World of Trucks

World of Trucks is an online platform that complements our two trucking games, Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator. We wanted to create a place where our virtual truckers can call home and share their experiences. Some of our fans like showing off their highly-customized trucks with chromed or painted accessories, while others want to wear the badge of honour that is their unlocked achievements; that they have so painstakingly earned by completing hundreds of jobs, and the thousands of miles clocked on their trucks.

World of Trucks also brings out the inner artist in everyone. Players can share and browse some of the best screenshots taken straight from our games. Community events on World of Trucks are also integrated with our games to give our avid fans an opportunity to come together to deliver specific cargoes and contribute towards a community goal in both American Truck Simulator and Euro Truck Simulator 2. World of Trucks is also an easy way for our fans to keep up to date with development and news on upcoming events and releases by our company.

World of Trucks is constantly expanding in order to add new and exciting features that will enhance the cooperative aspect of our games.

Euro Truck Simulator 2 (Евро Трек Симулятор 2) — вторая часть платного симулятора водителя-дальнобойщика. Была создана чешскими игроделами, компанией SCS Software, и представлена геймерскому сообществу 19 октября 2012 года. Поддерживает multiplayer (многопользовательский геймплей) в режиме онлайн. В игре присутствуют брендовые автомобили (официально одобрены производителями): Scania, Volvo Trucks, DAF, Iveco. А также легендарный грузовик Renault Magnum из телепередачи «Route 66».

После подготовки Стима (авторизации либо создания профиля), регистрация выполняется следующим образом:

1. Откройте официальный сайт игры — http://ets2mp.com//index.php.

2. В нижнем правом углу главной страницы кликом мышки откройте ниспадающий список. Выберите язык интерфейса «Русский».

3. В верхнем меню, справа, щёлкните кнопку «Регистрация».

4. На новой странице клацните по кнопке «Sign in… STEAM» (Войти в Стим).

5. В браузере, в новой вкладке, откроется приглашение для входа в Стим (на офсайте).

6. Введите логин и пароль от Steam. Кликните кнопку «Sign in».

7. Перейдите в раздел «Магазин» (на сайте Стим или в окне клиента).

8. В поле поисковой строки (иконка «линза» в правой части) введите название игры Euro Truck Simulator 2.

9. Клацните иконку игры в поисковой выдаче.

10. На вкладке игры, под видеороликом, клацните «В корзину» для покупки дистрибутива.

11. Выберите вариант издания: «… для себя» или «… в подарок».

12. Выберите платёжную систему, в которой будете осуществлять покупку (WebMoney, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard). Укажите все необходимые реквизиты электронного кошелька или карты.

13. Установите флажки в окошках «Я подтверждаю… » и «Сохранить платёжную информацию… ». Клацните «Продолжить».

14. Следуйте инструкциям сервиса, чтобы получить лицензионный код для доступа к игре.

Ilona Brabcová

Ilona joined the company back in 2016 as a Junior Tester. She instantly fell in love with the team and the process of making the in-game world. Her passion and determination led her straight to a Map Designer position within only a few months. Her enthusiasm motivates us all.

Ondřej Matějka

In the same way you call Ghostbusters to get you rid of ghosts, we call Ondřej when we want to hear the grass grow. He’s a one-man audio army that provides our projects with the most suitable sound atmosphere and the quality they deserve. Ondřej is a seasoned professional and has worked on many big projects across a number of different movies, games and other forms of media in the role of a sound expert or a music composer.

Štěpán Sedláček

Štěpán can be called the architect of our European in-game world. He has been the world designers’ team leader since the main project of Euro Truck Simulator 2 and for every map expansion since. He’s a loving father and husband, he likes reading books, gaming, music and loves to recharge his batteries during numerous outdoor trips. His passion for our games and attention even to the smallest detail is an inspiration for his colleagues.

World Truck Racing

World Truck Racing – симулятор гонок на громадных, многотонных грузовиках по скоростным трекам. Разработчики из Homa Design представили данную игру в 2014 году. Очень проста в понимании благодаря хорошо выполненному меню.

