FAQ: How do I create a new story?
Creating a New Story
When you choose to start a new story you simply select «New Story» from the «Write» menu in the menu bar at the top of the page. This will bring you to the «Creating A New Story» screen, where you set up the information needed for your new story.
You then move on and create your first room. Creating this room follows most of the same rules as creating a general room in a story, only with fewer options. See the FAQ on Creating A New Room for more about this. After adding the room you will be greeted with a message telling you it was successfully added.
Updating Story Settings
Almost all of this story information can be changed after the fact by going to your Story Settings from within the story menu for that story. In those cases it’s called the «Updating A Story» screen, but it’s the same Story Elements found when creating a new story.

The «Creating A New Story» and «Updating A Story» screens are separated into numerous listings you have to go down and either fill out or choose what setting you want. This section will detail each of them.

Gaming Experience Improvements:
1. Optimized the queuing time display, improved the display time that is too long in comparison to the actual time
2. Improved the server recommendation logic when queuing; other servers in the same region of the currently selected server will be recommended.
Bug fixes:
1. Fixed the problem that a blank pop-up window appears when starting or updating the game
2. Fixed the crash problem on iOS devices when canceling login.
3. Fixed the issue where the Japanese character name in the server selection interface is displayed as «?».
4. Recoded and fixed the teleport issue on the world map.
5. Fixed the problem of disappearing water surfaces in some scenes.
6. Fixed the crash problem when operating the Matrices system in the Portuguese version
Ratings and Reviews
It’s a good game, but I’m not a big fan of the combat
For me coming from genshin, I don’t think it is going to overtake genshin. The characters aren’t loving and as rememberable as genshin’s characters. The fighting system to me is clunky and could use some work. It just feels like I’m spamming buttons and then switching to a different weapon and doing the same thing. I don’t know what i’m doing. Ive played honkai like 2 or 3 times and I can tell you Honkai’s fighting is more smooth and satisfying than tof. If they should make changes it would probably add reactions whether weapon reactions like shatter or elemental reactions. Or maybe add combos, like there higher the your combo the higher the damage multiplier However a thing that this game does good is the gacha system and its generous free pulls. I got 3 SSR’s in 2 days. The story isn’t bad but it’s not as good as genshins. World exploration is kind of a pain especially since their aren’t enough teleport waypoints. Its also kind of annoying how all the chests are like high up and it forces you to use your jetpack and like the cooldown is like 90 something seconds. The stamina system is not bad but could be way better as climbing 2 feet uses all of your stamina. The energy system is confusing. For genshin, resin is simple, you what to spend your resin on. For tof I don’t know what to use my energy for cause they just shove everything in your face all at once.
Genshin’s Sci-Fi Clone
Another marvel not meant for mobile
First of all, just like in my other reviews, I’m going to try and make this as short as possible and simply explain that this game, like many of the other recent, massive, open-world games, is absolutely brilliant, but Towers of Fantasy, nonetheless boasts its pros and cons. First of all, 12 gb of storage demand should be the first evidential warning that signifies how Tower of Fantasy will encounter lag, crashing, and loading issues, not because the game isn’t developed properly, but because mobile devices can NOT manipulate the thousands of assets in a game like this alongside explicit graphics and dialogue without hiccups because mobile devices aren’t developed like PCs where you have several intricate processors and gizmos dedicated to carrying out hundreds of thousands of different assets at once. In fact, just because Tower of Fantasy runs on mobile doesn’t mean it will always WORK on mobile and I’ve tested this game on both my iPad Pro and iPhone 13 to prove it; both of those devices have over 100 gb of free space left and after playing Tower of Fantasy on mobile and on my PC, the sheer # of crashes and failures on mobile vs the seamless gameplay on pc obviously clarified the issue. That being stated, Tower of Fantasy is absolutely impressive and definitely worth playing, but evidently, with all its demands, best suited to the realm of pc gaming rather than mobile.

