Bots are the creatures inhabiting the land of Botworld, and are the central element in the game Botworld Adventure. Bots can be used in battle against other bots and characters, the gameplay revolving around us deploying bots with various unique abilities in a circular battling space. Hostile bots can be encountered at every zone, and become increasingly powerful the more you progress the game.
A bot’s strength is defined by their AI Level and Upgrade Level. AI Levels can be raised through battling, while Upgrade Levels require scraps. Upgrading a bot raises their 5 stats- Power, Health, Attack, Speed, and DPS (Damage Per Second).

Bot Building [ ]
Bots can be upgraded with material from scrap pile or fighting enemies such as bandits and wild bots. Each material has rarity from Common to the latest specific Epic material for each bots needed to upgrade at 20 up. Bots will get first frame reinforced at 10 and second frame reinforced at 20.
Bot Combat Roles [ ]
Bots are categorized into 7 roles in battle: Chasers, Evaders, Brawlers, Tanks, Snipers, Splashers, and Supports.

Here is a list where you can find all the currently available bots. There are four rarities of bots:(from least to most rare) Common, Special, Rare, and Epic.
Physical damage and energy damage varies between upgrades also accumulated with other booster percentage such as Bot Damage.

Firewall and Poison Trail aren’t for the damage, but for what they do to a bot’s A.I. If you have any form of stuns/slows/freezes/restrictions from your bots, then using FW or PT on an enemy bot will be devastating because their AI will prioritize escaping — although it may not be able to or not efficiently escape.
Vortex has a unique gimmick of overlapping bot hitboxes allowing for units like Longshot to become a pseudo Splasher as well as synergizes with A.I. manipulation of bots like Flamer’s ultimate. Immobilize Field won’t stop things like Bigshot or Pluggie from attacking, or may even provoke a running Pupil into attacking.

I didn’t order the abilities inside of a tier, it’ll surely be good to do at some point tho.
Many of the D tier I haven’t actually tried much or even at all because they just don’t click with me. I expect I’m wrong in a few case and will be happy to get corrected. I also expect some will even deserve a lower ranking down into F tier but I give them the benefit of the doubt for now.
Charge Field & AOE buffs in general: I value them lower than their single-target counterparts as I’m always worried the fight will take a turn where I won’t get good mileage of the extra targets.
Chilling ground & slow in general: I value them quite low because I believe the best way to help your melees catch ranger is to speed them up. They’ll be sorry otherwise when their slowed target gets teleported across the field.
Snowball & slow-moving projectiles in general: I like to have my ability instant or fast at the very least so as not to waste power due to bad timing.
Poison in general: I’m sure most will agree poison isn’t in a very good place overall, I find it applies even more to abilities than to bots.

One of the best games on the App Store
I’ve been playing this game for about 4 hours straight and I didn’t get bored for a second. I’ve played a lot of not good mobile games on the App Store so I know a good one when I see it, the combination of Pokémon and Clash Royale into a real-time RPG is perfect, battling is fun and even though you have to grind a little it’s not that bad if you just do the contracts as well as the main quest. Basically everything about the game is charming, like how people walking around the town talk to you while you’re still running around. When I put on my headphones to listen to this game I expected some half-effort sound effects and mediocre music (basically all mobile games do this) but what I heard was totally different, the music is GOOD, all of the sound design in this game is really good and lets you be immersed in the game. What I would love to see in the game is some kind of one on one online real-time battles with clan Mates (I have no clue if they are already in the game). I would HIGHLY recommend playing this game, it good.

Great for a free game
This game is pretty awesome, You can collect & create bots, gather materials for bot upgrades, collect recruits to do on idle missions, & explore different areas all while fighting wild bots & bandits. You’re able to choose to watch ads for more materials but their aren’t any obnoxious ads while playing. In addition, it’s not too difficult to level up and gain more bots without purchasing the pass (but I’m buying one because who doesn’t like extra gear?) The game is pretty well-made and addicting the only frustration I have is the distribution of bots. There are a bunch of them in a concentrated area or path and because of that you end up forced into battles when they chase you down. At times you can end up fighting through a load of enemies before you can get to your destination. The game is already great as far as design but I’d suggest maybe lowering the levels of wild bots or the amount? Or even increasing the distribution of bots based on level? It would make the game a lot more satisfying. I’m currently at level 12 and there’s a huge bottleneck because it’s not easy to gather loot and collect tokens from missions, so many bots! Other than that, I’m enjoying the game. I love rodeo stampede so that’s the reason I had to give this game a try. I’m not disappointed at all this game has a lot of potential and is really fun to be a free game. Thanks devs!

One of the best games on the App Store

Первый взгляд на геймплей
Как только вы закончите редактировать своего персонажа, вам предстоит отправиться в первое путешествие. Вы будете изучать огромный мир, который наполнен разными испытаниями. При этом, управление здесь достаточно простое. Если вы выбираете для прохождения телефон, то с помощью экрана будете выбирать направление. При игре на компьютере, предстоит использовать мышку. Вы сможете просто нажимать на экран, чтобы решать, куда конкретно должен следовать ваш воин.
Стоит отметить, что в этом мире предстоит уделить особое внимание и своему питомцу. Вы сможете выбрать для себя друга, который будет путешествовать с вами. На выбор даются 3 персонажа, которые отличаются силой и специальными навыками. One of the best games on the App Store
I’ve been playing this game for about 4 hours straight and I didn’t get bored for a second. I’ve played a lot of not good mobile games on the App Store so I know a good one when I see it, the combination of Pokémon and Clash Royale into a real-time RPG is perfect, battling is fun and even though you have to grind a little it’s not that bad if you just do the contracts as well as the main quest. Basically everything about the game is charming, like how people walking around the town talk to you while you’re still running around. When I put on my headphones to listen to this game I expected some half-effort sound effects and mediocre music (basically all mobile games do this) but what I heard was totally different, the music is GOOD, all of the sound design in this game is really good and lets you be immersed in the game. What I would love to see in the game is some kind of one on one online real-time battles with clan Mates (I have no clue if they are already in the game). I would HIGHLY recommend playing this game, it good.

