24 ноября разработчики выпустили небольшой патч, в котором, среди прочего, компенсировали некоторым игрокам потери за оплату налога за дома. Однако во время обновления базы данных произошла ошибка, из-за которой игроки получили в несколько десятков раз больше денег, чем должны были. Когда баг с золотом только случился, игроки стали обсуждать ситуацию на форуме, пытаясь выяснить, почему они внезапно получили до 400 тысяч монет. Один из модераторов форума сперва не знал о том, что произошла ошибка, и поздравил одного из «счастливчиков» с неожиданным обогащением.

Некоторые игроки восприняли это как подтверждение того, что это не ошибка, и разработчики действительно решили дать им щедрую компенсацию. Однако после того, как стало известно, что произошёл сбой, возмущённые люди стали требовать вернуть им деньги, в том числе угрожая уйти из New World. Позже модераторы принесли свои извинения игрокам, но сообщение «Congratulations! 🥳» сразу стало локальным мемом в сообществе.

Privacy Policy

The data protection declaration of G2G is based on the terms used by the European legislator for the adoption of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our data protection declaration should be legible and understandable for the general public, as well as our customers and partners. On the website of G2G, users are given the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter. The input section used for this purpose determines what personal data are transmitted, as well as when the newsletter is ordered from the controller.

G2G informs its customers and partners regularly by means of a newsletter about product offers. In addition, subscribers to the newsletter may be informed by e-mail, as long as this is necessary for the operation of the newsletter service or a registration in question, as this could be the case in the event of modifications to the newsletter offer, or in the event of a change in technical circumstances. There will be no transfer of personal data collected by the newsletter service to third parties. The subscription to our newsletter may be terminated by the data subject at any time. The consent to the storage of personal data, which the data subject has given for shipping the newsletter, may be revoked at any time. For the purpose of revocation of consent, a corresponding link (‘unsubscribe’) is found in each newsletter. The newsletter of G2G contains tracking pixels. A tracking pixel is a miniature graphic embedded in such e-mails, which are sent in HTML format to enable log file recording and analysis. This allows a statistical analysis of the success or failure of online marketing campaigns. Based on the embedded tracking pixel, G2G may see if and when an e-mail was opened by a data subject, and which links in the e-mail were called up (clicked on) by data subjects.

Such personal data collected in the tracking pixels contained in the newsletters are stored and analyzed by the controller in order to optimize the shipping of the newsletter, as well as to continuously adapt the content of future newsletters to the interests of the data subject. These personal data will not be passed on to third parties. Data subjects are at any time entitled to revoke the respective separate declaration of consent issued by means of the double-opt-in procedure. After a revocation, these personal data will be deleted by the controller. G2G automatically regards a withdrawal from the receipt of the newsletter as a revocation.

The website of G2G contains information that enables a quick electronic contact to our enterprise, as well as direct communication with us, which also includes a general address of the so-called electronic mail (e-mail address). If a data subject contacts the controller by e-mail or via a contact form, the personal data transmitted by the data subject are automatically stored. Such personal data transmitted on a voluntary basis by a data subject to the data controller are stored for the purpose of processing or contacting the data subject. There is no transfer of this personal data to third parties.

The comments made in the blog of G2G may be subscribed to by third parties. In particular, there is the possibility that a commenter subscribes to the comments following his comments on a particular blog post.

If a data subject decides to subscribe to the option, the controller will send an automatic confirmation e-mail to check the double opt-in procedure as to whether the owner of the specified e-mail address decided in favor of this option. The option to subscribe to comments may be terminated at any time.

The data controller shall process and store the personal data of the data subject only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of storage, or as far as this is granted by the European legislator or other legislators in laws or regulations to which the controller is subject to.

If the storage purpose is not applicable, or if a storage period prescribed by the European legislator or another competent legislator expires, the personal data are routinely blocked or erased in accordance with legal requirements.

Right of confirmation

Each data subject shall have the right granted by the European legislator to obtain from the controller the confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed. If a data subject wishes to avail himself of this right of confirmation, he or she may, at any time, contact our Data Protection Officer or another employee of the controller.

Right of Access

Each data subject shall have the right granted by the European legislator to obtain from the controller free information about his or her personal data stored at any time and a copy of this information. Furthermore, the European directives and regulations grant the data subject access to the following information:

1. the purposes of the processing;

2. the categories of personal data concerned;

3. the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organisations;

4. where possible, the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored, or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period;

5. the existence of the right to request from the controller rectification or erasure of personal data, or restriction of processing of personal data concerning the data subject, or to object to such processing;

6. the existence of the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;

7. where the personal data are not collected from the data subject, any available information as to their source;

8. the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, referred to in Article 22(1) and (4) of the GDPR and, at least in those cases, meaningful information about the logic involved, as well as the significance and envisaged consequences of such processing for the data subject.

Furthermore, the data subject shall have a right to obtain information as to whether personal data are transferred to a third country or to an international organisation. Where this is the case, the data subject shall have the right to be informed of the appropriate safeguards relating to the transfer.

Right to Rectification

Each data subject shall have the right granted by the European legislator to obtain from the controller without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the data subject shall have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.

If a data subject wishes to exercise this right to rectification, he or she may, at any time, contact our Data Protection Officer or another employee of the controller.

Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten)

Each data subject shall have the right granted by the European legislator to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay, and the controller shall have the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay where one of the following grounds applies, as long as the processing is not necessary:

1. The personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed.

2. The data subject withdraws consent to which the processing is based according to point (a) of Article 6(1) of the GDPR, or point (a) of Article 9(2) of the GDPR, and where there is no other legal ground for the processing..

3. The data subject objects to the processing pursuant to Article 21(1) of the GDPR and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or the data subject objects to the processing pursuant to Article 21(2) of the GDPR.

4. The personal data have been unlawfully processed.

5. The personal data must be erased for compliance with a legal obligation in Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject.

6. The personal data have been collected in relation to the offer of information society services referred to in Article 8(1) of the GDPR.

If one of the aforementioned reasons applies, and a data subject wishes to request the erasure of personal data stored by G2G, he or she may at any time contact our Data Protection Officer or another employee of the controller. The Data Protection Officer of G2G or another employee shall promptly ensure that the erasure request is complied with immediately.

Where the controller has made personal data public and is obliged pursuant to Article 17(1) to erase the personal data, the controller, taking account of available technology and the cost of implementation, shall take reasonable steps, including technical measures, to inform other controllers processing the personal data that the data subject has requested erasure by such controllers of any links to, or copy or replication of, those personal data, as far as processing is not required. The Data Protection Officer of G2G or another employee will arrange the necessary measures in individual cases.

Right of Restriction of Processing

Each data subject shall have the right granted by the European legislator to obtain from the controller restriction of processing where one of the following applies:

1. The accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data.

2. The processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests instead the restriction of their use instead.

3. The controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

4. The data subject has objected to processing pursuant to Article 21(1) of the GDPR pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.

If one of the aforementioned conditions is met, and a data subject wishes to request the restriction of the processing of personal data stored by G2G, he or she may at any time contact our Data Protection Officer or another employee of the controller. The Data Protection Officer of G2G or another employee will arrange the restriction of the processing.

Right to Data Portability

Each data subject shall have the right granted by the European legislator, to receive the personal data concerning him or her, which was provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. He or she shall have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided, as long as the processing is based on consent pursuant to point (a) of Article 6(1) of the GDPR or point (a) of Article 9(2) of the GDPR, or on a contract pursuant to point (b) of Article 6(1) of the GDPR, and the processing is carried out by automated means, as long as the processing is not necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller.

Furthermore, in exercising his or her right to data portability pursuant to Article 20(1) of the GDPR, the data subject shall have the right to have personal data transmitted directly from one controller to another, where technically feasible and when doing so does not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.

In order to assert the right to data portability, the data subject may at any time contact the Data Protection Officer designated by G2G or another employee.

Right to Object

Each data subject shall have the right granted by the European legislator to object, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, at any time, to processing of personal data concerning him or her, which is based on point (e) or (f) of Article 6(1) of the GDPR. This also applies to profiling based on these provisions.

How I reached the gold cap in New World. My first 500k coins

My leveling adventure started shortly after the game was released. So within 100 hours of playtime, I reached the max level. While leveling, I had enough coins to buy my first Tier 1 house, and gold didn’t seem to be an issue. So back then, I didn’t focus on gold farming as it wasn’t necessary yet.

The coins I was receiving for completing the missions were enough to cover all my leveling expenses, such as purchasing items or upgrading and repairing my gear. Everything went smoothly up to level 60 when I reached the end game. Things changed a lot when I started working on my trade skills, and I realized I was running very low on gold, so I had to find a way to make money to maintain my skills leveling.

At that time, the best way to make money in New World was to use the gathering skills to farm raw materials and sell them at the trading post. I took advantage of the fact that I was already max level with full access to all the areas in the game, and I was able to farm for any tier of raw material out there. I focused on mining, and that brought me my first 100k coins. I had enough gold to stop farming for raw materials and focus on the trading post upon reaching that milestone.

From that point on, my whole gold farming relied on flipping items at the trading post: I used to buy low and sell high all day long, and that got me gold-capped in about three weeks.

It was an amazing experience, but things have changed a lot. Now there are many other ways to make easy money in the game, so if you are looking to find out how to farm gold in New World, this guide will answer all of your questions.

Why do you have to farm gold in New World?

As previously mentioned, gold represents the primary in-game currency you get rewarded for completing various activities such as main missions, side missions, faction missions, expeditions, or trading. Okay, but what can you spend it on once you have it? Why would you ever need more coins or a gold farming guide?

The answer is pretty straightforward: for your character’s progression. It’s not a secret that in New World, gold equals power. So if you want to improve your character and have it always up-to-date and prepared for any end-game activity, you will constantly need to change your gear. You always need better items that are usually very expensive, either crafted by yourself or purchased from another player. And this is just one of the many expenses you are dealing with once you reach the end-game.

So why do you have to farm gold in New World? Because you will always have to:

Unlimited! And I mean it. This guide will teach you how to make gold using the best money-making methods in New World. So you will have multiple options to choose from, depending on your character’s strength and abilities. It’s up to you to decide what coin farming method you enjoy the most and for how long you can maintain it until it gets boring. Trust me; things can get boring when you repeat the same process over and over.

So I strongly recommend focusing on multiple money-making methods and working on them simultaneously. It’s always good to have extra options and a backup plan because prices and high-demand items often change in New World.

Very important! Please keep in mind that there is a coin limit set at 500 000, usually referred to as the «gold cap.» So your character cannot overpass that gold cap at any given time. In other words, upon reaching the coin limit, you have to start spending your money and re-invest it in your trade skills, gear, housing, or company.

The history of money-making in New World

Therefore, you had no reason to farm gold just yet. There wasn’t a high demand for items on the trading posts, you weren’t focusing on leveling your trade skills yet, and you were very far away from buying your 2nd or 3rd house. Back then, even if you wanted to stockpile coins, you didn’t have too many gold farming options to pick from because the whole Aeternum experience was new for everybody.

People weren’t aware of farming methods or what would happen later in the game. It’s exciting to see the evolution of gold farming in New World: how players used to farm for coins back in the day, compared to the current state of the game and what we’re dealing with nowadays.

So back then, these were the best ways to make money in the game. As you may notice, there weren’t too many options, and some of them couldn’t last forever. Let’s take some examples here:

Example 2: Crafting bags and tools for other players. This is somehow related to trade skills leveling since you first need to level up some trade skills up to a certain level before being able to craft these types of items.

The real problem wasn’t leveling those trade skills, but that you would run out of customers at some point, as these items are categorized into different tiers of quality. You couldn’t risk crafting too many items of a particular tier because the players would be interested in the higher versions of these items upon advancing with their character progression, and eventually, they would be able to start crafting their own.

However, things have changed a lot ever since, and nowadays, there are many easy ways to make gold in New World. Let’s see some examples!

The best New World gold farming methods in 2022

Here is a breakdown of the best ways to make money in New World in 2022:

As you can see, nowadays, if you are looking to farm gold in New World, you are in luck, as there are plenty of ways to get rich as long as you follow some guidelines. Now that you know the best money-making methods in the game, let’s see what each represents, how it works, if there are any level or gear requirements to be met, and how profitable they can be by case. How to make money in New World by flipping items on the trading post

Buy low, sell high

The whole concept of flipping is based on the fact that many players want to sell their in-game goodies fast, so they post their items below their actual value. You will buy the underpriced items and put them for sale for a higher price, which will result in a profit for you.

Very important! Remember that you will have to cover the trading post taxes: the listing fee and the trading tax when re-posting. When deciding on a price for the items you re-sell, do the math and consider these two expenses too!

If there aren’t any good deals available on the market, use the «Buy Order» feature to obtain the items and then post them for sale for the desired price.

Tips for flipping items on the Trading Post

1. Analyze the market, and don’t start flipping items until you understand what’s in high demand and worth going for on your server; keep an eye on the trading post and General/Trade chat and see what other players are selling or looking for.

2. Prices are different on all servers, but you can check on content creators as well, on what items they are using for their builds, the market on their server, compare it to yours and then see if you can spot any money-making opportunities.

3. Avoid Buy Orders for easy-to-farm items such as common items, low-level crafting materials, basically anything that can be obtained by any player and sold in large quantities.

4. Always post your Sell Orders for a maximum of 3 days (I personally use the 24 hours option); if the items don’t sell on time, it means you chose the wrong items to flip, and this is not a gold farming method anymore.

5. Don’t panic if your re-posted items don’t sell quickly; give it some time, and don’t cancel your sell orders frequently as you will lose your listing fee and lower your profit.

6. Prices are always subject to change. You might see prices going down during the weekdays and increasing during the weekends when more players are online.

7. Wisely re-invest your gold gained if you want to maintain the trading post as a gold farming method.

8. Keep an eye on PTRs and future game updates and spot new money-making opportunities; as the game changes, so do the items in demand and the prices on the market.

Depending on how much gold and time you are willing to invest, flipping the trading post items can get you anywhere between a couple hundred and couple thousand coins profit a day.

How to get gold in NW by using your end-game crafting skills

Crafting represents one of the best ways to make easy money in New World. However, it takes quite some time and a decent amount of coins to invest until you can transform crafting into a money-making method.

We are talking about end-game crafting, so your crafting skills must be level 200, as you must have access to and be able to craft end-game recipes. To start with, you will only focus on three crafting skills: Armoring, Jewelcrafting, and Weaponsmithing. These are the best crafting skills to use if you want to make gold in the New World. Based on your initial bankroll, you can start with one of them and continue working on the others, as leveling and preparing for end-game crafting is pretty expensive.

You aim to craft level 595-600 items (gear, jewelry, and weapons) with specific stats and perks. These are by far the best items in the game and the most sought-after pieces of equipment any player can dream of; remember: as long as they have those correct stats! Okay, but how can you craft these items with perfect stats? Having your trade skill at max level won’t be enough as your «Potential Gear Score» won’t be in the 595-600 level range, and it will probably look like this:

The only way to craft Gear Score 595+ items is to have a complete crafting setup:

As you can see, it’s not easy to become an end-game crafter, as some of the things mentioned above can be hard to get or very expensive, especially the trophies and the crafter sets. But trust me, once you have it all prepared, it will be one of the best money-making sources in the game.

Also, you must look at it in the long-term: once you get to that point where you can craft end-game items, you will be able to maintain a strong position on your server’s market as a crafter for any future game and meta changes. So you can look at it as a one-time investment that will pay dividends over time.

Unlike any other gold farming method in New World, end-game crafting requires some serious investments before becoming a steady source of income, investments that the majority of the players won’t afford. There won’t be too many competitors on the market doing what you do; that is end-game crafting. Also, the dedicated players won’t have too many options to choose from or compare with, so if you are crafting the right items, you are most certainly ending up with a fast sale!

If you wonder how much money you can make with crafting, imagine that the best-in-slot items can sell anywhere between 50-500k coins! Here is a screenshot that proves it all:

Selling your refining skills daily cooldowns to make money in New World

There are five refining trade skills in the game: Smelting, Woodworking, Leatherworking, Weaving, and Stonecutting. Upon reaching max level (200) on a refining skill, you unlock the ability to craft a Tier V material specific for that trade skill. That material comes with a 24hrs cooldown, and you can craft up to 10 pieces of that material daily. The good news is that these materials are tradeable, and they can be listed on the trading post or traded directly face-to-face to another player.

Example: You can craft 10x Runestone daily using the Stonecutting Trade skill. If you want to craft additional Runestones, you will have to wait for 24 hrs for the cooldown to expire:

So how do you make money by using the refining skills? You craft these daily cooldowns for other players. Simple as that. The buyer trades you the materials required for the craft; you craft the items and trade them back to the buyer for a crafting fee.

Example: Let’s say a player is looking to buy Asmodeum cooldown. You message him in-game, settle on a crafting fee (that can vary depending on the server, but usually between 500-1000g), and then trade. You will receive 50x Orichalcum Ingots, 10x Tolvium, 10x Cinnabar, 10x Obsidian Flux, 20x Charcoal, and you will craft the 10x Asmodeum Ingots for your buyer. Then you trade him back the 10x Asmodeum Ingots and get your crafting fee.

Tier V refined items are constantly in high demand because crafters are always in need of these end-game materials and what they get from their daily cooldowns is never enough; so instead of waiting multiple days to craft their own, they prefer to pay a fee and receive the items within a few minutes. To make an idea, you can only afford one craft per day if you are using your own materials, as the end-game recipes require a lot of these materials per craft:

As you can see, this is one easy way to make money in New World. Once you have your refining skills at max level, use the General/Trade chat to find your clients, and you’re all set. Daily cooldowns sell for different prices based on the demand in the market: the most expensive is the Asmodeum cooldown, which usually sells for about 1000g, while the others can sell for anywhere between 500-800g per craft.

