Biografía
Kim Jin Woo originalmente es el director representativo de Cube Entertainment’s Music Cube. 2010–2014: Early formation and debut of Mamamoo [ ]
Kim Jin-woo originally was the representative director of Cube Entertainment’s Music Cube. Kim Jin-woo was in charge of the practice room rental business and then expanded his business with opening AN Bridge, Rainbow Bridge Academy and ENB Academy Practical Music Academy, which integrated under the name Modern & Bridge. On March 5, 2010, he later established the first OEM company, Rainbow Bridge Agency, which operates to train students who are not trainees with similar process as the regular entertainment company, such as vocal, dance, acting, language, etc.
In August 2011, Hwang Sung-jin (former Music Cube producer) and Kim Do-hoon (former Music Cube director) joined Kim Jin-woo’s Modern & Bridge and took representative and director positions.
In March 2012, Kim Do-hoon joined corporation with Rainbow Bridge Agency’s established music label, WA Entertainment.

On June 11, 2021, RBW issued a statement confirming that Wheein would not renew her exclusive contract with the agency, although she will continue to promote with Mamamoo for group activities as she has signed an expanded agreement to participate in some activities, including albums and concerts, until December 2023.
On November 22, 2021, RBW began public offering on KOSDAQ. [16]

On May 27, 2016, RBW joint cooperation with Lee Seong-yeon established the independent sub-label. [18] [19] It was house to M.A.S 0094, a 5-member rock band managed by Modern Music. Its management was transferred to RBW in 2017 and they redebuted as Onewe in 2019 under the main label.
All Right Music [ ]
All Right Music is an independent Hip hop label headed by rapper Basick and RBW producer Im Sang-hyuk. [20] Established in March 2017, the label was set up by RBW to focused hip hop scene. It was introduced their first artist: Big Tray, Marvel J and B.O. [21]
RBW Vietnam [ ]
In 2016, RBW established a sub agency in Vietnam, joint-ventured with Naver, for future auditions and artist development in the region. The label introduced its first artist Jin Ju, a Korean student who won on the Vietnamese singing competition program Masked Singer, in 2018 with her debut single «Petal», released in both Korean and Vietnamese.
RBW launched the Vietnamese boy band D1Verse in February 2020. The group was formed by an all-Vietnamese cast and it was the first vocal group in Vietnam to be produced and managed by a K-pop label.
RBW Japan [ ]
In 2017, RBW established a sub agency in Japan for future auditions and artist development in the region. RBW announced Mamamoo’s Japan debut in October 2018, working with local label Victor Entertainment as its music distributor, followed by Oneus and Onewe in 2019, distributed by Kiss Entertainment and Gem records respectively.
In 2020, RBW Japan announced the formation of the male-trainee band «RBW JBOYZ». It is the first all-Japanese band under RBW.
Modern RBW [ ]
RBW producer Kim Hyunkyu and Modern K Music Academy combined to form a new sub-label «Modern RBW» which aims to promote aspiring artists to try get recognised with a projects series release of singles. [22]
WM Entertainment [ ]
On April 7, 2021, RBW announced that they have acquired WM Entertainment, the agency of groups Oh My Girl, B1A4, and ONF. The two companies aim to work on creating synergy through close cooperation. With this acquisition, WM Entertainment will operate as an independent label of RBW and maintain its current management.

Rainbow Bridge, the world’s largest natural bridge, is considered a sacred place by the Navajo Indians, for whom personified rainbows have stood as guardians of the universe. This natural wonder nestles among canyons carved by streams en route to the Colorado River from Navajo Mountain’s north flank. Until the formation of Lake Powell, this was one of the most remote and inaccessible regions in the contiguous United States. It is located on 160 acres of federal land in San Juan County, Utah, immediately adjacent to Navajo Mountain and the Navajo Reservation.Today, the bridge is accessible by a two-hour, one-way boat ride from Wahweap Marina.
No Dock Access to Rainbow Bridge
Climate
Summers are extremely hot with little, if any, shade. Winters are moderately cold with night time lows often below freezing. Spring weather is highly variable with extended periods of strong winds. Fall is generally mild. Temperatures range from 110 ° F in June & July to 0 ° F in December & January. Although precipitation is generally less than 6 inches annually, both heavy rains and flash flooding can occur. Recommend lightweight, light colored clothing in summer, including a hat. Layers of clothing are best other times of year.
How To Get There
To Reach Rainbow Bridge by Water Most people take the water route on Lake Powell, some 50 miles from Wahweap, Bullfrog or Halls Crossing, to the landing in Bridge Canyon. The hike from the courtesy docks at the Rainbow Bridge is approximately 2.5 miles round-trip. Wear good footwear and take plenty of food and water. For using your own boat there are launching ramps at Wahweap, Halls Crossing, Bullfrog and Hite. Here, concessionaires sell boating and camping supplies and provide guided boat trips. Tour boats operate from Wahweap and Bullfrog. The nearest marina is Dangling Rope, 10 miles to the northwest. It offers gasoline, supplies and emergency service.
By Hiking or on Horseback You can reach Rainbow Bridge on foot or by horseback via the trail from Navajo Mountain Trading Post (14 miles), and on foot via the trail from abandoned Rainbow Lodge (13 miles). Before you begin a trail trip, be sure to ask a park ranger about conditions (the trail is not maintained), if trading posts are open and where water and supplies are available. Best hiking times are April, May, early June, September and October. A permit is required from the Navajo tribe.
Trail Ethics and Rules The hiking trails begin on the Navajo Reservation, where you are a guest. Respect their land. Hogans are private property; treat them as such. Do not drive or otherwise harass livestock. Leave gates as you find them. Build fires only in previous fire sites, and extinguish them completely. Better yet, carry a backpacking stove. Pack out all trash and bury human waste 8 inches below ground. Each person will require 1 gallon of water per day (minimum) in warm weather.