Great for a free game
This game is pretty awesome, You can collect & create bots, gather materials for bot upgrades, collect recruits to do on idle missions, & explore different areas all while fighting wild bots & bandits. You’re able to choose to watch ads for more materials but their aren’t any obnoxious ads while playing. In addition, it’s not too difficult to level up and gain more bots without purchasing the pass (but I’m buying one because who doesn’t like extra gear?) The game is pretty well-made and addicting the only frustration I have is the distribution of bots. There are a bunch of them in a concentrated area or path and because of that you end up forced into battles when they chase you down. At times you can end up fighting through a load of enemies before you can get to your destination. The game is already great as far as design but I’d suggest maybe lowering the levels of wild bots or the amount? Or even increasing the distribution of bots based on level? It would make the game a lot more satisfying. I’m currently at level 12 and there’s a huge bottleneck because it’s not easy to gather loot and collect tokens from missions, so many bots! Other than that, I’m enjoying the game. I love rodeo stampede so that’s the reason I had to give this game a try. I’m not disappointed at all this game has a lot of potential and is really fun to be a free game. Thanks devs!

Worth trying
Good game. You have a team of bots that you bring out into the world with you to explore and collect materials as you fight other bots and AI “botmasters.” Then you use your team to battle against other real players line-ups and climb the ranks. It’s grindy, but I play quite a bit each day. That’s thanks to the art style and the team building concept. You can upgrade your bots, each with individualized perks. Couple that with the “gadgets” and “abilities” and it starts to feel like you actually have to use your brain when polishing up a perfect line up, even though your bots battle automatically.
For the devs I recommend adding more cosmetics! Cosmetics you can earn through achievements/milestones, and purchasable cosmetics. I don’t want to pay for materials to shorten the grind I enjoy the grind. But I’d definitely support the game through purchasable cosmetics. Nice job y’all.

This is my favorite thing ever! I love it so much! It’s like Pokémon in the sense that you need to collect and train bots, but I enjoy the run based way you go about it much more! The combat being a real time autobattler instead of a turn based rpg is also more appealing to me, and the positioning based strategy is more fun than the data memorizing based strategy in Pokémon. I’m having so much fun thinking about where to take my team next, and I only got the game yesterday! But I’m not just going to compare it to Pokémon all day long, it stands on its own! There is SO MUCH CONTENT, and the art is really good, especially for a mobile game. It runs flawlessly, I have never lagged or crashed. And whenever I lose, I think about how to get stronger for next time more than I feel upset about the loss! A game that is fun to lose in is a game you won’t put down, thaat

Botworld Adventure
This game is a perfect “Pokémonlike” where you control a cat, dog, lizard, or wildebeest. In the game you obtain robots that you can upgrade to battle with them you eventually gain blueprints for other bots that you need different materials for. The battles are extremely easy and require almost no skill. This game had me spending 2 hours the second I bought it and for free feels like a steal. The game itself doesn’t have many in game purchases and no ads unless you chose to watch them. There is one bug, the exp is evenly shared so for example if I placed three bots at the start of the battle and one died close to the end of the battle then the reserve that I would throw in even though it did no damage it would get the same amount of exp as every other bot. Overall this is an amazing game that everyone should get.

Some people just hate life
Don’t listen to the negative people leaving reviews. This is a great game, that’s only slightly gotcha. If someone complains that the fighting is boring, that’s because they haven’t played long enough. The further you get, the more dynamic it gets. You need a controller to play, the controls are easy and fluid enough.
My only complaint, if any, is that the difficulty does ramp up steeply at one point (that I know of so far). Can we raise the level cap for the bots that is determined by the level of your boat? Level 10 doesn’t allow us to be very competitive in the final quests in the great desert area. It like hitting a brick wall, and then you can only do the frozen area once a day. You guys are actually doing yourselves a disservice with this particular mechanic, because it reduces our play time significantly…

Also, i dont really see the need for other races of animals to be added, but new skins should definitely be. For example, for the bull animal, there should be a spotted skin (like a cow) and for the dogs there should be some that relate to real life breeds (like a dalmation). There could also be spotted lizards or patterned cats.

Also, I know this is a stretch, but being able to build and customize some sort of camp on land for yourself similar to the ship would be really cool and more customizable. You would also be able to visit other peoples camps/homes if a public lobby is ever added. This would give the game another aspect of a friend system and being able to play the game however you want.

Grindy and repetitive after a certain point
You really need to increase the drop rate for rare bot materials. It’s very tedious and Grindy to level up bots past 20. I mean the only way to do so is to hope and pray you find one specific bot essence for one type of bot SOMEWHERE, that’s horrible. and when I go to specific areas to find the rare upgrade mats (I.e chaser cores) they don’t drop making it take forever to upgrade bots, especially if your trying to upgrade multiple bots of the same type. Please add some quality of life updates to improve this, or some type of new mode that we can get bot essence from. Other than that, the areas are all different looking but feel the same, there needs to be bit more content added to these areas so they don’t feel so similar. gameplay, story and characters are fun the bots are all unique but the game needs improvement in some areas

In the game you obtain robots that you can upgrade to battle with them you eventually gain blueprints for other bots that you need different materials for. The battles are extremely easy and require almost no skill. This game had me spending 2 hours the second I bought it and for free feels like a steal. The game itself doesn’t have many in game purchases and no ads unless you chose to watch them. There is one bug, the exp is evenly shared so for example if I placed three bots at the start of the battle and one died close to the end of the battle then the reserve that I would throw in even though it did no damage it would get the same amount of exp as every other bot. Overall this is an amazing game that everyone should get.