Видя габариты фур, сложно предположить, что кто-то в здравом уме будет рассекать на максимальной скорости (а траки могут разгоняться чуть выше 200 км в час!). Во-первых, это смертельно опасно и для зрителей, и для водителя. Если эту махину снесёт с трека, будет многое разрушено прежде, чем она остановиться. Во-вторых, это фантастически дорогое удовольствие, содержать такую машинку.

Доступна только одиночная кампания, в ходе которой вы начнёте на самом дешёвом грузовике. Прокачивая или покупая новое средство передвижения из 12 возможных, постепенно выбейтесь на вершину славы. Покажите всем, как мастерски вы входите в повороты и порвите всех на прямых на 16 представленных вашему вниманию трасс. Система управления в World Truck Racing аркадна, а значит проста в освоении. Изменяйте настройки трака под себя в угоду лучшей управляемости или увеличения скорости.

World Of Trucks Контракты: вопросы и ответы

Открытое тестирование обновления 1.22 для Euro Truck Simulator 2 продолжается, разработчики благодарят всех, кто отправляет им отчёты об ошибках и недочетах, но в связи с тем, что не все понимают как грамотно сделать отчёт, то они дали нам некоторую заготовку того, как должен выглядеть отчет (отчеты принимаются только на официальном форуме разработчиков):

Почему на выполнения всех контрактов даётся 6 часов?

Почему при выборе wotr-контракта меня телепортируют к грузу, а не дают самостоятельно его забрать?

Разработчики понимают негодование игроков по этому вопросу и в будущем можно будет самостоятельно забирать выбранный груз, но на первое время, для тестирования нового функционала и серверной инфраструктуры, была выбрана схема быстрых заказов.

Почему я не могу отключить ограничитель скорости (90 км/ч)?

Так как World Of Trucks подразумевает под собой нахождение всех игроков в одном мире, то и условия для всех должны быть идентичными, в настоящий момент разработчики работают над тем, как правильно разрешить игрокам подстраивать некоторые из аспектов игры под свои нужды. Почему нет wotr-контрактов на перевозку грузов в города Скандинавии?

В настоящий момент в системе wotr-контрактов доступны только основные города мира ETS 2, которые доступны в самой стандартной версии игры, города из дополнений «Идём на Восток!» и «Скандинавия» будут добавлены немного позже.

Мне не понятна разница между часами WOTR и стандартным игровым временем, зачем введено время WOTR?

Отличие WOTR часов от стандартных в том, что они идут согласно времени серверов World Of Trucks, которое, в свою очередь, синхронизировано с реальным временем, а игровое время ускорено так, чтобы сделать более быструю смену дня и ночи в игре и когда в одном мире присутствует большое количество игроков, то нельзя делать акцент на игровом времени, ведь оно будет у всех разным, а вот WOTR время едино для всех, что позволяет более грамотно подойти к решению многих вопросов, тем более, что в дальнейшем разработчики сделают возможность выбора своего часового пояса и возможность отображения срока на доставку в перерасчете на виртуальное игровое время.

Почему на сайте не отображается сумма, которую я получу за выполнение того или иного wotr-контракта?

В настоящий момент вы тестируете промежуточную версию функционала, которая объединяет одиночную игру и онлайн заказы, в будущем, для World Of Trucks, разработчики введут отдельную экономическую систему, которая будет приближена к настоящей экономике, которую мы можем наблюдать в реальной жизни, сейчас это может казаться немного запутанным, но будьте уверены, что в будущем всё станет более понятным и ясным, следите за новостями.

Почему не отображается расход топлива для wotr-контрактов?

Разработчики работают над этим вопросом в настоящий момент и они надеются, что к концу открытого тестирования, они смогут сделать отображение данной информации в каком-либо виде. Более правильный расчет расхода топлива и других материалов станет доступен позднее, когда на портале World Of Trucks появятся первые виртуальные компании. В настоящий же момент, при использовании любого грузовика, расход топлива также будет идти, но делать синхронизацию этих данных с порталом World Of Trucks в настоящий момент нет смысла, ведь вы можете отказаться от wotr-контракта или же он может идти у вас параллельно с внутри игровыми заказами.

