Прислали рекламу с низкими ценами на батареи. Кинул парочку в корзину и вижу только один вариант доставки со склада EU стоимостью овер 1400 рублей. Собственно вопрос, а в чем прикол? Ранее заказывал парочку батарей с этого же склада. Стоимость доставки была в районе 290 рублей за 500 гр.

Подскажите пожалуйста, хочу заказать с хоббикинг 2-а LiPo акка 6S 4000мА (есть на евроскладе).
Они их отправляют сейчас или нет, прочитал три последние страницы, так однозначного вывода для себя и не сделал.

Вообще-то эта тема про конкретный магазин. И он шлет нам акки только с евросклада. Но, в основном, продается всякий шлак.

А так, зависит от того, что надо.

Как на ХК купить квадрокоптер RTF если они в комплекте с акб? На евро складе почти ничего нет, а с международного не высылаю. Есть способ?

Вопрос такой: с нескольких заказов на НК накопились бонусные баллы. Сейчас в очередном заказе решил их использовать и. ни хрена не понимаю как это сделать! Раньше на последней странице оформления заказа, просто нужно было поставить галочку напротив строки «использовать бонусные баллы» и все. А сейчас как это сделать? Кто знает, расскажите пожалуйста и сбросьте скриншот страницы где и как это делается.
Вообще в последнее время, на мой взгляд, НК очень сильно изменился и все эти изменения только в худшую сторону! Заелись видать китайцы! Навигация на их сайте, стала просто отвратной!

Что тут можно сказать.. Чем меньше доходы у покупателя, тем хуже для них кажется сайт.. У одного знакомого доход более 80 т. Он не плачет, что доставка дорогая, его всё устраивает.. А другой получает 20 т. в месяц. И сайт перестал его удовлетворять..

Сейчас на 4 шаге оформления заказа нужно поставить галочку Use Store Credit

Где проверить мой трек-номер? [ править ]

Удобно использовать специальные сайты для трекинга или приложения учёта посылок для смартфонов на Android или iPhone. Но если вам нужны первоисточники трек-данных, то вот их список:

CP*********CN [ править ]

Это посылки с международного склада (Global Warehouse), отправка почтой Китая, проверить можно здесь или здесь.
Это не ЕМС доставка.

EP*********CN или EE*********CN [ править ]

Посылки с международного склада (Global Warehouse), отправленные EMS службой доставки.
Существует очень много отзывов, говорящих о более медленной доставке этим способом, чем обычной (менее дорогой) доставкой. Многие покупатели HobbyKing-a рекомендуют этот способ доставки только для более быстрого прохождения по России, а также для более быстрой доставке в регионы РФ.

Посылки с международного склада (Global Warehouse), отправленные почтой Малазии.
Проверить трек можно www.pos.com.my, но, к примеру на сайте Почты России можно получить более полную информацию. Также можно использовать эту ссылку, подставив в её адрес трек-номер.

Практически сразу по номеру трека «пробивается» статус Dispatch Pre-Alert («Электронное уведомление об отправке»). См. подробнее об этом.

Посылки с европейского склада (EU Warehouse), отправленные EMS почтой, которые можно отслеживать на сайте Почты России.
Очень быстрая доставка. Обычно 5-7 дней. Доставляется курьером до подъезда (квартиры).
Важно при таком типе доставки правильно указать номер Вашего телефона, в противном случае курьерская служба не сможет связаться с Вами.

Посылку приносит курьер после согласования времени и места доставки по телефону, указанному на посылке.
Поэтому очень важно чтобы при заказе был указан правильный телефон.

Несмотря на некрасивое поведение Хоббикинга в части предоставления фальшивого сайта для трекинга, и, в общем, недостаточного информирования об этом способе доставки, тем не менее, не зафиксировано ни одного случая потери посылки. Рано или поздно, все посылки приходят, хотя в большинстве случаев срок доставки оставляет желать лучшего.

9****** [ править ]

Семь цифр, начинающихся с 9 или 10. Это не трек-номер в общем понимании. Это 7 последних цифр номера вашего заказа, по которым можно отслеживать посылку на сайте gls-intl.com.

На этот счёт есть два мнения:

Так или иначе, долго или быстро, такие посылки доходят до адресата.

В некоторых случаях через некоторое время эта последовательность цифр заменяется на настоящий трек-номер, который можно отслеживать на общепринятых сервисах.