Some people just hate life
Don’t listen to the negative people leaving reviews. This is a great game, that’s only slightly gotcha. If someone complains that the fighting is boring, that’s because they haven’t played long enough. The further you get, the more dynamic it gets. You need a controller to play, the controls are easy and fluid enough.
My only complaint, if any, is that the difficulty does ramp up steeply at one point (that I know of so far). Can we raise the level cap for the bots that is determined by the level of your boat? Level 10 doesn’t allow us to be very competitive in the final quests in the great desert area. It like hitting a brick wall, and then you can only do the frozen area once a day. You guys are actually doing yourselves a disservice with this particular mechanic, because it reduces our play time significantly…

I just started playing today, but ive gotten a lot done. I really wish there was a way to wander to world with your friends or just to interact with other random players (like a public lobby or something)

Also, i dont really see the need for other races of animals to be added, but new skins should definitely be. For example, for the bull animal, there should be a spotted skin (like a cow) and for the dogs there should be some that relate to real life breeds (like a dalmation). There could also be spotted lizards or patterned cats.

Also, I know this is a stretch, but being able to build and customize some sort of camp on land for yourself similar to the ship would be really cool and more customizable. You would also be able to visit other peoples camps/homes if a public lobby is ever added. This would give the game another aspect of a friend system and being able to play the game however you want.

Grindy and repetitive after a certain point
You really need to increase the drop rate for rare bot materials. It’s very tedious and Grindy to level up bots past 20. I mean the only way to do so is to hope and pray you find one specific bot essence for one type of bot SOMEWHERE, that’s horrible. and when I go to specific areas to find the rare upgrade mats (I.e chaser cores) they don’t drop making it take forever to upgrade bots, especially if your trying to upgrade multiple bots of the same type. Please add some quality of life updates to improve this, or some type of new mode that we can get bot essence from. Other than that, the areas are all different looking but feel the same, there needs to be bit more content added to these areas so they don’t feel so similar. gameplay, story and characters are fun the bots are all unique but the game needs improvement in some areas

One of the best games on the App Store
I’ve been playing this game for about 4 hours straight and I didn’t get bored for a second. I’ve played a lot of not good mobile games on the App Store so I know a good one when I see it, the combination of Pokémon and Clash Royale into a real-time RPG is perfect, battling is fun and even though you have to grind a little it’s not that bad if you just do the contracts as well as the main quest. Basically everything about the game is charming, like how people walking around the town talk to you while you’re still running around. When I put on my headphones to listen to this game I expected some half-effort sound effects and mediocre music (basically all mobile games do this) but what I heard was totally different, the music is GOOD, all of the sound design in this game is really good and lets you be immersed in the game. What I would love to see in the game is some kind of one on one online real-time battles with clan Mates (I have no clue if they are already in the game). I would HIGHLY recommend playing this game, it good.

Great for a free game
This game is pretty awesome, You can collect & create bots, gather materials for bot upgrades, collect recruits to do on idle missions, & explore different areas all while fighting wild bots & bandits. You’re able to choose to watch ads for more materials but their aren’t any obnoxious ads while playing. In addition, it’s not too difficult to level up and gain more bots without purchasing the pass (but I’m buying one because who doesn’t like extra gear?) The game is pretty well-made and addicting the only frustration I have is the distribution of bots. There are a bunch of them in a concentrated area or path and because of that you end up forced into battles when they chase you down. At times you can end up fighting through a load of enemies before you can get to your destination. The game is already great as far as design but I’d suggest maybe lowering the levels of wild bots or the amount? Or even increasing the distribution of bots based on level? It would make the game a lot more satisfying. I’m currently at level 12 and there’s a huge bottleneck because it’s not easy to gather loot and collect tokens from missions, so many bots! Other than that, I’m enjoying the game. I love rodeo stampede so that’s the reason I had to give this game a try. I’m not disappointed at all this game has a lot of potential and is really fun to be a free game. Thanks devs!

Not to be confused with Farming, Exploring is when you need to make the most out of every bit of Canister juice you got!
Cannister
You get 1 Cannister bar, and 1 HP bar. You lose HP in a fight, and your Cannister Energy heals you up between fights.
If you fight multiple mobs simultanously or to fast to heal in-between, you can die and get sent back to town with Can Energy left!
Don’t worry, you don’t actually die or lose anything besides you Can Energy left.

Map reset
Reset any map by leaving/rentering them. Everything will respawn
To save rare critters like rainbow snake or ruby scarab, don’t battle, or let your recruits do that. Critters spawn/despawn while battling.
Avoid ennemies
Wild bots and bandits have a shorter range of detection on their back.
While they are chasing you, run (unless you want to battle), and don’t turn too much.
Be unpredictable when escaping bandits controlling grapple cannon

Getting Started: Beginner Guide
If you’ve just started with this great game and have questions at this very early stage, you’re in the right place.
Let’s make one thing clear: this game won’t punish you for any choice you make. Even when mutually exclusive options are presented, you will get other occasions to try and pick the ones you haven’t yet, or get the same rewards by other means.
Starter bot
It’s really just that: your starter bot. You will find botframes to build the other two just like any other bot wandering through Botworld.
You can always check them out (Ram, Froggy, Thump), but at this early stage you really shouldn’t bother with end-game strategies, most won’t apply to your current situation, and you still have much to learn and discover before getting to that. By the time you’re there, you will surely have had all 3 for quite some time.