History
The country proved rough and treacherous. Horses slipped and skidded on the slickrock surfaces. Rimrock ledges, like terrible sandstone mazes, frequently blocked progress and turned the party back. They struggled through canyons, some dry and boulder-choked, some containing water and dense brush. Then, coming down what is now Bridge Canyon in the late afternoon of August 14, the party beheld this beautiful natural stone bridge.
Geology
Some 60 million years ago, the landscape we know as the Colorado Plateau began a gradual uplift. Today’s landscape results from the erosion caused by streams cutting into these massive layers of rock, now lifted far above sea level. As the landscape lifted and tilted, these streams acquired more force and began to downcut their meanders.
As Bridge Creek entrenched itself into the landscape, the scene was set for carving Rainbow Bridge. As the canyon cut through the Navajo Sandstone and then hit the hard Kayenta Formation rock, the cutting became more difficult. The stream then widened its path and undercut the canyon walls. Finally, it cut through the neck of a meander loop. The stream then altered its course, taking the more direct course through the break. Huge flakes of sandstone broke loose and fell, leaving a concoidal or shell-like pattern like that found in the chipping of Indian projectile points. Natural flaking, called exfoliation, contributes to the formation of alcoves and natural bridges throughout this region.
Operating Hours & Seasons
Dangling Rope Marina, the closest source of first aid, water, gas, and supplies, is open year-round. A ranger station there is staffed intermittently year-round. Rangers are at Rainbow Bridge daily from Memorial Day through Labor Day to answer questions and present programs on the natural and cultural history of Rainbow Bridge. They are there less frequently other times of the year.
Rates & Fees
There is no entrance fee to Rainbow Bridge, but fees are charged to enter Glen Canyon NRA. Commercial fees/rates are available upon request to ARAMARK (1-800-528-6154).
Visitor Center & Exhibits
There is a small ranger station at Dangling Rope Marina, approximately 10 miles south of Rainbow Bridge. Dangling Rope is accessible only by water. This ranger station is staffed by park personnel on an intermittent basis. There is also bulletin board information at Dangling Rope and outdoor exhibits at Rainbow Bridge.
Regulations
Hunting and carrying firearms are prohibited. Destruction, cutting or removal of plant life, other natural features or Indian artifacts is prohibited, as is defacing sandstone with names, dates or any other marks. Camping and kindling fires are prohibited.
Safety and Courtesy
With a span of 275 feet, Rainbow Bridge gracefully arches to a height of 290 feet. The top is 42 feet thick and 33 feet wide. The bridge’s predominant color is salmon-pink, with dark stains called desert varnish, caused by iron oxide (hematite). Afternoon sunlight makes the coloration especially brilliant.

History
2010–2014: Early formation and debut of Mamamoo
Kim Jin-woo originally was the representative director of Cube Entertainment’s Music Cube. Kim Jin-woo was in charge of the practice room rental business and then expanded his business with opening AN Bridge, Rainbow Bridge Academy and ENB Academy Practical Music Academy, which integrated under the name Modern & Bridge. On March 5, 2010, he later established the first OEM company, Rainbow Bridge Agency, which operates to train students who are not trainees with similar process as the regular entertainment company, such as vocal, dance, acting, language, etc.
In August 2011, Hwang Sung-jin (former Music Cube producer) and Kim Do-hoon (former Music Cube director) joined Kim Jin-woo’s Modern & Bridge and took representative and director positions.
In March 2012, Kim Do-hoon joined corporation with Rainbow Bridge Agency’s established music label, WA Entertainment.
On August 16, 2012, WA Entertainment along with Brand New Music debuted Hip hop trio Phantom. In December 2012, Hip hop duo Geeks signed with WA Entertainment.
On June 18, 2014, WA Entertainment debuted its first girl group Mamamoo.
In August 2014, WA Entertainment debuted composer Esna as a solo singer. In September 2014, WA Entertainment along with TSN Entertainment debuted brother duo OBROJECT.
2015–present: Merger into RBW, debut of Oneus and Onewe, and subsidiaries
In March 2015, WA Entertainment merged with Rainbow Bridge Agency to create an independent label RBW (acronym for Rainbow Bridge World). In September 2015, Yangpa signed with RBW. In December 2015, rapper Basick and Big Tray signed with RBW.
In June 2016, Monday Kiz signed with RBW. On July 12, 2016, RBW debuted vocal group Vromance.
On June 9, 2017, RBW confirmed that rock band M.A.S 0094 joined the label, as well as the changing of the band name to MAS (acronym for Make A Sound).
In June 2018, RBW revealed that MAS would re-debut under the name «Onewe» and RBW BOYZ as «Oneus». Oneus debuted as a six-member group on January 9, 2019, and Onewe re-debuted on May 13.
In October 2018, RBW debuted Jin-Ju as a soloist in South Korea and Vietnam.
In February 2020, RBW Vietnam debuted D1verse, the first Vietnamese musical group under a Korean label.
On March 15, 2021, RBW debuted the 7-member girl group Purple Kiss.
On April 7, 2021, it was announced that RBW purchased the 70% shares of WM Entertainment, which houses idol groups such as B1A4 and Oh My Girl. They will be merged into RBW as a subsidiary.
On June 11, 2021, RBW issued a statement confirming that Wheein would not renew her exclusive contract with the agency, although she will continue to promote with Mamamoo for group activities as she has signed an expanded agreement to participate in some activities, including albums and concerts, until December 2023.
On November 22, 2021, RBW began public offering on KOSDAQ.
On January 26, 2022, it was announced that RBW purchased the 39.1% shares of DSP Media, which houses idol groups such as Kard and Mirae. They will be merged into RBW as a subsidiary. Kim Jin-woo, founder and CEO of RBW, has also become a CEO of DSP Media.