Using the gathering skills to farm gold in New World

Your gathering skills can also turn your character into a real money-making machine! As crafting is one of the main features of New World’s end-game, everybody needs raw resources, and nobody likes to farm for them because:

1. The best farming spots in the game are always crowded with players, and you don’t have too many farming routes as alternatives. That means you can barely work on your gathering if other players are camping the best spots, and you will waste a lot of time trying to get those resources.

2. People are lazy or don’t have the time for it. Once you hit the end-game, farming for raw materials becomes your last concern. You are always busy with other activities such as working on your expertise level, blasting expeditions, wars, or invasions.

So gathering becomes very profitable for those players who focus on this activity and want to transform it into a steady source of coins income. All you need is the trade skill at maximum level, a tier V gathering tool with good perks on it, and enough inventory space. If you want to maximize the gathering process and be highly efficient, you can play with PvP toggle On and use gathering trophies and food.

So if you follow an optimal farming route and have a decent gathering setup, you can easily farm gold, as these materials sell for incredible amounts of coins!

How to get money by selling Tuning Orbs and Expedition entries

This gold farming method revolves around crafting tuning orbs and then selling them to other players. In New World, tuning orbs represent the items you use to open the Expeditions, and they come in 2 versions, Normal Tuning Orbs and Mutated Tuning Orbs. They are always in very high demand because both normal and mutated expeditions represent an excellent source of gear and expertise increase.

In the game’s current state, you can only obtain these tuning orbs by either crafting them at the Stonecutting Table or purchasing them from the faction vendor in exchange for faction tokens. In the screenshots below, you can see what are the requirements to obtain the tuning orbs via crafting or purchasing them from the faction NPC:

However, both of these activities lock behind some cooldowns (3-7 days), so you cannot obtain tuning orbs repeatedly, and once crafted or purchased from the vendor, the tuning orbs remain bound to your account. Then how does it work? How can you sell these cooldown crafts to the other players if the tuning orbs are not tradeable? It’s straightforward: you are trading the party slots (expedition entries) to other players in exchange for coins.

Note: Expeditions are five-player dungeons so that you can sell up to all five slots in your party. You can sell the tuning orb as a whole key (so all five spots), or you play along the expedition and sell the remaining four spots. If you want to sell the entire key, once you have the client(s) willing to purchase the Expedition run, you open the expedition, then you leave the group, and someone else can get invited to your place.

Compared to selling the refining cooldowns (where you would receive the items needed for the craft from someone else), when selling tuning orbs, you must obtain the orbs yourself and get your fee only upon opening the dungeon for the other players.

The entry fee can go anywhere between 500-1000g per slot for the regular version of the level 60 Expedition runs (Garden of Genesis & Lazarus Instrumentality). As for the Mutated Expeditions, the higher the Mutated Level you can open, the higher the fee. These can sell for up to 10 000g per slot for the highest mutation levels.

Note: The only place you can sell or buy Tuning Orbs and Expedition entries for gold are the General/Trade chat channels due to the absence of a party finder or a matchmaking feature in the game.

Selling tuning orbs represents one of the best ways to get gold in New World, as the expeditions are very popular for all the rewards they come with, so the players are always looking for groups to join. This method can get you anywhere between 4000 to 50 000 coins per tuning orb (depending on the dungeon type and the mutation level).

How to get rich by farming Elite Named Bosses and Legendary Items in NW

This New World money-making method focuses on farming open-world named bosses for their unique Legendary item drops. These bosses can drop legendary named items that are some of the best items in the game. What makes them so expensive and worth farming is that they are very powerful and have a very low drop chance.

These bosses are level 62-66 elite enemies located in end-game zones such as Edengrove (Malevolence), Reekwater (Siren’s Stand, Forecastle Drift), Ebonscale Reach (Imperial Palace), or Shattered Mountains (Myrkgard, Scorched Mines). Since you will face some of the strongest enemies in the game, joining these strongholds while being part of a group is mandatory.

Even though there isn’t any entry fee for these elite runs, you still rely on a group, so your only options to join these activities are again the in-game chat channels such as General, Help, or Recruitment. It’s best to be online during peak hours on your server, as that’s usually the time when players create these public farming groups. In the screenshots below, you can see the locations of some of the best elite zones in the game:

These named items can go anywhere from 5000 to 40 000+ gold, so this method is definitely worth a shot.

Trophy components farming – One of the best New World money-making tools

This is one of the easiest money-making methods in the game. It doesn’t require any initial investment, such as leveling particular trade skills, buying specific gear, or finding a group. All you need is a level 60 character with some luck gear, and you are good to go. You are looking at a solo, repeatable activity that can reward you with many coins. Let’s see how it works!

You will farm some specific areas in the game for Epic and Legendary Trophy components, and you can find these components in the Supply Stockpile caches all over the map. However, a couple of zones stand out and are worth farming for, Weaver’s Fen and Reekwater.

Trophy components are designed with a low drop chance, but they are extremely valuable for an end-game profession, furnishing. Furnishers use these components to craft end-game Trophies that are very important for the buffs they reward the players upon using them.

The Supply Stockpile caches have a 60-minute cooldown which means you can open the same chest again only once that cooldown expires. So you are going to follow a farming route, a loop, and open as many caches until that cooldown is off. Then you go back to the first cache you’ve opened and repeat the process over and over.

My favorite spot for trophy component farming is Reekwater. There are a lot of chests available in this area, and you can also farm for Tier V raw resources (such as Orichalcum Ore, Platinum Ore, Ironwood, Wirefiber, etc.) while working on it. How much money are these items worth? A lot! If the cheaper components still sell for a couple of thousand coins, the most sought-after components such as Precision Armoring Tools, Corrupted Totem, Ancient Mandible, or Loaded Dice can sell for 40 000+ gold with ease.

How to get money in New World with faction tokens

You can get a lot of gold in exchange for your faction tokens by selling the tradeable faction-only items always in high demand: Asmodeum Chisels, Tuning Orbs, and Runes of Holding. You can buy these items from the faction quartermaster for faction tokens. So basically, you will be farming gold by farming faction tokens.

Token farming can be a time-consuming or boring process, especially for end-game players. These players will always need chisels and tuning orbs to run their expeditions. At the same time, crafters will always need Runes of Holding for bags and storage chests.

Example: Acquisition cost vs. selling price for Asmodeum Chisel:

I strongly recommend farming for tokens in higher-level zones such as Great Cleave or Reekwater because the faction token rewards increase with the zone’s difficulty. Depending on how long you can maintain this gold farming method before it becomes boring, you can get even 15 000 coins daily by selling these faction items to other players.

Outpost Rush farming for gold

Outpost Rush can be a decent money-making source as well. Especially if you are a PvP player, this is your go-to method for gold farming in New World. You will be stacking coins by playing Outpost Rush matches. Here are a couple of reasons why you should be anyways farming the Outpost Rush game mode:

As you can see, this gold farming method comes with many extra benefits, especially for the new level 60 players looking to increase their gear score.

Now that we’ve gone through the best ways to make money in New World, let’s see which of these methods you should be focusing on, based on your character’s level and progression. We will focus on three stages in the character’s lifetime: before reaching max level, fresh level 60 character, and end-game character. Let’s dive in deeper!

How to make money in New World while leveling 1-60

1. Use the Trade Skills

On your way to level 60, the most profitable gathering skills will be mining, harvesting, and skinning. As for refining skills, you should focus on smelting first, as it pairs up perfectly with your mining. Then work on your stonecutting. The next one should be either weaving or leatherworking, ending with woodworking.

Note: Start working on your crafting skills only if you are planning to use the Town Board missions as a leveling tool (and, in that case, focus exclusively on Armoring and Weaponsmithing). Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend investing your coins into crafting skills early on.

2. Use the Trading Post

You can start making gold by selling the raw materials gathered while leveling up and questing around the map. Once you understand how the Trading Post works and the value of the key items on the market, you can begin item flipping and maintaining it as an alternative gold farming method. However, I would recommend this only if you are an advanced player. Otherwise, you could be risking your coins by making the wrong decisions.

3. Complete Missions

Another money-making method while leveling in New World is completing as many missions as possible on your way to level 60. While questing in a specific area, try to pair up and simultaneously work on the main missions, side missions, and even the faction missions as long as it’s worth it (XP and gold wise).

The best ways to make money on a fresh level 60 character

1. Use the Trade Skills

Once you reach level 60, you can start farming for gold by using your gathering skills to obtain Tier IV and Tier V resources. Mining remains the best gathering skill to focus on, as Orichalcum Ore and Starmetal Ore sell for lots of coins! Harvesting and skinning can be some decent options as well. Here are the prices of Orichalcum Ore and Starmetal Ore on my server right now:

Try to get your refining skills to level 200 as soon as possible. You will be making a lot of money by selling those daily cooldowns we previously discussed (Asmodeum, Runic Leather, Phoenixweave, etc.). I strongly recommend getting them to max level in the following order: Smelting, Stonecutting, Weaving, Leatherworking, and Woodworking.

As in what crafting skills to focus on for a fresh level 60 character, the best money-making crafting professions will be Armoring, Jewelcrafting, and Weaponsmithing. Once you have enough coins to spare, you can start working on the remaining crafting skills in this order: Engineering, Furnishing, Arcana, and Cooking.

2. Use the Trading Post

Now that you have a level 60 character, you should know how the Trading Post «Buy Order» and «Sell Order» features work, so it’s about time to start flipping items in return for some nice profits.

If you were still wondering how you can make money in New World by using the trading post, here is the answer: you sell your Tier IV and Tier V raw materials obtained with your gathering skills, and you use the flipping method to buy (items) low and sell for higher.

3. Use the Faction Tokens

As previously mentioned in this gold farming guide, you can make a lot of gold by selling faction-only items such as Asmodeum Chisel, Rune of Holding, and Tuning Orbs. These items are always in high demand, so you cannot go wrong with farming faction tokens and selling these items to the players in need. At this point, your character is level 60 with full access to all the end-game zones on the map, so you can start farming for these tokens as efficiently as possible.

If you didn’t know, nowadays, the Outpost Rush PvP activity rewards players with faction tokens besides gold, umbral shards, and many others. So you can quickly transform your faction tokens into a money-making tool and make a lot of gold while having a lot of fun!

4. Farm for Trophy Components

This is one of the easiest ways to make money in New World. Once you are level 60, all you need is some luck gear and a good farming route, and you’re ready to go. Trophy components are some of the most expensive items in the game, they are always in high demand, and even if you are dealing with some RNG and low drop chances, all you have to do is open chests. That’s all.

I got the rarest Trophy components in the game with only basic luck gear and minor luck trophies in my houses, so, trust me, everything’s possible! Here is a screenshot of me looting a «Loaded Dice» that I sold for 25k coins:

5. Sell Tuning Orbs for gold

We previously pointed out that you can make a lot of money in New World by selling your Tuning Orbs to other players. So get your Stonecutting skill and Faction Reputation at max levels and start getting as many orbs as possible.

Highly recommended: Don’t sell the full Tuning Orb as a fresh level 60 character! You are getting a lot more value from saving one of the spots and completing that dungeon yourself than the 5th spot entry fee you would be getting. Sell up to 4 spots only and join the expeditions yourself: you will be getting a lot of Expertise bumps and gear that will make your end-game experience a lot easier later on.

6. Farm Outpost Rush

OPR is the perfect money-making activity, especially for PvP players, as it’s a steady income for gold, expertise bumps, PvP gear, umbral shards, and faction tokens. You will need all of the mentioned above while progressing towards the end-game, so Outpost Rush is definitely a go-to option for any new level 60 character.

Дефицит новизны в сфере MMORPG уже изрядно приелся, кое-кто даже поговаривает, что жанр умирает и больше не пользуется спросом, что, впрочем, красноречиво оспаривает тот же невероятный ажиотаж вокруг New World – второй, но уже самостоятельной попытке Amazon Game Studios ворваться в сферу массовых онлайн-игр.

От тестеров, приходивших в «Новый Мир» в процессе его формирования, мне довелось слышать много противоречивых впечатлений, но самым распространенным оставалось мнение, что игру необходимо «допиливать», и тогда она всенепременно станет едва ли не достойнейшим из современных продолжателей рода MMORPG.

Меж тем Amazon неоднократно переносила релиз New World, мотивируя это необходимостью поработать с фидбеком игроков и подтянуть слабые места проекта. Но вот в чем проблема: лично поучаствовав в предрелизном тестировании игры я к своему удивлению пришел к точно такому же заключению, к какому приходили тестеры на разных стадиях разработки – игра остро нуждается в полировке.

На мой непритязательный на самом деле вкус одной из самых слабых сторон New World оказалась графика. Если точнее – соотношение качества графики и высоких требований к игровому железу. Как не прискорбно это признавать, для современного MMORPG-тайтла работа Amazon кажется недостаточно эффектной, зато нагружает системы едва ли не на уровне игр с открытым миром и трассировкой лучей.

Мне не удалось добиться стабильных FPS при соответствии железа рекомендованным характеристикам ПК с «зеленым» графическим адаптером, равно как и не удалось добиться хотя бы тридцати кадров в секунду на самых низких настройках графики с «красной» видеокартой при том, что вторая сборка тоже полностью отвечает заявленным Amazon минимальным системным требованиям.

И все бы ничего, окажись в рукаве у New World больше козырей. Ведь мирились мы с высоким пингом и обилием багов на старте Black Desert, ведь играли и даже активно донатили в отвратительно оптимизированную ArcheAge.

За главенство здесь борются не гильдии, но три могущественные фракции, укоренившиеся на острове задолго до прибытия первых игроков. Это воинственные «Мародеры», ученые из «Синдиката» и религиозный «Ковенант». Земли «Нового Мира» поделены на территории с небольшими городами, у каждого из которых собственный уровень лояльности по отношению к игрокам, и фортами, за которые в ходе кампаний разворачиваются межфракционные войны.

Владетели территорий устанавливают в городах свои правила, пожинают дары и налоги, и дружно работают над развитием поселения, а в мирное время могут самозабвенно нападать на других «флагнутых» представителей сообществ. А такие обязательно найдутся, ведь самые рискованные миссии фракций выполняются именно в PVP режиме.

В сюжетном зачине персонаж игрока обретается на судне, плывущим прямиком к легендарному острову, который появился в Атлантическом океане аккурат между Северной Америкой и Евразией. В какой-то момент, точно по заветам Лавкрафта, судно окружают исполинские мегалиты, вырастающие на глазах у экипажа из-под штормовых волн. Корабль терпит крушение, а ваш герой обнаруживает себя на берегу заветного острова.

На этом испытания выжившего только начинаются. Практически сразу он едва не становится жертвой одержимых матросов, чей разум и тело искажены порчей, которую местные, прибывшие сюда раньше в составе других экспедиций, успели окрестить «разложением». Есть и хорошая новость: те, чьи организмы способны сопротивляться болезни, на этом острове не стареют и не умирают обычным образом.

Цепочка основных заданий, следующая за этими событиями, уже не столько знакомит новоприбывших с островом и его обитателями, сколько учит (и учит очень хорошо) основным игровым механикам. Вообще по миру раскиданы исторические зарисовки, которые мы собираем и подшиваем в общий архив, но я не решусь назвать это чтиво увлекательным.

В New World очень большой и бесшовный мир, по которому бы бродить и бродить, но как я уже отметил выше, визуальная часть игры оставляет желать лучшего. Если концептуально New World в чем-то похожа на Albion, то внешне она напоминает какой-нибудь Rust. Я не хочу сказать, что Rust выглядит ужасно, нет. Но это совсем не тот уровень, которого ждешь от новой MMORPG, да еще и не азиатского пошива в 2021 году.

В глаза бросается огромное количество устаревших текстур с простейшей геометрией и поверхностей с низкой детализацией, а на модельки персонажей без сожаления не взглянешь. Редактор героя максимально примитивен, приемлемых лиц в нем днем с огнем не сыщешь, зато можно покрасить волосы в нехарактерный для того времени цвет, набить непонятное тату на лицо или налепить на женщину бороду, чем многие игроки, разумеется, не преминули воспользоваться.

Вопрос в том, на что уходят ресурсы системы. Возможно, на все это многообразие растительности, покачивающейся на ветру и немного деформирующейся под ногами, которая могла бы смотреться куда выгоднее, поработай игроделы над освещением, палитрой и тенями как следует. Выход игры откладывали три раза, а в камине гостиницы где я остановился до сих пор полыхают дрова без анимации огня. Багов в New World все еще очень много.

При этом игровые интерфейсы выверены с поразительным вниманием к деталям и идеальной навигацией. Тут очень легко разобраться в ремеслах, понять, где добывается тот или иной ресурс, какие потребуются инструменты и уровень навыка. Предметы сами сортируются в инвентаре и автоматически изымаются из хранилища во время производства. Все, что связано с крафтом, в игре Amazon реализовано на образцовом уровне.

Есть в New World и аукционы, но куда менее дружелюбные к новичкам. Разобравшиеся в их устройстве игроки смогут со временем приобрести понравившийся дом и украсить его мебелью собственного производства, правда, говорят, за это удовольствие придется регулярно отстегивать городским властям арендную плату.