But as with everything else, as you upgrade your boat you’ll have more energy points to spend and eventually you’ll get everything you need.
Which Bots should I upgrade first?
As you progress, you will have access to better ways to earn resources, and the investment to bring any bot to lvl 10 will very soon feel pretty negligible. It makes it really forgiving if you started experimenting with a bot but want to go with another instead later. Also, you will have Recruits joining your squad, and they will need some bots of their own if they are to help you! Any bot you don’t use anymore yourself will be great with them.
That being said, here are some of my favorite bots that are accessible very early and I suggest you give a good try:

Reginald is a dueling master who likes to battle someone with one bot at a time. While the rules are simple to fight with, he carries a long-lasting Freeze ability with a stun resistance booster for his bots. A very mean arena master with an attitude.
Your top priority is to avoid the Freeze Balls. Two ways around it:
Proximity Translocator can be used instead of Chaos Translocator and work considerably better, because you can choose where to teleport your bot.
Then, tip your comp heavily towards ranged bots so you can kill from afar. Some Chasers are cool, but definetly no tanks.
The more snipers you have, the better. Longshot is king and easy to get, Chomp is so-so but okay. Put them down on the field, keep the enemies away with Imobilize/Gust/Freeze, save 2p for CT to dodge Freeze Ball, and occasionally Overcharge if you can afford it.
Some hidden gems amongst bots:
Frosty counters Reginald’s Slicer and Brute, but make sure it to not take too much damage for them or Reginald will place Froggy or Longshot

Explore As Much As You Can In Botworld Adventure
Exploration is a big yes in this game. It rewards you so much. Even if you are in the city center, there are a lot of hidden treasures which reward you in plentiful.
For all those Pokemon players, you will know the importance of wandering around the map. The same logic applies here, as the more you explore the map, the more you get.
Use The Exploration Times Wisely In Botworld Adventure
Each time you go out, it will cost you one Repair Canister. Each Canister will take a certain time to refill. So, if you are heading out to explore, make sure to use it to the utmost. Search each corner for scraps, or loot.
Use The Scrap Collector
In your boat, you have a machine, which you will get which allows you to get scraps. It is a free offer and gives you rare to common stuff. You can also watch an ad to get some more. This feature allows you to get ahead in the game with relative ease because materials are in demand in the game.
Battle The Bots For Grinding
For progress in the game, you will have to level up, and materials for everything, for your bots to the boat. So, the best way to do so is to fight a group of bots. They will drop coins and some items which will help you.

The repair canister repairs your bots back to full health. So, if you find yourself low on the bar, RTB (Return back to base).
Jetpack Away If Required
Jetpacking back to the base. It allows you to get to the safe area, without going through the hassle of running back. So, if you are low on the repair canister, jetpack away!
Set Up Landing Sites
Landing sites are like checkpoints in the game. If in a scenario, you had to get back to the safe zone, the jetpack will help. Also, setting up these landing sites allow you to go back to the place that you were within a jiffy.
Fight The Bandits In Botworld Adventure
Fighting the bandits is a great way to getting more experience, and items. Moreover, most of the time, they have some type of task for it. Increasing the items you get.
Do The Contracts
Contracts come a bit later in the game. You get them after talking with the mayor of the town. He gives you all types of contracts and tasks. After completion, you will get a lot of loot in return. Contracts also have a period and refresh after a particular time.
Complete Side Quests
Throughout the map, there will be side quests. To be precise, there will be people or vendors who are stuck. So, defeat the bandits to get loot. Moreover, after talking to them, you will get a handful of items.

All the bots in the game gain experience over time. Gaining experience allows you to level up the AI of your bot. You level up the AI because, in return, you will get some boosts on the bot in question.

You and your opponent place your bots at the same time. The AI doesn’t get to see your pick before they make theirs.
Concepts
Area of Effect (AoE) is used any effect that applies to a zone or a group of bots all at once.
Crowd Control (CC) describes any effect that focuses on giving you a tactical advantage. Like anything that disables or hinders enemy bots or shifts the battleground in your favor: Stun (=freeze), Gust, Vortex, Barrier Wall, Hyperdrain…
Evasion
Sometimes you need a panic button to get a bot out of trouble right now, so it can keep dealing damage with whatever little HP it has left. Abilities like: CT, Shield…
Use the right Bot for the situation

Melee to disable Ranged, Ranged to snipe Evaders, Tanks to stall everything, etc.

The general idea behind a Grouper Comp is to get all 3 opponent bots grouped up and nuke them all at once with heavy AoE damage.
Grouping
This stategy is extremelly reliable thanks to Chainer’s Ultimate ability, with the right AI perks and Botpack Boosters. It will group all the bots in line of sight right from the begining of the battle!
You can actually make it work without Chainer to some extend, in some situations:
Now to the blasting! The most straight-forward is to deal them loads of damage, but powerfull [CC]() works really well too. Not much they can do if they’re stun-locked.
There are many sources of AoE effects for you to choose from, that you can combine however it suits you best. For bots, most Splashers are viable there, but not only are interesting AoE options. What matters most is that the AoE effect comes fast enough that your grouping is still effective when it lands. AI perks play a big role there.
As you can see, you’re not lacking options there!

I don’t think you should feel the need to dedicate yourself to farming before lvl 15 at the earliest. I started researching it when I was around lvl 17 myself, and it had been pretty easy to upgrade my main bots just doing the story, contracts & arena.

