainian grain ships did not go to poor countries – they arrived mainly at the ports of Europe

Regarding the difficulties in exporting Ukrainian cereals, the argument was that Russia was preventing the arrival of the ships that were supposed to load said product and that this threatened “a world famine, especially in the poorest countries on the planet.” They hid that the Black Sea ports were mined by Ukraine to prevent the approach of Russian ships and that the floating bombs constituted a real danger for ships and crews. The height of media fallacy and institutional hypocrisy has been revealed when of the first seven ships loaded with grain from Ukraine, only one has gone to the “poorest countries on the planet”. The others have called at European or other Mediterranean ports so that the “richest countries on the planet” can increase and guarantee their reserves.

Ukraine bombs the vicinity of nuclear plant – and blames Russia

But the third case has surpassed all rationality. The Zaporizhia nuclear plant (the largest in Europe) was occupied by Russian troops on March 4 and has since been controlled by Moscow. At the risk of producing a nuclear accident of untold proportions, the Ukrainian armed forces have been bombing the vicinity of the plant and blaming Russia. Who would think of Russia attacking a place where its own troops are located? Furthermore, since this is an extremely fragile objective for the security of the region and the world.

The world press has reported that “Ukraine and Russia have made mutual accusations of attacking the Zaporizhia Power Plant”. Faced with this situation, Russia convened the UN Security Council, which did absolutely nothing! On the contrary, it avoided approving the request of the director of the International Atomic Energy Organization (IAEA), the Argentine Mariano Grossi, who despite being a pawn of the United States, urged Ukraine and Russia to allow the deployment of their experts to Zaporizhia, so that they could inspect the plant’s nuclear material. Grossi himself acknowledged that the plant was occupied by Russia. The UN itself denied any possibility of fulfilling such a mission.

For the UN and for the media, a commission of these characteristics would verify several things that would make its lie clear. In the first place, to get to Zaporizhia they would have to go through Moscow – the only way to get there – which would demonstrate Russia’s control over the plant. The second aspect is that it would be verified that the bomb and missile attacks against the plant come from the Ukrainian armed forces, confirming that it is this country and NATO that are endangering Ukraine, Europe and all of humanity – cracking the official speech in this regard.

Ukraine winning the war?

On another level of disinformation, there is talk of the “invaluable” aid from the West to Ukraine as an instrument to support the economy and the war in that country led by a neo-Nazi government. Ukraine is “reported” to be winning the war. Let’s take a look.

As of August 15, Ukraine had lost 267 combat aircraft, 148 helicopters, 1,736 unmanned aerial vehicles (drones), 365 surface-to-air missile systems, 4,297 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 3,295 field artillery guns and mortars, 4,858 special military motorized vehicles, which at market price totals approximately 181,017,380,000 dollars (more than 181 billion dollars).

That, not to mention that the Ukrainian government requested 7 billion dollars a month first and 5 billion dollars later, for state operating expenses (54 billion euros for this year according to German Federal Chancellor Olaf Scholz). It would be necessary to add the damage to the infrastructure: roads, bridges, power plants and others, in addition to the inability of the government to make the country’s productive apparatus work, especially when the largest and most powerful industrial zone, the most fertile lands for food production and the main mining areas are in the Donbass, that is to say in the territories occupied by Russia.

Meanwhile, the “aid” (which is not aid, but credits and loans) from the West, until July 23, amounted to 48 billion dollars from the United States, of which, only 8.2 billion are of a military nature. For its part, the European Commission approved a package of 9,000 million euros, although they have not agreed on how to finance it. In July they only sent 1,000 million. To this should be added that the UK, Canada and Japan have pledged an additional 1 billion.

It is valid to say that the the IMF estimated Ukraine’s balance of payments deficit at 143 billion dollars and that as of July 22, the government of that country reported that it had received only 12.7 billion dollars. What do these amounts mean next to the more than 181 billion lost in military equipment alone? Trifles, tips, charity so that the Ukrainians sign themselves dying for them, helped by the means that transform it into “decisive help from the West to Ukraine”.

In this context, who can think of saying that Ukraine is winning the war, when it has also lost 161,500 km² of territory, an area larger than that of England and very close to that of South Vietnam that the United States could never occupy in 20 years of war and 20% of the Afghan territory that the United States also controlled in 20 years – countries from which they had to flee after being expelled by their peoples.

But these undeniable truths are also hidden and falsified by the media scoundrel, accomplices in a war motivated by the insatiable expansion of capital, which even – as in the last century – resorts to Nazism and fascism in pursuit of its objectives.

Будучи 11-классницей московской гимназии № 1514, я задумалась, где и как мне хочется продолжить обучение, искала варианты поступления в зарубежные учебные заведения: по чистой случайности на одном сайте в комментариях кто-то написал «UWC» – так, я узнала о существовании этой системы колледжей, решила попробовать свои силы и подать заявку. Мне хотелось обучаться на английском языке, посмотреть мир и другие культуры, найти людей с похожим мировоззрением. Меня очень заинтересовало видение процесса обучения и возможность поучаствовать в большом количестве международных проектов, а также проживание и обучение с ребятами со всего мира. Я прошла все этапы отбора и меня пригласили в один из колледжей в Норвегии. Так начался мой путь в качестве студента UWC.

Колледжи UWC

UWC (United World Colleges) – система колледжей, состоящая из 18 учебных заведений, расположенных на 4 континентах. UWC движение было основано в 1962 году немецким педагогом Куртом Ханом. В основе философии колледжей лежит идея объединения студентов из разных стран и культур, направление их инициативности и гуманистических ценностей на достижение положительных социальных изменений в обществе. В UWC особое место уделяется развитию лидерских качеств, взаимопонимания и уважения к разным культурам и народам, практике осознанного существования, личной ответственности в современном мире.

На протяжении всего обучения в колледжах проводится много культурных мероприятий, посвященных разным континентам и странам. Например, у нас были ярмарки европейских, латиноамериканских, азиатских и африканских стран, во время которых студенты готовили информационные стенды, национальную еду, надевали традиционную одежду и рассказывали про свои страны.