Cloud R
On May 27, 2016, RBW joint cooperation with Lee Seong-yeon established the independent sub-label. It was house to M.A.S 0094, a 5-member rock band managed by Modern Music. Its management was transferred to RBW in 2017 and they redebuted as Onewe in 2019 under the main label.
All Right Music
All Right Music is an independent Hip hop label headed by rapper Basick and RBW producer Im Sang-hyuk. Established in March 2017, the label was set up by RBW to focused hip hop scene. It was introduced their first artist: Big Tray, Marvel J and B.O.
RBW Vietnam
In 2016, RBW established a sub agency in Vietnam, joint-ventured with Naver, for future auditions and artist development in the region. The label introduced its first artist Jin Ju, a Korean student who won on the Vietnamese singing competition program Masked Singer, in 2018 with her debut single «Petal», released in both Korean and Vietnamese.
RBW launched the Vietnamese boy band D1Verse in February 2020. The group was formed by an all-Vietnamese cast and it was the first vocal group in Vietnam to be produced and managed by a K-pop label.
RBW Japan
In 2017, RBW established a sub agency in Japan for future auditions and artist development in the region. RBW announced Mamamoo’s Japan debut in October 2018, working with local label Victor Entertainment as its music distributor, followed by Oneus and Onewe in 2019, distributed by Kiss Entertainment and Gem records respectively.
In 2020, RBW Japan announced the formation of the male-trainee band «RBW JBOYZ». It is the first all-Japanese band under RBW.
Modern RBW
RBW producer Kim Hyunkyu and Modern K Music Academy combined to form a new sub-label «Modern RBW» which aims to promote aspiring artists to try get recognised with a projects series release of singles.
WM Entertainment
On April 7, 2021, RBW announced that they have acquired WM Entertainment, the agency of groups Oh My Girl, B1A4, and ONF. The two companies aim to work on creating synergy through close cooperation. With this acquisition, WM Entertainment will operate as an independent label of RBW and maintain its current management.
DSP Media
On January 26, 2022, RBW announced that they have acquired DSP Media, the agency of groups Kard and Mirae. The two companies aim to work on creating synergy through close cooperation. With this acquisition, DSP Media will operate as an independent label of RBW and maintain its current management.

The Rainbow Bridge Is Live
Today the NEAR team is excited to announce that the Rainbow Bridge is live and ERC-20 tokens can now bridge to the NEAR blockchain and back to Ethereum.
In today’s blockchain landscape, many protocols and applications are increasingly going multi-chain. This allows developers and users to take advantage of the assets, composability, and community of Ethereum, as well as the higher throughput, lower fees, and shorter confirmation times of next-gen chains like NEAR Protocol.
Using the Rainbow Bridge today, developers can utilize Ethereum assets on NEAR, and NEAR assets on Ethereum. Soon, they will be able to access any application state from either chain, and eventually, any chain. Users bridging fungible tokens to NEAR can take advantage of NEAR’s one-to-two second transaction times, low transaction fees usually under one cent, and comparably low bridge transfer fees.
Innovation across the decentralized finance (DeFi) and non-fungible token (NFT) spaces has increased demand on the Ethereum network and escalated transaction fees to record-high levels. The Rainbow Bridge allows users to seamlessly migrate assets to NEAR’s developer-friendly and low-cost platform, circumventing high gas fees without compromising on speed.
Current Ethereum users without a NEAR account can easily onboard to NEAR using the NEAR Faucet for Ethereum users, hosted by Paras, and MetaMask. Simply by logging into MetaMask and proving that their account has a balance higher than 0.05 ETH, anyone can claim a NEAR account and start using the Rainbow Bridge right away.
The industry’s biggest tokens are now on NEAR
The first phase of the Rainbow Bridge opens the gates for assets to flow freely between NEAR and Ethereum blockchains while enabling users to bridge any ERC-20 token now. The following popular tokens with common ERC-20 functionality will now be able to interoperate with NEAR, including but not limited to:
Users can send these ERC-20 assets directly from MetaMask or other Web3 wallets to NEAR wallets and apps, and vice versa.