Phenomenal idea with a few issues
I loved it so much, especially in the beginning. After a bit I realized it kept changing my name and suddenly I’m talking to someone else who has my name and they call me dad when they just got through saying their dad was deceased. Then people randomly appear in places that they couldn’t have. Suddenly Owen is there, suddenly a name like Hazel pops up and you’re like “who is that?” Pretty soon you have a whole clan of strangers and you’re now someone else and the goal you set up initially gets lost. I also had times the story got stuck and couldn’t generate anything to any command and I couldn’t undo more than one. Going back further didn’t help. I’d love to know where a nice list of commands is and for my name to stay the same, and the setup I initially gave it as well to stay the same.
There are wording issues but those don’t bother me like everyone’s name changing like ring around the Rosie kinda situation. We just need a little more stability to the story and the characters. Thanks. And please keep working on this, and scenarios for females to play. That was another issue. My gender changed on me several times. I am Eva, then I’m Jacob, or Rick. Wha? Lol noooooo.
Would like detailed description for options, like randomness. Randomness levels do what? It’s already randomized. Does lowering it help it to stick to the story? Details. Details. ♥️
Amazing
Simply amazing. While there are some flaws, those are bound to happen. I have started playing a few years ago. Before there was an energy system, I think. The AI is really creative, although sometimes doesn’t acknowledge what you said, or misinterprets it. I once said “search the rest of the house” and the AI started to describe the room I was already in. I ‘examined’ the room before. It was word for word. I then tried “go to the next room” and it said “you leave the house and a mob of angry peasants rush after you” Although there are sometimes where it does outstandingly, like once I said “examine the hooded woman” and it said “You walk up to the hooded woman. You can see piercing scarlet eyes, with black hair. She appears to be some humanoid race as her skin is slight green. She had two large breasts. She appears to be in her late twenties. She looks like she can expertly use many bladed weapons”. Would I recommend this game? As it is right now, yeah, only if whoever I was talking to asks about a game like AI dungeons. If it gets more polished, and have fewer mess ups would i recommend it? Oh most certainly!

Also when in the ‘NSFW’ category/turn filtering off, it sometimes doesn’t do what you say, I can’t really give an example as it might be against Apples ToS. Let’s just say it’s not always the right orifice.
World Info Forcibly Deleting, otherwise good
If I were to sing this app any praises, I’d just be repeating others. To keep it short, it’s amazing, but I recently have had an issue with one of my worlds. It was my newest, and I wanted to change a minor detail about a race, so I did so. No matter how many times I modified and saved, though, nothing would change. The thing I wanted to do was mostly for flavor so I just got over it. Then I tried to delete an unrelated entry; didn’t save regardless of pressing both buttons. It no longer let me add custom info, either, so I couldn’t troubleshoot inconsistencies. Eventually I got tired of repeating and thought to create a new world and copy/paste 100 times until I got it onto another file. When I tried though, I went back to find my world description nonexistent in edit, despite being there on the screen. I was still able to play though. Eventually, I got tired of it and decided to delete the world, as due to the lack of troubleshooting I never got too attached. After deleting it, I go to another, older world of mine to play, only to find the description deleted in edit and all of my information on it gone. I can’t even QuickStart. I love this AI, but please help. I love this world and the others of my creation and I don’t want anything to happen to them. Thank you both in general and in advance.

This app works alright on iPhone, but there’s a glitch on iPad where the button to exit out of the tutorial doesn’t appear. Other than that the app is completely useable.

This seems to be a pretty good AI Dungeon 2 alternative, the games are very similar. In fact in some cases this game’s AI seems to be less random and has a better grasp of storytelling at times. Unlike AI Dungeon however, the AI in this game doesn’t seem to accept every command as some result in a message saying that it’s confused and to try something else.