Будет ли в будущем доступна игровая карта при выборе wotr-контракта?

Да, такой функционал однозначно будет доступен в будущем, разработчики сейчас работают над её реализацией.

Что случилось со звуками грузовиков Volvo в игре?

В настоящий момент звуки данных грузовиков ещё не сбалансированы, разработчики ещё работают над внедрением настоящих звуков в игру, в будущем это будет исправлено.

Релиз дополнения American Truck Simulator: Washington уже совсем близок, но разработчики из SCS Software продолжают публиковать различную информацию по новому штату, сегодня нам рассказали о наиболее используемой и значимой инфраструктуре для водителей тягачей, которую вы встретите в штате Вашингтон и на западном побережье США.

Штат Вашингтон весьма богат на различные уникальные места, одним из таких «мест» можно назвать горные дороги, которые ведут в лесозаготовительным точкам. В большинстве случаев это грунтовые дороги, которые требуют весьма высоко мастерства от водителя тягача, ведь перевозка тяжелого и негабаритного лесозаготовительного оборудования, транспорта и самого леса весьма не простая задача.

Если вы ждёте дополнение American Truck Simulator: Washington, то сегодня у нас для вас есть отличные новости, релиз дополнения со штатом Вашингтон состоится 11 июня 2019 года, т.е. уже в следующий вторник, ровно через 1 неделю.

Первого июня 1942 года было завершено 9-ти летнее строительство плотины Гранд-Кули, которая располагается в штате Вашингтон. На текущий момент данная плотина считается не только самой большой на реке Колумбия, но и одной из самых больших плотин во всём мире.

В восточной части штата Вашингтон большое количество различных водоёмов, а сам город Сиэтл окружён с одной стороны озером Вашингтон, а с другой заливом Эллиота. При простом взгляде на карту региона у любого логиста или водителя волосы встанут дыбом, ведь вся местность испещрена различными водоёмами, для преодоления которых было построено большое количество разнообразных мостов и переправ.

Сегодня сотрудники студии SCS Softaware запустили этап открытого бета-тестирования обновления American Truck Simulator 1.35. Данное обновление одно из самых объёмных и больших за всё время существования игры, оно затрагивает многие элементы и функционал. На прошлой неделе сотрудники студии SCS Software провели первый стрим по обновлению 1.35, который был посвящён игре Euro Truck Simulator 2, прошлый стрим собрал большое количество зрителей, которые активно участвовали в обсуждениях, за что разработчики благодарны всем пришедшим.

Через некоторое время состоится релиз обновления 1.35, которое станет одним из самых больших за всю историю игр Euro Truck Simulator 2 и American Truck Simulator. §1.1 Аккаунт (Account)
Вы несете ответственность за свой аккаунт. Когда нарушаются правила мультиплеера, мы будем наказывать аккаунт, который их нарушил, независимо от того, кто играл в это время.

§1.2 Обход бана (Ban evading)
Создание дополнительного аккаунта для обхода временного или перманентного бана. Если доказательства указывают на то, что вы уклоняетесь от бана, менеджеры оставляют за собой право забанить вас снова без уведомления.

§1.3 Спам и злоупотребление (Spamming or Abuse)
Использование системы репортов или систем связи не предусмотренным для этого способом. Это включает в себя, но не ограничивает: спам репортами, использование одних и тех же доказательств повторно и использование системы не предусмотренным способом. Сообщения с небольшим и/или бесполезным содержанием также классифицируются как злоупотребление. Это так же относится, но не ограничивает, к: игровому чату, внутриигровой рации, сообщениям на форуме, тикетам в поддержку, обращениям в обратную связь, апелляциям, репортам.