A few contracts are not based upon a specific location and can be completed while running most routes:
You can cancel and reroll contracts that don’t fit. It can’t be worth your time if you don’t have the Mayoral Membership that allows you to skip ads though, and even then I don’t do it anymore because it’s very tedious.
Route Navigation & Recruit Micro-Managment
Young botmasters
At the early stages of the game, you will be both limited in your route options, and probably not have that great Recruits. You can still use these techniques, and will have to make up for your Recruits shortcomings with some extra micro-management and running to dodge mobs. Those you can’t run, fight many at once.
The loss of gold/min will be made up for by the opportunity to train any bot you want to improve.
Invisibility is a huge help, just as much as the third recruit.
This route is rich in gold, Evader Sprays and Splasher Explosives so you should be able to get a 2nd suitable recruit very soon with upgraded Evaders and Splashers.

Mats are Gold
You will always be looking for gold, but when you also need specifically some other materials it might be worth it to run an alternative route to have a chance to drop it. At 475 gold/rare drop, and
1 drop/3runs (7min30), it represents about 63 extra gold/min. Even just Sparky Wires make it worth it to have Wild Bots in your route, even if that decreases your gold earnings. It’s all about compromise.

What makes a good farming route
Experience shows that the best routes are around 2-4 min/run, so if you’re running for much longer consider trimming it down.
A good route will have a high density of Piles and Chests, have the desired characteristics for the Materials you’re looking for, and usually have more Bandits than Wild Bots since they drop Gold.

Botworld Adventure is a very unique game where you get deployed in the world as bot (s). You can then battle your way in-game in a vast area covered with wild and hostile bots.
The more enemies you battle, the powerful you become, and the more progress you make. Certain Bots and items grant you an edge over the others as well.
In this post, I will be discussing where you can find these Bots and Items. This will help you to save time and get straight to the point where these can be found. This guide includes the locations for Botframe Blueprints and Items in the game.

Now, to actually craft or build these blueprints, you need a lot of different materials. The list of resources will be given besides the Botframes so that you know exactly what you need.
I will be showing you where to find certain resources or items in the game, so that you have an easier time in getting them. Items are Bot-Specific also. This means that certain scraps and items are only meant to use with particular bots. I will also try to list them besides the items.
“Items” in Botworld Adventure are classified into Scraps, Ability Modules, Boosters, Gadgets, and Botframes. I have already covered Botframes in the above table. This category will show all the “Scraps”.

Background
Botworld Adventure is an open-world RPG. In which, you play as a personified animal character (one of four animals: cat, dog, buffalo, and lizard) who has a passion for collecting Bots in the magical world of Botworld. You will start with small bots that are the relics left by your parents, and then you will slowly collect other Bot species throughout your adventure.
You will explore the large, beautiful world called Botworld where you can search for diverse and powerful Bot strains, try to conquer them, enlist rare materials, and admire the vast open space around. And of course, behind you is a powerful Bot army that is both your companion and powerful weapon against other ferocious Bots in this world.
And remember that when winning any Bot, you will immediately capture and have it in your Bot ranks. So, fighting is the key to equipment, and vice versa.
How to play
This game is conceptually quite similar to Pokemon when it also revolves around finding and collecting different species who are Bots, instead of Pokemon. The principle is that you use the Bots you already have (usually the type available is small with nothing too special) to fight and capture the bigger Bots, and then tame and turn them into your new powerful ones. Then you continue to use them to find and catch even stronger Bots. The loop continues until you reach the last step on the vast Botworld map.
Botworld Adventure is not the type of fighting only with chopping and slashing all the time, it is very tactical. The tactical element has been shown first in your layout and placement of Bots on the battlefield. The Bots are, of course, not controlled by you, but by the game’s AI, but it is up to you to choose and place them to fight in each battle. You can also use other bonuses from successful Bots to give your Bots more advantages. This is the key to victory and shows your tactical mastery.
Your favorite Bots can be upgraded and customized using a system of materials obtained on the way or accumulated points by conquering new Bots. The higher the Bot is upgraded, the better it works, the more definitively and neatly it takes down the enemy. Don’t worry about running out of Bots to play. Because currently Botworld Adventure has more than 10 different scenes with more than 30 unique Bot types, and it will be continuously updated in the near future.
How will the Bot fight when entering the battle?
When entering each battle, you will get up to 3 Bots to fight directly with the enemy in a circle you shall have predefined. From different angles, the 3 Bots will continuously launch attacks to stun the enemy. Being outside the circle, you will both observe the situation and launch powerful finishing moves. Be sure to keep a close eye on the health column on top of each of your Bots (in blue) and of the enemy (in other colors).
If you see that the Bot is weak and about to “die”, you must launch a rescue move immediately. If all the Bots die, there is a high chance the monster will jump out of the circle and deal with you. Each Bot will be able to jump, stun, and explode for a short distance. Each one will also have a unique ability depending on the species, and a pretty strong ultimate move. You can combine attacks with these attacks of the Bots. And in the final, the Bots’ ultimate and yours at the same time can cause the enemy to lose a lot of health.
Well, your character also has its own unique moves. The three main moves are displayed on the right side of the screen. These are impressively strong with their own damage abilities. However, sadly, the cooldown is extremely slow. That’s why you need an army of Bots to support you.
Where is the final destination?
Just like Pokemon, this game has no endpoint. But it has a clear purpose to reach. You shall collect more and more rare and powerful Bots to make your army epic and truly invincible. And the work is many times more when you have to constantly find ways to upgrade your strong Bots and your average Bots. This is a very long journey that requires you to constantly learn and fight.