Hey all. I thought I might add my own advice from my experience playing the game that I found helpful to me in overcoming some obstacles.
Tips and Tricks: The Infinite Story
Tip 1: Doing and Saying
On your screen, you should see a button that by default says «Do». Tapping this will change it to «Say». If you want to say something, change to «Say» and write what you want to say. If you want to do something, by default start your actions with a verb. But if you want something to happen, someone to do something, etc.—basically actions that anything or anyone other than you does—you don’t have to start with a verb. For example:
Say you’re going along in your story, and you want someone to pull up in a black sedan and offer you a ride. You are totally able to first switch to Do, then write, «A person in a black sedan pulls up beside me and offers a ride.» (Remember what mom taught you about accepting rides from strangers.
Tip 2: Training the AI
At some point in your story, the AI will get confused and make something happen that you don’t want to happen. Most of the time you create a story, it will say, «Hint: Rollback to any point in the story by long pressing the text.» So, if something happens following something you do or say that doesn’t fall in line with the story flow at all, simply long press on the text before your action or words and redo them until the AI gets it right. This is your story. You are ultimately in control.
Most importantly, have fun. Be flexible. If the AI wants to go somewhere that doesn’t completely confuse everything, let it happen and have fun with it!

FAQ: How do I create a new room/chapter?
Creating a New Room
When you come to a point in a story where there is a choice that does not lead to another already created room you might be faced with the option of creating a new room. You must be logged into your account to be given this option.
If the owner of the story has turned off public submissions you will be told you are not allowed to add to the story, unless you are on the list of those they gave access rights to. You will always be allowed to add to your own stories, no matter what the access settings are.
When the Room Creation screen opens you will have several fields to fill out and options to select to either create this new room or create a new link. There are three ways to create a room or link on this screen: Room With Choices, Ending Room, or Link to an Existing Room. There is also the special First Room creation screen that works much like the Room With Choices.
If the owner of the story requires room reviews your room will not be immediately added to the story. Instead the link will be locked, stopping others from adding a new room until the submission is reviewed. The owner of the story will have the option to either accept the new room or reject it.
Creating a Room With Choices
If you want to create a new room that has one or more links to continue the story there are a few steps you have follow. The first of which is the most obvious: Write the room. Fill in the Room Description field with that you want the room to say. You can use HTML formatting in this field to alter the look of the text or even do some other neat tricks (such as image linking). Do not include the text you want for the links in this field though.
It is also smart to give your room a Nickname of some kind, in the Nickname field. This is useful for linking rooms together and creating story loops. You can give the same nickname twice in a story; they must be unique.
Next you can add a small image to the page from your computer by choosing the file you want and uploading it to the server. Images uploaded this way must be in jpg or gif format, can be a maximum of 350×350 pixels at 72dpi in size, and the file can be no larger than 50000 bytes in size. You can also choose what Position you want the image to appear on the page and if Text wraps around it or not. For more information on adding images to rooms, click here.
Lastly, you get to create the links you want to appear on the page for your story to continue on from this point. You can create up to five choices here. For each choice you want to include just fill in the long field with the description you want for the choice. A minimum of one choice must be written, if you are creating a room with chices.
I you already have a room in your story that you want any of the choices you make to lead to you can automatically create this link by putting the room ID number or Nickname for that destination room in the short field to the right of the long choice field. This is not required, but makes it easier if you plan to link to another existing room.
Once you have everything filled out the way you want, simply press the «Save Room With These Choices» button. You will then be greeted with a message telling you if it was successfully saved or not.
Creating an Ending Room
This is done to create a dead end in your story. This will be marked with a large «The End» instead of any choices when viewed. You create it in almost the same way as a Room With Choices: By filling out the room description, giving it a nickname, and uploading any images you may want to include.
Creating a Link to an Existing Room
If you want to make the link you just selected connect to an existing room instead of creating a new room you can use this ability to do that. This is the easiest thing to do.
You then put either the ID number or the Nickname for the room you want to link to in the «Room ID of Nickname» field and click the Submit button next to it. This creates a link rather than a room. You will then be greeted with a message telling you if it was successful or not.
Creating a First Room
This is exactly the same as creating a room with choices, only the actual screen will look slightly different. Instead of giving you all the options you would normally have when creating a room it only shows the options a new room allows. This means you can not end the story, you can not link to another room, and you have to have at least one active choice.