Как мне кажется, ответ кроется в PVP-составляющей проекта, в массовых войнах с осадными орудиями, в потасовках, какие частенько случаются со спешащими на очередной фракционный квест приключенцами. А также в системе крафта, что быть может и не слишком нова, но сделана Amazon действительно на совесть. Очень даже может быть, что игрокам, которые любят добывать, создавать и сражаться с другими игроками, New World все же подарит немало волнующих событий.

На геймерской волне ещё со времён Atari 2600. Больше прочих жанров люблю хорроры, пусть и боюсь их до чёртиков до сих пор. В играх для меня очень важны детали. Убежден, что именно внимание к мелочам отличает добросовестных, преданных своему делу разработчиков.

Богатая история противостояний “Виталити” и “Г2” говорит о том, что нам предстоит увидеть очень захватывающую встречу. Но кто в этом противостоянии заберет победу на этот раз?

Гости очень неплохо выступают на этом первенстве. Да, было поражение от “Ликвид”, но затем ребята смогли навязать серьезную борьбу “Натус Винсере”. “Рожденные Побеждать” еле-еле смогли обыграть “Г2”, а затем “самураи” не оставили никаких шансов немцам из БИГ.

“Виталити” имеют на этом первенстве в своем активе больше побед, и тоже очень неплохи. И в копилку им идет тот факт, что ребята уже давно выступают вместе, чего нельзя сказать про сегодняшних гостей.

Но все же наша редакция предлагает здесь присмотреться к варианту с ТБ. Не могут эти две организации ограничится двумя мапами. Поэтому СТАВКА TV предлагает залить на тотал карт 2.5 больше за коэффициент 1.80.

Что такое G2a и почему НЕ стоит с ними связаватся

Изначально у меня не было ничего в планах писать в этом своём блоге.

Но глядя на пост данного человека, я стал задумываться: неужели люди настолько тупые? Я возможно рано сужу и Матвей ничего не знал про данный сайт. Это тоже может выйти за вариант.

Однако вы меня спросите: почему я пишу это в свой блог и нигде либо ещё? Всё просто. Данный пост крайне низкого качества. Я лишь пытаюсь доказать себе и небольшому количеству тех, кто подписан на мой блог.
Доказать что? А доказать то, что Nintendo забанила данного человека по справедливости.
С предисловием покончено можно переходить к сути.

G2A это площадка для где можно покупать ключи для: Steam, Origin, Uplay, Xbox и подарочные карты в том числе от Nintendo. Вроде бы и звучит прекрасно. Цены слегка ниже, чем в оригинальном магазине.

Казалось бы почему бы не прикупить? Вроде всё хорошо. Могут подумать те люди, которое впервые слышат про данный магазин. Однако у этого магазина есть тёмная сторона.

В июле 2019 года выяснилось, что G2A просто мошенники, которые покупают ключи с играми с краденных кредитных карт. В результате чего банк блокирует кредитную карту и издатель/разработчик получает ничего. Это крайне не законное действие. Настолько не законное, что аж Ubisoft банила аккаунты в Uplay. Таким образом даже, если сейчас воспользоваться услугами G2A вы по праву можете считаться человеком, который поддерживает мошенников.

И куда это нас приводит? Верно. Капнем чуток глубже в статью Матвея Горунова.

И так. Матвей Горунов пишет следующее:

Уже несколько лет я являюсь большим фанатом компании Nintendo. Я интересуюсь их историей, могу назвать несколько интересных фактов, а также поставил себе цель со временем собрать большинство их консолей и интересующие меня игры. За пару лет я уже успел прикупить Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance SP, DS Lite, Wii U, New 3DS XL, Switch, NES mini и SNES mini. Эта любовь была безусловной, но, как оказалось, не взаимной.

Как трогательно и пафосно. Возможно учился у Itpedia. Но. Я лишь придираюсь к словам. (Как типичный пользователь DTF)

После недолгого перерыва я взял свою Nintendo Switch и с удивлением обнаружил, что консоль требует повторного входа в аккаунт. При попытке входа я получил странное сообщение, что обслуживание моей учетной записи приостановлено.

Дело было в субботу вечером, поэтому звонок в локальную поддержку ничего не дал (они работают только по будням). Написал письмо, в котором описал суть проблемы и попросил назвать причину блокировки, сразу и в российский, и в европейский саппорт. Дождавшись понедельника, повторно позвонил в колл-центр, где мне сказали, что по телефону помочь не смогут, только почтой.

Европейцы же ответили в первый рабочий день, но помогать мне не захотели.

Весьма странный момент. Nintendo of Europe не захотела прояснить ситуацию, но дальше больше.

В ответ я в очередной раз подчеркнул, что не нарушал никаких правил, я просто покупаю игры и играю в них. В 2020 году, когда всё больше людей взламывают их консоли, я продолжаю легально покупать игры, оплачивать подписку, а в ответ они даже не могут указать мне причину бана. Также я напомнил, что они обязаны предоставить доступ к товарам, которые я купил, иначе это похоже на мошенничество со стороны компании.

Мошенничество со стороны компании? Я бы слегка не был так уверен.

(Далее ему пришло письмо от Эндрю где было сказано, что он не может помочь.)

Я напомнил, что мне так никто и не предоставил причину бана и сообщил, что в таком случае мне придётся обратиться у суд, а на следующий день прилетела стандартная отписка.

При повторном обращении в российский колл-центр и описании ситуации мне снова посоветовали писать на почту (будто раньше я этого не делал).

В итоге, вся надежда остаётся на российский саппорт и запугивания их законом о защите прав потребителей и письмами в роспотребнадзор. Я уверен, что не нарушал пользовательское соглашение, я не использовал читы, не прошивал консоль, легально покупал игры.

Могу подумать только на единственный раз, когда я решил купить игру не в Nintendo eShop, а в виде ключа на g2a.com (возможно, он оказался каким-нибудь ворованным). Но даже в таком случае можно было бы по-человечески просто сообщить причину, я бы показал чек из интернет-магазина. Ну, на крайний случай, удалили бы игру, мне было бы проще пережить 3000₽, чем потерю аккаунта с действующей подпиской и купленными в eShop играми.

Ubisoft так же банила аккаунты своих пользователей за покупку ключа на G2A.

Что касается Nintendo так она забанила человека по справедливости. Однако есть весьма странные моменты.
1. Почему Nintendo не могла объяснить причину?
2. Почему Матвей ведёт себя подозрительно.

Да, именно подозрительно. Ибо позже он добавил следующее.

P.S. Для комментирующих в стиле «тывсёзнал» и «тыукрал»: последний раз я покупал на G2A в годы, когда его активно рекламировали (что-то около 2015), и никогда не сталкивался с подобным. Я не заядлый читатель этих ваших интернетов, чтобы знать, что площадка превратилась в сборище кардеров. Если бы я планировал купить ворованный ключ, я бы купил его не за 3к либо просто прошил бы консоль.

Заметили? Сначала он говорит, что припоминает когда купил ключ на G2A. В скобках помечает, что ключ возможно ворованный, а теперь он P.S. прикидывается, что он не знал, что G2A это площадка сборище мошенников.

Он знал на что идёт. Ибо даже если он покупал в 2015 году, вероятнее всего данный сайт ещё тогда имел скудную репутацию.

Лишь прикинулся дураком, а хомячки схавали.

Terms Of Service

1.1 This agreement, and all schedules and appendices attached or referred hereto, if any, (“Agreement”) is an agreement between you and GAMER2GAMER GLOBAL Pte. Ltd. (Company Registration No: 201537924K) having its principal office at 109 North Bridge Road, #05-21 Funan, Singapore 179097 (“G2G”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1.2 This Agreement shall govern, among others,

(a) the provision of the G2G Services (as hereinafter defined); and

(b) your use of the Platform (as hereinafter defined).

1.3 The Services are intended for, and may only be used by:

(a) individuals who are 18 years and older who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law, and

(b) individuals who are under the age of 18 with the consent and direct supervision of his/her parent or legal guardian. All transactions carried out by any individual under the age of 18 pursuant to this Agreement shall be deemed to have been approved by his/her legal guardian or parent and such legal guardian or parent shall be responsible for any and all activities conducted by such individual under the age of 18.

2.1 In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following words and expressions shall have the following meanings:

Account means the account created and used by you to access or use the Platform;

Business Day means a day that is not a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday or bank holiday in Singapore;

Buyer means the purchaser of any Goods and/or Services;

Goods and/or Services means the digital items, goods and/or services displayed, listed and/or offered by the Seller for sale through or on the Platform.

G2G Services mean the services and features provided or made available by G2G through or on the Platform from time to time, including without limitation the services provided by G2G to facilitate the Seller and the Buyer to enter into a Sale Contract with each other;

Information means any information, details, content, dimensions, data, maps, locations, photographs, text, descriptions, specifications, audio or video clips, graphics, and/or other materials;

Intellectual Property Rights mean all rights, titles and/or interests in, to and/or under patents, registered designs, designs, copyrights, names, marks, trade names, trademarks, service marks and logos and all other intellectual, industrial and/or proprietary rights;

Sale Contract means the agreement entered into between the relevant Seller and the relevant Buyer through the Platform for the sale of any of the Goods and/or Services;

Seller means a seller registered with G2G who displays, lists or offers any Goods and/or Services for sale through or on the Platform;

Personal Data shall have the meaning prescribed to it in the Privacy Policy;

Privacy Policy means the policy published by G2G on the Platform governing the processing of Personal Data;

Platform means the online platform (website, mobile site or mobile application) developed and/or operated by G2G;

Registration Process means the registration process set out by G2G for you to register and open the Account with G2G;

Representatives means the servants, employees, officers, agents, contractors, workmen, personnel and/or representatives of the relevant party; and

You/your means all users of the Platform, including without limitation the Sellers and the Buyers.

2.2 In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires:

(a) denoting the singular include the plural and vice-versa;

(b) words denoting natural persons include bodies corporate and unincorporated;

(c) references to any law, legislation or to any provision of any law or legislation shall include all relevant regulations, statutory requirements and instruments issued under such law, legislation or provision and any variation, modification or re-enactment of any of the foregoing;

(d) headings of this Agreement are inserted for convenience only and shall not affect the construction or interpretation of this Agreement;

(e) references to any party to this Agreement or any other agreement or instrument shall include that party’s successors and permitted assigns;

(f) no rule of construction or interpretation applies to the disadvantage or detriment of the party having control or being responsible for the preparation of this Agreement; and

(g) any words following the terms including, include or any similar phrase shall be construed as illustrative and shall not limit the generality of the related general words.

3.1 If you wish to have access to the Platform and G2G Services, you shall create an Account with G2G in accordance with the Registration Process. Upon successful registration, you may be given access to the Platform and G2G Services by logging in to your Account. G2G shall be entitled to perform a background check on you and shall have the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse to grant you access to the Platform and G2G Services or any part thereof. You may be asked to provide additional verification or information during the registration process.

3.2 You shall be solely responsible for keeping the username and password of your Account confidential and secured at all times and shall immediately notify G2G of any unauthorised access to your Account. Any instruction, notification or confirmation received by G2G from your Account shall be deemed to have been issued by you notwithstanding that such notification or confirmation may have been issued by a third party, whether authorized or otherwise, and you shall be bound by such instruction, notification or confirmation. G2G shall not be liable for acting on the instruction, notification or confirmation sent through your Account. G2G shall not be obliged to investigate the authenticity or authority of the person sending/effecting the instruction, notification or confirmation or verify the completeness of such instruction, notification or confirmation

3.3 You shall closely monitor all activities and transactions carried out through your Account and you shall take all steps and measures to check and verify the transaction history of your Account. You shall immediately notify G2G:

(a) of any unusual activities or transactions in connection with your Account or in the event that any of the activities or transactions are not accurately recorded in your Account;

(b) upon receipt of any incomplete, garbled or inaccurate data or information from G2G; and

(c) upon receipt of any data or information which is not intended for you and you shall not use or disclose any such data or information without G2G’s written consent.

3.4 Unless expressly agreed by G2G each person is limited to one Account. No Account may be created on behalf of or in order to impersonate another person. Should G2G discover that such a fraudulent account has been created, G2G shall be entitled to immediately suspend the account and reserves the right to take any further remedial action, including without limitation informing the relevant authorities, without any liability on the part of G2G.

4.1 All Sale Contracts are strictly made between the relevant Seller and the relevant Buyer to the full and absolute exclusion of G2G. G2G makes no representation and/or warranty of any kind as to the Goods and/or Services and G2G shall not be made liable or responsible to you in any manner whatsoever for any costs, loss, damages, claims, fines, penalties, liabilities and/or expenses howsoever arising from the Sale Contract, including without limitation for any negligence, delay, failure, fault and/or breach on the part of the relevant Seller or Buyer. The Buyer acknowledges that there is a risk that the relevant game developer may modify the Buyer’s game account and its content from purchases made by the Buyer via the Platform and G2G shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever in such circumstances. For the avoidance of doubt, all Goods and/or Services are offered by the relevant third party Seller and G2G is merely the facilitator of such Goods and/or Services. As such, G2G has no control over the quality, safety, morality or legality of any aspect of the items listed, the truth or accuracy of the listings. G2G is not obliged to conduct pre-screening on users. G2G cannot guarantee that a Buyer or Seller will actually complete a transaction.

4.2 Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Sale Contract shall be subject to and you shall observe and comply with the following terms and conditions:

(a) You shall not modify or cancel any Sale Contract formed via the Platform except with the agreement in writing of G2G and on the condition that you shall indemnify G2G in full against all loss, costs, damages, charges and expenses (including loss of profit) incurred by G2G as a result of such modification or cancellation;

(b) You shall carry out all your obligations in connection with the Sale Contract diligently in a timely manner and with due care and skill;

(c) The payment for the Sale Contract shall be made in accordance with Appendix A (PAYMENT) ; and

(d) You shall comply with any instructions, guidelines and/or policies as may be published or provided by G2G in connection with the Sale Contract from time to time.

4.3 In the event that any conflict, dispute and/or issue between you and another user or a third party in respect of the Sale Contract arises,

(a) we encourage you to contact the user or third party and use your best endeavour to resolve such conflict, dispute or issue fairly and amicably, which G2G shall use reasonable commercial efforts to facilitate.

(b) G2G may, but not obliged to, intervene or take part in the resolution of such conflict, dispute or issue for the benefit of users. G2G does so in good faith and at its sole and absolute discretion, in accordance with the dispute resolution process based upon G2G policies. G2G has no obligation to resolve disputes between users or between users and outside parties. You shall comply with all reasonable instructions as may be made by G2G in connection thereof.

(c) Users may approach the claims tribunal of their local jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising from a transaction.

(d) G2G shall have the right to retain any sums paid by the Buyer for the relevant Goods and/or Services until a mutually amicable binding resolution has been reached; and

(e) You release G2G (and G2G’s officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from any and all demands, damages and claims (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with disputes with one or more users, or a third party to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law..

4.4 You may list and sell your Goods and/or Services on the Platform in accordance with the procedures set out on the Platform subject to all conditions and requirements as may be imposed by G2G from time to time.

4.5 G2G may at its absolute discretion:

(a) categorise the Seller into the relevant group of Sellers based on G2G’ criteria; and

(b) determine the range of prices for the Goods and/or Services.

4.6 Each Seller warrants, represents, acknowledges and/or confirms that:

(a) it has procured all necessary permission, right, licence, consent and/or approval from the relevant third parties and/or the local laws to publish, display and offer the Goods and/or Services for sale through the Platform (including without limitation the publishing of all Information in connection with the Goods and/or Services on the Platform) and such publishing, displaying and offering will neither infringe any third party rights nor violate local laws;

(b) it shall honour and perform all the Sale Contracts and shall not engage in any conduct or carry out any action which may affect the Buyer’s entitlement to the purchased Goods and/or Services;

(c) it is able to provide, transfer or deliver the Goods and/or Services to the Buyer in a timely manner (i.e. when the Buyer has confirmed the order with G2G or when the Buyer has made the payment for the relevant Goods and/or Services whichever earlier);

(d) the Goods and/or Services are accurately described and the Goods and/or Services delivered or provided to the Buyer will conform with its description; and

(e) it shall not directly or indirectly recruit and/or poach any Buyers or enter into any independent transaction with the Buyer other than through the Platform.

4.7 The Seller shall be solely liable for all claims in relation to and in connection with the Sale Contract, including, without limitation, non-delivery, defective quality and/or misdescription of the Goods and/or Services.

4.8 G2G shall not in any manner whatsoever be construed, at law or otherwise, to owe a fiduciary duty to the Seller in respect of the obligations on the part of the Buyer to pay the price of the purchased Goods and/or Services.

5.1 Payment shall be made by you in accordance with Appendix A (PAYMENT).

5.2 If requested or notified by G2G, the Seller shall deposit the sum stipulated in the relevant Policy as Security Deposit (as described in the relevant Policy) prior to listing or displaying any of its Goods and/or Services on the Platform.

5.3 G2G shall be entitled to withhold the sum stipulated in the relevant Policy (if any) as Rolling Reserve (as described in the relevant Policy) in respect of each Sale Contract.

6.1 You shall, at your own cost and expense:

(a) comply with all applicable law, statutes, bye-law, regulations, orders, delegated or subordinate legislation, regulatory policies, notices, determinations, guidelines, directives and/or any other requirements of any governmental, statutory and/or regulatory bodies and/or departments from time to time;

(b) obtain and maintain throughout the duration of this Agreement, all necessary approvals, consents, licences and permissions (statutory, regulatory, contractual or otherwise) in relation to your obligations and activities under this Agreement and the Sale Contract; and

(c) comply with all guidelines, rules, regulations, policies, instructions and procedures in connection with the Platform and G2G Services as imposed or may be imposed by G2G from time to time.