В колледжах UWC учатся студенты из более чем 150 стран. Обучение длится два года по программе IB Diploma. В данной системе есть шесть групп предметов: математика, иностранные языки, экспериментальные науки, социальные науки, языки и литература. Из шести групп предметов, три предмета должны изучаться на повышенном уровне (больше часов в неделю), три – на стандартном. Внутри этих групп студент может выбрать наиболее интересные для себя предметы – у каждого учащегося таким образом формируется индивидуальное расписание. Во время своего обучения в UWC я выбрала для изучения математику, физику, английский язык и литературу – на повышенном уровне, а экологию, химию и русскую литературу – на стандартном.

При поступлении можно указать приоритетную страну, в которой хотелось бы учиться больше всего, но это, конечно, не гарантировано, что желание получится исполнить. Финальное решение принимается национальным комитетом после окончания всех этапов отбора на основании всей имеющейся информации о студенте.

Особенность UWC

UWC отличается от обычных IB школ тем, что материальное положение кандидата и его финансовые возможности не станут барьером для обучения, поскольку большинство из них получают гранты, индивидуально рассчитанные, исходя доходов семей. Также при подаче заявки в колледж, абитуриент подается сразу в систему UWC, а не в какой-то отдельный колледж. В случае успешного прохождения отбора, уже национальный комитет номинирует студента в конкретный колледж.

Требования, процесс отбора и условия получения грантов

После прохождения всех этапов, финалисты отправляют документы о своем финансовом состоянии – и, исходя из полученной информации, Национальный комитет определяет размер гранта на покрытие проживания и обучения в колледже.

Особенности менталитета Норвегии и сотрудничество с Красным Крестом

У каждого колледжа есть свои культурные особенности, которые зависят от страны и места, в котором они находятся. Мой колледж активно сотрудничает с норвежским Красным Крестом, поэтому обязательной частью обучения для студентов в первый год является получения сертификата о прохождении курсов первой медицинской помощи. В дальнейшем, во второй год студенты, которые хотят получить более углубленный уровень знаний, могут пройти вторую ступень подготовки и стать тренерами по оказанию первой медицинской помощи. Так я и решила поступить – на протяжении года мы изучали разные техники по оказанию первой помощи, поиску людей в экстренных ситуация в природных условиях и проводили курсы по первой медицинской помощи для первогодок.

Другой важной культурной особенностью Норвегии, в целом, и моего колледжа, в частности, было проведение Leirskule. Это обязательная часть школьной программы обучения для всех норвежцев, во время которой студенты выезжают на неделю на природу и занимаются спортом, хайкингом и изучают Норвегию. Мы обучали школьников разным видам спорта, например, я отвечала за стрельбу из лука, другие ребята – за каякинг или разведение огня.

Одним из самых запоминающихся моментов учебы для меня стал поход к леднику Hardangerjøkulen в одной из самых красивых частей Норвегии, где снимали 5 эпизод фильма «Звездные Войны». На протяжении 4-5 дней мы ходили по горам, видели северное сияние, жили в норвежских кабинах (домики в горах) и готовили еду на костре.

Обучение и проживание

Обучение в колледже UWC стало одним из самых важных событий в моей жизни, поскольку я впервые поехала учиться в другую страну надолго. За время обучения в колледже я нашла много друзей из разных стран, с которыми мы до сих пор общаемся, узнала намного больше о мире, в котором мы живем, сложностях, с которыми сталкиваются люди. В моем колледже большое внимание уделялось тому, как можно помочь беженцам, быстрее их ассимилировать в норвежское общество. И одно дело –обсуждать эти вопросы абстрактно, и совсем другое – общаться или жить со студентами, которые сами прошли тяжелый путь ассимиляции в другой стране.

На протяжении всего обучения в колледже у нас проходили проектные недели, во время которых мы принимали активное участие в социальных проектах. Например, я участвовала в симуляции модели ООН, посвященной вопросам Арктического региона, где мы обсуждали его проблемы и его освоение. Данная тема актуальна для России – мне было интересно услышать позицию ребят из других стран и вместе прийти к совместной резолюции.

Большая часть обучения в колледжах, как ни странно, происходит вне стен классов. Так, за время обучения я успела поучаствовать в норвежском шахматном турнире, исполнить индийские танцы с моими друзьями, впервые попробовать ливанскую кухню, отметить китайский новый год и прыгнуть во Фьорд в последний день учебы – такова скандинавская традиция. С моей соседкой из Западной Сахары мы обсуждали политическую ситуацию в ее стране и пили традиционный чай, который пьют во время жары в пустыне, а с другой соседкой из Финляндии беседовали о финской школьной системе образования, которая считается лучшей в мире.

Учителя в UWC живут вместе со студентами в резиденции, участвуют во многих внеклассных мероприятиях. Мне очень запомнилась учительница по английскому языку и литературе, которая была родом из Финляндии. Она проводила с нами много открытых дискуссий, рассказывала про малочисленные коренные народы северных стран, их жизнь в XXI веке и то, с какими сложностями они сталкиваются в современном мире.

Все это и многое другое в совокупности создает неповторимую атмосферу, которая связывает между собой разные поколения выпускников.

Как устроена учеба в колледже UWC: школа, где учатся люди мира

UWC Dilijan College открылся в армянском городе Дилижане в 2014 году и стал четырнадцатым по счету колледжем движения United World Colleges. На сегодняшний день их уже 17 и находятся они в самых разных, иной раз неожиданных местах мира: в Канаде и Сингапуре, США и Китае, Нидерландах, Боснии и Герцеговине, Таиланде и Свазиленде, Коста-Рике и в Индии и так далее. В них учатся дети из более чем 150 стран, и, что самое интересное, подавая заявку на поступление в UWC, никто из них не знает, в какой именно колледж попадет. Впрочем, детей, которые собираются здесь учиться, это не должно пугать: главными ценностями движения являются «торжество разнообразия» и «взаимопонимание между разными народами и культурами». Например, в Армении сегодня учатся вместе 210 детей из 82 стран и преподают учителя из 16 государств. Не будучи человеком, открытым для мира, не стоит поступать в UWC.