Если трек-номер должен быть, а вместо него значится No track avail., тогда есть несколько вариантов:

Parcel Status [ править ]

Появляется в основном при выборе типа доставки «Russia Direct Entry«.
Это не реальное отслеживание посылок. Это «поделие» придумано HobbyKing-ом для снятия нагрузки на службу поддержки. На самом деле по этой ссылке нет реального отслеживания посылки. Статус меняется в зависимости от прошедшего времени с момента «SHIPPED». Реальный трек номер может быть дан через 21-40 дней с момента отправки со склада.

Посылки, отправленные через почту Фиджи. Предположительно, Хоббикинг попробовал этот вариант в конце 2013 года в связи с проблемами отправки заказов через почту Китая/Гонконга.

С этим способом отправки связано изрядное количество случаев потери посылок.

Начиная с апреля 2014 года этот способ отправки Хоббикингом не применяется.

Кроме прочего это означает появление возможности заказывать посылки из Хоббикинга быстрой курьерской бесплатной доставкой (обычная стоимость которой достигает десятков или даже сотен долларов).

Клиентские статусы [ править ]

Хоббикинг разделяет покупателей на 5 категорий:

Новый покупатель просто посетитель сайта Хоббикинга (не авторизованный). Он видит самые высокие цены на товары. Но при этом ему доступны т.н. разовые скидки, недоступные для других категорий покупателей. Этой возможностью может воспользоваться покупатель любой категории, если он не авторизован (не залогинен) на сайте Хоббикинга. Обычный покупатель покупатель, сделавший 1 или 2 заказа. Он видит самые высокие цены на товары. Gold Member (золотой статус) присваивается обычному покупателю после 3 совершённых заказов (раннее золотой статус присваивался по прошествии 14 дней после первого заказа). Для золотого покупателя на некоторые товары начинают действовать сниженные цены, но которые, как правило, всё-таки выше, тех, которые может получить новый покупатель по разовым скидкам. Platinum Member (платиновый статус) получают покупатели после того, как они сделают не менее 10 успешных заказов. Платиновый статус присваивается по прошествии 14 дней после 10-го заказа. Для платиновых покупателей начинают действовать самые низкие цены на большинство товаров. Как правило они совпадают с ценами по разовым скидкам для новых покупателей, только, в отличие от них, платиновые покупатели могут делать покупки по таким ценам без ограничений в количестве и времени. Некоторые товары Хоббикинга доступны для просмотра (а значит и для заказа) только платиновым покупателям. Для покупателей более низких категорий при попытке просмотра таких товаров выводится сообщение Sorry, item only available to VIP members. Количество таких товаров исчисляется единицами. Elite Member (элитный статус) Порядок его получения и преимущества, которые он даёт, достоверно неизвестны. По некоторым данным такой статус получают пользователи, сделавшие более 100 заказов в течение 14 месяцев или сделавшие значительный вклад в сообществе любителей Хоббикинга.

Советы при покупке в Хоббикинге [ править ]

ФИО и адрес [ править ]

Каждый заказ (особенно если это один из первых ваших заказов в Хоббикинге) проходит проверку, и при нахождении каких-либо отличий от данных платежа пришедшего из PayPal или VISA/Mastercard оформление заказа задерживается до предъявления вами скана выписки из лицевого счёта, содержащей платёж за заказ в Хоббикинге. На получение такого документа вы будете вынуждены потратить дополнительное время. При этом требуются наличие логотипа банка и печати, и зачастую не принимаются скриншоты из PayPal или онлайн-банков.

Поэтому в личном кабинете и при оформлении заказа:

EU Warehouse [ править ]

Если есть возможность, заказывайте товары с EU Warehouse. Быстрая и недорогая доставка, но чуть выше цена товара.

Backorder [ править ]

Если есть возможность, не заказывайте товары с отметкой «Backorder«, что означает отсутствие товара на складе и, следовательно, предзаказ. Посылка с таким товаром не будет отправляться до появления отсутствующего товара на складе.

Если заказали товар с отметкой «Backorder» его можно изъять из заказа через Live Chat или самостоятельно, только если оформление заказа находится на этапе «IN PRINT QUEUE».

Отсутствующий товар на складе лучше оформить в отдельном заказе, чтобы он не задерживал доставку посылки с другими товарами.

Бывает, что нужно заказать backorder-товар, но кнопка «в корзину» заблокирована. Есть способ положить в корзину.

JIT-Item [ править ]

Заказы, содержащие товар с пометкой «*JIT-Item (this item takes 3-5 days to dispatch)» на самом деле могут комплектоваться до 10 дней.