This is no way to live.
Working on a barely profitable rundown farm with far too many family members to feed. It’s a damn good thing you’re an excellent hunter. However, lately there’s even been a shortage of game to thwart your efforts.
You didn’t really want to be working on the farm your whole life in the first place, you wanted to see the world but when dad died, things got a lot harder for the family and you had to take over as «man» of the house and stay put.
Something is going to have to change.
While you’d like nothing more than to go through with your childhood dreams of becoming a traveling bard without any responsibility you don’t have that luxury. Hell, you barely have time to play your lute anymore in the small amount of free time you do have. You doubt if you’d even be good enough to make a living for just yourself doing it.
But you need to get away, but what can you do that won’t allow you to completely abandon your mom and all your brothers and sisters?
You suddenly think of the choice that many in your desperate position have thought of many times before.
Its not exactly ideal, but you be traveling and seeing the world so to speak. You’d also be making enough money that you could send to your family. Your own living expenses would be provided for by the army.
Of course there’s all that fighting that usually goes along with it that you’re not to keen on. Not that you aren’t a stranger to battle as their have been the occasional bandits or kobold thieves that have attempted to steal from the farm in the past, but you prefer not to fight if possible, especially not up close. The bow has always been your weapon of choice. There’s also the matter of mass combat on a grand scale that usually accompanies army life. A lot different than chasing away some thieves in the chicken coop.
As you’re thinking about this, you also realize that there is another option. There’s a small mercenary company passing through the area. They’ve been hanging out at the local tavern for a couple days. They don’t seem to be the noblest sort from what you can tell, but fortunately they seem to have kept their revelry confined to the tavern. Who knows how they act away from «civilization» though.
Still, it’s something to consider. There probably is less attention to discipline and a little more relaxed on rules and regulations. You probably wouldn’t be fighting in some mass land war that governments are fond of waging. Mercenaries travel a lot and tend to make more, however they tend to get hired for a lot weirder jobs, usually ones that the employer doesn’t want people to know about or ones that nobody else seems to be able to handle.

Infinite Stars is an interactive sci-fi story where you get to choose how your own adventure unfolds. It is inspired by stories like Dune, Star Trek, and The Expanse.
In the distant but still recognizable future humanity has overcome our differences. We are finally a united people. No longer divided by our nationalities, our religions, or our race, we call ourselves human.
But we weren’t alone. The Discovery War was unprovoked and bloody. It took years of strategic diplomacy before humanity was allowed to join the Interstellar Concordat, and though there is an uneasy peace, not all our new allies seem to have our best interests at heart.
The game features an intriguing narrative filled with mystery, action, and romance told from two perspectives. From one perspective, the player is an observer that guides the other characters and their choices. From the second perspective, the player takes control of their own character; a powerful Mah’Abeu shrouded in secrecy.
Who will you be? A confident flirt with an optimistic outlook on life? A timid loner with a flair for diplomacy? A bisexual envoy who never lies and likes to be in control? Or a shy yet loyal individual who always has a snarky comment at the ready?
Follow the delightful, ever-expanding story over several hours as it deals with issues and truths on what it means to be human.

Navigate the UIC Tabitha and the various departments on board to interact with crew members as the dynamic story unfolds.

James is a solo dev from South Africa, working on Infinite Stars. He is encouraged by his patrons, his loving partner, and their cuddly Italian Greyhound to work tirelessly on making Infinite Stars the best game it can be.
Being from South Africa and having first-hand experience on the benefits of diversity and inclusion, James searched the globe far and wide to enlisted the help of those more talented than himself to assemble a truly multicultural team of superhumans.
First, he found Zaph, a roguishly handsome art wizard from Mexico who does magic with a ukulele. He also makes a pretty good character artist when he has the time.
Next to join was Caba, a wunderkind from the States. He describes himself as an architecture student, worldbuilder, and part-time lizard enthusiast. When he isn’t studying or drawing lizards, he draws backgrounds for Infinite Stars.
The newest addition to the project is Saeed from Iran. Legend has it that he listens to the silent songs sung by the stars and transcribes their melodies to weave the most beautiful music for the project.
Infinite Stars is an ongoing project. The first public version was released on Itch on 1 September 2020. We’ve come a long way since then, and we’re constantly adding to the game.
We’re working on bringing you the rest of the content for Episode 3. (Episode 3 is 3-4 times the length of the previous episodes.) You can look forward to weekly content updates until we reach this milestone.
With the completion of Episode 3, we’ll add the ability for players to load custom scripts into the game, either as mods or «holodeck simulations,» to explore the stories written by our creative players and fans. We built a prototype earlier this year to test the capabilities, and we’re excited to share it with all of you.
We’re also adding regular, slice-of-life content to the game to allow our players to shape and refine their character continually.