Первый колледж UWC — Atlantic College — был открыт в Уэльсе в 1962 году. Один из его основателей — немецкий педагог Курт Хан, чья образовательная теория кажется революционной и сейчас, — прежде всего, она основана на уважении к подросткам. Он считал, что в детях заложена врожденная порядочность и нравственное чувство, а портятся люди от дурного влияния общества. И лишь достойное образование, по мнению Хана, может нивелировать это воздействие. Это изначальное доверие к студентам отражается и на отношениях в колледже, и на организации жизни: здесь нет никаких запретов, кроме очевидных — алкоголь, наркотики и курение на территории. У детей нет ни школьной формы, ни муштры. После занятий дети свободно могут выходить в город. Они сами следят за собой: ходят в парикмахерскую, покупают одежду, если нужно, стирают, занимаются уборкой — их жизнь совсем не похожа на пятизвездочную тюрьму, как это иной раз бывает в закрытых частных школах. «Личная ответственность и порядочность каждого, ответственность за окружающих и взаимоуважение» — такие качества записаны среди важнейших ценностей UWC.

По мнению Курта Хана, главная задача образования — воспитать в человеке пять качеств: сострадание, любознательность, способность не признавать поражения, настойчивость в достижении цели и готовность к самоотречению. «Сострадание и служение обществу» — одна из базовых ценностей UWC. Первая такая школа была открыта в самый разгар холодной войны. Хан на себе испытал ужасы войны и эмиграции — он был евреем и вынужден был бежать из фашистской Германии. Он верил, что энергия и идеализм молодых людей могут спасти мир от новых войны и конфликтов.

В колледж принимаются дети от 16 до 18 лет — обучение длится два года и ведется по программе международного бакалавриата (IB Diploma). Система IB, кстати, создавалась в одно время с UWC, так что впитала многие разработки движения, в том числе принцип обучения через опыт, социально полезную деятельность и активный отдых. Программа сложная, она рассчитана на детей, которые могут и любят учиться, самостоятельных и любознательных. При этом к экзаменам в UWC невозможно подготовиться — здесь нет тестов по математике или по английскому. На первом этапе нужно подать заявку, приложить табель об успеваемости и характеристику, написанную учителем и руководителем какой-то внешкольной работы: спортивным тренером, преподавателем музыки и так далее. Но главное — это эссе. Его нужно написать на английском языке, а темы, на первый взгляд простые, общечеловеческие, что и оказывается в результате самым сложным.

Следующий этап — интервью, в России оно проходит по Skype. Финалистов зовут уже на личную встречу. В течение дня дети участвуют в командных играх, тренингах, дискуссиях, дебатах. На этом этапе смотрят, как ребенок работает в команде, как взаимодействует с другими. В национальные комитеты, которые занимаются подбором кандидатов, входят педагоги, бывшие выпускники колледжей UWC, психологи — на них лежит большая ответственность. Бывают и ошибки. Директор UWC Dilijan рассказала, что им пришлось расстаться с двумя детьми, и это было самым трудным за все время ее работы здесь.

Два года обучения в колледже в Дилижане стоят 70 тыс. долларов. При этом подавляющее большинство — 96% детей — получают грант, полностью или частично покрывающий расходы на обучение. По правилам UWC, семья платит за ребенка столько, сколько в среднем тратит на его содержание дома, — это может быть 100 долларов в год, может быть и 1000. Но некоторые семьи находятся в столь сложном положении, что не платят ничего, в исключительных случаях колледж оплачивает студенту даже дорогу. В колледже учатся беженцы, дети из Ирака и Сирии (есть фонды, которые оплачивают обучение школьников из зон военных конфликтов), дети из беднейших стран. Например, мальчик из Эфиопии до учебы зарабатывал на еду тем, что чистил обувь, а мальчик из Сомали даже читать научился самостоятельно, исключительно благодаря своей неукротимой жажде к знаниям. Однозначных советов, как стать студентом UWC, нет: главное, как говорят здесь, — быть собой.

«В Москве я училась в Лицее при ВШЭ, поступила сюда после 10 класса, 11 класс училась дистанционно, сдала ЕГЭ. На всякий случай. О UWC мне рассказал папа. Честно говоря, до этого я ничего не знала о движении, о его ценностях — меня привлекало очень качественное образование, особенно то, что здесь преподают философию, ведь я хочу стать философом. Я уже подала заявки в некоторые университеты. Оксфорд, правда, мне отказал, но несколько приглашений уже есть. В России у меня не было бы такой возможности.

Попав сюда, начав учиться, я на очень многие вещи стала смотреть иначе. Например, на ту же учебу. В Москве я получала пятерки, но это было так: зазубрила — ответила. Здесь же учат думать, анализировать. Благодаря этому я поняла недостатки собственного способа мышления и приблизилась к пониманию, что такое философия, которой я собиралась заниматься: мне интересно складывать мир как паззл, искать закономерности и связи между вещами и событиями. Тем, кто хочет поступать в UWC, я могу посоветовать побольше размышлять на разные темы, которые волнуют людей во всем мире: социальные, экологические, гуманитарные. Например, на интервью мне достался вопрос: „Что бы ты изменила в своем районе?“. Честно говоря, я никогда об этом не думала, я совсем не знала, что бы я изменила. Даже не помню, что именно я сказала, помню только, что плакала потом. Почему меня взяли, я так до конца и не поняла — мы поступали с моей сестрой-близнецом, дошли вместе до финала, но она не прошла. Она сейчас учится в Англии, в другой международной школе».