Правила, помеченные звездочкой (*), не применяются на аркадных серверах, в названии которых есть «Arc» или «Arcade». Правила дорожного движения и дорожные знаки должны соблюдаться. Это означает, что в ETS2 должны соблюдаться европейские правила движения и знаки, а американские правила дорожного движения и знаки должны соблюдаться в ATS. Несоблюдение соответствующих правил и знаков может привести к наказанию. Светофоры и знаки обязательной остановки могут быть проигнорированы, если в непосредственной близости нет других пользователей. Обгон может совершаться, если другие пользователи не будут подвергнуты какому-либо риску из-за этого манёвра. Движение с максимальной скоростью хоть и разрешено, но не рекомендуется. Такое вождение может привести к несчастным случаям и, следовательно, будет принято решение о наказании.

§2.1 Хакинг/Злоупотребление багами (Hacking/Bug abusing) —

Использование любых инструментов для изменения игрового процесса, включая, но не ограничивая, использование игровой консоли, трейнеров или cheat engine для взлома, чтобы обойти ограничение скорости, прыжки (jump hack), отключение коллизии или что-либо подобное. Неправильное использование таких функций, как «режим призрака» для нанесения ущерба другим игрокам при подключении к серверам.

Намеренное столкновения или столкновения с транспортом других пользователей по неосторожности. Попытки спровоцировать эти столкновения, направляя свой транспорт в сторону других игроков.

Ограничение движения пользователей, блокировка подъездов к автомагистралям или другим точкам въезда, или что-нибудь подобное. Не использование функции телепорта на сервис (F7+Enter) при необходимости может привести к наказанию.

§2.4 Езда в неправильном направлении/Ненадлежащий обгон (Incorrect Way / Inappropriate Overtaking)*

Движение по встречной полосе. Обгон или опережение по обочине в областях низкого FPS и/или в районах с большим количеством трафика; обгон, повлекший аварию или что-то подобное. Это также включает в себя обгон на любой однополосной для каждого направления дороге, где есть чрезмерный трафик, например пробка. Областью с большим количеством трафика считается область при 25 и более игроков.

§2.5 Непозволительное/Опасное вождение (Inappropriate / Reckless Driving)*

Вождение таким образом, что считается небезопасным и подвергает опасности других игроков: двигаясь задним ходом, игнорируя светофоры и дорожные указатели, превышая скорость, участвуя в гонках с другими пользователями (кроме трассы у города Тусон, Феникс и Седертелье (ProMods)), игнорируя других игроков и правила. Нахождение за пределами карты, что включает в себя места, недоступные при обычной езде. На карте ProMod разрешено вождение по не обозначенным и скрытым дорогам. Попытки использовать рассинхронизацию или быстрое сохранение для нанесения ущерба транспорту других пользователей запрещена. Использование функции режима призрака для объезда пробок. Даже если у вас есть приоритет проезда, вы должны приложить разумные усилия, чтобы избежать любых столкновений. Даже если кто-то ошибается, вы должны предпринять действия, чтобы избежать столкновения.

§2.6 Несоответствующее управление конвоем/Злоупотребление автомобилем (Inappropriate Convoy Management / Car Abuse)*

Управляющим конвоем или направляющим колонну запрещается блокировать или контролировать скорость трафика, выступая в роли модератора или иным способом и любой форме, злоупотребляя покраской Pilot. Вы не можете организовывать конвои в местах большого скопления игроков. Это может включать (но не ограничивать) Кале, Дуйсбург, дорогу Кале-Дуйсбург и прилегающие районы.

§2.7 Серверы для мероприятий (Event Servers)

Расширения длины банов основываются на активных (в течение 12 месяцев) банах на момент их окончания и не будут изменены на период активности этого бана, даже если предыдущие баны выйдут за рамки 12 месяцев. Если в вашей истории нарушений имеются как минимум два активных бана из-за истории нарушений, то модераторы игры могут продлить следующий бан до перманентного, независимо сколько банов получено за последний год. Баны, которые продлены из-за того, что это ваш 4-й или 5-й, не могут быть удалены или изменены, они длятся строго 1 месяц и перманентно.