Inside the Rainbow Bridge
The Rainbow Bridge is a trustless, permissionless, and generic protocol for connecting blockchains. The bridge protocol removes the need to trust anyone except the security of the connected chains. Anyone can deploy a new bridge, use an existing bridge, or join the maintenance of an existing bridge without getting approval from anyone else.
The Rainbow Bridge is also generic in that it allows any information that is cryptographically provable on NEAR to be usable in Ethereum contracts and vice versa – including the ability to read the state and schedule calls with callbacks on the other chain. This means, for example, that a user can vote with their ETH balance in a NEAR DAO without sending a transaction on Ethereum.
The nature of the Rainbow Bridge remains fully decentralized and adaptable to any future protocol changes on either side. For more details about the architecture of the Rainbow Bridge, read the technical deep dive here.
How the Rainbow Bridge Works
As with the rest of the development experience on the NEAR platform, the bridge is built to be accessible and easy for all users, thanks to an intuitive design and the ETH Faucet for onboarding directly from MetaMask. (See the demo video to watch the Rainbow Bridge in action.) The cost and speed of using the Rainbow Bridge is mostly dependent on the current costs and speed of using the Ethereum network itself.
The Rainbow Bridge launch marks an important first step in NEAR’s interoperability roadmap. Because the Rainbow Bridge is a generic protocol for communication between smart contract chains, it can be tuned to work with other chains and open up further combination possibilities. Since NEAR offers faster and cheaper transactions, it may be favorable for users of other chains to interact with Ethereum assets on NEAR, rather than bridging directly to Ethereum.
The next major step in NEAR’s interoperability roadmap will be the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), which will launch in Q2 of 2021. EVM support will provide a fully compatible environment for developers to launch existing Ethereum code on NEAR.

Banpo Bridge Facts | 반포대교
Banpo Bridge is the top half of the first double-decker bridge ever built in Korea. It was completed 40 years ago, back in 1982.
You’ll also hear Banpo Bridge referred to as Banpodaegyo Bridge. They are one and the same, so don’t get too confused by this. It’s because the phonetic translation of the Korean 반포대교, is Banpodaegyo. This is actually a total misnomer, since 반포 = Banpo and 대교 already means big bridge, but it’s widely accepted anyway.
Jamsugyo is often under water during Korea’s monsoon season.
Jamsugyo | 잠수교
The bottom half is called Jamsu Bridge, and it was specifically designed to be under water. In fact, the Korean 잠수교, actually means submerged bridge. When rainfall is high during monsoon season, you can count on Jamsugyo disappearing completely from view underwater.
The bottom half of Banpo Bridge is called Jamsugyo.
Try taking a stroll across Jamsugyo during dry periods for unique views of the east and west sides of the city, with the waters of the Han River as your soundtrack.
Which side of Banpo Bridge should I visit?
Banpo Bridge is located almost exactly in the centre of Seoul, and connects the districts of Seocho in the south, to Yongsan in the north.
Access to the Some Sevit floating islands is on the south end of Banpo Bridge
The south end is definitely where most of the action is. There’s green space for picnicking, places to sit and watch the Banpo Bridge Rainbow Fountain show, and access to the Some Sevit Floating Islands.
On weekends, in the warmer months, you can explore the Bamdokkaebi Night Market with its food trucks and unique shopping stalls. You can also enjoy views of Namsan Mountain and N Seoul Tower from the south side.
The Bamdokkaebi Night Market is on the south end of Banpo Bridge.
The north side of Banpo Bridge is less developed, however you can still find bike paths, workout stations, and some green spaces.

The Banpo Bridge Rainbow Fountain | 반포대교 무지개 분수
There’s a lot to do at Banpo Bridge, but one of the most well known attractions in the city and around the world, is the Rainbow Fountain show. Running for a total length of 570 metres on both sides, this is the longest bridge fountain in the entire world.

During the show, 380 nozzles suction water up from the Han River below and spray them out into a sparkling show of music and movement. A whopping 60 tons of water is used for every single minute that the Rainbow Fountain is operating.
The spray cascades outwards for an incredible 43 metres, before falling 20 metres back down into the river.

You can catch the fountain show during both the day and night, but it’s definitely better after the sun goes down. At night, the Banpo Bridge Rainbow Fountain is illuminated by a rainbow of 200 LED lights that highlights the shooting sprays of water, as they dance in synchronization with various pieces of music.

2017–2018: Пре-дебют
Сохо, Гонхи и Хванун впервые были представлены как трейни RBW во втором сезоне Produce 101 в первой половине 2017. Однако, они выбыли из шоу, заняв 94-ое, 33-е и 42-ое места соответственно. Рэйвн и Сохо участвовали в шоу на выживание YG MIXNINE во второй половине 2017, но также выбыли, заняв 27-ое и 19-ое места. Лидо участвовал в MIXNINE как независимый трейни, но он не прошел первое прослушивание. [2]

The Rainbow Bridge is a crystalline prismatic bridge that is generated by the dimensional energy of the Bifrost Bridge.
A Rainbow Bridge existed on Asgard, connecting the Royal Palace of Valaskjalf to Himinbjorg where it was used by the Asgardians to channel the Bifrost, allowing them to travel the Nine Realms. Stormbreaker, a weapon capable of harnessing dimensional energy to summon the Bifrost, was also able to use it to generate a Rainbow Bridge.

Asgard’s Rainbow Bridge
Thor and his companions traveled across it on horses on their way to Heimdall and to Jotunheim. On Thor’s return to Asgard, he and Loki battled at the entrance to Himinbjorg which resulted in Thor shattering the Rainbow Bridge and destroying the energy output of the Bifrost, preventing Asgard from being able to freely travel within the Nine Realms; this resulted in the outbreak of raids throughout those realms. [1]
After the Chitauri Invasion, Thor and Loki transported themselves back to Asgard using the Tesseract. Heimdall used the Tesseract’s power to repair the Rainbow Bridge, allowing Asgard to harness the Bifrost once more, and transported the armies of Asgard across space to quell the uprisings. [2]
During the Second Dark Elf Conflict, Heimdall noticed the Dark Elf ships approaching Asgard so he ran up the bridge’s suspension to attack the ship and deactivate the cloaking mechanism. After he successfully destroyed the ship, several more ships uncloak and invade Asgard. Heimdall activates a force field around the palace, transferring a signal through the Rainbow Bridge. [3]
After Loki unleashed Ragnarök on Thor’s orders, Surtur drove his blade through Asgard’s core, destroying the Rainbow Bridge along with the rest of the planet. [4]