«В моей школе мне было очень скучно, каждый день был похож на предыдущий. Но вот однажды летом я устроился на подработку в одно кафе и встретил там парня, который рассказал мне, что учится в колледже UWC Коста-Рике. Мне стало интересно, и я решил узнать про UWC. На самом деле я с самого начала мечтал попасть именно в Дилижан. Во-первых, это страна, о которой я не имел никакого представления: все, слыша „Армения“, сначала путают: „Румыния? Албания?“. Мне было очень интересно. Во-вторых, мне понравился кампус, который находится в горах, в лесу — здесь столько зелени. И еще я хотел выучить русский язык — тут у меня есть такая возможность, русский преподается как один из иностранных на выбор. Одним словом, я счастлив, что попал сюда. Не перестаю удивляться, что за день так много можно успеть: учеба, проекты, спорт, хобби. И еще здесь все уважают друг друга».

«Я писал вступительное эссе на тему „Отношения с людьми, которые от тебя отличаются“. До этого я несколько раз ездил в международные школы в Великобританию, где учились дети из разных стран, участвовал в моделировании ООН, поэтому я был знаком с ситуацией, когда люди отличаются друг от друга. И в результате я пришел к выводу, что вообще все люди разные, даже если они выросли в одной стране, в одинаковых традициях и говорят на одном языке.

Когда я поступал, в Беларуси на шесть мест подали заявки 60 человек, сейчас конкурс выше. Кстати, мой лучший друг тоже поступил — он учится сейчас в Китае. Я сам выбрал UWC — здесь хорошее образование и ценности, которые совпадают с моими. Мне нравится идея образования через обмен разными культурными традициями: на одну и ту же проблему мы можем посмотреть с 82 точек зрения. Еще мне нравится, что здесь я учу всего шесть предметов, зато очень глубоко — нагрузка, на самом деле, огромная. Я планирую продолжать образование в инженерной области, поэтому на высоком уровне выбрал математику, физику и искусство. Учитель математики у нас из Нидерландов, и это тоже очень интересно, потому что у него свой подход к предмету, он отличается от того, как было у нас в школе в Минске. Оказывается, даже математика может быть разной. Мне очень нравится, что с учителями здесь можно говорить на равных и, выходя с урока, мы становимся друзьями: вместе играем в футбол, теннис или водное поло. Нас всех объединяют одни ценности».

«О колледже я узнал, когда учился в 11 классе и надо было определяться с будущей профессией, а я совершенно не представлял себе, кем хочу стать. В то время, находясь под большим влиянием музыки, особенно The Beatles, был большим идеалистом и с юношеским максимализмом мечтал о мире без войн и конфликтов, peace and love. Поэтому ценности колледжа оказались мне очень близки. Я помню, как бабушка пыталась отговорить меня, она была уверена, что бесплатный сыр бывает только в мышеловке и, как и везде, здесь все куплено и проплачено. Но тем не менее, я поступил и учился в Atlantic College — первом колледже UWC, открывшемся в 1962 году в Уэльсе. Потом поступил в американский Earlham College на факультет современного искусства, после окончания вернулся в Москву и работал в „Британке“ (Британская высшая школа дизайна). А потом узнал, что в Армении открылся новый колледж, и приехал сюда преподавать визуальные искусства — фотографию и керамику. Кстати, до поступления в UWC я и не думал про то, что буду заниматься искусством. И это очень типичная история. Мой студент Артем из Минска до поступления в колледж собирался стать программистом, потом решил работать где-нибудь в международных отношениях. Когда он пришел ко мне на занятие, то первым делом предупредил, что таланта у него нет, рисовать он не умеет. Но вот, полтора года спустя, он поступает в художественные вузы США.

Думаю, что главное качество, которым должен обладать студент UWC, — это открытость миру. И все это не заканчивается после выпускного вечера. У нас есть страница в Facebook, очень активная — выпускники колледжей, которых уже десятки тысяч, переписываются, ездят по миру, встречаются. Например, мне пишет кто-нибудь, с кем мы учились в одно время: „Буду в Москве через неделю, давай встретимся“. А мы, может, и не очень общались, например, учились на разных курсах, может и не разговаривали ни разу. Но отказаться нельзя. И тут встречаемся, и через пять минут ты понимаешь, что это твой человек».

South Front, считают аналитики правительства Великобритании, — это веб-сайт, который «распространял дезинформацию об Украине и продвигал
ложные нарративы правительства России» о спецоперации.

Newsfront назван российским новостным агентством, которое известно «публикацией дезинформации» о спецоперации, что «поддерживает действия,
которые дестабилизируют Украину».

Из юридических лиц в британский санкционный список внесли United World International project, зарегистрированный в Стамбуле. «United World International — это новостной онлайн-сайт, который продвигает пророссийскую

World-wide Fascism on the horizon? Globalist plans for 2021

The year 2020 was a year of important tests for global politics and the world economy. The coronavirus pandemic has raised questions about how prepared the modern world-system and nation-states are for such global challenges.

On the one hand, global institutions (and the UN in particular) call for unity of all states in the fight against a common threat. On the other hand, the logic of the pandemic forces the closure of borders and the localization of production in order to ensure biological and food security under conditions of severed trade relations, as well as to keep the economy running. The creation of vaccines against COVID-19 did not lead to general cooperation, but to a geopolitical struggle between the USA, the EU, Russia and China as independent producers of the new vaccines. Rising powers like Turkey have also declared that they are developing their own vaccines.

However, the globalists, supporters of unifying the multipolar diversity of world civilizations, and the forces of global financial plutocracy have not abandoned the intention to impose their vision of the future on the world.

The Global Reset

The Global Reset is an initiative of the World Economic Forum, announced back in the spring of 2020. It was launched by Prince Charles of Wales and the head of the WEF, Klaus Schwab. The main idea is that it is necessary to rebuild the global economy. The essence of the reset (in economic terms) is a “coordinated” game-changing in global markets and a redistribution of national investments according to the plans spelled out by the WEF for building a “green economy. It is clear that this means the collapse of traditional industries and the super-enrichment of globalist high-tech corporations like Google or Tesla, which are trying to take the lead in the green economy.

In the political and social spheres, the goal is the “fourth industrial revolution,” of which Schwab is the most predominant preacher. In his own words, this industrial revolution means the rejection of the traditional understanding of man, the interpenetration of the mechanical and the human, the cyborgization and the formation of a new system of inequality determined by the ontological difference between the new posthuman beings and those who have failed to fit into the new world order.