§2.9 Баны, назначенные менеджерами игры (Bans issued by the Game Management)

В случаях, если руководство игры посчитает, что пользователь присоединяется к TruckersMP с единственной целью нарушать текущие правила, то правило «§2.8 Как назначаются баны (How bans are issued)» может иметь меньший приоритет, а продолжительность бана может быть установлена на усмотрение руководства игры. Дальнейшие наказания могут быть назначены после попыток защитить авторские права в отношении доказательств бана или что-либо подобное. В соответствии с нашими Условиями обслуживания, [truckersmp.com] сотрудники могут повторно использовать доказательства, представленные в нашей системе репортов. В определенных случаях, Менеджеры игры оставляет за собой право хранить доказательства бана в тайне, после проверки забаненного игрока.

Перед релизом дополнения разработчики поделились с нами характеристиками техники, которая будет добавлена с выходом дополнения в игру. Всем привет, сегодня пришло время снова поговорить об игре Spintires: MudRunner, тем более, что появились новости о втором бесплатно дополнении (Первое бесплатное дополнение). Да, это правда, всех игроков совсем скоро ждёт выход уже второго по счету бесплатного дополнения для игры, которое разработчики решили назвать The Ridge DLC.

Вот и состоялся релиз первого бесплатного дополнения для игры Spintires: MudRunner, анонс которого состоялся в январе этого года. Данное дополнение добавляет в игру новую карту «Долина», а также 3 новых типа техники: внедорожник A-969, грузовик C-6317 и тягач E-7429.

Совсем скоро для игры Spintires: Mudrunners выйдет первое бесплатное дополнение, о котором мы писали в предыдущей статье, оно будет содержать одну новую карту и 3 новых типа техники, сегодня мы поговорим о технике, а именно о новом тягаче E-7429.

С момента выхода Spintires: MudRunner (переиздания классической Spintires) прошло уже около двух месяцев и буквально на днях разработчики сообщили, что в феврале 2018 года всех владельцев игры на платформах PC, PS4 и Xbox One ждёт первое дополнение (DLC), которое будет абсолютно бесплатными и принесёт в игру различные нововведения.

Как и было обещано ранее, 31 октября 2017 состоялся релиз переиздания игры Spintires: MudRunner, приобрести игру можно в сервисе цифровой дистрибуции Steam, если вы ранее покупали оригинальную версию Spintires, то для вас будет действовать скидка в размере 50% (для получения скидки необходимо быть авторизованным в Steam).

Выход игры Spintires: MudRunner запланирован на 31 октября 2017, до которого остаётся чуть больше 3-х дней, разработчики из Saber Interactive подготовили специальный трейлер, приуроченный к релизу.

Marinetraffic (МаринТрафик) – карта судов AIS в реальном времени

Марин Трафик – это ресурс, с помощью которого можно отслеживать положение кораблей на карте AIS (Automatic Identification System). Делается это очень просто: в окне поиска нужно ввести название судна, и сервис покажет, где оно находится в данный момент. Кроме имени и типа корабля, можно узнать его курс, страну, которой он принадлежит, скорость движения и другие полезные данные.

Сервисом удобно пользоваться – суда разных типов подсвечены различными цветами, показано направление их движения, отдельно обозначены те, кто стоит на якоре.

При наведении курсора на значок во всплывающем окне появляется информация о корабле: название, страна приписки, пункт назначения. Если кликнуть на него, система покажет более подробную информацию, вплоть до фото.

Как работает Marinetraffic?

Для создания карты судов используется технология AIS – автоматическая система идентификации. На каждом корабле стоит передатчик, постоянно сообщающий с помощью радиоволн информацию в эфир. Здесь не используются мобильная и спутниковая связь, поэтому такая технология дешевле аналогов. Уловить сигнал может любой приемник, работающий на частотах ОВЧ или УКВ.