2010–2014: Early formation and debut of Mamamoo [ ]
Kim Jin-woo originally was the representative director of Cube Entertainment’s Music Cube. Kim Jin-woo was in charge of the practice room rental business and then expanded his business with opening AN Bridge, Rainbow Bridge Academy and ENB Academy Practical Music Academy, which integrated under the name Modern & Bridge. On March 5, 2010, he later established the first OEM company, Rainbow Bridge Agency, which operates to train students who are not trainees with similar process as the regular entertainment company, such as vocal, dance, acting, language, etc.
In August 2011, Hwang Sung-jin (former Music Cube producer) and Kim Do-hoon (former Music Cube director) joined Kim Jin-woo’s Modern & Bridge and took representative and director positions.
In March 2012, Kim Do-hoon joined corporation with Rainbow Bridge Agency’s established music label, WA Entertainment.
On August 16, 2012, WA Entertainment along with Brand New Music debuted Hip hop trio Phantom. [3] In December 2012, Hip hop duo Geeks signed with WA Entertainment. [4] [5]

On June 11, 2021, RBW issued a statement confirming that Wheein would not renew her exclusive contract with the agency, although she will continue to promote with Mamamoo for group activities as she has signed an expanded agreement to participate in some activities, including albums and concerts, until December 2023.
On November 22, 2021, RBW began public offering on KOSDAQ. [16]
On January 26, 2022, it was announced that RBW purchased the 39.1% shares of DSP Media, which houses idol groups such as Kard and Mirae. They will be merged into RBW as a subsidiary. Kim Jin-woo, founder and CEO of RBW, has also become a CEO of DSP Media. [17]

On May 27, 2016, RBW joint cooperation with Lee Seong-yeon established the independent sub-label. [18] [19] It was house to M.A.S 0094, a 5-member rock band managed by Modern Music. Its management was transferred to RBW in 2017 and they redebuted as Onewe in 2019 under the main label.
All Right Music [ ]
All Right Music is an independent Hip hop label headed by rapper Basick and RBW producer Im Sang-hyuk. [20] Established in March 2017, the label was set up by RBW to focused hip hop scene. It was introduced their first artist: Big Tray, Marvel J and B.O. [21]
RBW Vietnam [ ]
In 2016, RBW established a sub agency in Vietnam, joint-ventured with Naver, for future auditions and artist development in the region. The label introduced its first artist Jin Ju, a Korean student who won on the Vietnamese singing competition program Masked Singer, in 2018 with her debut single «Petal», released in both Korean and Vietnamese.
RBW launched the Vietnamese boy band D1Verse in February 2020. The group was formed by an all-Vietnamese cast and it was the first vocal group in Vietnam to be produced and managed by a K-pop label.
RBW Japan [ ]
In 2017, RBW established a sub agency in Japan for future auditions and artist development in the region. RBW announced Mamamoo’s Japan debut in October 2018, working with local label Victor Entertainment as its music distributor, followed by Oneus and Onewe in 2019, distributed by Kiss Entertainment and Gem records respectively.
In 2020, RBW Japan announced the formation of the male-trainee band «RBW JBOYZ». It is the first all-Japanese band under RBW.

On April 7, 2021, RBW announced that they have acquired WM Entertainment, the agency of groups Oh My Girl, B1A4, and ONF. The two companies aim to work on creating synergy through close cooperation. With this acquisition, WM Entertainment will operate as an independent label of RBW and maintain its current management.

ETH-NEAR Rainbow Bridge
There are lots of blockchains and scalability solutions, and it is hard to decide which one to use when we are building a product, especially when it means committing with the assets or data. Ideally, we don’t want to commit at all. We want to freely move our assets and data between the blockchains, or even better — run our product on several blockchains at the same time and leverage each of them. For example, we can leverage performance on one blockchain while leveraging community and ecosystem on another blockchain.
Specifically, to trust the bridge, you need to:

Additionally, blockchain-specific information is provable, like the content of a specific block header, which in Ethereum would include things like information about the miner, and in NEAR would include information about the validators. Cryptographically-provable information allows us to build a variety of use-cases:
While the variety of the use cases looks unlimited, we currently only have out-of-box support for transferring ERC20 tokens from Ethereum to NEAR blockchain and back. However, we will add out-of-box support for other use cases based on demand. Additionally, anyone can jump in and add support to their personal use case without waiting for us or working with our codebase.
To understand why this and other properties that we listed above hold, we need to understand its design.