Сразу после заказа [ править ]

Полезно взять за правило: сразу после заказа идти в LiveChat и задать вопрос:

Иначе может пройти до нескольких дней, прежде чем статус заказа изменится и он начнёт двигаться. Кроме того, если по неким внутренним правилам сайта потребуется «проверка оплаты», то заказ может попросту зависнуть до обращения покупателя в поддержку. Поэтому в любом случае полезно сразу после заказа обратиться за проверкой.

Оплачивать можно не сразу [ править ]

Это можно использовать в случаях, когда цена на товар интересная, но в данный момент нет возможности или желания оплачивать (хочется ещё «подумать»). Стоимость заказа вместе с доставкой будет зафиксирована, а оплатить заказ можно будет в любой удобный момент, нажав ссылку «Pay now» на странице заказа или в списке заказов в личном кабинете. До этого момента беспокоиться о заказе не нужно, Хоббикинг начнёт им заниматься только после оплаты. Это значит, что можно создавать другие заказы независимо друг от друга.

EMS [ править ]

Не заказывайте EMS-отправку с международного склада (Global Warehouse). Фактически с ноября 2013 по настоящее время (июль 2015) посылки отправляются обычной почтой. Если вы заказали EMS-отправку, а посылка пришла обычной почтой с большой задержкой (фактическое время доставки будет как у обычной посылки, или даже хуже), то можно вернуть разницу в стоимости доставок.

Как переключиться на российский или евросклад? [ править ]

Нужно кликнуть слева вверху по Global warehouse над меню и выбрать нужный склад. Если при этом возможности выбрать склад нет, то проверьте, что выбрана страна RUSSIAN FEDERATION справа вверху.

Также удобный просмотр товаров на всех существующих складах хоббикинга можно смотреть в каталоге RCSearch.

Не получается заказать модель с российского склада [ править ]

При оформлении заказа больших моделей появляется сообщение:

Это ошибка в работе сайта. Проблема решается через службу поддержки. Нужно настойчиво попросить помощь в оформлении заказа, т.к. сначала возможны стандартные «отфутболивания» в стиле «Заказ в вашу страну не возможен, ничего не поделать» и т.п.

Как оплачивать бонусами [ править ]

При накоплении бонусов, ими можно оплатить заказ частично или полностью (включая стоимость доставки). Для этого на 4 шаге оформления заказа нужно поставить галочку Use Store Credit. При оформлении заказа бонусы списываются, уменьшая сумму платежа.

Если бонусов накоплено менее 100, то этой галочки может не быть.

В какой валюте более выгодно оплачивать [ править ]

Если выставляю, к примеру, рубли, то курс получается 60.25 при заявленном на сегодня 60.58, а если буду оплачивать «палкой» в баксах, то не известно по какому курсу спишут.

Вес пришедшей посылки меньше, чем в заказе [ править ]

Нужно понимать, что вес товара в посылке указан на сайте Хоббикинга на тот случай, если вы закажете только этот товар. Он складывается из веса самого товара, коробки и различных материалов, оберегающих товар от внешних воздействий, возникающих в процессе транспортировки («пупырчатая» плёнка, бумага, пенистые материалы, пузыри с «китайским воздухом»). Если вы заказываете несколько товаров, умещающихся в коробку примерно одинакового размера, то совершенно естественно, что расход веса для этих товаров становится общим, и фактический суммарный вес посылки получается несколько меньше расчётного.

Если вы считаете, что Хоббикинг несправедливо завысил вес посылки, а следовательно и увеличил стоимость доставки, то следует обратиться в Hobbyking Live Chat, предоставив там фото посылки на весах, чтобы разницу в весе было видно, и копию таможенной декларации, где вес посылки указан. Разницу в стоимости доставки возвращают. Будьте готовы поторговаться.

Any foreign currency exchange rates on HobbyKing.com that are not USD are indicative only (you WILL be charged in USD regardless of the warehouse that you purchase from). HobbyKing.com provides the exchange rate tool as a guide only. During the checkout process, HobbyKing.com will pass the price in USD to PayPal whom will do the exact currency exchange for you according to PayPal’s currency exchange rates. The customer will then have the opportunity to accept or reject PayPal’s currency exchange rate. HobbyKing.com is not liable for the relationship between the customer and PayPal.