According to the forum’s leadership, one of the positive aspects of the pandemic is that it has shown how quickly we can radically change the way we live.

Thus, the fear generated by the pandemic could be an important stimulus to push the globalist agenda. As Klaus Schwab’s statement on the Great Reset notes, it is good that “populations have overwhelmingly shown a willingness to make sacrifices.”

Behind the words of the new green and sustainable economy are plans to impose unprecedented changes on the world, in which only the world’s largest corporations will survive. Only the strong will be able to adapt to such large-scale changes. The WEF calls on the world’s largest companies to take responsibility for world development, “private-sector engagement every step of the way” as Klaus Schwab calls it.

In fact, it is an invitation to further integration of the largest transnational capital and state and transnational structures. The result could be the creation of transnational fascism. Understood from the point of view of Marxist theory, fascism is the dictatorship of the most reactionary part of monopolistic capital.

In this case, it is possible that in the future only the super-giants of industry will remain who will be able to survive the times of crisis by feeding on the remains of less successful competitors. Such a future looks like a Hollywood dystopia with multinational corporations running everything. But have these anti-utopias actually prepared us for such a future?

A special annual meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEF) will take place May 13-16, 2021 in Singapore.

Global control

Jacques Attali, the famous globalist theorist and mentor to French President Emmanuel Macron, predicted on French television in 1979 that a special health passport would appear in the United States and Europe in the future, affecting what a person would and would not have the right to do.

The concept of “immunity passport” is widely discussed in the UK and Europe. Despite attempts by British Cabinet Office Minister Michael Gove to reassure the public and dispel “myths” about the widespread introduction of immunity passports, statements by his colleagues confirm that Jacques Attali’s dreams are close to coming true. Nadhim Zahawi, the British “vaccines minister” announced that the UK government is “looking at the technology” for immunity passports. Baroness Harding, head of National Health Service (NHS) Test and Trace declared that “in the future to be able to have a single record as a citizen of your test results and whether you’ve been vaccinated.” The UK’s NHS created a card for the people who have received the vaccine, calling them to keep the card with them everywhere.

The Danish Ministry of Health is also thinking of documents to separate vaccinated from unvaccinated people. Some provinces in Canada are also announcing plans to introduce immunity passports.

In Australia, the airline Qantas has already banned people without COVID-19 vaccination from boarding planes.

The International Air Transport Association (IATA) announced that it will promote a special mobile app that shows people’s immunity to be mandatory.

NGO Privacy International (PI) says that immunity passports may become “a global identity document needed to live your life”.

Such measures lead to a new type of social inequality in society and the ostracism of the unvaccinated, that is to say, an infringement of the freedoms of those who for financial, medical or ethical reasons cannot vaccinate themselves with the COVID-19 vaccine. It also means creating new controls over the biological condition of every member of society.

In the US liberal outlets like The Washington Post promote the immunity passports as a way to an “open economy”.

Behind the plans for immunity passports are individuals such as Bill Gates, a well-known globalist and founder of Microsoft. The ID2020 Alliance has been working on the problem of global health passports for several years now. There are Accenture, Microsoft, Gavi, Rockefeller Foundation and IDEO among the founders of this initiative. ID2020’s Executive Director, Dakota Gruener, wrote a Harvard whitepaper about COVID-19 immunity certificates. In April 2020 Bill Gates called for use of digital certificates “to show who has recovered or been tested recently, or when we have a vaccine, who has received it”.

It is reasonable to expect that in 2021, immunity passports will be introduced in several countries, especially in the EU, the US, and the Anglosphere. The rights of those who are deemed to be dangerous to the health of others or who do not vaccinate will be severely restricted.

Global “Democracy”

US president-elect Joe Biden said repeatedly that in the first year of his presidency he plans to gather a global summit for democracy “to renew the spirit and shared purpose of the nations of the Free World”. The proposed aims of the forum will be fighting corruption and authoritarianism, as well as promoting ideology of human rights. The new US leader wants to invite not only the leaders of sovereign states, but also various non-governmental organizations. Biden also plans to issue a Call to Action for the world business to participate more actively in democracy promoting. In fact, it is a call for direct interference in the sovereign affairs of other states under the guise of promoting democracy.

The US under Biden plans to regain its status as a global hegemon to determine the future of the world. The Global Summit for Democracy with the involvement of business will be one of the tools to return this leadership. The largest US high-tech companies will increasingly behave as part of a single machine where global business and the state have fused indistinguishably.

That is why Biden urges global corporations, especially tech companies and social media giants “to make their own commitments” to global democracy.

On the other hand, it is no secret that Big Tech insiders are actively infiltrating the future Biden administration.

In 2021 we should expect the activation of the globalist lobby which will try to rely, above all, on the democratic administration of the United States. States will have to face new forms of pressure and subversion, especially in cyberspace. New forms of global regulation and governance will be actively promoted in the name of allegedly fighting epidemics and ecology. Ordinary citizens in Western countries, first of all, will feel new forms of freedom restrictions: and all this will be carried out in the name of democracy.

Universal International Freephone Number (UIFN)

Universal International Freephone Numbers (UIFN) or Universal Toll Free Numbers are international toll free numbers. These numbers can be dialed and called from a variety of countries spread across the globe. To call this number, users must dial the appropriate access code, that enables international service, followed by the UIFN. Note that there are one-time-only setup charges when registering a UIFN number.

Mobile Virtual Numbers

Mobile numbers can be dialed using any communication device: smartphones, tablets, computers, landlines and even pay phones. A major benefit of these numbers is that they are reachable from other countries as well. They, however, cannot receive fax transmissions. On the other hand, these numbers have SMS capabilities.