Design
The core idea behind the bridge is that it implements two light clients:
If you are familiar with the concept of a light client, this short outline already explains the above-listed guarantees. In short, a blockchain light client is a specification or an implementation of this specification that tracks the state of the blockchain without running heavy computation, but which can still verify the state that it tracks in a trustless way. The main focus is to be able to track and verify the state with a small amount of computation.
We realized that the amount of computation could be so small that it might be possible to run a light client inside a contract. This was the key to making the Rainbow Bridge feasible.
The Ethereum light client is more resource-intensive since it requires tracking every single header of the Ethereum blockchain, and it requires Ethash verification. The NEAR light client is less resource-intensive since it requires tracking only one block per epoch, where an epoch is approximately 43k blocks (this is a necessary quality since NEAR produces blocks much faster than Ethereum, which makes tracking all NEAR headers in an Ethereum Solidity contract challenging and frankly prohibitively expensive due to gas costs). Fortunately, NEAR gas limits allow more expensive computations than Ethereum. So we can run a more expensive Ethereum light client in the more computationally liberal NEAR blockchain while running a less expensive NEAR light client in the more computationally conservative Ethereum blockchain. Light clients
Here is the simplified diagram of the light clients operating in the bridge:
Notice, how in addition to smart contracts that implement light clients, we have two services, called relays, that regularly send headers to the light clients. Eth2NearRelay sends every single header to the EthOnNearClient contract, while Near2EthRelay sends one header every 4 hours to the NearOnEthClient contract. For a given pair of EthOnNearClient and NearOnEthClient contracts, there could be several pairs of Eth2NearRelay and Near2EthRelay services. Each bridge maintainer can run its pair of services. These pairs of services can either compete with each other — they would try submitting the same blocks simultaneously, and only one would succeed each time, or back up each other — some services would only submit the blocks if others did not submit blocks in time. Our current implementation of the services runs in the first mode.
EthOnNearClient
EthOnNearClient as we already said is an implementation of the Ethereum light client in Rust as a NEAR contract. It accepts Ethereum headers and maintains the canonical chain, it assumes that blocks that have finalized_gc_threshold confirmations cannot leave the canonical chain, and it memorizes up to hashes_gc_threshold of the blocks from the canonical chain, where hashes_gc_threshold>=finalized_gc_threshold. By the default finalized_gc_threshold=46k which roughly corresponds to 7 days worth of headers. This is done so that the state of the EthOnNearClient does not grow endlessly. Remember that in NEAR one is required to have a certain amount of locked tokens to be able to use the state ( more info ), which would require a very large ever-growing number of locked tokens if we were storing the hash of every single Ethereum canonical header in a single contract. Therefore we store a limited number of hashes of Ethereum headers. As a consequence the bridge can only be used to prove events that happened within this time horizon. So if you ever start an ERC20 transfer from Ethereum to NEAR, please make sure to finish it within 7 days if it gets interrupted in the middle.
NearOnEthClient
NearOnEthClient is an implementation of the NEAR light client in Solidity as an Ethereum contract. Unlike EthOnNearClient it does not need to verify every single NEAR header and can skip most of them as long as it verifies at least one header per NEAR epoch, which is about 43k blocks and lasts about half a day. As a result, NearOnEthClient can memorize hashes of all submitted NEAR headers in history, so if you are making a transfer from NEAR to Ethereum and it gets interrupted you don’t need to worry and you can resume it any time, even months later. Another useful property of the NEAR light client is that every NEAR header contains a root of the merkle tree computed from all headers before it. As a result, if you have one NEAR header you can efficiently verify any event that happened in any header before it.
Another useful property of the NEAR light client is that it only accepts final blocks, and final blocks cannot leave the canonical chain in NEAR. This means that NearOnEthClient does not need to worry about forks.
However, unfortunately, NEAR uses Ed25519 to sign messages of the validators who approve the blocks, and this signature is not available as an EVM precompile. It makes verification of all signatures of a single NEAR header prohibitively expensive. So technically, we cannot verify one NEAR header within one contract call to NearOnEthClient. Therefore we adopt the optimistic approach where NearOnEthClient verifies everything in the NEAR header except the signatures. Then anyone can challenge a signature in a submitted header within a 4-hour challenge window. The challenge requires verification of a single Ed25519 signature which would cost about 500k Ethereum gas (expensive, but possible). The user submitting the NEAR header would have to post a bond in Ethereum tokens, and a successful challenge would burn half of the bond and return the other half to the challenger. The bond should be large enough to pay for the gas even if the gas price increases exponentially during the 4 hours. For instance, a 20 ETH bond would cover gas price hikes up to 20000 Gwei. This optimistic approach requires having a watchdog service that monitors submitted NEAR headers and challenges any headers with invalid signatures. For added security, independent users can run several watchdog services.
Once EIP665 is accepted, Ethereum will have the Ed25519 signature available as an EVM precompile. This will make watchdog services and the 4-hour challenge window unnecessary.
At its bare minimum, Rainbow Bridge consists of EthOnNearClient and NearOnEthClient contracts, and three services: Eth2NearRelay, Near2EthRelay, and the Watchdog. We might argue that this already constitutes a bridge since we have established a cryptographic link between two blockchains, but practically speaking it requires a large portion of additional code to make application developers even consider using the Rainbow Bridge for their applications.
Provers
What would make clients more useful is the ability to prove that something happened on a specific blockchain. For that, we implement EthOnNearProver NEAR contract in Rust and NearOnEthProver Ethereum contract in Solidity. EthOnNearProver can verify Ethereum events, while the NearOnEthProver contract can verify NEAR contract execution results. Both EthOnNearProver and NearOnEthProver contracts are implemented separately from EthOnNearClient and NearOnEthClient for multiple reasons:
Currently, we have implementations only for verifying Ethereum events and NEAR contract execution results, which is sufficient for moving tokens between the blockchains. But anyone is welcome to contribute prover implementations.