Order Still Saying ‘Processing’

Orders are packed and posted from 9am-5pm, Monday to Saturday. The time in Hong Kong right now is: 12:45:30 PM. Provided your products are in stock & we are not experiencing unusually high order volumes, the package will be sent within 48hrs except for weekends. However, if you purchased an item that is on ‘BACKORDER’ your parcel will be held until that item has arrived in stock. The estimated time for replenishment of BACKORDER items is 30 days but has no guarantee. Hobbyking.com deals directly with factories, we do not buy from distributors, this keeps our price lower though it means stock can sometimes be out due to factories lengthy lead times. Please log into your account on the front page by clicking ‘Your account’ at the top left. In here you will see your order status and any backordered items.

Purchase Security

All products you ordered and have paid for are reserved for your order. Even if the stock level should fall below 0 before your order is posted it will not affect your order.

My parcel has not arrived!

We can understand the frustration associated with a late parcel. A late parcel could be the result of any number of reasons within the either countries postal system. The usual delivery time for a Standard Air Mail item is 10-30 days and an EMS item is 5-14 days. Please understand that we have no control over customs or your countries postal system.

BEFORE you contact us regarding a late parcel, please check with your local post office. In most cases parcels that do not arrive at your home are waiting for you at the post office for collection.

Lost Parcels

We do not consider a parcel lost until after we have filed a missing parcel report with the Hong Kong Postmaster. We can do this after 45 days. Countries such as Italy, France, Spain, Brazil and South Africa usually have extended wait times due to customs. However this is not common.

Once we have filed a missing parcel report and we have a response (no later than 60 days) from your countries postal authority, we can then replace your parcel. We will confirm with you on your address during this process. We do not refund or replace parcels that did not arrive because they were not picked up in time or sent back to us and lost in transit or have the incorrect address.

Wrong Item Received or Parcel Missing Items

Our warehouse utilizes barcode id, product scanning, RFID security, final item counting and parcel weight recording to ensure each order is full and correct. We take our shipping and dispatch accuracy very seriously. If you have received a parcel that is incorrect or incomplete, you must do the following within 48hrs of receiving the parcel;

Attach photos of the parcel and contents, as stipulated above. Failure to follow the procedures above will result in a rejection of the claim. Never accept a parcel that is crushed, damaged or has been left open, possibly allowing contents to fall out.

Changes to Orders After Payment

If you would like to change the details on your order you need to act quickly. The safest way to change your address is by contacting us thru our live chat support. Due to the time lag in email responses, we do not accept liability for requests which are not received or read after the parcel has been dispatched.

Simply sending us an email does not constitute an agreement nor does it mean we can act upon your request in time. We strongly urge you to contact us through chat if you find that your address details are incorrect or need to be changed.

Return Policy for Orders using the Affirm Services

If you would like a full refund on your purchase, you will have to contact us directly within 30 days from the date of purchase. Full details of the return policy can be found here.

Affirm will credit any loan payments you have made, not including paid interest, to the original form of payment within 3 to 10 business days. The affiliate link system is an opportunity for customers of HobbyKing to earn reward points by helping promote hobbyking.com on their websites, blogs, reviews, coupon platforms, youtube and social media channels.

An affiliate is rewarded with 5% of the product sale that is generated through a successful affiliate link which is awarded in the form of reward points into the affiliate’s Hobbyking account.

The Reward points will be reflected in the affiliate’s account instantly, as soon as the affiliate buyer makes a purchase through the affiliate link. An affiliate’s earnings will appear as reward points under “My Accounts > Affiliates” only after the affiliate buyers place the order.

Once logged in to the HobbyKing account, the affiliate will be able to see the links under each product in the product page, which can be shared to different channels online.

The affiliate buyers have to land on the product page through the affiliate link and must complete the order in the same cycle, within 10 days. If not, the affiliate will not be rewarded.

The 5% affiliate earning is applicable only if the affiliate buyer follows your affiliate link and purchases the product contained in the affiliate link. The fee will not be applicable for any other products purchased by the affiliate buyer through the link.

The affiliate can share as many links of their favorite products as they wish. However, they can earn the reward points only if the affiliate buyers, purchase products routing from their specific product links.

If an affiliate sends the same link and should multiple affiliate buyers follow the link to make the specific product purchase, the affiliate will be able to obtain 5% commission fee for all links that resulted in the purchase of the specific products.

Should an affiliate buyer purchase a quantity of more than 1 of the specific products through an affiliate link, the affiliate will be able to obtain the 5% commission fee multiplied by the quantity of the product.

Should two affiliates send a link to an affiliate buyer for the same product and the affiliate buyer purchases the specific product, then only the first affiliate will earn 5% commission on the product price in reward points.