Покрытие трансляции зависит от нескольких факторов. Самые значимые – мощность передатчика и высота принимающей антенны. Но даже самый слабый ретранслятор может вещать в пределах 75 км. Этого достаточно, чтобы суда узнавали о присутствии друг друга с безопасного расстояния.

В эфир передается два типа информации: статическая и динамическая. К статической относятся неизменные во время плавания данные:

Также указывается дата выхода и захода в порты, информация о пункте назначения. Постоянно меняющиеся сведения – курс, координаты, скорость судна, а также угол поворота. Эта информация передается с помощью GPS и обновляется в среднем каждые 10 минут.

Благодаря тому, что улавливать сигнал с такими данными можно на антенну от обычного радиоприемника, технология стала популярна. Оборудование для трансляции негромоздкое и без проблем поместится даже на небольшой яхте. А суда водоизмещением больше 500 тонн обязаны иметь его на борту.

Зачем нужно отслеживание судов

Изначально технология AIS использовалась для безопасности плавания. Радары, которыми оснащены суда, не всегда могут определить небольшое плавсредство даже в хорошую погоду. А если на море шторм или гроза, то видимость становится и вовсе нулевой. Для радиоволн погодные условия не помеха, поэтому ночью или в ненастье небольшие корабли будут видны на экране. Благодаря этому можно избежать столкновения.

Сейчас появилась еще одна сфера применения AIS – отслеживание коммерческого трафика. На сайте marinetraffic.com карта в реальном времени показывает движущиеся суда и важную информацию о них. Ее используют не только для того, чтобы корабли заранее знали местоположение друг друга, но и для:

После того как технология обрела популярность, в водах по всему земному шару устанавливают буи, которые ретранслируют сигнал AIS. Датчики располагают на берегу, плавучих станциях и даже на космических спутниках. Благодаря этому даже слабый сигнал с небольшой яхты будет виден на радарах проплывающих мимо супертанкеров.

Можно также передать в эфир короткое текстовое сообщение. В экстренных случаях оно может спасти жизнь экипажу судна или предупредить об опасности находящиеся в этом квадрате корабли.

Как пользоваться картой судов AIS Marine Traffic в реальном времени

Для того чтобы отследить местоположение корабля, откройте на сайте раздел «Карта». Слева на странице есть меню, зайдите в поиск по названию судна и введите нужное имя. Если кораблей с таким названием несколько, то уточнить критерий поиска можно по идентификатору судна, стране приписки или другим данным. Сервис сразу покажет положение искомого объекта на карте, а также его курс и другую сопутствующую информацию.

Обратите внимание, что обновлять карту нужно вручную, если вы не зарегистрированы в системе. Чтобы стало доступно автоматическое обновление, а также другие функции, например, «Мои флоты», войдите в свою учетную запись.

No, You Won’t Catch The New Coronavirus Via Packages Or Mail From China, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. «Because of poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces, there is likely very low risk of spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient temperatures,» the CDC concludes in its Q&A.

It is highly unlikely that the virus could survive for multiple days outside or inside a cardboard box, for example, that contains something an infected person had sneezed on or handled.

Am I at risk for novel coronavirus from a package or products shipping from China?

In general, because of poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces, there is likely very low risk of spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient temperatures. Coronaviruses are generally thought to be spread most often by respiratory droplets. What does the status “Arrival at inward office of exchange” mean?

“Arrival at inward office of exchange” means the parcel has arrived destination country’s import customs office. Once the import customs clearance is done, the parcel will be delivered by destination country’s postal service company.

What does “Import Customs Scan” mean?

If you got the status of “Import Customs Scan”, there are 3 possibilities:

What does “Sent to airline” mean? How long will it arrive after “Sent to airline”?

“Sent to airline” means China Post has given the parcel to airline company. It does NOT necessarily mean the parcel has been on plane.

The «Sent to airline» status will stuck for long time until the parcel arrives at an airport sorting center which has scanning service. This might take 2 to 4 weeks in regular season and 4 to 6 weeks in holiday season. Normally the parcel should have arrived at destination country when new status shows up.