7.1 In consideration of you agreeing to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, G2G grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform and G2G Services solely and to the extent necessary for the purpose of this Agreement. The Platform and/or the G2G Services shall not be commercialised in any manner whatsoever.

7.2 The Platform, G2G Services, and/or all Information contained on, in or made available through the Platform and/or G2G Services shall be collectively referred to as “G2G Platform/Services” and reference to G2G Platform/Services shall include any part thereof. Save and except as otherwise stated in this Agreement or with G2G’s prior written consent, you shall not and shall not attempt to, whether by yourself or by allowing any third party:

(a) copy, distribute, recreate, and/or disseminate G2G Platform/Services except where such act is incidental to the normal use of G2G Platform/Services, or where it is necessary for the purpose of this Agreement or other back-up and/or operational security reasons;

(b) rent, lease, sub-license, loan, translate, merge, adapt, vary or modify G2G Platform/Services;

(c) make alterations or modifications to the whole or any part of G2G Platform/Services, or permit G2G Platform/Services to be combined with, or become incorporated in, any other programs;

(d) disassemble, decompile, reverse-engineer or create derivative works based on the whole or any part of G2G Platform/Services;

(e) provide or otherwise make available the underlying software of the Platform in whole or in part (including object and source code), in any form to any person;

(f) use G2G Platform/Services in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with or not authorised by this Agreement, or act fraudulently or maliciously;

(g) collect or harvest any Information from G2G Platform/Services or G2G’s systems or attempt to decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running any of the G2G Services;

(h) access any data or Information not intended for you, including without limitation logging into a server or an account which you are not authorized to access;

(i) use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Platform and/or transmit or distribute any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data into or through the Platform or any operating system;

(j) misuse, abuse or hack into any aspect of G2G Platform/Services in any manner whatsoever or otherwise compromise the integrity of G2G’s software or systems;

(k) send, advertise or publish any unsolicited advertising or promotional content through or on G2G Platform/Services; and

(l) use G2G Platform/Services in a way that could: (i) damage, disable, overburden, impair or compromise G2G’s systems, software and/or security; or (ii) interfere with other users’ use and enjoyment of G2G Platform/Services.

8.1 You shall ensure that all Information provided to G2G or published on the Platform by you is true, complete, accurate and up-to-date and that you have all the necessary authority and right to publish or provide such Information. You warrant that G2G’s use of any such Information will not infringe the right (including without limitation the Intellectual Property Rights) of any third party.

8.2 You shall not transmit or post (or cause to be transmitted or posted) through or on the Platform and/or G2G Services any Information which is or may be unlawful, technologically harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable, which encourages or may encourage conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law or which violates or infringes or may violate or infringe the rights of others.

8.3 By submitting or uploading any Information on or through the Platform and/or G2G Services, you automatically grant, or warrant that the owner of such Information has expressly granted, G2G the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to reproduce, share, publish and distribute such Information (in whole or in part) on or through the Platform save and except for the Personal Data which is to be processed by G2G in accordance with the Privacy Notice published on the Platform.

9.1 You shall comply with and observe all the relevant terms, conditions and requirements contained in the policies published by G2G on the Platform (“ Policies” ).

9.2 For the avoidance of doubt, the Policies shall form part of this Agreement and you shall be bound by the same.

10.1 The Platform may contain links to third party sites or to resources provided by third parties (“ Third Party Sites/Content ”). The Third Party Sites/Content are linked solely for your convenience. G2G has no control over and G2G assumes no responsibility for the Information contained in such Third Party Sites/Content. G2G accepts no responsibility for any loss and/or damage that may arise from your use of the Third Party Sites/Content. If you decide to access any of the Third Party Sites/Content, you hereby agree to do so entirely at your own risk.

11.1 All Personal Data collected by G2G will be processed by G2G in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Platform.

11.2 To the extent that any of the data or Information extended to you by G2G and/or collected or processed by you on behalf of G2G, pursuant to this Agreement, consists of Personal Data, you agree to: (i) comply with the requirements of the Privacy Policy, and shall not conduct yourself in such a manner as to cause G2G to be in breach of its obligations (as a “data user”) under the Privacy Policy, (ii) observe G2G’s published policies on Personal Data protection from time to time, (iii) on reasonable request by G2G, give G2G access to any Personal Data, and (iv) immediately notify G2G if you become aware of a breach or possible breach of your obligations in relation to the processing of the Personal Data under this Agreement. This Clause shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

12.1 “ Confidential Information ” means all Information of any kind, whether in machine readable or visually readable form, oral or otherwise and whether or not labelled as “Confidential”, that are made available by or on behalf of the disclosing party to the receiving party, whether before or after the commencement of the term of this Agreement, for the purposes relating to or in connection with this Agreement. The Confidential Information shall include without limitation technical information, data, know-how, information relating to the disclosing party’s or their respective affiliates’ business, trade secrets, revenue or income information, marketing strategies, financial condition and operations, and any other information that is by its nature confidential and proprietary to the disclosing Party or its suppliers/affiliates.

12.2 “Confidential Information” shall not include information that: (i) was, at the time of its disclosure, already in the possession of the receiving party free of any obligation to keep it confidential and such party can establish, through reasonably sufficient and credible competent evidence, such prior possession; (ii) is independently developed by the receiving party, (iii) is or becomes generally available to the public other than as a result of a breach of this Agreement by the receiving party or its Representatives; or (iv) becomes available to the receiving party on a non-confidential basis from a source other than the disclosing party or its Representatives; provided, however, that such source is not to the knowledge of the receiving party bound by a confidentiality agreement or other legal or fiduciary obligation of secrecy to the disclosing party.

12.3 Unless otherwise stated herein, the receiving party of any of the Confidential Information agrees not to disclose such Confidential Information to any person except (i) where such disclosure is required by law or the regulations of any securities exchange or court of competent jurisdiction; (ii) where such disclosure is permitted under this Agreement; (iii) to their respective Representatives and/or legal, financial and/or accounting advisors who have a definite need to know such Confidential Information; and/or (iv) with prior written approval of the disclosing party.

12.4 In the event that any of G2G’s Confidential Information is required to be disclosed in any manner due to the requirements of any applicable law or the regulations of any securities exchange or securities trading system, or court of competent jurisdiction, you shall give prompt written notice to G2G prior to any disclosure sufficient under the circumstances to allow G2G to seek a protective order or other appropriate remedy. You shall: (i) only disclose such minimum information as is legally required and shall, at the request of G2G, use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain confidential treatment for G2G’s Confidential Information that is to be disclosed and allow G2G, if it wishes, to also take such measures as it deems necessary or desirable to challenge any such disclosure or to otherwise redact or minimize such disclosure; and (ii) fully cooperate with G2G.

12.5 All Confidential Information shall solely be used for the purpose of this Agreement.

12.6 Notwithstanding anything contained herein, G2G shall be entitled to disclose your Information to the relevant Seller, Buyer or G2G’s service providers for the purpose of providing the G2G Services. You hereby irrevocably and unconditionally authorises G2G to forward your contact Information to the relevant Seller or Buyer for the purpose of the Sale Contract.

12.7 This Clause shall survive the termination or expiry of this Agreement for any reason whatsoever.

13.1 All existing Intellectual Property Rights of G2G, its contractors, partners, services providers, suppliers, or licensors (if any) shall belong and remain with its respective owner. Nothing in this Agreement shall transfer or assign such Intellectual Property Rights to you.

13.2 All Intellectual Property Rights created and/or developed pursuant to this Agreement by G2G (its suppliers, contractors, partners and/or licensors (if any)) shall belong absolutely to G2G.

13.3 You shall not, whether by yourself or through any other person, engage in any conduct which will infringe the Intellectual Property Rights of G2G or those of any third party in relation to your use of the Platform and/or the G2G Services.

13.4 You shall use any Information and/or properties made available to you by G2G under this Agreement in which any of G2G’s Intellectual Property Rights subsist solely for the purpose of and only to the extent permitted by this Agreement. This Clause shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

14.1 Notwithstanding anything contained herein, if the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (“Act”) applies and if you are dealing as a consumer under the Act (consumer shall have the meaning prescribed to it by the Act, “Consumer”), (a) this Agreement is only intended to exclude or limit the remedies and rights you may have to the maximum extent permitted by the Act; and (b) nothing in this Agreement is intended to exclude or limit G2G’s liability to you for any loss or damage arising from (i) G2G’s negligence; or (ii) G2G’s breach of any express or implied terms of this Agreement without adequate justification.

15.1 G2G warrants that the G2G Services will be provided with reasonable care and skill.

15.2 Information made available to you through the Platform or G2G Services may be furnished to G2G by third party, including without limitation the Seller and other users of the Platform. While G2G will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that such Information is communicated to you in its original form as supplied by the third party, G2G does not warrant that the said Information is accurate, complete, reliable, original, current, or error-free.

15.3 In relation to the use of the Platform and/or G2G Services, G2G does not warrant that:

(a) the functions contained in the Platform and/or G2G Services will meet your requirements;

(b) the operation of the Platform and/or G2G Services will be uninterrupted or error-free;

(c) any defects in the Platform and/or G2G Services will be corrected; and

(d) the Platform is free of viruses, bugs, online interruption or other harmful threats. You shall be responsible for implementing all necessary security and virus protection measures on or in your computer or mobile device before accessing the Platform.

15.4 You understand, acknowledge and agree that:

(a) advice or recommendations are a matter of opinion and may not represent the true application, quality or feature of a particular service, as such you accept that any advice or recommendation given by G2G, its employees or agents is followed or acted upon entirely at your own risk, and accordingly G2G shall not be liable for any such advice or recommendation;

(b) all transactions conducted on the Platform are through telecommunication and data network. As such, your receipt of the notification from G2G and vice versa may be delayed or prevented by factors affecting the relevant service providers and other relevant parties. You accept that G2G cannot guarantee the prompt delivery of such notification or confirmation; and

(c) there may be certain times that the Platform or G2G Services may not be available due to maintenance, updating or upgrading works, or such other reasons beyond the control of G2G. G2G makes no warranty that the Platform and/or G2G Services will be available at all times and G2G shall not be held responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for such unavailability.

16.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law and the Act,

(a) the Platform, G2G Services and all Information made available to you by G2G via the Platform and/or G2G Services are provided on an «as is» and “as available” basis, without warranty of any kind, and G2G hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with respect to the Platform, the G2G Services and Information made available to you by G2G unless otherwise stated in this Agreement;

(b) G2G shall not be liable to you for any costs, loss, damages, claims, fines, penalties, liabilities and/or expenses howsoever arising from the provision of any Information made available to you by G2G through the Platform;

(c) in no event shall G2G be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive and/or consequential damages and/or losses, loss of profit, goodwill, production and/or revenue and/or any other type of special losses and/or damages howsoever arising whether or not such losses and/or damages were reasonably foreseeable or G2G had been advised of the possibility of same incurring; and

(d) G2G’s maximum and cumulative total liability (including any liability for acts and omissions of its Representatives) in respect of any and all costs, loss, damages, claims, fines, penalties, liabilities and/or expenses howsoever arising under this Agreement shall not exceed SGD30 or the relevant fees paid by you for the G2G Services in dispute whichever is higher.

17.1 You agree to defend, indemnify and hold G2G, its affiliates and each of their respective directors, officers, employees and agents harmless from and against all costs, loss, damages, claims, fines, penalties, liabilities and/or expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising howsoever under this Agreement including without limitation arising from or in connection with negligence, omission, and/or breach of this Agreement on your part. This indemnity shall be granted whether or not legal proceedings are instituted and, if such proceedings are instituted, irrespective of the means, manner or nature of any settlement, compromise or determination. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this clause shall prevent or restrict G2G enforcing any other rights and obligations owed to it under this Agreement.

18.1 G2G shall not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of this Agreement by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of the G2G’s obligations under this Agreement, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond G2G’s reasonable control, including but not limited to:

(a) fire, act of God, storm, explosion, earthquake, flood, tempest, accident or other natural disaster;

(b) war or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition;

(c) acts, restrictions, regulations, bye laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental, parliamentary or local authority;

(d) strikes, lock outs or other industrial actions or trade disputes;

(e) difficulties in obtaining raw materials, labour, fuel, parts or machinery; and/or

(f) telecommunication, transportation, power supply, or system disturbances or failures, or breakdown in machinery affecting the Platform, G2G Services or any part thereof.

19.1 Without prejudice to any other rights G2G may have under this Agreement or at law, G2G shall have the right to immediately (without notice):

(a) suspend or cease your access to the Platform and/or G2G Services;

(b) remove any Information submitted, uploaded or transmitted by you to or through the Platform;

(c) suspend or limit any or all of the activities and/or transactions in connection with your Account; and/

(d) withhold, retain or forfeit any payment due, owing to you;

in any of the following events:

(a) G2G is of the opinion that your performance of any of the Sale Contracts is not satisfactory in G2G’s sole discretion;

(b) G2G is of reasonable opinion that your use of the Platform and/or G2G Services will interfere or cause disturbances to other user’s use or enjoyment of the Platform or G2G Services; or

(c) you are found to be in breach of any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement or G2G suspects, on reasonable grounds, that you may have committed any such breach.

20.1 Without prejudice to any other rights that G2G may have under this Agreement or at law, G2G may immediately terminate this Agreement by notice in writing if:

(a) you are in breach of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and such breach is not remedied by you within thirty (30) days’ of G2G’s written notice; or

(b) you shall pass a resolution for winding up or becomes, threatens or resolves to become or is in jeopardy of becoming subject to any form of insolvency administration, including without limitation bankruptcy proceedings, or if a receiving order is made against you or you make any arrangement or composition with your creditors.

20.2 Without prejudice to any other rights and remedies G2G may have under this Agreement or at law, upon termination:

(a) all rights granted to you under this Agreement shall cease;

(b) you shall immediately cease all activities authorised by this Agreement; and

(c) you shall immediately destroy or, at G2G’s request, promptly return all G2G’s Confidential Information which is in your possession and to certify to G2G that you have done so

21.1 G2G shall have the right at any time to add, delete, amend, or modify this Agreement, or any part thereof, or to impose new conditions, including, but not limited to, adding fees and charges for access and use. Such addition, deletion, amendment, or modification shall be effective immediately upon notice thereof, which may be given by means of, including, but not limited to, posting on the Platform, or by electronic or conventional mail, or by any other means by which you obtain notice thereof. Any use of the Platform and/or G2G Services by you after the issuance of such notice shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of this Agreement with such addition, deletion, amendment, or modification.

21.2 You shall immediately notify G2G in the event that you are not agreeable to any such addition, deletion, amendment, or modification and this Agreement shall be deemed terminated upon your notification to G2G of your disagreement unless otherwise agreed by G2G.

21.3 G2G shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Platform and/or G2G Services, including, but not limited to, content, hours of availability, and equipment needed for access and use.

21.4 No amendment or variation of this Agreement by you shall be valid and binding unless approved in writing by both parties.

22.1 to the address, email address or facsimile notified by the other party or made available to the other party though the Platform. Such notice shall be deemed to have been served (a) if delivered personally, the next Business Day after it has been delivered; (b) if sent by registered mail or courier, five (5) days after dispatch; (c) if sent by facsimile, upon receiving the confirmation report stating successful transmission of the facsimile if sent before 5p.m. on a Business Day and if sent after 5p.m. on a Business Day or on a non-Business Day, the next Business Day; or (d) if sent by e-mail, upon successful delivery of the email and recorded as a sent email if sent before 5p.m. on a Business Day and if sent after 5p.m. on a Business Day or on a non-Business Day, the next Business Day.

22.2 Except as otherwise agreed or provided in this Agreement, all notices and other communications to be given to any party pursuant to this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be valid and sufficient if dispatched or sent in the following manner:

(a) by posting, publishing or sending a notification on or through the relevant Platform;

(b) by email to your email address provided or notified by you;

(c) by publication in a newspaper; or

(d) by short messaging services (SMS) to your mobile phone number registered with G2G.

(a) by hand, registered post, courier or other registered postal service to:

22.3 Notices shall be deemed to have been served (a) if delivered personally, the next Business Day after it has been delivered; (b) if sent by registered mail or courier, three (3) Business Days after dispatch; (c) if sent by e-mail, upon successful delivery of the email and recorded as a sent email if sent before 5p.m. on a Business Day and if sent after 5p.m. or on a non-Business Day, the next Business Day; (d) if sent by way of posting, publishing or sending a notification on or through the relevant Platform or by SMS, immediately upon successful posting, publishing or sending if posted, published or sent before 5p.m. on a Business Day and if posted, published or sent after 5p.m. or on a non-Business Day, the next Business Day.

22.4 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this clause, notification by way of email shall not be applicable to or valid with respect to any legal, notices, claims, demands, suits, actions and/or proceedings.

23.1 This Agreement (together with any documents referred to herein) constitutes the whole agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any prior agreements, understandings or arrangements between them, whether oral or in writing relating to the subject matter hereof and no representation, undertaking or promise shall be taken to have been given or be implied from anything said or written in negotiations between the parties prior to this Agreement except as set out in this Agreement.

24.1 You shall not transfer, assign, novate and/or sub-contract any of your rights and/or obligations contained in this Agreement to a third party without G2G’s prior written consent. G2G may transfer, assign, novate, and/or sub-contract any or all of its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any of its affiliates.

25.1 No failure or delay on the part of a party in exercising any rights or remedies under this Agreement at any time or for any period of time nor any knowledge or acquiescence by a Party of, or in, any breach of any provision of this Agreement shall operate as or be deemed to be a waiver thereof nor shall a waiver by that party of any breach constitute a continuing waiver in respect of any subsequent or continuing breach. A provision of right or remedy under this Agreement may not be waived except in writing signed by the waiving party.