Well, you did it again. You slacked off all semester and didn’t study for your finals. There’s no way you’re going to pass your nature magic test tomorrow. Those things are always killers. You don’t even know why you enrolled in that class; you aren’t even interested in being a nature mage. You don’t even like the damn outdoors!
Oh wait, you know why, it’s because you saw a cute witch taking the class, so like a dumb ass, you signed up for it. Naturally the moment you tried to impress her with some sort of cantrip, she laughed at you and said even if she was straight, she wouldn’t go for a half assed hedge wizard like you! You really should’ve known better, half of those witches are lesbians anyway. That whole Mother Earth Goddess worship caters to the rug munching. (And no, there aren’t any MALE witches, any self respecting man would call himself a WARLOCK, not a damn witch!)
(Sigh) Like your little sister’s B’ar’b Dolly once said «Magic is hard!» Indeed. Sometimes you curse the day your mother passed her magical elven blood on to you.
Still, you’re here now, so you need to make the best out of your life. You’re already going to hear it from both of your parents of how you’ve been nothing but a disappointment to the both of them. Your Dad will probably do a little more than say that, he’ll probably personally ride up to the University and beat the hell out of you for wasting his hard earned pillaging money to send you there in the first place.
Arrgh! You just wish you were good at SOME kind of magic! You have the ability; you just don’t have the focus! That’s always been the problem with you. Your sister has it easy, she took after Dad. Narrow minded focus on killing someone with a blunt instrument doesn’t take too much effort. Of course you had to be the one that greater things were expected of.
However, you haven’t tried the «darker arts», but your Mom would definitely never approve. (Your Dad probably wouldn’t care, but if you upset your Mom, it’s a warhammer upside the head) In fact it’s illegal to study any of them. They caused too much trouble in the past and nearly destroyed the world at one time. All who are known to even dabble in such arts are immediately taken into custody and executed.
However there is another dark art which you have to admit you’ve always had a bit of curiosity about.
The art in question is necromancy.
At this point you’re willing to at least see if you’re good at ANYTHING, so for shits and giggles you decide to blow off your test which you’re going to fail anyway and go see if you can find out more about this outlawed dark art.
Though being a lazy sort you decide to try the library first.