If over 30 days (or 45 days in rush season) after “sent to airline” and you still do not receive the parcel, then you should be cautious. The parcel might be lost or seriously delayed somewhere outside China. You should open a dispute to claim your money back from seller.

What does the status “Arrival at inward office of exchange” mean?

Why does my tracking result show only one message “Electronic data received” or “Electronic information received”?

If your tracking result has only one message “Electronic data received”, this means your seller/shipper applied for tracking number from postal company, but did not actually ship the goods yet.

Many China sellers delay shipment for 5 to 10 days due to inventory shortage. So if you just got the number which shows “Electronic data received”, please wait one or two weeks and track again. In most of cases, seller will ship the goods and you can see real shipment date and shipping location.

If you still can not see new status after 10 days, you should be cautious of fraud. You should talk to a seller and ask him to give you real shipping date and real tracking number. If seller can not give you reasonable reply, you should open dispute on eBay/AliExpress/Amazon.

What is the meaning of “Shipping notice received”?

When tracking you might get “Shipping notice received” or “Shipping notice received from WISH” or “Logistics order has been created“.

This means seller/shipper has applied a tracking number with shipping software provided by third party (WISH, AliExpress etc) but has not shipped the goods yet.

If you just got the tracking number from seller, please wait about 2 to 3 business days, if seller has actually shipped the goods. China Post tracking system will provide updated shipment date and location information about the parcel number.

If over 3 business days and you still get same result as “”shipping notice received”. You should be cautious of fake shipment. If you purchased from big website such as eBay/AliExpress/Amazon/Wish etc, you should contact seller and push him/her to ship the goods immediately. Tell him/her if you can not get real shipment information in next 3 days, you will open dispute against fraud. In most of cases, sellers will take immediate action on shipment to avoid dispute and shop downgrade penalty.

My parcel has arrived at destination country for a long time without delivery, why?

If your tracking results shows the parcel has arrived destination for long time, but does not have delivery information, normally this means the parcel has delivery problem.

If the parcel is shipped from China to your country, the failure delivery reasons might be as following:

Remember that China is a member of Universal Postal Union(UPU), its parcel will be delivered by the UPU member in your country. In most cases, this UPU member is your country’s postal service provider or postal company. So if the parcel has delivery problem in your country, you should contact your local post office and inquire about parcel delivery.

Let us invite you to join latest World of Trucks event!

The new season of the FIA European Truck Racing Championship (FIA ETRC) is coming. Out in the real world, we plan to be a part of the roadshow again, and we are looking forward to meeting our fans in the flesh again on the racing circuits of the 2019 calendar.

We also want to do something cool in our virtual world. Last year, we asked our community to help us deliver racing components in the «Start Your Engines» event. Thousands of participants passed the event requirements and claimed their rightfully earned rewards.

Today we’re coming back to you with a new task. Let’s imagine such a scenario; before the 2019 season, the teams have a long list of places to go, such as shows and public events to show off their fast and agile beasts. They also need to travel between their home bases, testing circuits, workshops, and any other places where preparations prior to the season can take place. These racing trucks aren’t road-legal and we’re going to need your help transporting them to the various destinations!

For the duration of the event, we have placed the racing beauties into Euro Truck Simulator 2 as a very special kind of cargo for you, and now they are ready to start their journey. Utilizing a special FIA ETRC trailer carrying the teams’ racing trucks, let’s show the world that no matter the size, number of axles, engine, type of use or even brand, all trucks can unite when it’s needed.

This spirit perfectly aligns with the new #OneTruckFamily campaign initiated by the FIA ETRC to unite all types of truck drivers, regardless if on the race track, on the road or in a virtual environment.

Hop into your truck and set the course to some of the starting destinations listed below. Don’t forget to show off your creative screenshots of this event under the #OneTruckFamily hashtag on your Twitter, Instagram or Facebook profiles! Using External Contracts on World of Trucks-connected profile, complete deliveries with all 10 ETRC cargo trailers. For an additional reward, complete a delivery to at least 5 different destinations.