United World Colleges (UWC) is an international network of schools and educational programmes with the shared aim of «making education a force to unite people, nations and cultures for peace and a sustainable future.» [1] The organization was founded on the principles of German educator Kurt Hahn in 1962 to promote intercultural understanding. [2]

Today, UWC consists of 18 colleges on four continents. Young people from more than 155 countries are selected through a system of national committees and pursue the International Baccalaureate Diploma; some of the schools are also open to younger years (from kindergarten). UWC runs the world’s largest scholarship programme in international secondary education, with over 80% of students selected by UWC national committees to attend one of the colleges receiving financial support. [3] To date, there are almost 60,000 UWC alumni from all over the world. [4]

The current President of UWC is Queen Noor of Jordan (1995–present). Former South African President Nelson Mandela was joint President (1995–1999) alongside Queen Noor, and subsequently Honorary President of UWC (1999–2013). [5] Former UWC presidents are Lord Mountbatten (1968–1977) [4] and Prince Charles (1978–1995). [6] [7]

После того как российское правительство в сентябре отказалось от участия страны в американской программе Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX), у российских школьников почти не осталось возможности бесплатно поучиться за границей и подготовиться к поступлению в западные вузы. Впрочем, несколько недель назад ситуация изменилась. В армянском Дилижане открылась единственная на постсоветском пространстве международная школа сети United World Colleges. «Лента.ру» попыталась разобраться в ее особенностях.

Первый колледж сети UWC появился в Уэльсе в 1962 году — в разгар холодной войны. Патронами тогда выступали члены королевской семьи, многие благотворительные организации и частные спонсоры. Создатели надеялись, что правильное образование может спасти мир от непонимания и враждебности, но для этого студенты из разных стран должны учиться вместе. О проекте отзывались как о самом впечатляющем образовательном эксперименте своего времени.

Сейчас в мире уже 14 колледжей UWC. Они есть в Канаде, Гонконге, Индии, Италии, Нидерландах, США, Великобритании, Норвегии, Сингапуре, Свазиленде, Коста-Рике, Боснии и Герцеговине.

За более чем полувековую историю колледжи UWC подготовили около 50 тысяч человек из 181 страны. В объединенных колледжах в разное время учились король Нидерландов Виллем-Александр, обладательница Букеровской премии Энн Энрайт, председатель правления компании Nokia Йорма Оллила и даже внук северокорейского лидера Ким Чен Ира юный Ким Хан Соль.

В 2014 году новые колледжи открылись в двух странах: Германии и Армении.

Для поступления в UWC колледж необходимо написать эссе и пройти интервью в национальных отборочных комитетах. Требований к абитуриентам немного: свободно владеть английским и родным языками, хорошо учиться и демонстрировать лидерские качества.

Дополнительных экзаменов нет. Главный этап — собеседование на английском языке.

Для российских школьников колледжи UWC — это практически единственная возможность бесплатно поучиться за границей. Ведь если для студентов и аспирантов существуют многочисленные программы грантов, то при получении среднего образования такая поддержка не предусмотрена. UWC — исключение.

«В этом году практически все студенты UWC Dilijan College получили гранты, покрывающие от 10 до 100 процентов стоимости обучения и проживания, поэтому финансовое участие большинства родителей не очень велико. Благодаря особой системе отбора (need-blind admission) мы получаем возможность собрать вместе одаренных и социально активных детей независимо от финансовых возможностей их родителей, и готовы помогать им оплачивать обучение», — рассказала сооснователь фонда, председатель Совета управляющих UWC Dilijan College Вероника Зонабенд.

Все учебные заведения UWC работают по единой программе, но у каждого имеется национальная специфика и свои источники существования. Колледжи в Италии и Канаде живут за счет правительственных средств, в Норвегии — за счет Красного Креста, а в Сингапуре применяется эффективная коммерческая модель.

В Армении колледж будет существовать за счет средств фонда, созданного одним из основателей бизнес-школы «Сколково» Рубеном Варданяном и группой благотворителей — всего их более 200. Проект в Армении реализовывался восемь лет.

В колледжах UWC детей учат по программе международного бакалавриата (International Baccalaureate, или IB). Диплом IB, который получат выпускники, признается ведущими вузами по всему миру. С таким документом можно поступать в университеты «Лиги плюща» или Оксбриджа.

17-летняя Елена Васильева окончила с золотой медалью среднюю школу в Мурманске. Однако вместо того, чтобы готовиться к поступлению в вуз, начала штудировать международные программы, предоставляющие гранты на обучение за границей. «Я изначально планировала провести год в США по программе обмена FLEX, — рассказывает девушка. — Но в финальном туре провалилась, а второй раз попробовать не смогла — программу закрыли. Тогда я наткнулась на UWC».

Всего в армянском колледже сейчас учатся 96 ребят из 50 стран из Европы, Азии, Северной и Южной Америки и даже Австралии. Им всем от 16 до 18 лет. Некоторые уже окончили школу у себя на родине, другим предстояло доучиться еще несколько лет. В международный колледж их привели разные причины.

Обучение в Dilijan College ведется на английском языке, он же является основным языком общения для студентов.

«Первое время было очень трудно, у меня голова болела после уроков, потому что все на иностранном, — признается россиянка Елена Васильева. — Не всегда удавалось понять одноклассников, но я стараюсь. Мне тут нравится. Это как Хогвартс, только без магии».

Занятия в Dilijan College ведет интернациональная команда из 23 педагогов из Европы и Америки. Директор школы — Джон Паддифут, ранее работавший на руководящих постах в Итонском колледже в Великобритании и в Колледже Святого Фомы на Шри-Ланке.

«Наша цель не просто дать молодым людям образование, соответствующее мировым стандартам, — уточняет председатель Совета управляющих UWC Dilijan College Вероника Зонабенд, — но научить формировать собственное мнение и развить в них умение понимать и принимать другие культуры. Для этого школа должна быть по-настоящему международной: не только с точки зрения академической программы и уровня ее реализации, но и по своему составу — студенческому и преподавательскому».

Система международного бакалавриата подразумевает индивидуальные стратегии обучения. Все учебные дисциплины рассортированы по блокам: родной язык и мировая литература, иностранные языки и иностранная литература, человек и общество, естественные науки, математические дисциплины и группа факультативных предметов.