Вселенная Infinity. Обзор Never7, Ever17, Remember11
Сможете ли вырваться из петли?
Начиная свой рассказ об этой серии, необходимо в первую очередь познакомиться с её авторами.
Вселенная Infinity была создана благодаря деятельности двух талантливых человек — Котаро Утикоси и Такуми Накадзаве. Они начинали свою деятельность в компании KID (Kindle Imagine Develop), которая специализировалась на портировании видеоигр на персональные компьютеры и игровые консоли.
Утикоси поначалу не хотел работать над визуальными новеллами. Его первый проект в KID был связан с созданием каркасов 3D-моделей для игры «Pepsiman». В 1999 году KID выпустил Memories Off, первую игру одноимённой серии. Утикоси попросили написать сценарий для неё, и он вплотную занялся его разработкой. В последствие, он написал сценарий к ещё нескольким новеллам, и в итоге это стало его основной деятельностью.
Накадзава же начинал свою деятельность в KID с портирования игр на PC и Sega Saturn. Через какое-то время его назначили заместителем директора, и он начал работать над созданием скриптов настольных игр и симуляторов свиданий. И спустя три года, после начало работы в KID, его назначили режиссёром Infinity (такое первоначальное название имела Never 7).
Их совместная работа над Never 7, стало началом Infinity, но об этом ещё никто из них не подозревал. Позднее, уже работая над Ever 17, они окончательно оформят свой собственный стиль в создании визуальных новелл, вершиной которого станет Remember 11.
Как говорит Утикоси, закончив работу над Memories Off, ему захотелось добавить в следующую историю нотки фантастики. Накадзава поддержал его задумку, что в итоге и вылилось в одну из главных причин, почему серия Infinity была настолько интересна и необычна для жанра визуальных новелл.
Стоит отметить сразу, что действия Never 7, Ever 17 и Remember 11 происходят в одной вселенной. Этаком альтернативном 21 веке, где научный прогресс обгоняет наш мир на несколько десятков лет. Благодаря такому сэттингу автором гораздо проще было придумывать интересные сюжеты, упаковывая их в около научные рамки.
В каждой из новелл есть отсылки на другую игру серии. И зачастую разные персонажи этих новелл оказываются, связаны друг с другом, но только «за кадром» историй.
В 2006 году компания KID обанкротилась — пути Накадзавы и Утикоси разошлись. Первый начал работу над серией, которая в будущем получит название Zero Escape, а второй продолжал работу над созданием отдельных новелл будучи то директором, то ассистентом сценариста.
Студия KID и непосредственно серия Infinity, повлияла на многих разработчиков новелл, которые вдохновляясь её сценариями, сами начали создавать работы ориентированные на научно-фантастическую составляющую. Плюс, выходцы из самой студии также продолжали дело Утикоси и Накадзавы.
Здесь начинается Infinity.
Сюжет игры довольно прост –
«Главный герой – Исихара Макото должен в течение 7 дней прожить на небольшом острове, куда его послали на дополнительные занятия, как прогульщика. Вместе с ним в этот «лагерь-семинар» прибыло ещё пара персонажей.
Однако уже в первую ночь, Макото снится странный сон, в котором кто-то погибает. Теперь, главному герою предстоит влюбить в себя любую из предложенных девушек, понять, что означают предчувствия, а также предотвратить события пугающего сна».
А затем снова повторить, то же самое уже с другой героиней, а потом снова и снова. Есть ли выход из этой петли?
Здесь некоторые могут недоумённо прокричать про спойлеры. Однако, нет. Уже по синопсису и названию новеллы ясно к чему всё придёт.
Чтобы спасти понравившуюся девушку, игроку предстоит разорвать временную петлю, в которую попал главный герой. Сделать это будет не так просто ведь повторения одних и тех же событий является самим геймплеем визуальной новеллы.
Never 7 вышла 23 марта 2000 года, и стала первой игрой, открывшей дорогу серии Infinity. С неё начались долгие, а зачастую и бесконечные блуждания игроков в этой интереснейшей вселенной.
И это одна из причин, почему эта новелла ощущается гораздо слабее последующих игр серии. Дело в том, что Never 7 по своей сути обыкновенный симулятор свиданий.
Конечно, в этом нет ничего плохого. Стоит понимать, что даже знаменитая студия Key (Clannad, Air, LittleBusters) в начале своего пути была вынуждена привлекать игроков всеми доступными методами. Поэтому в их ранних играх присутствуют хентайные вставки, которые по большей части были лишними и смотрелись крайне неорганично в рамках всего сюжета.