26.1 This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties and their permitted legal assigns and successors in title.

27.1 Any term, condition, stipulation, provision, covenant or undertaking (“Provision”, and any reference to Provision shall include any part thereof) contained in this Agreement which is illegal, invalid or unenforceable shall be fully severable and ineffective to the extent of such illegality, invalidity or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining Provisions contained in this Agreement which shall not be affected by the illegal, invalid or unenforceable Provision or by its severance herefrom. This Agreement shall be construed and enforced as if such illegal, invalid or unenforceable Provision had never comprised a part hereof. Where any Provision of, or the application of any provision of this Agreement is illegal or unenforceable or deemed to be illegal or unenforceable, the Provision shall continue to apply with the necessary modification in order that the Provision is legal, valid and enforceable provision.

28.1 Nothing in this Agreement shall create, or be deemed to create, a joint venture or partnership between/among the parties. No party has any authority to act, make representations or bind or contract on behalf of the other party.

29.1 The construction, validity and performance of this Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of Singapore. The parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

30.1 The covenants, conditions and provisions of this Agreement which are capable of having effect and which shall by its nature survive after the termination or expiration of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect following the termination or expiration of this Agreement.

1.1 The relevant Buyer shall pay the sum in respect of any Sale Contract (“Sale Contract Sum”) through the payment gateways available on the Platform subject to any terms and conditions as may be imposed by the relevant payment gateway service provider.

1.2 Upon successful delivery of the purchased Goods and/or Services and submission of all necessary supporting documentation as may be required by G2G evidencing successful delivery, G2G will credit the relevant Sale Contract Sum into the Seller’s Account via the payment method selected by the Seller after deducting the fees as may be charged by G2G subject to G2G’s right to retain any sum under this Agreement Provided Always that G2G has not received any complaints or notice of dispute from the Buyer and the Buyer has successfully received the relevant Goods and/or Services.

1.3 G2G shall be entitled to withhold the Contract Sum for such period as may be determined by G2G in accordance with this Agreement, including without limitation the relevant Policies (GamerProtect).

1.4 Any payments made by G2G to the Seller shall be in accordance with the timeframe and cut-off time determined by G2G, subject to such variation or modification as G2G shall in its absolute discretion determine from time to time.

1.5 G2G shall be entitled to charge G2G Services/Administration Fees for G2G Services.

1.6 All G2G Services/Administration Fees displayed on the Platform shall be exclusive of taxes.

1.6 You shall not be entitled to set off any payment due to G2G against any claim made by or payments due to you.

1.7 In the event that G2G has reason to suspect that you are engaged in any fraudulent or other similar activity, G2G shall have the absolute discretion to cancel any payment request made by you.

Affiliate Agreement

1.1 This agreement, and all schedules and appendices attached or referred hereto, if any, (“Agreement”) is an agreement between you and GAMER2GAMER GLOBAL Pte. Ltd. (Company Registration No: 201537924K) having its principal office at 109 North Bridge Road, #05-21 Funan, Singapore 179097 (“G2G”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) in relation to your participation in the Affiliate Program (hereinafter defined).

1.2 The Services are intended for, and may only be used by:

(a) individuals who are 18 years and older who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law, and

(b) individuals under the age of 18 who use the Services with a parent or legal guardian permission and under their direct supervision. If you are the parent or legal guardian, you are responsible for any and all activities conducted on your account. As examples, and without limiting the foregoing sentence, the parent or legal guardian must approve all transactions in connection with G2G.

2.1 In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following words and expressions shall have the following meanings:

Account means the account created and used by you in connection with the Affiliate Program;

Affiliate means an affiliate of the Affiliate Program;

Affiliate Program means the program developed and/or operated by G2G to allow HyperText Markup Language (“HTML”) Linking (through the establishment of the Link pursuant to the terms and conditions contained herein);

Applicable Law all applicable law, statutes, bye-law, regulations, orders, delegated or subordinate legislation, regulatory policies, notices, determinations, guidelines, directives and/or any other requirements of any governmental, statutory and/or regulatory bodies and/or departments;

Business Day means a day that is not a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday or bank holiday in Singapore;

Information means any information, details, content, dimensions, data, maps, locations, photographs, text, descriptions, specifications, audio or video clips, graphics, and/or other materials;

Intellectual Property Rights mean all rights, titles and/or interests in, to and/or under patents, registered designs, designs, copyrights, names, marks, trade names, trademarks, service marks and logos and all other intellectual, industrial and/or proprietary rights;

Link the HTML link (“reflink” or “referral link”) which is to be established by the Affiliate and displayed or placed at the mutually agreed Affiliate’s Platform (“your Platform”) that links to any of the online Platforms developed, owned or operated by G2G as G2G may determine from time to time (“our Platform”);

Personal Data shall have the meaning prescribed to it in the Privacy Policy;

Privacy Policy means the policy published by G2G on G2G’s Platform governing the processing of Personal Data;

Platform means the online platform (website, mobile site or mobile application, as the case maybe) developed, owned and/or operated by relevant party;

Enrolment Process means the enrolment process set out by G2G for you to be enrolled as an Affiliate; and

Representatives means the servants, employees, officers, agents, contractors, workmen, personnel and/or representatives of the relevant party.

2.2 In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires:

(a) denoting the singular include the plural and vice-versa;

(b) words denoting natural persons include bodies corporate and unincorporated;

(c) references to any law, legislation or to any provision of any law or legislation shall include all relevant regulations, statutory requirements and instruments issued under such law, legislation or provision and any variation, modification or re-enactment of any of the foregoing;

(d) headings of this Agreement are inserted for convenience only and shall not affect the construction or interpretation of this Agreement;

(e) references to any party to this Agreement or any other agreement or instrument shall include that party’s successors and permitted assigns;

(f) no rule of construction or interpretation applies to the disadvantage or detriment of the party having control or being responsible for the preparation of this Agreement; and

(g) any words following the terms including, include or any similar phrase shall be construed as illustrative and shall not limit the generality of the related general words.

3.1 If you wish to participate in the Affiliate Program, you shall submit an application to us in accordance with the Enrolment Process. We shall be entitled to perform a background check on you and reject your application at our sole discretion. The fact that we auto-approve your application does not imply that we may not re-evaluate your application at a later time.

3.2 Upon successful registration, you will be given access to the Affiliate Program Manager via the Account created with us, in which you will be able to:

(a) view the details in connection with the Affiliate Program and previously-published newsletters,

(b) download HTML code and banner creative. In order for us to accurately keep track of all guest visits from your Platform to our Platform, you must use the HTML code that we provide; and

(c) browse and get tracking codes for our coupons and deals.

3.3 You shall be solely responsible for keeping the username and password of your confidential and secured at all times and shall immediately notify us of any unauthorised access to your Account. Any instruction, notification or confirmation received by us from your Account shall be deemed to have been issued by you notwithstanding that such notification or confirmation may have been issued by a third party, whether authorized or otherwise, and you shall be bound by such instruction, notification or confirmation. We shall not be liable for acting on the instruction, notification or confirmation sent through your Account. We shall not be obliged to investigate the authenticity or authority of the person sending/effecting the instruction, notification or confirmation or verify the completeness of such instruction, notification or confirmation.

3.4 You shall closely monitor all activities and transactions carried out through your Account and you shall take all steps and measures to check and verify the transaction history of your Account. You shall immediately notify us:

(a) of any unusual activities or transactions in connection with your Account or in the event that any of the activities or transactions are not accurately recorded in your Account;

(b) upon receipt of any incomplete, garbled or inaccurate data or information from us; and

(c) upon receipt of any data or information which is not intended for you and you shall not use or disclose any such data or information without our written consent.

3.5 Unless expressly agreed by us, each person is limited to one Account. No Account may be created on behalf of or in order to impersonate another person. Should we discover that such a fraudulent account has been created, we shall be entitled to immediately delete the account and reserves the right to take any further remedial action, including without limitation informing the relevant authorities, without any liability on the part of G2G.

4.1 Your participation in our Affiliate Program shall commence upon our acceptance of your application and shall continue for an initial term of twelve (12) months. This Agreement shall automatically be renewed for successive periods of twelve (12) months until and unless either party gives the other party at least thirty (30) days’ written notice prior to the expiry of the relevant term of its intention not to renew the Agreement.

5.1 Payment shall be made in accordance with Appendix A (PAYMENT).

6.1 You represent and warrant that:

(a) all Information provided by you to G2G and/or published by you on your Platform is true, complete, accurate and up-to-date and that you have all the necessary authority and right to publish or provide such Information;

(b) your Platform and all such Information made available on or through your Platform will not infringe the rights, including without limitation the Intellectual Property Rights, of any third party. You must have express permission to use any third party’s copyrighted Information, whether it be text, an image, or any other copyrightable work; and

(c) your Platform is operated in a lawful manner.

6.2 You shall not transmit or post (or cause to be transmitted or posted) through or on our and your Platforms any Information which is or may be unlawful, technologically harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable (in our sole discretion), which encourages or may encourage conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law or which violates or infringes or may violate or infringe the rights of others. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, your Platform shall not contain and will be deemed unsuitable in the event if it contains any Information which:

(a) is sexually explicit;

(b) portrays or promotes violence;

(d) involves or promotes illegal activities;

(e) incorporates any materials which infringe or assist others to infringe on any copyright, trademark or other Intellectual Property Rights or to violate the law; and/or

(f) contains software downloads that potentially enable diversions of traffic/click from other affiliates in our program.

6.3 The operation, use, content and maintenance of your Platform is your sole responsibility. We may monitor your Platform to ensure that your Platform is operated in a manner consistent with our policies and the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.

6.4 You shall promptly notify us of any significant changes to the content or structure of your Platform or in the event that your Platform is unavailable for a period of 72 consecutive hours.

6.5 You shall not create, design or revamp your Platform or any other Platform that you operate in a manner which directly or indirectly resembles our Platform or which may lead end users to believe that such Platform operated or owned by you is associated with G2G in any manner whatsoever.

7.1 During the term of this Agreement and subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access our Platform and to establish the Link to our Platform solely and only to the extent necessary for the purpose of this Agreement.

7.2 You shall establish and maintain at least one (1) Link at your sole cost and expense which allow the visitors or users of your Platform to navigate directly to our Platform by clicking on the Link.

7.3 We shall have the right, at any time, to review the placement of the Link on your Platform and the manner in which the Link is being made available to the visitors or users of your Platform. We shall be entitled to request that the Link and/or the placement of the Link be amended. You shall comply with all such reasonable request made by us.

7.4 The Affiliate shall not introduce, install, transmit or use any “interstitials,” “Parasiteware,” “Parasitic Marketing,” “Shopping Assistance Application,” “Toolbar Installations and/or Add-ons,” “Shopping Wallets”, “deceptive pop-ups and/or pop-unders” or any other similar tool or software which may interfere with or affect the Link and/or the user’s use of our Platform upon clicking on the Link.

7.5 For the purpose of this Clause, “Parasiteware” and “Parasitic Marketing” shall include primarily an application that (a) through accidental or direct intent causes the overwriting of affiliate and non affiliate commission tracking cookies through any other means than a customer initiated click on a qualifying link on a web page or email; (b) intercepts searches to redirect traffic through an installed software, thereby causing, pop ups, commission tracking cookies to be put in place or other commission tracking cookies to be overwritten where a user would under normal circumstances have arrived at the same destination through the results given by the search (search engines being, but not limited to, Google, MSN, Yahoo, Overture, AltaVista, Hotbot and similar search or directory engines); (c) set commission tracking cookies through loading of G2G’s Platform in IFrames, hidden links and automatic pop ups that open G2G’s Platform; (d) targets text on web sites, other than those web sites 100% owned by the application owner, for the purpose of contextual marketing; or (e) removes, replaces or blocks the visibility of Affiliate banners with any other banners, other than those that are on web sites 100% owned by the owner of the application.

8.1 Our Platform, the services made available by us to you, and/or all Information contained on, in or made available through our Platform shall be collectively referred to as “G2G Platform/Services” and reference to G2G Platform/Services shall include any part thereof. Save and except as otherwise stated in this Agreement or with our prior written consent, you shall not and shall not attempt to, whether by yourself or by allowing any third party:

(a) commercialise G2G Platform/Services;

(b) copy, distribute, recreate, and/or disseminate G2G Platform/Services except where such act is incidental to the normal use of G2G Platform/Services, or where it is necessary for the purpose of this Agreement or other back-up and/or operational security reasons;

(c) rent, lease, sub-license, loan, translate, merge, adapt, vary or modify G2G Platform/Services;

(d) make alterations or modifications to the whole or any part of G2G Platform/Services, or permit G2G Platform/Services to be combined with, or become incorporated in, any other programs;

(e) disassemble, decompile, reverse-engineer or create derivative works based on the whole or any part of G2G Platform/Services;

(f) provide or otherwise make available the underlying software of the Platform in whole or in part (including object and source code), in any form to any person;

(g) use G2G Platform/Services in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with or not authorised by this Agreement, or act fraudulently or maliciously;

(h) collect or harvest any Information from G2G Platform/Services or G2G’s systems or attempt to decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running any of the services provided or hosted on or through our Platform;

(i) access any data or Information not intended for you, including without limitation logging into a server or an account which you are not authorized to access;

(j) use any device, software or routine to interfere with the proper working of our Platform and/or transmit or distribute any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data or cause any such malicious code, viruses, or harmful data to be transmitted or distributed into or through our Platform or any operating system. You shall continuously operate nationally recognized virus scanning software to ensure that your Platform does not contain any virus or any other contaminant;

(k) misuse, abuse or hack into any aspect of G2G Platform/Services in any manner whatsoever or otherwise compromise the integrity of G2G’s software or systems;

(l) send, advertise or publish any unsolicited advertising or promotional content through or on G2G Platform/Services; and

(m) collect or harvest any Information from G2G Platform/Services or G2G’s systems or attempt to decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running any of the services provided or hosted on or through our Platform;

9.1 You are free to promote your own Platform provided that no Information in which any of our Intellectual Property Rights subsist is used in such promotional or advertisement materials. At all times, you must clearly represent yourself and your Platform as independent from G2G. The use of any Information in which any of our Intellectual Property Rights subsist shall be subject to our prior written consent. In the event that we grant you the right to incorporate any Information in which our Intellectual Property Rights subsist in your promotional or advertisement materials, you shall comply with the rules below:

(a) advertising commonly referred to as “spamming” is unacceptable to us and could cause damage to our name;

(b) the use of unsolicited commercial email (UCE), postings to non-commercial newsgroups and cross-posting to multiple newsgroups at once is unacceptable and shall be prohibited;

(c) you may not advertise in any way that effectively conceals or misrepresents your identity, your domain name, or your return email address; and

(d) all such Information contained in the promotional or advertisement materials shall come from a lawful source and shall be truthful, honest and accurate.

9.2 We shall be entitled to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program immediately without notice in the event that you are found to be in breach of any of the foregoing rules. Any pending balances or commission owed to you shall be forfeited by us.

9.3 Affiliates that among other keywords or exclusively bid in their Pay-Per-Click (“PPC”) campaigns on keywords such as G2G.com, G2G, www.G2G, www.G2G.com, and/or any misspellings or similar alterations of these – be it separately or in combination with other keywords – and do not direct the traffic from such campaigns to their own website prior to re-directing it to ours, will be considered trademark violators, and will be banned from G2G’s Affiliate Program. We will do everything possible to contact the affiliate prior to the ban. However, we reserve the right to expel any trademark violator from our affiliate program without prior notice, and on the first occurrence of such PPC bidding behavior.

10.1 You shall, at your own cost and expense:

(a) comply with all Applicable Law relating to this Agreement and the operation of your Platform from time to time;

(b) obtain and maintain throughout the duration of this Agreement, all necessary approvals, consents, licences and permissions (statutory, regulatory, contractual or otherwise) in relation to your obligations and activities under this Agreement and the operation of your Platform; and

(c) comply with all guidelines, rules, regulations, policies, instructions and procedures in connection with the Affiliate Program as imposed or may be imposed from time to time by G2G at G2G’s absolute discretion.

10.2 You represent and warrant that you have and will continue to have at all times the necessary power and authority to execute, deliver and perform your obligations under this Agreement and that this Agreement constitutes legal, valid and binding obligations enforceable against you in accordance with all the terms of this Agreement.

11.1 All data collected by us through our platform is owned by us. For the avoidance of doubt the data collected by us in relation to the visitors or users who are navigated or directed to our Platform via the Link shall be owned by us. Each party shall be responsible for the processing of the data collected through its respective Platform.

11.2 All Personal Data collected by us from you will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on our Platform.

11.3 To the extent that any of the data or Information extended to you by G2G and/or collected or processed by you on behalf of G2G, pursuant to this Agreement, consists of Personal Data, you agree to: (i) comply with the requirements of the Privacy Policy, and shall not conduct yourself in such a manner as to cause G2G to be in breach of its obligations (as a “data user”) under the Privacy Policy, (ii) observe G2G’s published policies on Personal Data protection from time to time, (iii) on reasonable request by G2G, give G2G access to any Personal Data; and (iv) immediately notify G2G if you become aware of a breach or possible breach of your obligations in relation to the processing of the Personal Data under this Agreement. This Clause shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

12.1 “Confidential Information” means all Information of any kind, whether in machine readable or visually readable form, oral or otherwise and whether or not labelled as “Confidential”, that are made available by or on behalf of the disclosing party to the receiving party, whether before or after the commencement of the term of this Agreement, for the purposes relating to or in connection with this Agreement. The Confidential Information shall include without limitation technical information, data, know-how, information relating to the disclosing party’s or their respective affiliates’ business, trade secrets, revenue or income information, marketing strategies, financial condition and operations, and any other information that is by its nature confidential and proprietary to the disclosing Party or its suppliers/affiliates.