Botworld Adventure Beginner’s Guide: Tips, Tricks & Strategies to Outsmart Your Enemies and Uncover the Secrets of Botworld

Welcome to Botworld — a world surrounded by towering piles of scrap where wild robots (or Bots) roam free and both adventure and danger lurk in every corner.
You are a Botmaster. An anthropomorphic cat, dog, buffalo, or lizard with a Botpack; a powerful tool that helps you communicate or control your Bots. It’s with your trusty Bots and Botpack that you brave the wilderness of Botworld. But like most adventures, perhaps there’s a bigger picture out there for everyone to see; a world full of secrets and revelations and it’s up to you to find out how it all came to this.
Featherweight’s release into the creature collector RPG genre is the aptly-titled Botworld Adventure. The game plays quite differently from most collector RPGs. Your Bots fight mostly on their own, activating their ultimate skills once their bars are full, and you support them from the sidelines by making them stronger by buffing them or assaulting the enemy Bots with an expansive and customizable arsenal.
There is plenty of room for exploration in a vast, sprawling world with different kinds of enemies seeking their next opponent (meaning you). But like many creature collector RPGs, many players often struggle in finding the best ways to overcome their opponents both big and small.

1. Familiarize Yourself With Your Bots For A Well-Rounded Team
Like every other creature or hero collector RPG out there, Botworld Adventure has its own share of classifications for the Bots you will fight alongside. Each Bot has its own unique talent. For example, some Bots are more apt at defeating their opponents quicker than the others in close-range combat, while others can deal damage to groups of enemy Bots clumped together. If you’ve familiarized yourself with their types, you should have no problem making a team that will suit your every need.
Let’s take a quick look at what each of these classes do:
Chaser
Speedy but often fragile, Chasers live up to their class name. They’re highly mobile and can easily pin down enemy Bots that love to fight from a distance. Given their swift nature, Chasers are often accompanied by an impressive amount of damage that they deliver with each attack.
(Examples of Chaser Bots: Ram, Slash, Slicer)
Tank
Tanks are the tough and lumbering Bots that take a while to put down. As they are heavily armored, some tanks come with sheer amounts of defense while others have an interesting crowd-control style skillset. They should also be deployed if they need to protect their allied Bots with thinner armor like Chasers and Snipers.
(Examples of Tank Bots: Thump, Barrie, Chainer)
Evader
Feeling mischievous? Evader Bots are the most annoying Bots to ever enter the battlefield… if you’re on the receiving end. Deploying Evaders is a quick way to distract enemy Bots that aren’t very fast. Use these Bots to easily keep Tank Bots or Brawler Bots busy since some Evaders have an impressive amount of range that rival that of Snipers or Splashers. And, as their name states, they will evade attacks to stay alive.
(Examples of Evader Bots: Froggy, Icicool, Flamer)
Brawler
Brawlers are the rough and tumble type of Bots that nobody wants to mess with. While not as sturdy as Tanks, and not as deadly as Chasers, Brawlers can hold their own in a fight against almost any Bot. These Bots thrive in the thick of battle and won’t back down until their ocular sensors go dark. Put ‘em up and prepare for a bout!
(Examples of Brawler Bots: Yanky, K.O., Scatter)
Sniper
The specialty of a Sniper Bot is being able to take down their foes easily from a distance. Their range is second to none and their presence in a fight can make the predictable unpredictable. With powerful shots coming from a place they can’t reach, the enemy has all the right to fear Snipers. If the enemy gets too close for comfort, Snipers will try to distance themselves by running away.
(Examples of Sniper Bots: Chomp, Longshot, Pupil)
Splasher
A relative of the Sniper, Splasher Bots love to send their enemies off with a bang. Using powerful ordnance in their tiny frames, Splashers are effective against groups of enemies congregated against an allied Bot. Their range, damage, and behavior are quite similar to Snipers but they deal with crowds better.
(Examples of Splasher Bots: Lobby, Rocketeer, Mort)
Support
Support Bots aren’t effective fighters. They are, however, effective at helping their friends win a fight. While their main attacks don’t deal so much damage compared to their contemporaries, Supports make up for it with their unique skills. These skills may range from keeping their enemies from moving, powering up their friends, protecting their friends with shields, and more.
(Examples of Support Bots: Tether, Halo, Beat)
Having at least one of each of these Bots in your team of 6 is a good way to keep it well-rounded and ready for any scenario. Naturally, how you deploy them in a fight is the first big step you make. Screwing this up may instantly turn the battle in the enemy’s favor, so let’s now talk about placement.
2. It’s All About Placement
There are a few rules you have to go by when doing a Bot Battle:
Firstly, only three of your Bots may be deployed at a time. You alternate in deploying your Bots with your opponent with you having the first deployment.
Secondly, both Botmasters may assist their Bots by using the weapons in their Botpacks to attack the opposing Bots. Any Bots belonging to each Botmaster may also be strengthened or buffed mid-fight.
Thirdly, a battle is settled when all Bots on an opposing team have been defeated.
Let’s not have the third happen so quickly and this item will help you by discussing the first rule of a Bot Battle: deployment.
When you deploy a Bot, their placement on the field is important since it will determine where they might go and who they might fight. Your Bots are programmed to engage the enemy Bot they are closest to regardless if they are ranged or melee. Once an enemy Bot gets closer to your Bot than their initial target, they’ll attack that enemy Bot instead. This is why placing your Bots wisely in a fight matters a great deal.
The best way to start a fight is by deploying a Tank. The enemy will most likely try to counter this with an Evader. You may follow through by countering the Evader with a Sniper or a Splasher, or you can choose to assist the Tank with a Brawler. Either way, the enemy will try to outsmart you but can you outsmart them?
Here are a few things to take note of when it comes to placing bots in Botworld Adventure:
Deploying these Bots near the enemies they counter will help you win a fight quicker. Launching them far apart from each other is risky but offensive, and keeping them together is safer but defensive. Study the battlefield first before making the next move and you’ll be fine!