Это же можно сказать и о Never 7, хентая здесь, кончено нет, но чувствуется, что авторы стремились продать свою игру как можно большему количеству игроков. Поэтому здесь присутствуют типичные клише любых новелл, вроде обезличенного доброго протагониста, стандартных женских героинь из любого гаремника и прочих ходов из романтических аниме. Как говорят сами создатели, основная ставка делалась на симпатичных героинях, которые должны были привлечь японских игроков.
С этим вполне можно смириться, однако вскоре авторы ощутят, как такой подход сыграет против них злую шутку.
Изначально мы не планировали написать замысловатую историю, а просто немного отличающуюся от других.
Итак, казалось бы, типичнейший симулятор свиданий, что в нём может быть интересного? Почему какая-то стандартная романтическая новелла всё же может заинтриговать игрока?
Внезапно, именно сюжет Never 7 стал той изюминкой, отличающей новеллу от похожих игр. И я говорю здесь не о рутах героинь, а о сюжете в целом.
Уже в первой игре, стали проглядываться характерные черты всей серии Infinity – общая научно-фантастическая направленность, куча научных и не только теорий, обилие СПГС деталей, многомировая концепция реальности, взаимодействие игрока и протагониста новеллы на совершенно новом уровне, а также то, что называю майндфаком. Причём последнее вам обеспечено после прохождения каждой из трёх новелл Infinity.
Всё это присутствовало в Never 7, но в гораздо малых объемах, чем в следующих играх серии. Однако уже только такой подход к созданию новеллы, возвысил компанию KID, среди подобных ей. Пусть сценарии рутов были не так интересны, но сама игра в итоге стала началом событий гораздо больших как во вселенной игры, так и в реальном мире.
Далее я хочу поговорить о сюжете более подробно, а для этого мне необходимо скатиться в спойлеры. Все три новеллы доступны на русском языке, и если вам не хочется платить, то их можно найти на бесплатных площадках. Я настоятельно не рекомендую читать следующий текст тем, кто ещё не прошёл её. Вы гораздо сильнее, чем думаете, испортите себе впечатления от игры.
Главный герой — Макото, обнаруживает себя во временной петле. Его сон являлся предостережением с прошлой временной линии. Перемещается он каждый раз после того как на его глазах погибает героиня, с которой он больше всего проводил времени.
Преодолевая трудности и выбирая правильные варианты действий протагониста, мы всё же спасаем девушку, после чего идут титры и рут заканчивается, оставляя игрока с кучей вопросов.
Почему главный герой перемещается во времени? Что означат колокольчик, который снится Макото и который оказываются в момент смерти у каждой выбранной героини? Первое ли это перемещение? И если нет, почему главный герой только сейчас начинает вспоминать события из прошлой временной линии?
Причём ответ на первый вопрос даётся довольно быстро, даже слишком быстро. Главный герой находит на острове храм «Шики но Мори», название которого можно перевести как «путешествие во времени». А значит именно этот храм и переносит героя.
Этот вполне логичный ответ на загадку принимает и сам игрок. Более того, последующие тайны в рутах девушек, также просто раскрываются, благодаря теории о храме, способном перемещать во времени.
Если вы легко приняли такой простенький научно-фантастический сюжет, то финальный рут полностью сломает вам мозг.
Он посвящён последней героини игры, Морино Идзуми – милой продавщице из кафе «Luna Beach», что находится неподалёку от домика, где поселился главный герой. Общаясь с ней, вскоре Макото узнаёт, что она и является тем самым профессором, который отправил нашего нерадивого прогульщика в этот «лагерь-семинар».
То есть, если кто-то находится под синдромом Cure, то он может буквально изменять реальность вокруг себя, если начинает достаточно сильно верить во что-то, при этом убеждая других в своей вере.
В новелле приводится пример с мальчиком Томом Фаблином, который спас свою сестру из пруда. После чего он поверил в своё бессмертие и в то, что тот, к кому он дотронется, тоже станет бессмертным. В итоге он излечил болезни всех пациентов, находящихся в больнице, в которую положили его сестру. Также, это стало сюжетной тропинкой к Ever 17.
Услышав новую информацию, игрок начинает усиленно думать и строить гипотезы. Получается, храм не является никакой машиной времени. Если вспомнить, то это Юкка, одна из героинь, убедила главного героя (и игрока) в том, что это место способно перемещать во времени, причём сама она единственная, кто перемещается вместе с ним. Когда же Макото поддался её убеждению, тогда-то и появилась вся эта петля.