12.2 “Confidential Information” shall not include information that: (i) was, at the time of its disclosure, already in the possession of the receiving party free of any obligation to keep it confidential and such party can establish, through reasonably sufficient and credible competent evidence, such prior possession; (ii) is independently developed by the receiving party, (iii) is or becomes generally available to the public other than as a result of a breach of this Agreement by the receiving party or its Representatives; (iv) becomes available to the receiving party on a non-confidential basis from a source other than the disclosing party or its Representatives; provided, however, that such source is not to the knowledge of the receiving party bound by a confidentiality agreement or other legal or fiduciary obligation of secrecy to the disclosing party; or is disclosed by the disclosing party to a third party without the confidentiality obligations comparable to those in this Agreement

12.3 The receiving party of the Confidential Information agrees not to disclose the disclosing party’s Confidential Information to any person except (i) where such disclosure is required by any Applicable Law or court of competent jurisdiction; (ii) where such disclosure is permitted under this Agreement; (iii) to their respective Representatives and/or legal, financial and/or accounting advisors who have a definite need to know such Confidential Information; and/or (iv) with prior written approval of the disclosing party.

12.4 In the event that any of G2G’s Confidential Information is required to be disclosed in any manner due to the requirements of any Applicable Law or court of competent jurisdiction, you shall give prompt written notice to G2G prior to any disclosure sufficient under the circumstances to allow G2G to seek a protective order or other appropriate remedy. You shall: (i) only disclose such minimum information as is legally required and shall, at the request of G2G, use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain confidential treatment for G2G’s Confidential Information that is to be disclosed and allow G2G, if it wishes, to also take such measures as it deems necessary or desirable to challenge any such disclosure or to otherwise redact or minimize such disclosure; and (ii) fully cooperate with G2G.

12.5 All Confidential Information shall solely be used for the purpose of this Agreement.

12.6 This Clause shall survive the termination or expiry of this Agreement for any reason whatsoever.

13.1 All existing Intellectual Property Rights of a party, its contractors, partners, services providers, suppliers, or licensors (if any) shall belong and remain with its respective owner. Nothing in this Agreement shall transfer or assign such Intellectual Property Rights to the other party save and except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement.

13.2 All Intellectual Property Rights created and/or developed pursuant to this Agreement by G2G (its suppliers, contractors, partners and/or licensors (if any)) shall belong absolutely to G2G.

13.3 You shall use any Information made available to you by G2G under this Agreement in which any of G2G’s Intellectual Property Rights subsist solely for the purpose of and only to the extent permitted by this Agreement.

13.4 You hereby grant G2G the right to use any Information provided by or made available by you to G2G for the purpose of this Agreement and you warrant that G2G’s use of any such Information will not infringe and will not cause G2G to infringe the right (including without limitation the Intellectual Property Rights) of any third party.

13.5 This Clause shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

14.1 Information made available to you through our Platform or our services may be furnished to us by third party and we do not warrant that the said Information is accurate, complete, reliable, original, current, or error-free.

14.2 G2G does not warrant that:

(a) the functions contained in G2G Platform/Services will meet your requirements;

(b) the operation of our Platform and/or G2G services will be uninterrupted or error-free;

(c) any defects in our Platform and/or G2G services will be corrected; and

(d) our Platform is free of viruses, bugs, online interruption or other harmful threats. You shall be responsible for implementing all necessary security and virus protection measures on or in your computer or mobile device before accessing our Platform.

14.3 You understand, acknowledge and agree that:

(a) all transactions conducted on the Platform are through telecommunication and data network. As such, your receipt of the notification from us and vice versa may be delayed or prevented by factors affecting the relevant service providers and other relevant parties. You accept that we cannot guarantee the prompt delivery of such notification or confirmation; and

(b) there may be certain times that the Platform or our services may not be available due to maintenance, updating or upgrading works, or such other reasons beyond our control. We make no warranty that our Platform and/or services will be available at all times and we shall not be held responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for such unavailability.

14.4 To the maximum extent permitted by law and the Act,

(a) G2G Platform/Services are provided on an «as is» and “as available” basis, without warranty of any kind, and we hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with respect to G2G Platform/Services unless otherwise stated in this Agreement;

(b) we shall not be liable to you for any costs, loss, damages, claims, fines, penalties, liabilities and/or expenses howsoever arising from the provision of any Information made available to you;

(c) in no event shall G2G be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive and/or consequential damages and/or losses, loss of profit, goodwill, production and/or revenue and/or any other type of special losses and/or damages howsoever arising whether or not such losses and/or damages were reasonably foreseeable or G2G had been advised of the possibility of same incurring; and

(d) G2G’s maximum and cumulative total liability (including any liability for acts and omissions of its Representatives) in respect of any and all costs, loss, damages, claims, fines, penalties, liabilities and/or expenses however arising under, or in connection with, this Agreement (whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise) shall not exceed the total fees paid to you by us in the six (6) months’ period preceding the month the dispute arises.

15.1 You agree to indemnify and hold G2G, its affiliates and each of their respective members, directors, officers, employees and agents harmless from and against all costs, actions, losses, damages, claims, demands, settlements, fines, penalties, liabilities and/or expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising howsoever under this Agreement including without limitation arising from or in connection with misrepresentation, negligence, omission, and/or breach of this Agreement on your part. This indemnity shall be granted whether or not legal proceedings are instituted and, if such proceedings are instituted, irrespective of the means, manner or nature of any settlement, compromise or determination. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this clause shall prevent or restrict G2G enforcing any other rights and obligations owed to it under this Agreement.

16.1 G2G shall not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of this Agreement by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of the G2G’s obligations under this Agreement, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond G2G’s reasonable control, including but not limited to:

(a) fire, act of God, storm, explosion, earthquake, flood, tempest, accident or other natural disaster;

(b) war or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition;

(c) acts, restrictions, regulations, bye laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental, parliamentary or local authority;

(d) strikes, lock outs or other industrial actions or trade disputes;

(e) difficulties in obtaining raw materials, labour, fuel, parts or machinery; and/or

(f) telecommunication, transportation, power supply, or system disturbances or failures, or breakdown in machinery affecting our Platform, our services or any part thereof.

17.1 Without prejudice to any other rights we may have under this Agreement or at law, we shall have the right to immediately (without notice):

(a) suspend or cease your access to our Platform and request that the Link be removed from your Platform

(b) suspend any or all of the activities and/or transactions in connection with your Account and your participation in the Affiliate Program; and/or

(c) withhold, retain or forfeit any payment due, owing to you;

in any of the following events:

(a) we are of reasonable opinion that the Link or your use of our Platform will interfere or cause disturbances to other user’s use or enjoyment of our Platform or services; or

(b) you are found to be in breach of any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement or we suspect, on reasonable grounds, that you may have committed any such breach.

18.1 Without prejudice to any other rights that G2G may have under this Agreement or at law, G2G may immediately terminate this Agreement by notice in writing if:

(a) you are in breach of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and such breach is not remedied by you within fourteen (14) days’ of G2G’s written notice; or

(b) you shall pass a resolution for winding up or becomes, threatens or resolves to become or is in jeopardy of becoming subject to any form of insolvency administration, including without limitation bankruptcy proceedings, or if a receiving order is made against you or you make any arrangement or composition with your creditors.

18.2 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for convenience by giving the other party at least 30 days’ written notice.

18.3 Without prejudice to any other rights and remedies G2G may have under this Agreement or at law, upon termination:

(a) you shall discontinue all use of the Link and remove the Link from your Platform;

(b) G2G shall be entitled to forfeit all commission or payment due to you in the event that you are found to be in breach of any of the terms contained in this Agreement;

(c) all rights granted to you by G2G under this Agreement shall cease; and

(d) you shall immediately destroy or, at G2G’s request, promptly return all G2G’s Confidential Information which is in your possession and to certify to G2G that you have done so.

19.1 We shall have the right at any time to add, delete, amend, or modify this Agreement, or any part thereof, or to impose new conditions, including, but not limited to, adding fees and charges for access and use (“Variation”). Such Variation shall be effective immediately upon notice thereof, which may be given by means of, including, but not limited to, posting on our Platform, or by electronic or conventional mail, or by any other means by which you obtain notice thereof. Your continued participation in the Affiliate Program after the issuance of such notice shall be deemed to constitute your acceptance of the Variation.

19.2 You shall immediately notify us in the event that you are not agreeable to any such Variation and this Agreement shall be deemed terminated upon your notification to us of your disagreement unless otherwise agreed by us.

19.3 We shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of our Platform, including, but not limited to, content, hours of availability, and equipment needed for access and use.

19.4 No amendment or variation of this Agreement by you shall be valid and binding unless approved in writing by both parties.

20.1 Except as otherwise agreed or provided in this Agreement, all notices and other communications to be given to any party pursuant to this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be valid and sufficient if dispatched or sent in the following manner

(a) by posting, publishing or sending a notification on or through the relevant Platform;

(b) by email to your email address provided or notified by you;

(c) by publication in a newspaper; or

(d) by short messaging services (SMS) to your mobile phone number registered with G2G.

20.3 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this clause, notification by way of email shall not be applicable to or valid with respect to any legal, notices, claims, demands, suits, actions and/or proceedings.

21.1 This Agreement (together with any documents referred to herein) constitutes the whole agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any prior agreements, understandings or arrangements between them, whether oral or in writing relating to the subject matter hereof and no representation, undertaking or promise shall be taken to have been given or be implied from anything said or written in negotiations between the parties prior to this Agreement except as set out in this Agreement.

22.1 You shall not transfer, assign, novate and/or sub-contract any of your rights and/or obligations contained in this Agreement to a third party without G2G’s prior written consent. G2G may transfer, assign, novate, and/or sub-contract any or all of its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any of its affiliates.

23.1 No failure or delay on the part of a party in exercising any rights or remedies under this Agreement at any time or for any period of time nor any knowledge or acquiescence by a Party of, or in, any breach of any provision of this Agreement shall operate as or be deemed to be a waiver thereof nor shall a waiver by that party of any breach constitute a continuing waiver in respect of any subsequent or continuing breach. A provision of right or remedy under this Agreement may not be waived except in writing signed by the waiving party.

24.1 This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties and their permitted legal assigns and successors in title.

25.1 Any term, condition, stipulation, provision, covenant or undertaking (“Provision”, and any reference to Provision shall include any part thereof) contained in this Agreement which is illegal, invalid or unenforceable shall be fully severable and ineffective to the extent of such illegality, invalidity or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining Provisions contained in this Agreement which shall not be affected by the illegal, invalid or unenforceable Provision or by its severance herefrom. This Agreement shall be construed and enforced as if such illegal, invalid or unenforceable Provision had never comprised a part hereof. Where any Provision of, or the application of any provision of this Agreement is illegal or unenforceable or deemed to be illegal or unenforceable, the Provision shall continue to apply with the necessary modification in order that the Provision is legal, valid and enforceable provision.

26.1 Nothing in this Agreement shall create, or be deemed to create, a joint venture or partnership between/among the parties. No party has any authority to act, make representations or bind or contract on behalf of the other party.

27.1 The construction, validity and performance of this Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of Singapore. The parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

28.1 The covenants, conditions and provisions of this Agreement which are capable of having effect and which shall by its nature survive after the termination or expiration of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect following the termination or expiration of this Agreement.

Buyer means the purchaser of any Goods and/or Services;

Goods and/or Services mean the virtual items, goods and/or services displayed, listed and/or offered by the Seller for sale through or on our Platform, including without limitation any virtual in-game items, virtual currency, virtual coins, tokens and game accounts;

Sale Contract means the agreement entered into between the relevant Seller and the relevant Buyer through our Platform for the sale of any of the Goods and/or Services; and

Seller means a seller registered with G2G who displays, lists or offers any Goods and/or Services for sale through or on our Platform;

Вам это может помочь определиться с покупкой игры, а разработчикам настроить сервера. В данном посте я собрал информацию о предстоящем ОБТ и релизе, а также перевёл таблицы для старта.

С 8 сентября на странице игры в стим вы можете подать заявку на ОБТ New world, даже если не предзаказали игру. Весь полученный прогресс будет сброшен на релизе. Также совершенно недавно прошёл закрытый тест для альфа-тестеров, на котором не было замечено значительных изменений после бета-теста для предзаказавших. По видимому, разработчики продолжают оптимизировать игру и настраивать сервера.

На прошедшем gamescom создатели заявили о том, что серьезно настроены на запуск игры 28 сентября.

• Вопрос с маунтами отложен на долгосрочную перспективу, а систему быстрых перемещений менять не намерены. По словам разработчиков всё работает так, как и задумывалось: «Игроки путешествуют не слишком быстро и не слишком медленно».

• Редактор персонажей скорее всего подвергнут дополнениям в ближайших патчах.

На ЗБТ северо-запад скрывался смертельным туманом, однако датамайнеры нашли участки, которые не используются в игре, а на одном из стримов были спалены «скрытые» области.

Никакой информации о том, будут ли доступны новые объекты на релизе нет, поэтому нам остаётся только ждать и надеяться. Лично я буду рад, если на релизе хотя бы плавание завезут.

Также пока ничего неизвестно о правках баланса и геймплея. Безусловно в игре есть вещи, которые необходимо настраивать и шлифовать. Возможно некоторые нововведения покажут уже на ОБТ, однако ещё до него реддиторы успели создать кучу полезного контента, которым мне бы хотелось поделиться с вами. Новость то, конечно, стрёмная, но так ли много 3090 погорело, да и в целом вроде выяснили, что виноваты не только разработчики игры, но и сами производители.

А какую то дорожную карту с аддонами не завезли? Быть может там каждые три месяца новый контент будет?

Платная, B2P. На данный момент 1300 за стандартную, 1600 за deluxe.
На старте прикрутят магазин со скинчиками, но на ЗБТ он в глаза не бросался. Через год планируются бустеры опыта, ну чисто для новичков, чтобы быстрее догоняли.
Мнение конечно спорное, но за 1300 это почти как f2p по сравнению с подпиской на тот же WOW. А вообще неплохо, а оно скорее всего так и будет, если игра выйдет на battle pass и не будет страдать фигнёй.

Это были EVGA 3090. С твоей 1070ti все будет ок. Но ситуация с огромным фпс в меню не особо нормальная и лучше через софт nvidia ограничить, если они еще не пофиксили. Иначе могут крутиться вентиляторы на 100% и повышаться температуры.

Предзаказывал, чтобы поиграть на збт и вернуть. В итоге лень возвращать, посмотрим, что у них там получилось.
В любом случае потенциал есть, если будут социальные занятия, то можно врываться.

До капа в принципе можно перебиваться сетами фракции, но скрафченные сеты приносят намного больше импакта, чем купленные или выбитые.

Если вы про соц.взаимодействия, то игра отчасти на этом и базируется. Без гильдии там делать нечего, так как основной контент в них, а вот РП гильдии будут не скоро. Есть зачатки для ролевого взаимодействия, но не более.

Ах даже не знаю, задротство на прокачку ремесла очень жёсткое. Без гилдии тоже будет не сладко.

Я хоть и ждал эту игру (предзаказ делал ещё в прошлом году), но то, что они за год вообще никак не исправили отвратительную оптимизацию игры, отбило какое-либо желание в неё играть. Системные требования, указанные в Стиме, вообще не соответствуют действительности. И это в игре с упором на ПвП, лол. Я уже молчу о том, что пинг в этой игре тоже не совсем адекватный. Если в других играх, мой пинг при игре на европейских серверах обычно 30-40, то тут он ниже 70 не опускался, а во время большого количества игроков, поднимался до 100.

G2 Esports

G2 Esports — испанская киберспортивная организация, основанная в 2013 году. В CS:GO клуб пришел в феврале 2015-го, когда объявил о подписании бывшего ростера команды ESC Gaming. В него входили игроки из Польши — innocent, SZPERO, mouz, rallen и MINISE.

Состав был расформирован 3 августа, когда команда не смогла квалифицироваться на ESL One Cologne 2015. Тогда организация решила поменять вектор развития и подписала игроков, который ранее выступали в Team Kinguin — ScreaM, rain, Maikelele, fox и dennis. К большим результатам перемены не привели, поэтому в 2019-го пришли серб nexa и босниец huNter-. Вместе с kennyS, JacKz и AmaNEk они демонстрировали неплохой уровень игры. Пиковым достижением того ростера можно назвать второе место на IEM Katowice 2020.

В октябре 2020-го в G2 присоединился один из лучших рифлеров в мире — NiKo. Он заменил JacKz, который был отправлен на скамейку запасных. Четыре четыре месяца JacKz вернулся, а kennyS ушел в инактив.

«МегаФон» использует диапазон 2G для развёртывания 4G в отдалённых городах и посёлках

Своя логика в этом есть

Мобильный оператор «МегаФон» модернизировал свыше 400 базовых станций в Новосибирской области, добавив им поддержку диапазона LTE-900. Ранее он использовался для GSM-900, дальность передачи при этом идентична и составляет 35 км. Это позволяет использовать диапазон для 4G — на нём работает VoLTE.

Отметим, что ранее LTE-900 (Band 8) запускались в Швеции, в Австралии, в Чехии и Южной Корее. В европейских и российских смартфонах поддержка этого диапазона есть. Таким образом, можно обеспечить покрытие на большой территории, а учитывая, что смартфоны в России поддерживают Band 8, то проблем с совместимостью быть не должно.