That’s right, dear reader, you aren’t seeing things. We discussed tactics before discussing the battles themselves. There’s a reason behind this, and that reason is the very lifeline of each and every Bot you have in your team: Scrap!
3. Fight For Scrap
This is the true reason why you should be fighting.
Scrap is to water as your Bots are to saplings. Without Scrap, your Bots will not grow and they will often die out in battle. Scrap is used in a variety of things, but we’ll talk about that later.
In this item, we’ll talk about combat, the best part of the game. In defeating your opponents, you will be rewarded with Scrap. This is what you may encounter during your runs here in Botworld Adventure:
Wild Bots And Bandits
Wild Bots are predictable but dangerous. They attack in swarms and, once you encounter them, their positions are already set on the field. For example, some of them have huddled together while others are spread out evenly across the battlefield. How you approach these mechanical monsters is up to you.
Bandits fight akin to you. They have their own Botpacks, they deploy their Bots the same way you do, and they also jetpack home when they lose! Compared to wild Bots, they have their own tactics and we’re not just talking about how they fight. Once they spot you, they will give chase, and boy do they each have their own way of getting into a fight with you.
Dog Bandits are persistent, Cat Bandits will try to outsmart you in a chase, Buffalo Bandits will charge at you in a straight line, Lizard Bandits will use nets if they get close enough, and Rat Bandits… well… there’s nothing too special about Rat Bandits (nothing that we’ve noticed anyway).
There is a possibility for you to encounter them at the same time or for nearby bandits or wild Bots to join into the fray. This is called a Multiple Fight. While it is rewarding to take out two opponents at once, your Bots will suffer greatly since you won’t have time for your Repair Canister to activate properly between battles (we’ll talk about the Repair Canister later). Try luring one away from the other and fight them one by one instead.
Arena
No guts, no glory, as they say! In the Arena, you may challenge various Botmasters from all over the island. As you rise through the ranks, your opponents will get tougher. But even then, your efforts in the arena will allow you to open chests every day granting you Scrap.
Sometimes, the Scrap can be of the Rare grade, so this is one of the better, albeit more challenging ways, to get only the best Scrap. If you’re looking to upgrade your Botpack, you’ll have to face Arena Masters; highly powerful and highly specialized Botmasters who could easily stomp your team if you aren’t prepared.
While the Bots themselves are quite important in a fight, at least 50% of the contribution comes from you. Your skill when using your Botpack abilities is one of the keys to victory in battle.
4. Use Your Botpack Wisely
Your Botpack comes with a loadout of gizmos and weapons that can help lead your team forward while they battle. Using them wisely could turn the tide but it also depends how you set them up before you’ve set out for your adventure. Here’s what we can recommend to you:
Abilities
Each Botpack comes with charges that fill overtime as a battle goes on. Depending on the number of charges a Botpack has, abilities in your current loadout may be used. We recommend using low-charge abilities since many of them are flexible and helpful, but normally, abilities with higher charge requirements are more powerful. Having utility abilities like Gust is really helpful in pushing enemy Bots in the direction of the Tank, or Poison Bolt (if aimed well) can be used to wither the health of a problematic Bot on the enemy team.
Gadgets
Once unlocked, gadgets may help give you the upper-hand during a run. They do not help in Arena Matches, but they’ll help you through the wilds. These, much like abilities, are merely equipped on a whim and may suit any player’s playstyle.
For example, the first two gadgets you may equip are either something that makes your Bots perform better or something that makes your Botpack Abilities quicker. Both are quite useful but it all boils down to the player’s preference.
As we’ve mentioned earlier, Scrap is quite important and its ties with battle are inseparable. The best way to find Scrap AND bandits and wild Bots to beat up is to go exploring the world before you.
5. Explore The World
What is Botworld Adventure without the “adventure”?
The game has a sprawling, living world that’s ripe for exploration by anyone. It’s teeming with all sorts of creatures and nasty bandits out to steal your Scrap. Since Scrap is your priority in Botworld Adventure, there are many more ways out in the wild to get this. But as you venture forth, there are a few things you may need to pay attention to. Here’s what you should look out for while you’re hunting for Scrap in the fields of the unknown:
Landing Pads
Okay, this isn’t really a way you can get Scrap, but these are important. Landing Pads allow you to jetpack to them without having to run out from Scrapper’s Landing and find your way there on foot.
After finding a Landing Pad, activate it so the next time you want to go adventuring, you may use your map to get around. Your character will jetpack to your newly-unlocked Landing Pads closer to your area of interest.
Scrap Piles
As the adage goes: one man’s trash is another man’s treasure. In Botworld, all Scrap is treasure. You’ll never know what you’ll need it for and you’ll be thankful to have surpluses of one item. There are Scrap Piles scattered all over each map. Finding them is one thing, but getting the Scrap from them safely is another. Make sure no hostiles are around to mess you up before you interact with these!
Chests
Chests are like Scrap Piles but they contain much rarer Scrap in them. They also take a much longer time to open, so watch your back! If you happen to find any of these, consider yourself as though you’ve struck gold.
Critters
This tiny white rabbit on the left is hard to spot in the snow.
The little rabbits and bugs running about? They’re carrying Scrap! Chase them down and try to see what they have, but be careful about running into the enemy while you do that. If you’re in the desert, beware the scorpions, too. They sting and they’ll drain some of your Repair Canister. Oh, speaking of which…
Your Repair Canister
Do you see the blue and red bars at the top-left portion of the screen? The blue bar is the overall health of your robots. The red bar is your repair canister. Notice how after every battle, that red bar goes down to make the blue one go up. If you’re running low on your Repair Canister, it’s time to jetpack home. But if you’re out to live dangerously, then that’s completely on you.
Speaking of living dangerously, how about exploring a map with only the rarest materials but the most powerful enemies?