ERC20 use case
The provers enable us to build a set of contracts that allow asset transfer or cross-chain communication. However, these contracts will be very different depending on what exactly we want to interoperate across the bridge. For example, ERC20 requires an entirely separate set of contracts from ERC721 or native token transfer. Currently, the Rainbow Bridge has out-of-the-box support for generic ERC20 token transfers, and we will add more use cases in the future. In this post, we focus only on the ERC20 use case.
Suppose there is an existing ERC20 token on Ethereum, e.g., DAI. For us to move it across the bridge, we need to deploy two additional contracts:
When a user wants to transfer X amount of DAI from Ethereum to NEAR, they first lock this X DAI in the TokenLocker contract, and then mint X nearDAI in the MintableFungibleToken NEAR contract. When they want to transfer some tokens back from NEAR to Ethereum, they first burn Y nearDAI in MintableFungibleToken and then unlock Y DAI in TokenLocker.
Currently, each instance of ERC20 token would require deploying a separate pair of TokenLocker/MintableFungibleToken; however, we are going to lift this restriction in the future and use the same TokenLocker for multiple ERC20 tokens. Note that if someone wants to add support of ERC721 or another type of asset transfer, they would need to implement similar Locker/Asset pair with a different external interface and internal implementation, but the high-level design would remain the same — the Locker would lock/unlock assets while Asset would mint/burn the NEAR version of this asset.
Usage flow
Users will be able to use either RainbowCLI or any app that integrates with RainbowLib, like NEAR Wallet. In rare cases, someone might choose to work with the bridge manually by calling Ethereum and NEAR contracts from their shell using low-level contract calls. Currently, we only support RainbowCLI, but we are working on RainbowLib and Wallet integrations.
From the user perspective, the transfer of a token should be straightforward: they provide credentials, choose beneficiary and amount, and initiate the transfer either from RainbowCLI, Wallet, or other applications. After some time, the transfer succeeds, and the user receives visual confirmation. Behind the scenes however, RainbowLib will perform the following complex operations:
Similarly, RainbowLib will be able to perform transfers of non-ERC20 tokens and do contract calls.
Hard forks
We want existing Rainbow Bridges not to break when NEAR or Ethereum protocol change is happening. And we want to be able to upgrade bridge contracts when serious performance upgrades become available, e.g., if EIP665 is accepted. However, we don’t want it to become less trustless or decentralized by introducing a centralized way of initiating the upgrade.
There is a large variety of proxy patterns developed by the Ethereum community that allow contract updates. However, we think the safest upgrade pattern is when the upgrade decision is delegated to the users themselves. An equivalent of this user-controlled upgrade for the bridge is the following:
This approach, however, has downsides:
Given the above downsides, we have decided to implement the following upgradability option into our bridge. We will be using one of the proxy patterns to allow EthOnNearClient, EthOnNearProver, NearOnEthClient, and NearOnEthProver to automatically switch to new contract versions when they have received a proof that 2/3 of NEAR stake has voted for a new set of contracts. TokenLocker and MintableFungibleToken would not need to change, in most if not all cases, and so the upgrade will be transparent to the users and the application developers. This will not affect the bridge’s trust model since we need to trust 2/3 of the NEAR stake anyway. We will be using the same voting contract as for other governance mechanisms at NEAR. We will also try to minimize the chance of this mechanism used as a backdoor by creating a 7-day delay on the upgrade so that users can observe it, verify it, and if they don’t like it, liquidate their tokens or move them manually to a different bridge. We will, however, leave a possibility for the NEAR validators to vote for an emergency upgrade, but we do not expect to exercise it.
Incentives
The current Rainbow Bridge does not implement incentives for the maintainers who pay for the gas by relaying the headers. Major users of the bridge are expected to run their own relays, and at least one pair of relays will be run by the NEAR collective. Future versions of the bridge will have an option to charge users of the bridge who perform the transfers would have to pay for its usage in gas, native tokens, or some other means. Designing a sound incentive system is, however, tricky. The most naive approach would accumulate the tax from users of the bridge and distribute it among the maintainers who run relays. Unfortunately, such a system does not protect from death spiral scenarios, e.g. when the bridge experiences a hiccup which causes users to stop using it for some time and consequently makes maintainers lose interest in paying for gas. Our organization is taking time to develop a well-thought-through incentive system for the bridge, and meanwhile, we will maintain it at our own cost.

The bridge extends 290′ into the sky and 275′ across Bridge Canyon. Witness firsthand the power of wind and water in their role that sculpted this remarkable landscape.
Navajo, Southern Paiute, San Juan, Ute, Kaibab Paiute, White Mesa Ute, and Hopi peoples traditionally used the land comprising Rainbow Bridge National Monument. Prior to these tribes, Ancestral Puebloans and earlier indigenous people lived in and used the the Rainbow Bridge area.