Факультативными считаются музыка, дизайн, искусство, дополнительные иностранные языки. Студенты должны набрать себе 6 предметов из блоков. Из них 3 они изучают на продвинутом уровне (на это отводится 240 учебных часов), еще 3 — на среднем (150 часов). 150 часов учащиеся должны потратить на творчество, спорт, общественную работу и благотворительность. По итогам сдаются экзамены, которые проверяют экзаменаторы в Уэльсе.

В России IB Diploma приравнивается к школьному аттестату, однако от сдачи госэкзаменов он не освобождает. Специально для российских студентов в Dilijan College обещают организовать курсы подготовки к ЕГЭ, а в дальнейшем даже открыть региональный центр по сдаче единого госэкзамена.

It was in 2009 that Mr. Langah began his MUN journey, dedicating his life to serve the MUN platform, and he hasnвЂ™t looked back since. A prominent Model United Nations Trainer and Consultant. Mr Langah has been participating in MUNS across the globe. He has done his MasterвЂs in International Relations from Middlesex University London, with specialized courses in Global diplomacy and Public Policy Economics from the renowned institutions; the University of London and the University of Oxford. In 2012, he was the only Pakistani student who was selected by the United Nations to attend their 1st Annual Model United Nations workshop, held at the UN Headquarters in NYC.

Mr. Langah also went on to be selected by GIMUN (Geneva International MUN Conference), held in Palace de Nations UN Geneva Headquarters in Switzerland, as a bloc Representative/Trainer as well; where he was given the responsibility of training the вЂњOICвЂќ delegates.

Khanh Nguyen is one of the most dedicated, hard-working and responsible people when it comes to any extracurricular activities she partakes in. A person with a modus operandi of «if you are doing something, might as well give it your best», she actively participates in any activities carried out by organizations she is proudly a member of. Her ability to critically assess a situation before suggesting useful changes and her willingness to do so makes her a valuable asset to have for any organization.

Although a relative newbie in the field of Model United Nations, she has had the honor to partake in many of Vietnam’s most prestigious MUNs, for instance, the International Vietnam MUN (IVMUN), where she was highly praised by the chairs for her performance and was the top nominee for best delegate award. Another MUN where she was awarded the outstanding delegate award was the Hanoi-Amsterdam MUN (AMUN), where her shining performance in the council helped set the direction for where the council should head to. Lastly, she is a content team member of Hanoi MUN (HMUN) organization, where she works diligently with the sharpest minds of Vietnamese MUNs in planning the content for following MUNs in Hanoi.

Khanh Nguyen is one of the earnest and most assiduous person, with a cleverly creative mind always desiring to contribute as well as learning more. She has a thorough understanding of the geopolitical environment around the world as well as possessing an impressive archive of socio-political knowledge around the world. Her virtues and work ethic have made her one of the most prominent and respected members of the Vietnamese MUN community. She looks forward to a fruitful IMUN conference and solemnly swears to fulfil her role as a committee member.

Disinformation campaign removed by Facebook linked to Russia’s Internet Research Agency

Group affiliated with notorious Russian troll factory ran a Turkey-based blogging platform connected to pro-Kremlin think-tanks

On September 24, 2020, Facebook took down a small network of assets — a single Facebook page, five user profiles, and three Instagram accounts — linked to United World International, a fringe blogging outlet that spread anti-Western geopolitical narratives in English as well as Turkish. The outlet appeared to be managed by several people connected to the Russian Internet Research Agency (IRA), the notorious Kremlin-linked troll farm known for its interference in the 2016 U.S. presidential elections.

In its announcement, Facebook stated:

This small network originated in Russia and focused primarily on Turkey and Europe, and also on the United States.

This operation relied on fake accounts — some of which had been already detected and removed by our automated systems — to manage their Page and their Group, and to drive people to their site masquerading as an independent think-tank based primarily in Turkey. These accounts posed as locals based in Turkey, Canada and the US. They also recruited people to write for their website. This network had almost no following on our platforms when we removed it.

The people behind this activity posted off-platform articles primarily in English and Turkish about global news and current events relevant to the countries they targeted, including local elections; geopolitical conspiracies; presidential and parliamentary elections in Hong Kong, Spain, the UK, and the US; social and racial injustice; police brutality; the coronavirus pandemic; criticism of US sanctions in the Middle East, US foreign policy, and US allies including Israel; and politics in Venezuela.

We began this investigation based on information from the FBI about this network’s off-platform activity. Our internal investigation enabled us to find the full scope of this network on Facebook. Although the people behind this activity attempted to conceal their identity and coordination, our investigation found links to individuals associated with past activity by the Russian Internet Research Agency (IRA).

The disclosure of this inauthentic network attributed to individuals connected to the IRA illustrates the adaptability of the troll farm — rather than focusing on sowing internal divisions, as it notoriously did during the U.S. elections, the assets connected to United World International primarily focused on advancing Russia’s geopolitical interests, particularly vis-à-vis Turkey and the Middle East.

Over the years, researchers, journalists, and the tech platforms themselves have done extensive work to document the Internet Research Agency’s organization, tactics, and activities aimed at influencing public opinion. While the troll factory is most infamous for its interference in the 2016 U.S. presidential election, its activities date back to at least 2013, with much of its early work uncovered by Russian investigative journalists and focused on targeting Russian domestic audiences.

The troll factory has also been the subject of numerous platform takedowns, several of which the DFRLab has reported on extensively (for example, here, here, and here). Most of this activity has consisted of online influence operations targeting U.S. audiences. The IRA’s interference campaign in the 2016 election has been the subject of an extensive, five-volume Senate Intelligence Committee investigation, and has also resulted in indictments and financial sanctions of some of the actors involved.

It’s not clear that the Internet Research Agency still exists at the same scale and scope it did when exposed by independent Russian journalists or at the height of its activity targeting the United States before and after the 2016 elections.

The impact of this latest network however, was quite limited: the main Facebook page of United World International had only 5,000 followers, and while the outlet had an active social media presence across multiple platforms, it failed to amass a significant follower base or receive sustained engagement across any of them.