А вот у «Билайна» иной подход. Там используют диапазон 900 МГц под 3G, что даёт совместимость со старыми телефонами, а для LTE задействует диапазон 2100 МГц, который ранее применялся для 3G. При этом часть диапазона 900 и 1800 МГц используют все операторы, чтобы обеспечить совместимость с устройствами.

Ранее сообщалось, что в России «заморозили» развитие сетей пятого поколения (5G) из-за нехватки зарубежного оборудования, санкций и отсутствия собственных аналогов.

Возможно, просто сама игра не имеет возможности масштабироваться на большее количество пользователей.

Я не могу понять одну вещь. Не видел ещё ни одного положительного обзора (только нейтральные или отрицательные), тогда что там делать так много людей? В чем подвох?

Новинка и пиар, вот и весь секрет. Надо смотреть, что будет с игрой через год

Обзоры на игру имеют слабое отношение к ее популярности.
Посмотри обзоры на фифу, код и другие очень популярные игры.
Стримеры побежали играть и на хайпе с ними все остальные. В добавок вов удачно помирать начал.

Нет других новых ММО. От старых Линеек и WOWа уже устали.

Обзоры обычно пишут в основном пве-шеры из вова, нормальный обзор пвп делать рановато (лично мне пока нравится, хоть и есть некоторые неприятные мелочи). Знаю некоторых пвп-шеров из ESO (Blobeso, Feng Rush, Kristofer из небезизвестных), им игра тоже нравится. Для многих это глоток свежего воздуха после печального состояние ESO PvP и отсутсвия нормальных альтернатив.

Приятный гринд, боевка, общая направленность на ПвП. Добавь к этому то, что она ставит сложность хоть чуть чуть выше, чем это обычно принято (подошел не к тому мобу примерно равного уровня, и он сильно меня поцарапал).

Плюс началась ситуация, как с Lost Ark, когда в ход идет прямой обман в негативных обзорах. Например, в Стиме один из самых популярных обзоров говорит, что хилы не нужны, что является ложью. (А еще автор там говорит что ПвП говно, но сам он признается, что почти всегда без флага ходит).

Люди соскучились по новым западным мморпг и хватаются за первую соломинку, других причин не вижу.

Через Твич Амазон распиарила игру-все хотят как их купленный Амазоном кумир с Твича окунутся в гринд. Рекламный контракт кончится, а дурачье останется у разбитого корыта.

100 миллионов долларов в маркетинг, выкуп всех стримеров и блогеров. После киберпанка многие студии кое-что поняли (можно не делать игру, а просто обмазаться рекламой).

Смотрю я на это все и понимаю, что народ все еще очень любит MMO, даже если они не очень, и, получается, не слишком поздно Райоты взялись за создание своей, как я думал

Они просто ждали когда Близзард самоубьется

Тут все спорно… Важен сеттинг, модель распространения, да и адрес разработчика влияет… И тот же NW не плохо так приняли из-за засилия азиатских ФТП игр, трешу что творит Близзард, и выходит, что других ММО, особенно по западной модели, токарь неудачник может сосчитать на пальцах одной руки… Другими словами, к выходу ММО от РИОТ, все может сильно измениться…

Через год-два будут объединять сервера из-за нехватки пользователей

вроде обещали сделать возможность переноса персов на другой сервер. Но вообще игра новая, тут никто давно не играет)

Маленькая инди-компания, располагающая один из самых крупных серверных мощностей (Твич, Нетфликс) не может обеспечить нормальные сервера для своего флагманского, можно сказать МАГНУС-ОПУС, творения. Это фиаско, братан. Смешанный рейтинг Стима-вполне заслуженный.
P.S. Не понимаю хайпа по довольно заурядной игре про гринд. видимо зумеры не знают, что помимо NW существуют и другие ммо, более лучше сделанные и лучшие в плане геймплея и активностей.

Типа Black Desert и FF XIV? А если не нравятся азиатские игры, куда податься? До сих пор жалею о смерти Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning и русского EQ2. Хоть и есть TESO и SWTOR, но как-то не зашли на релизе и деньги не получилось вернуть. 🙁

А вот и первые проблемки

Не первые, но наиболее значимые. Сейчас там хватает серверов без очередей, но если ты в гильдии, которая на полном сервере, то тогда. Жопа.
У нашего офицера персонажа случайно потерло из-за ошибки, и он теперь от нас отрезан. Тех поддержка не может восстановить персонажа и открыть доступ ему на создание не могут. Такие пироги.

У них на одном сервере вмещается до 2к человек, а потом очередь. Я откровенно говоря в голос с этой ситуации, я играю на пиратке варкрафта где онлайн в пике более 10к человек, локации наглухо забиты, а тут при всех возможностях амазона 2к человек на 1 сервере.

Пиратки очень часто пиздят за свой онлайн, да и тем более здесь нонтаргет система, что даёт дополнительную нагрузку на сервер, как я считаю

Ну ты сравнил слоеную сессионку вов и 4к людей(не 2), бегающий одновременно по одному и тому же клочку земли. Тут эвенты одновременно выполняют сотни народа в кадре. И это все не пыхтит-кряхтит, как обычно, а дает отзывчивую нон таргет боевку

2К на серваке с возможностью расширения.
Австралийские сервера подняли до 2,5К мест. А еще, мир игры не равно мир WoW, поэтому 2-2,5К сейчас идеал для стабильности и насыщенности событий. В вечерний пик приходится в очереди за мобами/ресами/боссами стоять, чат летит, пати ищется (а ищут его по старинке через чат).

Есть только одно крупное НО, спустя 3 дня локация новичков пустая, полностью. Мимоходом постоял там с час, никого не было. Сейчас все на серваке качаются сбалансированно и имеют примерно одни и те же уровни.

Это еще многие не знают, что там можно только ДВА персонажа сделать.)) И нет, не по 2 на каждом сервере, а всего только два на регион. А на одном сервере только одного персонажа, второго сделать нельзя))

в прицнипе в этом есть смысл, т.к. во-первых 2 персонажа на 1 сервере это по сути шпионство за другой фракцией, во-вторых тут нет смысла создавать 100500 персонажей ради прокачки разных проф и т.д. Можно поспорить, что 2 слота для 400 серверов это маловато, но с учётом переноса (который обещают добавить) это не должно быть проблемой

В Китае уже тестируют связь новейшего поколения — 6G. В США также два года идет работа над подготовкой и разработкой нового типа связи. Разбираемся, зачем нам нужна 6G, какие вышки и диапазон для нее потребуются и в чем отличие от 5G.

Что такое 6G?

6G — шестое поколение мобильной связи, внедрение которого предполагается во второй половине 2020-х — 2030-е годы на основе стандартов телекоммуникаций, следующих за стандартами 5G/IMT-2020.

Сама концепция предполагает более широкое понимание сетей, включающее не только стандарты мобильных, но и фиксированных сетей связи. Поэтому в ряде случаев их обозначают как NET-2030 или 6G/NET-2030.

Для того, чтобы сформулировать точные требования к технологии 6G, Международным союзом электросвязи была организована фокус-группа FG NET-2030. FG-NET-2030 в мае 2019 года уже разработала и приняла документ: Network 2030 — A Blueprint of Technology, Applications and Market Drivers Towards the Year 2030 and Beyond.

В настоящее время исследованием технологий, которые претендуют на то, чтобы войти в состав 6G/NET-2030, занимается несколько исследовательских групп, чьи предложения и видение технологии конкурируют между собой. Их усилия на старте разработок ориентированы на использование технологий, которые не могли быть реализованы в сетях 5G/IMT-2020, но, предположительно, станут доступны для внедрения индустрией в период внедрения следующего за 5G/IMT-2020 поколения технологий передачи данных.

Одной из технологий, которая может быть реализована в шестом поколении средств сотовой связи, является использование радиофотонных цифровых антенных решёток на базовых станциях в сочетании с технологией Massive MIMO. При этом рассматриваются варианты базовых станций с антенными системами, формирующими порядка 250 лучей диаграммы направленности в рабочем секторе.

В числе требований к сетям 6G зарубежные специалисты указывают скорость передачи данных от 100 Гбит/с до 1 Тбит/с, при этом для управления сетями будут использоваться системы искусственного интеллекта.

В 2018 году Китай заявил о начале разработки стандарта мобильной связи 6G. В ноябре 2020 года он запустил первый тестовый спутник, предназначенный для отработки технологий 6G в терагерцовом диапазоне электромагнитных волн.

6G — это преемник 5G, который обеспечит более высокую скорость мобильной связи и интернета. Если 5G обещает скорость от 1 гигабайта в секунду, то 6G будет достигать 1 терабайта в секунду. По некоторым данным — даже несколько терабайтов.

Когда технологии 5G и 6G появятся повсеместно, не факт, что понадобится покупать отдельно домашний интернет, чтобы смотреть фильмы и искать информацию.

5G и 6G нужны для развития интернета вещей. Эра 6G предложит новые возможности для создания интерфейсов мозг-компьютер. Пример такой разработки — электронный чип для парализованных больных и людей с нарушениями ЦНС, который создает стартап Илона Маска. Технологии 5G и 6G позволят беспилотным автомобилям получать данные о ДТП в ту же секунду.

Квадрокоптеры, которые используются для мониторинга лесных пожаров или поиска пропавших людей, смогут сообщать данные моментально (сейчас они обычно записывают данные на карту памяти) при условии, что места, где они находятся, будут обеспечивать покрытие.

Развитие 6G в Китае

В начале ноября 2019 года Министерство науки и технологий КНР официально объявило о том, что в стране начаты работы по созданию сетей 6G.

Исследования в рамках этого глобального проекта будут проводиться одновременно двумя группами. Первая группа будет состоять из представителей профильных правительственных министерств, ответственных за продвижение методов исследований и разработок технологий сетей 6G.

Вторая группа будет заниматься технической стороной разработки, ее будут представлять научные институты, телекоммуникационные компании и ученые из 37 китайских университетов.

По итогам совместной работы обе группы уже с 2020 года должны представлять в Министерство науки и технологий КНР свои предложения по реализации сетей 6G.

Проект по разработке и развитию компонентов и сетей 6G сейчас находится на начальном уровне, мы пытаемся решить основные вопросы, связанные с его технической реализацией, но в страна придают большое значение этой технологии.

Год спустя, в ноябре 2020 года стало известно, что Китай уже запустил на орбиту первый в мире спутник 6G. По крайней мере они сами его так называют.

С китайского космодрома Тайюань была запущена ракета-носитель Long March 6, которая успешно доставила 13 спутников на земную орбиту. Один из них, по названием University of Electronic Science and Technology (Университет электронных наук и технологий), является первым в мире испытательным спутником сотовой связи шестого поколения.

Спутник, известный как Tinyan 05, создала компания Chengdu Guoxing Aerospace Science and Technology совместно с Китайским университетом электронных наук и технологий, а также компанией Beijing Weinaxingkong Technology.

Его основной целью является дистанционное зондирование земли. Сферы, на которых фокусируется спутник, — это городское строительство, мониторинг стихийных бедствий в сельском и лесном хозяйстве, а также другие отрасли, нуждающиеся в аналогичных услугах.

Кроме того, Tinyan 05 будет тестировать терагерцовые коммуникационные нагрузки. Спутник весит 70 кг и оборудован аппаратурой, необходимой для испытаний терагерцовой связи. Планируется, что он станет глобальной платформой для космического применения нового стандарта связи.

Само собой, ни о какой полноценной технологии речи быть не может хотя бы потом, что еще не существует спецификаций. Сам спутник предназначен для тестирования каких-то направлений будущей технологии, включая, вероятно, использование терагерцового диапазона частот.

Разработка 6G в США

В середине марта 2019 года стало известно, что федеральная комиссия по связи США (FCC) начала подготовку к исследованиям и разработкам в области сетей шестого поколения и единогласно проголосовала за открытие нового частотного сегмента для услуг 6G.

Эксперименты в области 6G и дальнейшее использование сетей шестого поколения планируют проводить в частотном диапазоне от 98 ГГц до 3 ТГц (терагерц). Частотный диапазон терагерцового излучения составляет от 0,3 ТГц до 3 ТГц.

Теоретически чем выше частота, тем больше объем данных, которые могут быть переданы в единицу времени, что увеличивает скорость сети.

Скорость передачи данных в сетях 6G может быть примерно в 10 раз выше, чем у 5G. И если задачей сетей пятого поколения является предоставление пользователем высокой скорости, большой пропускной способности и минимальной задержки, то цель 6G будет заключаться в том, чтобы «соединить весь мир в одно нажатие».

Президент США Дональд Трамп заявил, что сети 6G нужны его стране «так быстро, как можно» — надеясь, видимо, взять реванш за отставание в области 5G от Huawei.

Как отметил The Independent, президент США сделал такое заявление после того, как министр транспорта Финляндии Анне Бернер объявила, что страна изучает технологию 5G.

В сентябре 2018 года профессор университета Оулу Ари Поутту отмечал, что до внедрения технологии 6G «пройдут десятилетия» и она появится к 2030 году, но сделает доступной скорость в «терабайт в секунду».

Развитие 6G может дать США возможность восстановить утраченные позиции в области беспроводных технологий, поэтому сейчас разработкой технологии активно занимаются.

А что в России?

Во всем мире сеть 5G развивается в диапазоне 3,4-3,8 ГГц, однако в России эти частоты заняты силовыми структурами. Диалог о возможной частичной передаче частот продолжается, но властям приходится рассматривать альтернативные варианты, не все из которых представляются операторам связи удобными.

Активное участие России в развитии сетей 6G позволит избежать таких сложностей.

Вопросы развития сети шестого поколения пока находятся на уровне фундаментальных исследований, а в нашей стране очень сильна фундаментальная наука, убежден замминистра. Исследования в этой области уже начались.

Пока они касаются определения «облика 6G», то есть какой будет сама технология, а также технологических подходов к организации устройств.

В Минпромторге считают, что России надо подумать о переходе на стандарт связи 6G. При том, что в большинстве стран, в том числе и в нашей, потребителям недоступна мобильная связь 5G. Сейчас в тестовом режиме сетью 5G покрыты отдельные участки в мегаполисах: например, в Москве — это парк ВДНХ, некоторые улицы в центре.

Однако на данный момент ничего конкретного о разработках неизвестно.

MMORPG — это про компанию. Одиночкам тут не очень-то рады

Жанр MMORPG — это про компанию. Большую компанию, в которой вы проходите различные подземелья, сражаетесь с элитными противниками и убиваете огромных боссов. Последнее время разработчики игр этого жанра по какой-то неведомой причине все чаще и чаще пытаются запихнуть в игры жанра MMORPG высокоуровневый контент для игроков-одиночек, нарушая таким образом ключевое правило — массовую многопользовательность.К счастью, в New World студия Amazon Games совершать эту ошибку не стала. Практически все эндгейм-активности рассчитаны на прохождение группой, а некоторые из них — целой гильдией. Вот о гильдиях сегодня и поговорим.

Мир игры — остров Aeternum — разделен на отдельные территории со своим региональным центром-городом. В этом поселении располагаются все станки для крафта, аукцион и фракционные представители-NPC. Фракций всего три, и они постоянно враждуют между собой за контроль над окружающими землями. Именно этот выбор игрок делает первым — какую сторону конфликта принять.

После того как вы определитесь, вам открывается возможность подать заявку в одну из гильдий (в New World они называются “Компания”) выбранной стороны, связав свою дальнейшую игру с этим коллективом. Конечно, вы можете продолжить играть и без сообщества, одному или в команде с друзьями, но в данном материале не об этом идет речь.

Для русского брата-геймера (или сестры-геймерши) слово “Гильдия” сакральное. Топовые сообщества СНГ в MMORPG ведут свою историю чуть ли не с конца 90-х — начала 00-х годов, и насчитывают в своих рядах несколько сотен постоянных участников. Всего в нашем регионе наберется с дюжину таких тагов, а игр, которые объединили бы большинство из них вокруг себя, совсем мало, хватит пальцев одной руки для перечисления. И вот, “Новый мир” стал одним из таких проектов.

В игре выгода гильдии очевидная: если ваша организация достаточно сильна, игроки умелы и сильны, а количество активных бойцов достигает пятидесяти человек, то вы с огромной долей вероятности захватите власть в одном из доступных городов, подчинив себе окружающую территорию с фортом для будущих осад. Если земли никому не принадлежат, вы получите их после взноса 100 000 монет, а территория вокруг окрасится в цвет вашей фракции. Всего таких зон одиннадцать, три оставшихся захватить на данном этапе развития игры нельзя.

Лидер гильдии становится градоначальником, и в его власти определять налоговый процент для экономических сделок в подконтрольном поселении. Также он несет полную ответственность за улучшение качества жизни тех, кто находится в его городе — повышает уровень крафтовых станков, что позволит создавать предметы более высоких грейдов. Чем выше уровень развития города и ниже в нем налоги, тем привлекательнее он будет для окружающих и тем охотнее они будут приобретать дома на этой территории и заниматься ремеслом, повышая через налоги казну градоначальника. Посмотреть, какие преимущества даются на территории для вашей фракции, всегда можно в меню города (ЛКМ по значку города на карте мира), нажав на желтый знак вопроса Benefits. Очевидно, что захват территорий вашей фракцией — дело очень нужное и выгодное, и чем больше земель захватят представители вашей стороны, тем проще вам будет добывать редкие ресурсы, дешевле телепортироваться, выше удача, ниже цена на покупку дома и тому подобные плюшки.