Before the meditation it is good to take a few moments to clear your mind, dissolving all thoughts as they arise. Also focus on feeling love arise in your heart. When you feel your mind clear, then begin the visualization.
Visualize yourself inside the Earth’s octahedron crystal core. Feel your heart at the center of this crystal core generating an intensely blazing point of white light.
This light from your heart core creates an etheric column that extends to the North and South poles from the blazing center to the tips of the octahedron.
Now visualize a great stream of multicolored plasma-filled light emanating from your heart core and flowing along the central axis toward both of Earth’s poles, shooting out from them, to become two rainbow bands 180 degrees apart.
As Earth revolves on its axis, this rainbow bridge remains steady and constant, unmoving. Feel the two streams of rainbow light rushing through your central column, shooting out from above your head and beneath your feet to create a rainbow bridge around your body.
Now you and the rainbow bridge are one. The rainbow bridge of world peace is real. Visualized by enough people in a telepathic wave of love the rainbow bridge will become a reality.
Same as the 7-day meditation, but after visualizing the octahedron in the center of the Earth, we amplify the visualization to include a more complete description of the center of the octahedron, which is as follows:
Visualize a red and blue flux tube, like two strands of DNA coiled around the etheric column. Now visualize each of the four time atoms in the crystal core.
A red time atom is strung on the northern axis, a blue time atom is on the southern axis.
Now feel the gravitational plane of the octahedron that emanates horizontally from the luminous center point. Along this plane are two more time atoms, a white time atom to the right and a yellow time atom to the left that turn like paddle wheelers making a counterclockwise motion around the center. (Note: When looking at the graphic that left is right and right is left).
Then complete the meditation as in the seven-day practice. (Go here for a more detailed meditation).
It is recommended to do the 28-day practice in a larger group, seated if possible in a circle with a globe in the center perhaps surrounded by four (or more) candles. The idea of meditating the whole Earth, feeling how it is a total simultaneity of experience is very important for the cultivation of noospheric consciousness.
Rainbow Bridge
Rainbow Bridge is being reissued on CD, vinyl and digital, reintroduced with original album art and track orders and remastered by Bernie Grundman from the original analog masters. Rainbow Bridge has never before seen an official CD release.
Rainbow Bridge was compiled and mixed by Eddie Kramer and Mitch Mitchell in 1971, with the help of Electric Lady Studios engineer John Jansen. Most of the tracks were recorded in 1969 and 1970, during the same sessions that spawned The Cry Of Love. Rainbow Bridge is often misconstrued as being an entirely live album, being that the film of the same name features excerpts of a live Jimi Hendrix performance in Maui. However, Hendrix had no role in the creation of the rambling, unfocused 1971 film which was directed by Chuck Wein. The film was not a Hendrix project in any way but instead an independent vision of his manager Michael Jeffery. After Hendrix’s death in September 1970, Jeffery scrapped Hendrix’s original vision of a double studio album titled First Rays Of The New Rising Sun and called for Kramer, Mitchell and Jansen to compile two posthumous albums—including one that would that would serve as a soundtrack for the Rainbow Bridge film.
Mitchell, Kramer and Jansen drew upon Hendrix’s rich trove of studio recordings that the guitarist had been developing at Electric Lady Studios. Songs such as “Dolly Dagger” and “Room Full Of Mirrors” were bright examples of Hendrix’s new creative direction. Other standouts on the album included a studio rendition of “Star Spangled Banner” as well as the majestic “Hey Baby (New Rising Sun).” The one live track on the album, an extraordinary rendition of Hendrix’s original blues composition “Hear My Train A Comin’” is taken from a performance at Berkeley Community Theatre in May of 1970, and not in the film at all. Buddy Miles and Noel Redding both appear on one track each, and the Ronettes provide backing vocals on “Earth Blues.”

The Battle of the Rainbow Bridge was the final confrontation against Hela on the last days of Asgard right before its destruction. Thor managed to return to Asgard after stranding in Sakaar. Returning home with Bruce Banner and Valkyrie, Thor went to the rescue of his people as he fought Hela. The battle took place on the Rainbow Bridge as Heimdall led the surviving Asgardians in an attempt to escape only to be blocked by Skurge and the Berserkers.
Assisted by the timely arrival of the Sakaaran Rebels led by Loki, the Asgardians were able to successfully make their escape on the Statesman. However, Thor was forced to start Ragnarök to stop Hela.

Background
As Valkyrie, Heimdall, and the Asgardians fought for their lives, Loki arrived with Korg and his Sakaaran allies, enjoying the moment as he proclaimed himself to be Asgard’s savior. Thor came out of the vision of his father and accessed his true power to strike Hela with lightning. He leapt at the Rainbow Bridge, attacking her forces with giant bolts of electricity, using the strongest powers he had ever accessed. [1]

Thor and Valkyrie fought the Berserkers as Hulk wrestled with Fenris, eventually hurling her off of Asgard to fall into outer space. Hela arrived at the Rainbow Bridge, and the Revengers assembled to fight her.

With his powers in full force, Thor managed to resist Hela and carved through her army, but he realized she was still too much for him. He and Loki realized that as long as Asgard existed, she would grow more powerful. With the Ragnarök prophecy saying that Asgard must fall, Thor realized that they have to ensure it, not stop it, so as to save the Asgardians and take down Hela.
Loki unites Surtur with the Eternal Flame
Meanwhile, Skurge stowed away on the ship, hiding among the other Asgardians. Thor and Valkyrie held off Hela while Loki went to Odin’s Vault to retrieve Surtur’s crown. While in the vault, Loki noticed the Tesseract on its pedestal. Some of Hela’s Berserker soldiers climbed on board the Asgardian ship as it tried to leave. Skurge revealed himself, using his guns Des and Troy to take them down. Skurge then proceeded to confront Hela on the Rainbow Bridge. He redeemed himself in sacrifice as Hela killed him, but the ship made it to safety because of his heroic actions. [1] Loki secretly retrieved the Tesseract, [3] then placed Surtur’s crown onto to the Eternal Flame to resurrect him to his full, true power. [1]

As Loki escaped, Surtur erupted from Asgard and began laying waste to the helpless city before him. Hulk leaped at Surtur to attack him, but was knocked back to the bridge. Thor and Valkyrie convinced Hulk to abandon the monster he so desperately wanted to fight and help them jump onto the Asgardians’ ship. Hela attempted to continue to fight as Surtur, as foretold in the prophecy, thrust his blade straight through Asgard and killed Hela in the process. [1]