United World International on social media

The United World International website describes itself as “a place where intellectuals can come together” to achieve the goals of, among other things, “objecting to the current unipolar world order.” The site presents itself as an independent news and analysis website with contributors from all over the world.

The UWI website posted anti-Western articles about the Middle East and Turkey in English from the uwidata.com page. Articles from the site were shared on the social media, including to its Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts.

Although the website has a Turkish version, UWI mainly posts its articles in English, and its social media presence is predominantly English-language based. This suggests the target audience of this fringe outlet is English-language speakers, with Turkish speakers as a possible secondary audience.

The social media numbers for the site’s online presence were middling. Since June 22, 2018, the Facebook page has garnered 4,925 followers and the Instagram account 3,101 followers. Cached versions of the website’s now-suspended Twitter account, shows it has around 6,700 followers before its suspension. A YouTube channel created in July 2018 contained just seven videos and had be viewed only a total of roughly 5,500 times. The channel had just 68 subscribers.

An analysis using CrowdTangle shows that at first, the page posted photos more than links. Links became more prevalent starting in January 2020, along with increased activity in terms of post count, reversing a steady decline from 2019.

The Facebook page was administered by users outside of Turkey, including one each in Russia, Spain, and Belgium.

On Twitter, the tweets by @uwidata gained little traction, with most of its recent posts gaining less than 10 engagements each.

An analysis using social media Monitoring tool BrandWatch confirmed this. During the lifetime of the Twitter account, it peaked at 175 mentions on September 10, the majority of which were prompted by the account’s response to French president Emmanuel Macron.

All in all, the network was not particularly successful despite being active for nearly two years.

A linguistic analysis of the text found on the UWI Youtube channel suggested that the authors of the channel were Russian. A description of the channel, as well as the video description underneath the channel’s first video made use of the word “politilogists,” which is the Anglicized version of the Russian word for “political scientists” (политологи). This is a common mistake among Russian speakers.

Other videos uploaded to the channel featured interviews with various guests hosted by Elif İlhamoğlu. According to the UWI website, İlhamoğlu is a Turkish journalist and political scientist. He has also authored several articles for Sputnik Turkey, a Kremlin-owned news agency. An archived copy of the first version of the website indicated it initially employed a lone analyst in Koray Gürbüz, a Turkish author and foreign relations commentator. This suggest that the site was using legitimate authors, an operation which has echoes of the PeaceData takedown in early September 2020.

The UWI website

The UWI Facebook page directed users to an off-platform website hosted on a dedicated server in Turkey, but no additional information about the registrant is available in Whois records. According to DNSlytics’ reverse analytics tool, the UW website has the same Google analytics ID as to the chattelebot.fun website that is on hold “due to Registrant verification failure.”

A backlinks analysis, providing a list of webpages that cited UWI, revealed that it was frequently mentioned on a website of French think-tank Strategika. Strategika mentioned UWI as partners, with an active link to it in all of its web pages.

The Dugins

The UWI page, according to Facebook, was administrated by a Facebook account called Daria Platonova or Dari Dashjbh Dashjbhtp. Both accounts belonged to the same person, and there was a corresponding Instagram account, @daridashjbh.

The number of posts and frequency of posting on each account suggested that Dari Dashjbh Dashjbhtp and @daridashjbh are personal accounts, while Daria Platonova is public-facing account. The account Daria Platonova positioned itself as “the political observer of the Geopolitika.ru portal.”

Geopolitica.ru is a platform for geopolitical analysis that was registered by Aleksandr Dugin, a controversial Russian philosopher that played some role in the rehabilitation of Russia-Turkey relations. Geopolitica.ru shared the same Google Analytics code with the website geopolitika.ru, which is pronounced the same as the former in Russian.

The creator of Geopolitika.ru is Aleksandr Dugin, who was sanctioned by the United States Department of Treasury in 2015 for his role in the Eurasian Youth Union “for being responsible for or complicit in actions or policies that threaten the peace, security, stability, or sovereignty or territorial integrity of Ukraine.”

In some places and photos, Daria’s surname is not Platonova, but Dugina. Daria Dugina is the daughter of Aleksandr Dugin and has accompanied him on various trips to meet with high-level officials.

Aleksandr Dugin also appears on many posts by Dari Dashjbh Dashjbhtp as early as since 2012. For instance, they were together at a meeting with the President of Moldova, Igor Dodon. The date of the posts showing Dodon shaking hands with Dugin, and Dodon standing beside Daria was posted on the same day — May 27, 2017.

Currently, the website geopolika.ru redirects directly to another partner website, Katehon. Its editor-in-chief, Leonid Savin, is also editor-in-chief of Katehon.

Katehon poses itself as a think tank focused on geopolitics in an English edition of its website. In contrast, in Russian, it states its aim to develop “ideological, political, diplomatic, economic and military strategy for Russia of the future” with a special role of religion. The president of Katehon’s supervisory board is Konstantin Malofeev, a Russian millionaire with connections to the Russian orthodox church and presidential administration, who founded Tsargrad TV, a known source of disinformation. Malofeev was sanctioned by the U.S. Department of Treasury and the European Union in 2014 for material support and financial backing of Russian-backed separatists in eastern Ukraine. Another known figure from the board is Sergei Glaziev, former advisor to Putin in 2012–2019. Dugin is also on the board in the Russian edition of the website, whereas he is omitted in English.

According to Russian independent media outlet The Insider, both Malofeev and Dugin are connected and worked together with loyal to Kremlin foreigners.

There is no apparent connection between Dugin and IRA. Still, their paths crossed in 2017, when Dugin met with Kemi Seba, leader of Pan African project that was supported by the Russians, associated with Yevgeny Prigozhin, the Putin ally and businessman who was behind the IRA.

Conclusion

The DFRLab found numerous indicators of assets connection to pro-Kremlin organizations, including the family connection between the administrator of the outlet’s Facebook page and connected Russian think tanks.

The webpage promotion by other outlets suggests that pro-Kremlin actors created a network of platforms that aim at foreign audiences to amplify Kremlin messages by serving as a platform for like-minded foreign experts.