Для улучшения уровня жизни в городе градоначальник или его консул (назначенный офицер гильдии, помощник лидера по управлению тагом) запускают в работу городские проекты — масштабную процедуру, требующую усилий и вложений от всех игроков, посещающих это поселение. Любой авантюрист может подойти к доске с объявлениями, взять там задание, выполнить его, и это привнесет свою лепту в развитие. Когда нужное количество опыта заработано, лидер вносит плату за улучшение, а уровень жизни города будет повышен. Если же платы за город не поступит — ждите вторжения. Это особый ивент, о нем мы уже писали в соответствующем обзоре высокоуровневого контента, сейчас нет смысла углубляться в подробности.

Война

Первое: вам необходимо набрать достаточное количество очков своей фракции на враждебной территории. Для этого ваша организация будет выполнять соответствующие PvP-задания, что несет за собой определенный риск быть убитым в процессе. В случае гибели вы теряете все PvP-квесты, и придется начинать по новой.

Итак, вы выполнили нужное количество PvP-миссий фракции и готовы объявить войну. Сразу уточнение. Параллельно с вами репутацию могут выполнять и другие гильдии одной фракции. Если их вклад окажется больше 10% от общего числа, лидер этой гильдии также сможет претендовать на право начать осаду. Но его шансы будут равны проценту вклада в шкалу прогресса ослабления территории противника.

В помощь сторонам конфликта игра предлагает различное осадное и защитное снаряжение. Всякие мины, пушки, скорострельные турели, баллисты — вот это вот все. Защитники получают это бесплатно, однако их мощность напрямую зависит от уровня развития соответствующего городского проекта. Во время осады вам будут поставляться ресурсы, которые вы будете использовать для ремонта построек.

И напоследок. Удивительно, но фракции “Нового Света” не предлагают много уникальных игровых преимуществ. Если вы беспокоитесь о том, какую сторону стоит выбрать, и при этом не состоите в гильдии, естественно, берите ту, у которой больше территорий. Ведь, кроме цвета, разница между сторонами конфликта выражается лишь различными квестовыми цепочками и определенным уникальным снаряжением у NPC-торговца. В целом, они все одинаковые, а различаются лишь визуальным стилем.

Высококачественная броня “Мародеров”, как правило, представляет собой тяжелую пластинчатую экипировку, броня “Ковенанта” явно основана на экипировке рыцарей-тамплиеров, а части брони “Синдиката” представляют собой предметы на тканевой основе, которые в конечном итоге сделают вас похожим на чумного доктора.

Конечно, фракцию можно поменять. Нажмите клавишу K, закладку “Биография” и найдите там пункт “Сменить фракцию”. Просто? Да, но нет. Во-первых, вам придется ждать 120 дней с момента вступления. Во-вторых, вы сможете присоединиться только к самой слабой из сторон конфликта. Получается, если вы изначально стали членом слабейшей из организаций, то выхода оттуда у вас нет.

Каждая смена фракции приведет к потере вашего предыдущего ранга и значков фракции. Фактически, вы будете в значительной степени будете начинать с нуля в данном аспекте игры. Вот так все сурово.

Как видите, в New World гильдии и фракции связаны между собой практически неразрывно, и одно подразумевает под собой другое. И это — хорошо! Даже если ваш стиль игры не предрасполагает к постоянному PvP, вы всегда можете внести свой вклад в развитие сообщества через крафт и добычу ресурсов. А эгоисты пусть идут в сессионки. New world g2g

При использовании данного протокола энерогпотребление может быть до 60% ниже.

В первом раунде в игре на выбывание на LAN-турнире BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2022 европейская команда G2 сыграет против BIG из Германии.

G2

Европейская команда в последний раз играла официальные матчи двадцатого августа в рамках данного турнира. G2 сыграли два матча формата ВО1, но ребята попали в очень сложную группу и в итоге допустили две осечки. Сначала на карте Mirage G2 уступили Liquid из США, встреча завершилась со счётом 12:16. А через несколько часов ребята в ещё более упорной борьбе и вновь на карте Mirage уступили украинской команде Natus Vincere, данная игра завершилась со счётом 14:16.

BIG

Немецкая команда в свою очередь сыграла свои последние официальный матчи также на этом турнире, но 21 августа. BIG сыграли три встречи формата ВО1. Стартовали на турнире немцы с поражения на карте Nuke от датской команды Heroic, встреча завершилась со счётом 13:16. Далее была разгромная победа над слабыми Evil Geniuses на карте Mirage, встреча завершилась со счётом 16:6. А ещё через несколько часов BIG вновь встретились с Heroic, команды вновь выбрали карту Nuke, где в ещё более упорной борьбе сильнее всё же оказались датчане, встреча завершилась со счётом 14:16.

Прогноз

В этом матче G2 считаются у букмекеров довольно явным фаворитом. При этом всё же европейская команда пока находится в далеко не самой лучшей форме, а поэтому у BIG здесь будут все шансы навязать борьбу. Мы предлагаем вам поставить на тотал больше 57.5 раундов.

Amazon представили внутриигровой магазин в MMORPG «‎New World»

После недавнего скандала в компании решили поставить точку на слухах о появлении Pay-to-Win элементов в игре

Разработчики опубликовали статью и объявили о запуске тестирования магазина для игроков альфа-версии.
По заверениям, все продаваемые предметы в нем будут косметическими и не влияющими на игровой процесс. Также, по мере развития игры, могут добавляться новые категории предметов в магазин в зависимости от желаний игроков.

Еще одна цель разработчиков — это не сделать косметику, предлагаемую в магазине, лучше, а лишь сделать ее отличной от существующей. Понимая игроков, которые упорно трудятся, чтобы получить свое снаряжение, разработчики не намерены принижать ценность их любимых предметов. Есть множество визуально разнообразного снаряжения, которое игроки могут найти и заработать в мире Этернума на том же уровне эстетического качества, что и предметы, представленные в магазине.

В итоге, на запуске игры магазин будет поделен на следующие категории:
• Скины для одежды и оружия: можно применить к существующей одежде или оружию, чтобы изменить их визуальный стиль.
• Домашний декор и питомцы: декоративная мебель и забавные питомцы для дома.
• Эмоции: новые способы выразить себя с помощью танцев, жестов и других уникальных анимаций.
• Наборы красок: хотя многие яркие цвета можно получить игровым путем, в магазине будут доступны дополнительные цвета.
• Фирменные знаки: новые дизайны, позволяющие персонализировать эмблему вашей кампании.

Предложения, способные помочь новичкам догнать по прогрессу ветеранов, все же появятся, но, как минимум, не ранее 2022 года. Amazon рассмотрят идеи предметов, таких как «усиление опыта после отдыха», которые можно будет приобрести как в магазине, так и внутриигровыми способами. Чем больше игроков смогут испытать финальный контент и участвовать в финальных режимах, тем здоровее будет игра.

Так в каждой ММО открываются лавки прямо со старта с разным наполнением в меру своей испорченности.

Тем не менее, эти слухи не мешали какому-нибудь Asmongold обматерить игру и раскритиковать ее по полной программе на многотысячную аудиторию

До конца 2019 года это был «симулятор выживания с элементами MMO», она бы и вышла еще в то время. Но разрабам показалось этого мало, и они задумали передку под MMORPG. Как ты должен понимать, это не делается легко и быстро. Это заняло почти 2 года, и даже после релиза разрабам нужно будет продолжать активно расширять игру.
Если бы ты следил за игрой последний год, то ты бы знал, какую колоссальную работу они проделали за этот год, и сколько правильных изменений сделали и контента добавили.

как бы это странно не звучало, но не_азиатский рынок как раз заполнен намного плотнее.

пока среди азиатских ммо постоянно десятками закрываются и открываются новые игры, вызывая естественную миграцию миллионов игроков, на западе уже лет 5 как всё устаканилось вокруг четырех крупных мморпг (и одной нишевой), у каждой из которых своя большая и совершенно инертная фанбаза, которую выманить куда-либо еще супер проблематично

и именно по этой причине НВ изначально позиционировался как Сурвач, чтобы расширить потенциальную базу через любителей тех самых Сурвачей, что было прям хорошим ходом со стороны Пиарщиков Амазона

Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G): Everything you need to know

VEHICLE-TO-GRID (V2G) IS A TECHNOLOGY THAT HAS THE POWER TO TRANSFORM THE ENERGY SYSTEM.

1. What is V2G and V2X?

V2G stands for “vehicle to grid” and is a technology that enables energy to be pushed back to the power grid from the battery of an electric car. With electric vehicle-to-grid technology—also known as car-to-grid—a car battery can be charged and discharged based on different signals — such as energy production or consumption nearby.

V2X means vehicle-to-everything. It includes many different use cases such as vehicle-to-home (V2H), vehicle-to-building (V2B) and vehicle-to-grid services. Depending on whether you want to use electricity from an EV battery to your home or building electrical loads, there are different abbreviations for each of these use cases. Your vehicle can work for you, even when feeding back to the grid would not be the case for you.

2. Why should you care about V2G?

L ong story short, vehicle-to-grid helps mitigate climate change by allowing our energy system to balance more and more renewable energy. However, to succeed in tackling the climate crisis, three things need to happen in the energy and mobility sectors: Decarbonisation, energy efficiency, and electrification.

In the context of energy production, decarbonisation refers to the deployment of renewable energy sources, such as solar and wind power. This introduces the problem of storing energy. While fossil fuels can be seen as a form of energy storage as they release energy when burned, wind and solar power function differently.

Energy should be either used where it’s produced or stored somewhere for later usage. Therefore, the growth of renewables inevitably makes our energy system more volatile, requiring new ways to balance and store energy to be used.

Simultaneously, the transportation sector is doing its fair share of carbon reduction and as notable proof of that, the number of electric vehicles is increasing steadily. Electric vehicle batteries are by far the most cost-efficient form of energy storage since they require no additional investments in hardware.

Compared to the unidirectional smart charging, with V2G the battery capacity can be utilized more efficiently. V2X turns EV charging from electrical demand response to a battery solution. It enables the use of the battery 10x more efficiently compared to unidirectional smart charging.

Globally there will be 140-240 million electric vehicles by 2030. This means that we’ll have at least 140 million tiny energy storages on wheels with an aggregated storage capacity of 7 TWh.

Vehicle-to-grid technology enables us to make the best use of the existing population of vehicles.

Virta vision for vehicle-to-grid solutions

Stationary energy storages — big power banks in a sense — are becoming more common. They are a handy way of storing energy from, for instance, large solar power plants.

For example, Tesla and Nissan offer home batteries also for consumers. These home batteries, together with solar panels and home EV charging stations, are a great way to balance out energy production and consumption in detached houses or small communities.

Currently, one of the most common forms of storage is pump stations, where water is pumped up and down to store energy.

On a larger scale, and compared to electric vehicles, these energy storages are more expensive to supply and require significant investments. As the number of EVs is continuously rising, electric cars provide a storage option with no extra costs.

At Virta, we believe that electric cars are simply the smartest way to help with renewable energy management and production, as EVs will be part of our lives in the future — regardless of the ways we choose to use them.

3. How does vehicle-to-grid work?

When it comes to using V2G in practice, the most important thing is to make sure that EV drivers have enough energy in their car batteries when they need it. When they’re leaving for work in the morning, the car battery must be full enough to drive them to work and back if needed.

This is the basic requirement of V2G and any other charging technology: The EV driver must be able to communicate when they want to unplug the car and how full the battery should be at that time.

With Virta’s V2G solution, the car battery is always charged to 70-90% when the driver needs to go.

When using smart charging, the possibility of balancing the grid ends when the battery is fully charged. With V2G, the grid balancing can continue the full time the vehicle is plugged in.

A practical example

Firstly, let’s go through the very basics of how electricity behaves in the grid — it always takes the shortest possible way to the nearest location where it’s needed. A vehicle-to-grid charging device absorbs electricity from the car battery and simply just pushes it back to the grid, where it continues its journey to the nearest location where it’s needed.

At Virta Headquarters, we currently have two V2G charging stations in use. These stations are located in the office building garage, next to regular, publicly available smart charging points.
When the V2G station is discharging, the electricity here at Virta HQ transfers directly to the nearby car batteries charging at the regular stations — they are the nearest locations where the electrical demand is continuous.

If no cars are being charged, the discharged electricity will be used on garage lighting or air conditioning. This reduces the total energy consumption of the building, which balances the energy system around our office.

Virta provided a digital EV charging platform for E.ON that will automate charging and energy export in line with signals such as grid demand, energy prices, and the carbon intensity of the energy mix.

During the project, vehicles will be connected to the chargers at intervals designed to replicate corporate fleet schedules – mainly overnight, but also for chunks of time during the day.

4. The benefits of vehicle-to-grid

Summary of the benefits depending on your targets:

When installing a charging device, step number one is to review the electrical system of the building. The electrical connection can become a hindrance to the EV charging installation project or increase costs significantly in case the connection needs to be upgraded.

The benefits of V2G for buildings are visible when the electricity from car batteries is used where it is needed the most (as described in the previous chapter). Vehicle-to-grid helps balance out electricity demand and avoid any unnecessary costs for building an electricity system.

With V2G, the momentary electricity consumption spikes in the building can be balanced with the help of electric cars and no extra energy needs to be consumed from the grid.

When power consumption increases, it can overload the power grid in that area. A building’s ability to balance its electricity demand with V2G charging stations also helps out the power grid on a larger scale.

This will come in handy when the amount of renewable energy in the grid, produced with wind and solar, increases. Renewable energy sources are volatile and create challenges to areas that rely on wind and solar power.

These circumstances cause “grid congestion” or bottlenecks that can prevent electricity from reaching its destination. Luckily, intelligently controlled EVs can offer a solution to grid congestion and prevent the need for expensive grid infrastructure upgrades.

Without vehicle-to-grid technology, energy has to be bought from reserve power plants, which increases electricity prices during peak hours, since striking up these extra power plants is a pricey procedure.

Without control, you need to accept this given price but with V2G you are master to optimize your costs and profits. In other words, V2G enables energy companies to play ping pong with electricity in the grid.

Why would consumers take part in vehicle-to-grid as a demand response then? As we explained earlier, it does no harm to them, but does it any good either?

Since vehicle-to-grid solutions are expected to become a financially beneficial feature for energy companies, they have a clear incentive to encourage consumers to take part.

After all, the technology, devices, and vehicles compatible with the V2G technology are not enough – consumers need to take part, plug in and enable their car batteries to be used for V2G.

We can expect that in the future on a larger scale, consumers are being rewarded if they are willing to enable their car batteries to be used as balancing elements.

5. How will vehicle-to-grid become mainstream?

V2G solutions are ready to hit the market and start doing their magic. Yet, some hurdles need to be overcome before V2G becomes the mainstream energy management tool.

A. V2G technology and devices

Multiple hardware providers have developed device models compatible with vehicle-to-grid technology. Just like any other charging devices, V2G chargers already come in many shapes and sizes.

Usually, the maximum charging power is around 10 kW — just enough for home or workplace charging. In the future, even wider charging solutions will apply.

Vehicle-to-grid charging devices are DC chargers, since this way the cars’ own unidirectional on-board chargers can be bypassed. There have been also projects where a vehicle has an onboard DC charger and the vehicle can be plugged into an AC charger. However, this is not a common solution today.

To wrap up, devices exist and are feasible, yet there’s still room for improvement as the technology matures.

B. V2G compatible vehicles

Currently, CHAdeMo vehicles (such as Nissan) have outpaced other car manufacturers by bringing V2G compatible car models to the market. All Nissan Leafs on the market can be discharged with vehicle-to-grid stations. The ability to support V2G is a real thing for vehicles and many other manufacturers will hopefully join the club of vehicle-to-grid compatibles soon. For instance, Mitsubishi has also announced plans to commercialize V2G with Outlander PHEV.

Does V2G affect car battery life?

C. Cooperation: Car manufacturers and the energy sector must step in

Vehicle-to-grid is only one ( but very impactful) example of the energy management possibilities that EVs offer us for the future. The thing is that energy and mobility sectors will converge in the future, with or without V2G. We believe that it is with.

However, big wheels turn slowly and there is some resistance to change. Nissan is showing a great example to other car manufacturers to start cooperating with the energy sector in order to develop something new and life-changing, and to look boldly into the future. The car industry is going through a revolution like never before. Combining forces with the energy sector offers the car industry a chance to begin a new heyday.

The same goes for the energy sector: As energy efficiency increases and more renewables step in, the ongoing change will be drastic for the electrical grid. The energy sector must find new ways to balance energy production and consumption. Luckily, EVs are ready to lend a hand.

D. New European standard

The new European ISO 15118-20 standard will be released in 2021. The new standard will accelerate the V2G market because it enables bidirectional power transfer for multiple cars. In practice, this means that EV battery capacity for energy management will grow heavily in the next couple of years., For example, European car manufactures will implement bidirectional charging. This will be the peak battery capacity for the European electricity system.

Once-in-a-lifetime opportunity

The first V2G projects are running and vehicle-to-grid solutions have been implemented. V2G will become a vital solution first in locations where the energy system is the most volatile. The most important thing, despite the location, is that the installed charging devices are smart – otherwise, all of the smart energy management features will be inaccessible.

When V2G has been implemented extensively enough, EVs can also support the grid in a state of emergency. If extreme weather conditions cause breaks in electricity, electric vehicles can maintain power for basic needs until the problem is fixed. This will make the electricity system less vulnerable and less dependent on external conditions.

Now we just need all the players to start making the most of the largest and most cost-efficient energy storage that we have — electric vehicles.