6. The Danger Zone Rewards The Brave
Welcome to the Danger Zone where the name of the place fits to a tee!
Unlike exploring the wilderness, Danger Zones only give you 1 chance to get as much scrap as you can before you get defeated. Either you fight until the end or you leave after finding what you need. While it’s true that the Danger Zone has all sorts of rare Scrap needed to build the most powerful Bots imaginable, every Botmaster has access to such a place only once a day. If you choose to jetpack out of there, you won’t be able to come back until the next day.
To tackle a Danger Zone properly, you have to first mentally outline your priorities. Are you here to find rare Scrap in the chests? Are you out to fight the toughest enemy out there? Open the Danger Zone’s map and study it.
We recommend dodging your would-be opponents along the way due to the abuse your Repair Canister will receive after every battle. This place is littered with enemies (there are more than usual) so you’re bound to fight at least two or three of them as you explore. Either way, we wish you good luck and a good haul should you attempt this adventure.
While you’re out exploring and finding all these neat things to further your progress through the game, there are actual quests that guide the player.
7. Complete Contracts
Contracts are like the sidequests of Botworld Adventure. While not as lengthy or difficult as the Main Quest, these often get refreshed every now and then. There are different kinds of contracts for you to fulfill. A few examples of these include:
After accomplishing these, you will fill up a meter for a pass. This is what grants you your rewards. Each Botmaster starts out with the Free Citizen Membership where you get a slew of rewards already but if you would like to support the developers and the game, you may get yourself the Mayoral Membership for even more rewards.
Contracts basically help you make the world a better place. But wouldn’t you like to know the goings on of the world itself?
8. Follow The Main Quest
The Main Quest is what propels the story forward. While some of the requirements can get steep later on, this is how you can bring yourself through Botworld Adventure’s main storyline. You will be acquainted with its lore, its unique cast of characters, and you might even grow closer to your own team of Bots. Most of the objectives of the Main Quests may take time to complete, but this should be a reason for you to strive for a better team and a better you.
The best part about following the Main Quest is that it also helps reveal to you what you need to upgrade next. It’s with these upgrades that you’ll get much further into the game.
9. Upgrades And Fusion Are Important
As it is in many RPGs, a level up is an improvement. Each level up carries your character forward and Botworld is no exception. Almost everything you have is upgradeable and it may need your attention as you progress further into Botworld Adventure.
Bots
Naturally, your Bots will level up on their own. This will improve their AI. Upon doing so, each AI upgrade is actually a list of quirks that you can use to slightly alter the way they behave. For example, some Bots will be able to apply stuns when they strike at their enemy with regular attacks from now on.
When you’re in the boat, your Bots can be physically upgraded. This means an overall increase to their stats, making them more powerful than before. After you reach Upgrade 10, they’ll have reinforced Bot plating, gaining some new duds in the process. It really adds to their personality.
Ability Fusion
Want more abilities for your Botpack? Try having them fused. Not only will you gain access to rarer and more crafty abilities, but you’ll also clear your bag of duplicates. If there’s a particular ability you’re using, however, and it has two more duplicates, don’t fuse it unless you won’t be needing it. This ability will most likely be lost forever.
Botpack Chips can be fused the same way and follow the same rules, too.
Boat
The boat is an integral part of your stay here in Botworld. It’s basically your home where Mom and Dad help improve your Bots as well as house new members of the crew that supports your journey.
The reason behind it being integral is that a better boat means farther destinations. Some quests and upgrades even require your boat to be upgraded to a certain level. Aside from the Main Quests and Contracts, this is a whole different quest on its own.
Boat Generators
Boat Generators create a passive flow of money, materials, and chips for your Botpack. You may even get double rewards by watching ads for each. After upgrading your boat, you may choose to upgrade these as well. If you frequent the wilds, we recommend you also upgrade the Scrap Upgrades.
Scavenger Training and Shakedown are recommended if you prefer fighting over treasure hunting and Treasure Hunter and Metal Detector are recommended if you prefer treasure hunting over fighting. The choice here is completely yours.
Recruits
Recruits are NPC Botmasters that may accompany you on your journey. Aside from passively doing jobs for your boat, they can be summoned in the field to help you soften enemies up. Much like you, they have their own Repair Canister. If that runs out, they jetpack home and can’t be called unless you end the run yourself.
Recruits can be strengthened if you upgrade the other Bots you have; the ones you aren’t using. The cumulative upgrade levels of these Bots dictate the level of your Recruit. Ergo, if you want stronger recruits, upgrade all of your Bots.
10. Buy Scrap From The Shop
Occasionally, you’ll notice that you’ll have a scarcity of that one Scrap item. If you’re lucky, the shop might have it. Every day, the shop gives away a free Scrap item, but if you need those bigger amounts for upgrades, you may also buy the Scrap that’s for sale.
These purchases are worth it especially if you’re trying to focus on building up this one Bot you have in your team. Don’t keep buying out Scrap you don’t need yet, that’s what adventuring into the wilderness and the Danger Zone is for.
They say that the real journey is the friends you make along the way, and it’s true. In Botworld Adventure, all of the Bots you discover, build, and fight alongside will teach you valuable lessons in getting better at the game as well as strategies that you can own.
The allies you bring into your boat will greatly assist you in keeping your Bot team strong and every character has their own story to tell. The wilds of Botworld are calling. Wear that Botpack with pride and both straps!

Those are all of the things that you’ll find out by yourself in your first 10 hours of gameplay. What I really loved that someone told me before I started to play Botworld Adventure, is some tips for making the gameplay easier and avoid some stupid irreversible mistakes at start.
